Comfort Inn Airport West

The staff were hugely friendly and helpful, and made a point of letting us know that they were there to help. The room I booked was spacious and comfortable, and the bed was a nice surprise in terms of comfort. The attached restaurant was convenient.

Staff were accommodating. Check in starts at 4 pm, but were able to check me in at 12 pm. No water refill station and vending machine was broken. Lucky (staff) helped me refill my water bottle in their staff water station.

I liked the overall comfortability and quietness of the surroundings and ambiance, transportation was easy, and I saw restaurants are very close by it’s only walking distance but wasn’t able to go coz it rained so much, the staff are welcoming and very helpful too.

What could’ve been better? I can’t think of any, I got a nice experience where I didn’t find any flaws.

The hotel and service more than met our needs and expectations after a long flight from Australia. Excellent value compared to others in the area. Simple , clean and perfectly adequate. Staff service was very good, and approachable. JC's bar/cafe was very good, and convenient. Very friendly staff, too.

Not much, at all. More coffee and tea pods, perhaps, and some complimentary items in the empty refrigerator. Nothing complicated or fancy though.

Our experience at this hotel was great! Front Desk staff were all very friendly especially Lucky!! Overall stay was great! Free Shuttle back and forth to airport is also a plus not having to worry about getting back and forth. Not far from shopping malls. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

I was told check in time is 3:00 pm but I was arrival early at the Comfort Inn around 8:00am . I was so tired and my daughter sleep in the lobby sofa. Lucky is one of front desk in the morning he understand I need he told me he will try to do the best to make me feel comfort, by 9:15 am Lucky told me they have a room for me, am I lucky to got Lucky assist me to check in early ? It is a very nice hotel with affordable price and very good service. My room is very comfy. Everything is clean, there is microwave and a small fridge. It is quiet and the view from the window is also very good. The hotel is close to the airport, makes it a very good choice for travellers. The manager Lucky is the best, he is nice and considerate, always there to help.

I stayed here 4-6th August 2026. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The washrooms are very clean and well maintained. Rooms are filled with nature sunlight. If you get a room facing the park it's a absolute win. Staffs are very warm and nice. We met lucky in the reception. Extremely helpful. Comes with breakfast from their own resturant downstairs. Foods are decent but little pricy. Won't mind if I am in a rush though. Loads of food options around in 2-5 minutes vicinity. Room service is excellent and staffs are super kind and warm. It's a very nice stay at a budget. Bonus comes with free parking

Probably one of the best value-for-dollar stays if you can't afford the city centre. Clean, quiet. Free breakfast voucher, fitness centre, a decent place to go for a jog in the morning along Matheson, and Lucky at the front was very personable and helpful throughout our stay! Going to become one of our go-to spots next time we're in the GTA.

I asked for 2 rooms on the ground floor I got them. They held them. I dealt with Lucky he is approachable, funny, and most of all makes you feel welcome. I love this Hotel. Thanks Lucky.

Its been 2 years since I stayed at this location. To my surprise Lucky was still there! He remembered me & the room I preferred after all this time! Such a great guy! Definitely an asset to this hotel :) We will certainly be back soon!

It was in a convenient location. The price was right.

Didn't like the vending machines only took cash. And $5 and $10 bills only. Get machines that can accommodate cards. On going to the front desk, to buy water, I was told they couldn't break a $20. Ridiculous. My room had no carpet. Made the room very uncomfortable, and unwelcoming. Cheap laminate, cheap furniture.

It’s was a last moment booking as my flight got delayed. It was a comfortable stay. Clean rooms and the front desk lady who checked me in was lovely and quite accommodating as well her name was nimrat I believe. She provided a bag weighting scale as well when I needed it. Would recommend staying if u need to stay near the airport as they have hourly airport shuttles as well.

We cannot begin to thank Lucky and Navraj enough for going above and beyond to help us sort out a very stressful situation with a third party hotel vendor. Gentlemen, your professionalism and kindness was appreciated more than you will ever know. We highly recommend the Comfort Inn Airport West Hotel without reservation.

Have stayed many times at this Comfort Inn for business purpose and have always been treated and made to feel welcome by Lucky, the front desk staff. I have never once had an issue with cleanliness. The rooms are private and are noticeably quieter than other hotels in the area. The location is good and is attached to a restaurant that serves delicious breakfast. The amenities in this location provide great value for the price including a fitness center and laundry room.

We had a fantastic stay at comfort inn!! Our amazing host Lucky was so kind and generous to us upon arrival. Our room was perfect, just what we needed, and the shuttle was booked for us so easily. Would highly recommend staying at this comfort inn!

Maybe the hotel can provide a whatsapp number to request the hotel shuttle as international travellers may not have a canadian phone number.

Lucky, the on duty manager at the front desk was really efficient, friendly and accommodating! He saw promptly to our check- in, was clear about the room/ wifi and parking and did everything he could to make check-in easy. The room was fine- lots of towels, parking out the patio door and clean. Fine for an overnight stay ; shuttle to Pearson Airport!

My friend and I missed our flight back to DTW so we were scrambling to find a hotel. Fortunately we found this one which is only 11 minutes away from the Toronto airport. Free shuttle, free breakfast, also other amenities like a gym. Overall clean, staff are very nice, and affordable!
