Tolle Lage des Hotels und das Hotel ist in einem wirklich super Zustand. Frühstück war das beste während unserer Reise.
Nichts.
Great location, nice room. Loved that the sheets and towels had no scent!!
The coffee maker in the room didn’t work.
Very clean and nice. Lobby area was very welcoming. Staff was helpful.
The room was not ready upon our 3pm arrival. the pull out couch was horrendously uncomfortable. I did not get much sleep on that thing. A fan in the bathroom would have been nice as well.
Loved this hotel. Everything is exactly as needed. Terrific clean room with great bed, wifi, outlets, bath, fridge/microwave. Excellent staff and service. The lobby/bar/breakfast area is so nice. It's in the heart of downtown so it can be very quiet on nights and weekends. People mention no place for dinner but Alarys is right next door and it is terrific. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.
Great location if you want to be DT DT Paul. Great for pets, place for dogs right next door. Good hotel breakfast.
If you have a pet and a vehicle, the cost goes up significantly for pet fee and parking.
The breakfast was amazing! Nice, clean rooms and lobby area. Staff was very friendly and helpful! They had a coffee/Tea bar that was available at all times. The outdoor patio was very nice to sit outside too.
Having to pay an extra $28 for parking in their ramp wasn't great. Also, the pullout couch was extremely uncomfortable.
I had an outstanding stay at SpringHill Suites by Marriott St. Paul Downtown. From start to finish, the experience was welcoming, clean, comfortable, and professional. The General Manager, Jeroen Grob, was amazing and clearly leads a wonderful team. The staff throughout the hotel were kind, helpful, attentive, and made the stay feel very personal. The hotel itself was very clean, and I felt comfortable and safe in the location. My room was spotless, thanks to Angelica, my room attendant, who did an amazing job. It is always appreciated when a hotel room feels truly clean and well cared for. The breakfast was honestly one of the best I have ever had at a hotel. There was a wonderful variety, and I loved that the options changed daily. Everything was fresh, hot, and well stocked, and the breakfast area was always clean. A special thank you to Carmen and Melissa for the care they put into the breakfast experience. I especially appreciated that quality cheeses and meats were available each day — such a nice touch and a step above what you often find at hotel breakfasts. Vera at check-in was also lovely, warm, and personable. She made the arrival experience feel easy and welcoming right away. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations. The space was clean, the staff was kind and attentive, the location felt safe and convenient, and every detail made the stay enjoyable. I would absolutely recommend SpringHill Suites by Marriott St. Paul Downtown and would gladly stay here again.
Beds sleep well. Quiet. We have stayed before and is our go-to hotel. Parking is secure and is $25 a night. Breakfast is complimentary and has warm options and cereal, fruit, yogurt. Great stay!
The kids had a good time
The pool made some of the kids sick
Good location near grand casino arena. Excellent secure parking and facilities. Friendly and accomidating staff. Super clean and updated facility. Beds were super comfy and bathrooms was excellent.
They placed multiple holds on my account for parking and we got sodas from the convenience station. $41 was my total and they placed $100 hold on my account without making me aware. I also wish breakfast was kept on til at least 11. No one wants to get up early to eat after a late night show.
The staff was friendly and very helpful.
I was surprised/caught off guard when I was advised that if I preferred to park in the hotel parking lot there is a $25 per day parking fee.
First off, I want to say, I own a cleaning service, so my expectations are very high when I go places. This was one of the cleanest hotels I have stayed in. It was very easy to check in/out. The building is fully locked down, needed keys at every entrance/exit, for safety which my husband and I really liked as we had four child with us. The rooms are really good size. We had 2 queens and a pullout couch. Fit are family of 6 perfectly. There is a huge storage closet, which we weren't expecting. This would be great for extended stays. There is also a desk in the room that we used for multiple things. The bathrooms are pretty big for a hotel. The parking garage is kept warm which is huge in Minnesota. The kiddie pool was a hit, the water was kept at a 85 degree temperature which again, with kids, was great. Lots of areas to sit and have a little R&R if you wanted to in the lobby. The breakfast was pretty standard but still good. I have one child and myself that can't have dairy. We were able to eat breakfast. All the staff were kind and on top of any "issues" that arose. I am already thinking about making this a yearly trip with my family.
There wasn't anything "we didn't like". There was a couple issues that arose during our stay. The staff took prompt action to get the situations resolved. One was the big pool was overflowing. We noticed it and within minutes they had maintenance handling it. The pool room was very chlorine smelling during this. We were in the kiddie pool the whole stay but later my child had a chemical reaction to the pool. We did take photos and showed front desk just to have them aware that there may be a chemical imbalance. Again, they addressed it. The front desk person was sincere and even apologized. It would be really nice if they had board games, cards, or even puzzles down in the lobby area. They had great seating area for it.
Great customer service and they understand that we’re only here for one night.
The poor area in the bar area.
Very nice spacious room , complementary breakfast was good , onsite bar and food kids pool area and the onsite parking.
No hot tub.
That my kids was able to play in the pool as long as they wanted too. the staff was very respectful and helpful.
The breakfast was nasty.
Didn't stay at hotel
Tried to check into hotel but they turned me away. I couldn't cancel my stay so I lost $200 for nothing.
I am a regular customer who has stayed there multiple times over several years and I’ve always enjoyed breakfast out on the patio the most! You have a wonderful breakfast selection!! And I love to watch the city come to life early in the morning enjoying my breakfast and coffee.
I liked the room design and construction. Very well done.
The location was a little sketchy, with a good bit of construction.
They staff was very accommodating and was definitely very pleasant. They definitely went up snd beyond! Thank you 😊
I recently stayed at the Springhill Suites in downtown St. Paul and cannot say enough wonderful things about this hotel! The rooms are beautifully appointed and immaculately maintained, providing the perfect comfortable retreat after exploring the city. What truly sets this property apart, however, is the exceptional front desk staff. Ashley in particular went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. When my family missed breakfast one morning, she stepped in to help us out with such genuine warmth and care. It’s these small gestures that transform a good hotel stay into an outstanding one, and Ashley exemplified this perfectly throughout our visit. The entire team at the front desk demonstrated the same level of attentiveness and hospitality, making us feel truly welcomed from check-in to checkout. If you’re looking for a fantastic downtown St. Paul hotel with spotless accommodations and staff who genuinely care about their guests, look no further than Springhill Suites. We’ll absolutely be returning on our next trip to the Twin Cities. Thank you, Ashley, and the entire Springhill Suites team for making our stay so special!
Very clean and staff were very friendly, only issue I had was the pool, my kids developed a rash after swimming, my husband and I did not do it may be personal issue, pool area was clean and did not appear out of the ordinary. Would stay again!
Liked the private parking garage, but not the additional parking fee of $25 a day, parking should be included in room costs
It was very clean and well maintained.
The toilet seat was broken so I was startled when it slipped.
The bathroom accessibility accommodation.
It is suitable for our stay
I have to say, this is a very good hotel. The room was spacious, tastefully decorated, and the bed was very comfortable. The entire property was very clean, the breakfast was delicious, and the dining area was quite large. The hotel is located a few blocks from the Grand Casino Arena. The bar across the street also offers a shuttle service to and from the Arena. The staff was very friendly and professional. I will definitely stay at this hotel whenever I'm in downtown of St. Paul.
We booked this hotel for two nights when we attended a concert. Staff told us about a shuttle to the concert just steps away at Alary’s. We totally enjoined our stay. Everything is newly remodeled, clean and stylish. Nice breakfast included. Staff were friendly. The attached hotel parking was convenient and under cover. We plan to go back even if there is no event we are attending.
We went to the MN UFC soccer match and stayed at this hotel. Great location, only 8 minutes to the field, very easy to get to. Parking garage is attached to hotel which is nice and safe it's $25 extra. Room was beautiful and bathroom was nice. Bed was a little soft to my liking. Free breakfast was great with a large beautiful eating area. Will stay again!
Very nice staff. Comfortable bed. Air flow was great. Very clean room
Great place to stay, clean, safe and great location. Secured, parking garage. I believe it was $25 per night. The rooms were clean. We used the workout room which was also clean. Great sleep and will stay again. Breakfast was complimentary. We were within walking distance for the St Paul Saints game and felt safe walking back to our hotel at night. Great customer service.
The room was clean and very nice. Staff was helpful and kind. Would stay again.
Clean room, easy parking, walking distance to arena and restaurants!
Conveniently located
We were just there for one night. We went to the Minnesota United soccer game and then stayed the night here. The hotel was very nice. Updated and clean. The room was pretty spacious and comfortable. While we didn’t use the pool area it seemed good for the size. The complimentary breakfast was one of the best I have had at a hotel since Covid. We really enjoyed that. Overall the hotel was great. The area around the hotel was a little dumpy and almost abandoned feeling. Not a lot going on. But we weren’t far from things. We had dinner before the game at Cossetta’s and that was amazing Italian food. Always one of my favorite places in St. Paul. And not too far from the hotel. But overall if we needed to stay in St. Paul again I would definitely stay here again.
Everything at this hotel was amazing. The location, food, convenience, everything.
Staff was wonderful! Clean & comfy rooms & beds!
The pool was chilly which made the swim time limited! Overall a great lil area!
廊下での物音は部屋内で結構聞こえます。また、朝食は種類が少ないので物足りなさを感じました。
Clean and spacious. Friendly, helpful staff.
Easy to catch an Uber. Very clean, quiet, and safe.
2nd time there. Great morning breakfast, super freindly staff, very responsive to your needs.
nice
Great staff and wonderful facility.
Wedding Stay Had an outstanding stay at this hotel as my daughters wedding was in a church & venue very near. Can’t say enough good stuff about this hotel. Everything was outstanding from room, cleanliness, breakfast. And especially the hotel staff and management. Timmy at the front desk helped our guests time and time again. Great experience, highly recommended!
Room was spacious and very comfortable. We liked the large shower with complimentary toiletries, the water filling feature on the ice machine and especially the secured onsite parking. Breakfast was great, and we made use of the hotel bar as well. Fitness room was great!
Location was ok, but construction in the area made travel a little tricky. Pool area was over run with small children so couldn't make use of that. Would've liked a spa/hot tub instead of the splash pad.
It’s a great hotel. Safe parking. Walkable to food and pubs.
Staff was friendly and incredibly helpful. I had two issues they addressed immediately. The room was clean, quiet, air conditioned, spacious, and a really nice stay. I was in town for a stressful two day event and the hotel was what I looked forward to at the end of each day. Also amazing breakfast options.
Nice hotel but challenging to get to in it's downtown location
This was a great weekend get-away for a couple to stay. Safety of all guests was top priority, from beginning to end. From entering the parking ramp, to using the elevator, to coming and going throughout the day or evening, there was always a secure entry and exit from building and someone to greet you. Right away staff took the time to find out who we were and what brought us to St. Paul. They shared options for traveling to and from Xcel Energy, that were offered at an establishment near by, and upgraded our room for free when they heard it was our anniversary. Staff that we met coming and going were extremely pleasant and always asked if there was anything we needed to make our stay better. The breakfasts were filled with a variety of hot and cold choices, with plenty of room for seating. SpringHill Suites, in St. Paul's Lowertown, was a great place for us to stay the weekend. We will definitely be back.
Very nice staff, comfortable bed and pet friendly. There’s a grassy area very close to the hotel for my doggo to do his business. Walkable to lots of restaurants/bars.
The property was great and the staff was very friendly. There are some fun bars and restaurants in the area but a lot of other buildings are empty maybe due to all of the road construction? We were looking to purchase some snacks and drinks to have in the room and there weren’t many options close.
My room and pool
Location and breakfast
Staff was wonderful, quiet on a Festival weekend. Great breakfast. Beautiful clean room. Easy to locate. Close to river.
My favorite place to stay in St. Paul. Clean, comfortable, inviting, great parking, delicious breakfast!
Staff were friendly, the breakfast was delicious, and the whole facility was clean and well taken care of.
I always love coming here for work. Timmy at the front desk is the best
Ok just no great options for person's that don't eat pork.
Everything.
I stay here 2-3 times per year when I come in town for work. It's always clean, polite staff, and reliable. I wish there were more places to walk to for dinner but that is not this hotel's fault. If you want a nice experience for a budget price check this place out.
The room was beautiful. Very practical layout for outlets, lamps, etc.
Bar area didn’t open until 5:00.
Neat clean. Courteous staff
Comfortable bed, clean facility, walk in shower, and quality free breakfast
Only downside was no hot tub
Beautiful hotel in the heart of Saint Paul. Very much enjoyed this hotel
Was a wonderful place! Convenient and parking was convenient.
Clean, updated, functional, secure Comfortable mattresses Friendly & helpful staff Great location
Parking was an extra $25. The breakfast was okay - warmed sausage biscuits and a soufflé in a cellophane wrapper. (The waffles were good.)
The hotel itself is very nice and clean. Since the hotel is located in downtown St. Paul, the only way into the hotel parking lot is by having a guest card. The doors are locked and you can only be let in by the front desk. There are no street parking, so if you are checking in, you will need to park where you can load and unload to go check in to get your guest card key so you can enter the parking garage. I really like that the hotel has a kids pool, my boys got to spend a few hrs there and wanted to go back, but unfortunately the pool was close on Sunday for maintenance/cleaning. Breakfast was limited, and I was expecting more options since we had stayed at another SpringHill suite in Ohio and they had a big selection for breakfast. Overall, our stay was great due to how close it was to the event we were going to.
Erin was super helpful and our suite had everything we needed.
