Airport shuttle was good. Food was good.

Room was a bit small. And the bathroom was quite tight

The property was in a great location, check in process was super easy, the staff were exceptionally friendly and the facilities were very clean.

The pillows were very thin offering no selection of comfort, and they there were no extra blankets that we could find. Also, there were only 2 small creams for coffee in the morning that didn’t provide enough for two people.

Shuttle service was very good.

The idea that we booked for inclusive breakfast and parking through booking.com and when we arrived at the hotel, we were told that those two important items did not appear on their records Hence, after much talk, we were given the option of choosing between having breakfast or having a free car park ? So we had to go hungry and chose free car park.

Location is great. Close to restaurants if you want to dine out and the bus stop is also very close by if you’re using public transport. The fact that it’s close to the airport and there is shuttle service also makes this a great choice. The bed and pillows were super comfortable! Breakfast was good!

The lighted name of the neighbouring hotel shined directly into my room and the drapes are only decorative and cannot be closed. The first few nights I did not not sleep well. Good thing I was able to get a sleep mask or I’d have suffered. The heavy carpets make it difficult to roll suitcases and the staff were sometimes noisy in the hall

There was a group playing loud music across the way from me at nearly 11pm and I had to ring reception to get them to stop. I was woken up to loud banging at 5.30am to a drunk girl trying to get into my room. I said it to reception on checkout and they couldn't care less.

Far from downtown so we had to go to the airport first, to go downtown. Some noise in the hallway late at night, including cigarette smoke from a group of young men.

For an airport hotel it’s the best I’ve ever stayed in.

Nothing big, just one of the amenities in the bathroom was left empty.

The free shuttle service to/from the airport was great. The staff were all friendly and helpful, specifically the ladies at breakfast. Also, the hotel's facilities were okay.

The cost we paid didn't really match the expectations. But overall it was good.

the pickup shuttle service was bad, the driver let us wait for over 1 hour, probably 1.5 hours. Once he arrived, he didn't bother helping with loading the luggage, didn't even want to open the backdoor for us. there was a young but short lady waiting for the shuttle, the driver didn't bother helping her to load/unload the luggage. The shuttle driver seemed to be in a very bad mood that day, and felt he hated his job

The wait time for shuttle. Far to long waiting when you have come off a long flight. Driver was friendly, but just too long. If not careful others will jump in before you.

One of the elevators does not function correctly it takes you to the wrong floor and was confirmed by staff that it "has a mind of its own." A staff member knocked on the room door at 8:30pm repeatedly saying they were maintenance. Which was not requested by myself and I heard him going around to other rooms saying he was maintenance and that they were just checking if the rooms were occupied. The staff member at the front desk, Sahi, was rude and dismissive also did not give a cookie as they advertise.

Three were three Doubletree Hilton,two with similar addresses Dixon and Dixie Roads. Made correct shuttle identification difficult. Was not clear you had to phone for shuttle - the rest circled continuiously.

This stay started off poor. We got to the room ready to have a quick rest after a long flight only to find some small stains on the bedding. I take pictures and go down to show front desk and she offers to rather change the room or change the sheets. I figured changing the room would be quicker as we wanted a quick rest then getting new sheets. I asked her "will this room be clean" and she reassures me it would. So we get our luggage, go to the new room and it was way worse. Blood stains all over the sheets. Like why would they think anyone would want to rent a room with blood stained sheets? I took pictures disgusted that this room was even worse and immediately ask for a manager. He let us go back to the original room and had someone come change the less dirty sheets that still had small stains, which left us not being able to rest prior to our trip. He did offer us complementary breakfast for this but mentioned something like "well the housekeeper checked and didnt see anything" I had pictures to show so it felt like they didnt believe us. Then we noticed there was no soap in the bathroom so when the lady came to change our sheets we asked and she said she had none till tomorrow. why wouldnt our room be stocked up and clean for our arrival? Then what made me a bit upset was the fact this same thing happened last time I stayed there. I order the shuttle for 640 am and like always was told "be in the lobby 10 minutes early" well it is now 640, and the driver says we will be a few more minutes and they were waiting for 2 other guests. Well why would we even wait if they couldn't be considerate of the time? turns out it was 2 pilots walking from the breakfast room late. Not 10 minutes early like we were all told. It was very inconsiderate for everyone who was on time and for us not to leave on time. Its not our fault these pilots couldn't be on time. Even when bringing this up to front desk later on to make sure our next time we were on the shuttle, nothing was done. This same thing happened before. Sad nothing has changed. The other issue is calling for the shuttle at the airport to pick you up. they transfer you to the driver but the headset they use makes it so staticy its so difficult to hear what they are even saying and the post number the website tells you to wait at is different than what the driver tells you. When I call the hotel back to say I cant understand what they are saying they refuse to tell me which post number then just reconnect me with the driver which was very unhelpful. another day they did just connect with the driver and got back to me to say how long which. was was more convenient and should have just been done in the first place. The complementary water was nice daily though and the bedding was comfy but just make sure you check your sheets because that was 2 different rooms with dirty sheets. Also they should maybe have a manual of how to use the shower tap because it wasnt a normal faucet for hot and cold. it was like this double latch thing and very difficult to figure out which way you put to adjust the temperature. the two levers were very hard to use making it very inconvenient

Beds and pillows were very comfy. The warm chocolate chip cookie at check-in was a delightful surprise!

We have stayed here a few times before taking trips south and each time has gone smoothly. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Our vehicle is always parked under a roof and everything has always been fine when we returned. The hotel is quiet and has a good atmosphere. The shuttle to the airport always works as planned, on the way there and back. Staff are pleasant and helpful. We will return.

Proximity to airport

Flying back to LA from Europe, we had a very nice 1-night short layover at the Doubletree. Sahil was especially great. Because there were empty suites available, via a chat on the app, he very kindly gave us a Diamond upgrade into one on the 9th floor. The room was huge. The airport shuttle was great. We just wished we had more time at the hotel, as we arrived late at night, and had to leave early the next morning. We will gladly return to the hotel, and hope to spend more time there, when we are next in Toronto.

Maintenance of facilities, ambivalence of staff. Most PowerPoint's didn't work, toilet roll holder broken, handle hanging off drawer, washing machine and dryer failed, detergent dispenser took coins but was empty. Detergent bought from in-house shop at two and a half times the price, the coffee machine was useless. When set to one cup it still dispensed from 2 outlets and made a mess. I could go on. If there is an alternative hotel available take the alternative.

The property is well-maintained and clean. Rooms are comfortable.

Staff is not friendly and supportive. Outside noise comes inside the room which is disturbing.

Breakfast was expensive and was never told that it was not included with my 1 week stay. Tried to speak with the front desk and they were rude.

For the amount of days and money that I spent to stay...breakfast should have been an automatic.

My shower gel was empty and I called twice that night to get more and they said someone would be coming to change it but no one came. In the morning I heard the cleaners outside at another room so I asked them to change my shower gel and that’s when they did.

My husband and I and our friends, just stayed here for a few nights, everything in downtown Toronto was much too pricey considering FIFA is in town, and I would have to say I don't think I would recommend even if only for a night in transit. Upon arriving to our room, the first thing that we noticed was the cleanliness or lack thereof, especially in the bathroom. Seeing as it was almost 8pm we decided to tidy it ourselves and hope the next day was better. It was not. I actually had to let the front desk know that it appeared as though housekeeping forgot a few details on the cleaning. They apologized and sent them back up while we went to the pool. When we returned the cleaning still wasn't up to par in the bathroom and again, did it ourselves. The pool, also not very clean. Had it not have been for the strong smell of chemicals, it didn't look like they had anyone cleaning it. Perhaps they only did so at the end of the day but with many guest's using it, it would be beneficial for them to at least net out things that sometimes fall in. Apart from the cleanliness, the other complaints that we had involved the restaurant/bar. They do serve breakfast, however, it only runs until 9:30am. Given this hotel is mainly for short stays in between transit, we get it. It does close after until 5pm which is when they open for dinner. Not very convenient if you stick around the area during the and would like the convenience of just going downstairs for a meal or snack. They also have a small shop, again, only opens until 9:30am and closed until 5pm. Not the most ideal if you are there for a few days. Thankfully, there are a few restaurants and bars across the street! Last point I would like to make is the attitude on the front desk staff. They are very rude and it appears that they do not want to help you and seem to be perplexed when asked for assistance. We had mentioned to them, one evening, after havjng returned from Toronto, that we couldn't find one of our belongings in the room and wondered if it had accidentally ended up in the sheets or towels that were collected. The clerk refused to look and advised "housekeeping was gone for the evening" I had asked if he could take a look in the lost and found and he refused stating he didn't see a report from housekeeping the there were any missing items. I advised that I didn't see him look for a report as he made no movements to check the in the system in front of us and simply said to ask in the morning? I asked if there was a lost and found tk which he replied "yes" and went back about his business and still would not look. While friends of ours asked if they could book a late check out and the clerk simply shook his head, did not check, nor did he ask for any specifics, just shook his head no. I really do not think they are the right fit for customer service and am actually quite surprised the Hilton would employ those with less then standard customer service. I would not even recommend this place as a layover hotel and certainly do not think they fit the Hilton standard.

The staff was really nice.

Quite outdated. I know it was a World Cup weekend but for the price we paid I really expected a hotel a little less old feeling. The airport shuttle isn’t available all the time, and it doesn’t drop you off at the same place all the time so we got lost trying to find the express train.

The greeting staff did anything but, I didn’t see them smile once, one man in particular was quite rude. Black hair on the towel in the bathroom. Would never stay here again.

The front desk team Hosshang with the support of Samantha handled check-in smoothly and answered questions. Throughout my stay, the staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure everything was comfortable and stress-free. Housekeeping that I interacted with kept the room spotless and other team members was friendly and professional. It is clear that customer service is a top priority here, and it made a lasting impression. I would gladly return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place with outstanding hospitality.

Sehr höfliches und freundliches Personal, alles sehr unkompliziert. Sehr gut hat uns das Screening der Fussball WM im Restaurantbereich gefallen. Essen war auch sehr lecker und preislich sehr angemessen.

Carpets did not appear clean. Maybe it was just the colour choice. Cleaning staff were very noisy. Conversations in the hallway could be heard at 8am which was early after arriving at the hotel at 1 am due to a late flight. Confusion over if breakfast was included due to poor explanation in Booking.com app.

The food is tasty. Staff very accommodating and attentive to coffee needs !!

The welcome I received when I arrived very late was fantastic, my room was ready and perfect. The breakfast was great as always and the service at every point was exceptional.
