Sandman Signature Mississauga Hotel

The location was great, especially with a free shuttle to and from the airport, since I was only there for the one night on a flight layover. It was nice to have a 24 hour Denny’s. I would have used the fitness room but I was quite jet lagged so I decided to prioritize sleep. The bed was really comfortable. The coffee machine made good coffee. There were lots of places to charge up my devices. There was a large safe…big enough for a laptop. Easy check out with just needing to drop the keycards in a box. Air conditioner worked very well. Room was quiet. Even though i didn’t use the fridge or microwave, those are things i appreciate for longer stays.

I once had a bad experience with bedbugs in a hotel, so the first thing I do is check for them. I appreciated that the mattress was in an encasement, and there were no signs of bedbugs, but when I was checking around the bed, I noticed that the vacuuming could be better. The corners were dusty, and I found a dried up contact lens as well as an earring back under the nightable. Then in the morning i found a black hairpin on the carpet in the living room area. I would also have appreciated a TV channel guide. Most remotes have a menu option, and the tv did say that channel 2 was a menu, but nothing showed up. I looked around for a printed channel guide, but didn’t find one.

The safe was not working and the maintenance guy had no idea what he’s doing.

Staff very helpful, quick and I liked the toom

I loved everything about the hotel from the staff to the location to the room Size - highly recommend staying here. Room size - For three travellers its perfect there is space for luggage and carry ons as well as a big bathroom the room was clean when we got there and always got fresh towels everyday. The location - this location is perfect for those that are looking for something quiet it is walking distance to a lot of food places nearby and a quick 10 min drove to the airport.

Very pleasant overnight stay - and we particularly liked the availability of the Hotel Shuttle to and from the airport.

Hard to find anyone at the desk!

The service was really nice! The beds were very soft and comfortable and it wasn’t hard getting sleep! It is close to many shops and was very pleasant to stay at.

Clean room - didn’t really check out the rest of the property because we only stayed one night.

The room had two queen beds but only one light and power outlet in the middle. The two outer bedside places do not have light, power outlet or usb charging. Lack of a table with chairs in the room.

I was given the wrong information for shuttle pick up from Pearson terminal 1, in writing they sent me 3S when it was actually 3F. This meant I was at the left waiting for a shuttle for over an hour and a half . They were also very slow at responding to booking.com messages with responses taking a number of days if answered at all.

Room was clean and close to downtown toronto as well as square one mall. Perfect location.

La habitación era espaciosa pero se escuchaba todo de la habitación contigua y era realmente muy desagradable. Lo mejor del hotel escuchaba la navette al aeropuerto que funciona muy bien.

Le WIFI était intermittent ( déconnexion au 5 minutes) c’est désagréable quand tu dois travailler. Il y avait du tapis dans la chambre, nous avons trouvé deux agrafes ainsi qu’un bout de lame d’exacto et ce parce que mon fils a marché dessus donc il s’est fait mal..

De bediening in het restaurant was erg matig. Zwembadwater voelde vies aan. Slechte circulatie van water.

The room was clean and nice. We had a jacuzzi in our room

The staff at the reception was rude to my friend who was checking in on my behalf. She told her the payment didnt go through even without looking up our booking on the system,and thereafter seemed to ignore her. It took a fellow guest to make her turn her attention back to my friend. According to my friend, she also was quite rude to a lady with children who looked stranded. Get more professional people at your front desk please.

I always book this hotel whenever I visit Toronto and I have never been disappointed. The location is near so many restaurants and shopping malls.

Clean, easy booking with confirmation, comfortable bed/pillows, excellent and fast working air conditioning, the fact that there was a Denny's within the hotel which was available 24/7, easy check out, location, friendly staff.

Television only had one channel. 🫤

There was a scheduled water outage overnight, which wasn't a problem. However we didn't have hot water for the entire day the next day.

Les chambres étaient très propres, les lits étaient confortables et j’ai très bien dormi. L’emplacement est également excellent, à proximité des principales attractions et de plusieurs services.

La chambre était correcte, mais j’ai été déçu de constater que presque tous les services en dehors de la chambre étaient payants, y compris le petit-déjeuner. Il n’y avait pas de bouteilles d’eau offertes, seulement un distributeur d’eau aromatisée au citron. Malheureusement, les citrons n’étaient pas remplacés régulièrement, ce qui donnait une impression de manque d’entretien. J’ai également trouvé que le personnel parlait très rapidement et ne faisait pas beaucoup d’efforts pour s’assurer que les clients comprenaient bien les explications. Lorsque j’exprimais une préoccupation, j’avais l’impression que mon mécontentement n’était pas vraiment pris en compte et qu’ils ne ralentissaient pas leur débit de parole malgré les difficultés de compréhension.

My pajamas cos packed away by the house keeper and I reported the issues to the front desk and nothing was done about it…You can’t come and clean my room and you too away my night wear along side the towel. Was not happy about it and no effort was done to look for it or say a word to me…I notify the house keeper about it but she never came back to say anything to me.

Our room was not clean. Bugs everywhere. We changed it, the second one was full of bugs as well. We finished by leaving the hotel at 23h.00.

Stayed 2 nights. They didn’t clean the room or give us towels and the sink in the washroom was clogged. We told them twice and no one did anything about it

I really enjoyed the room, it was clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable and the king kitchen suite was well equipped the hotel staff was friendly, the pool and gym was great too. .

The room was very neat, clean, and spacious, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

We had a great stay overall. One suggestion that would further enhance the guest experience is to allow guests to sign in to their personal streaming accounts, such as Netflix, YouTube, and Amazon Prime Video, on the in-room TVs. Unfortunately, this wasn’t possible in the room we stayed in. Adding this feature would make the stay even more enjoyable, especially for guests staying multiple nights.

actual property nothing like the pictures, poor maintenance. Make up done on a pig. Surrounding area industrial and not deemed highly preferred by families. No AC workig...made us wait for an hour in a lobby with flies, no colling, decoration looked like picked from 99c store!

The property was nice. It was pretty local to everything. I usually enjoy staying at the Sandman.

But when I first arrived, the girl checking me in was unorganized and she wasn’t smiley or friendly or waiting at the front for anybody to check in

The hotel itself was very nice. Room was very comfortable, nicely laid out and clean. Customer service checking in was amazing, however checking out was terrible. Was catching thr shuttle to airport and their elevators were delayed so I got down to lobby at 7:01 am instead of 7:00 and asked to hold for me for elevator issue, and they left anyways, and the guy at the counter was a complete idiot. Thank goodness for Uber. I would definitely stay again, but that one customer service guy should not be in this business, otherwise would have been a 5 out of 5.

The room was exceptionally clean and spacious, comfortably accommodating my family of five. We truly appreciated the layout and comfort, which made our stay very relaxing.

While we only stayed overnight after a trip, the bed was especially comfortable. We were upgraded with a kitchen as well. We enjoyed a coffee and a tea in the room and decided to leave earlier in the morning as we were up early. They were accommodating to change our shuttle last minute to the airport. Will book again.

We liked everything about the property. It’s a little further away from the airport but only a 15 to 20 minute at most drive depending on traffic. There is a Denny’s restaurant attached to it so next time we would use it.

The reception and check in was friendly and professional and our room was nice. The shuttle service from and to Pearson Int. Airport was fast and convenient.

We booked the hotel primarily because of the advertised waterslide. Sadly, the waterslide was taken down a year earlier. Our daughter was a little disappointed. While the associated restaurant (Dennie's) is open 24/7, you have to pay extra for each meal; a little bonus for hotel guests would be appreciated.

Easy to get to, lots of parking on site . Front desk provided me with complimentary hand lotion as I forgot mine at home!
