Sheets for the extra sofa bed was not clean and restaurant area need new seats some seats looks dirty Also the sofa in my room was damaged.

Shuttle service and pool were useful for our lover and entertaining a toddler. Good breakfast.

We arrived at 5pm and our room wasn’t ready for check in. Was told they’d come find us with the key and I had to go back to the desk after 40min to ask about it.

The lobby was clean and well laid out. The staff was quick, efficient and helpful. The breakfast room staff was on top of keeping the area well stocked and clean.

Smell of old carpet in the room and the look of the carpet which is filthy. It is very humid in suits so all clothes feels wet and AC obviously doesn't dehumidify properly. It is also working very loudly when you change settings to lower temperature so it is difficult to sleep with this noise,

Not enough room to explain here. Booking.com did NOT do a good job of securing the room we needed, HInnExp wanted to argue that they cannot guarantee a room like that and argued with me before "oh, looks like there is a cancelation". Would not use Booking.com or Holiday Inn Express again.

The female staff member in the morning we left was very pleasant and caring.

The Suite was not a suite. It was 1 large room joined so no privacy. The sofa bed was TERRIBLE. So hard to sleep on, the mattress was so thin. The 'barndoor' bathroom door would not close correctly, there was no handle to open or close the door.

The hotel is very busy but also clean and very helpful and pleasant staff. Breakfast is included in the stay. The beds are very comfortable and pillows are excellent. Towels are provided in plenty and the shower gels and shampoos are Dove products! There is a full length mirror to see how you look... thats a bonus. 😃 The area is quite even though it is on a flight path I hardly got to hear the planes. I would recommend it any day!

The breakfast was usual boring choice and I couldn't get a plain Omlette as they made them all with cheese. Usual plastic cutlery that I have seen in the last 3 hotels I stayed. The rooms are small with no space for luggage. The reading desk has no light and it is shaped funny. Great to have coffee in the room but machine can be made simple for all folks. Nothing much to see here as if is a car yard district. You have to walk further out to get a meal I highly recommend Montana BBQ for the meat lovers which is not too far

The room was pretty comfortable and I asked another room for my father and mother in law to be wheelchair accessible and it was provided as we asked, so i was a great surprise that everything was good. We had already a couple of problems with other hotels when travaeling with the family because of the lack of accessible rooms and here it was great. The breakfast was alsopretty complete and delicious and the parking lot was free which was really good.

My father in law mention that despite the room was pretty good (accessible one) it seemed that it lacked of maintanence. The bench inside the shower had some nails loose and it was a little bit insecure to sit there to take the shower.

Our initial room on the ground floor was not good. We complained about it and we were moved to a better room on the 6th floor the following day without any additional charge.

Čekali jsme i po zavolání na bezplatný bus z letiště na hotel hodinu a půl, načež jsme nakonec museli jet taxíkem, neboť autobus na tento hotel nejezdil. Dále se nám nelíbil zápach na pokoji, opravdu špinavý koberec na pokoji, který byl i v oblasti ledničky mokrý. Na jednu noc ok, ale jinak upřímně nic moc.

After checking records on Booking.com, we found the hotel fraudulently marked all three of my unoccupied rooms as checked-in without my consent. They clearly intended to charge me full payment while reselling the rooms to other guests for double profit. Terrible unethical operation, strongly advise everyone to avoid this hotel.

Ce n'est pas un hotel, c'est un centre de vacances! Des cars entiers d'adolescents qui courrent, chahuent, crient dans les couloirs toutes les nuit, portes d'entrees des chambres pas etanches et pas isolées, deux nuits réservées, deux nuits blanches! Personnel qui ne parle pas français et qui ne fait aucun effort pour de faire comprendre.Hotel a fuir !!!

Ми вже вдруге зупинялися в цьому готелі. Номер був чистий, персонал готелю привітний. Ліжко зручне, середньої жорсткості матрац, подушки кожному гостю надаєтьмя по 2шт з різними наповнювачами. Сніданок невибагливий, але смачний, можна вибрати щось для себе, наприклад були булочки, кекси, хліб, джем, кремсир, банани, яблука, йогурти, пластівці, сік, вода, молоко, кава, чай і т.д. Кожен день сніданок відрізняється гарячими стравами, наприклад в перший день був конверт з омлета з сиром, сосиски та картопля кубиками, а на другий день був омлет, бекон та боби в томаті.

На вулиці вночі було жарко і у всіх працював кондиціонер, який дуже шумів, ми не могли нормально спати і прокидалися постійно. Ми навіть свій відключали вночі. В останній день перед виїздом ми вияснили, що біля нашого номеру знаходилось відразу технічне приміщення і той жахливий шум йшов саме звідти... Жалію, що не звернулася відразу на рецепцію, можливо б нам поміняли номер, я просто думала що це кондиціонер від сусідів.

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Toronto Airport West, located at 5599 Ambler Drive, Mississauga, Ontario, in Room 234 for one night. During my stay, I discovered what appeared to be garbage and used coffee pod wrappers inside the coffee machine reservoir area. This raised serious concerns regarding housekeeping standards and cleanliness, as guests expect in-room amenities to be properly sanitized and inspected before check-in. I have attached photographs documenting the condition in which the coffee machine was found. As a paying guest, I was disappointed to encounter an issue that falls below the cleanliness standards typically associated with the Holiday Inn Express brand. Finding debris inside an appliance intended for food and beverage preparation is concerning from both a hygiene and guest experience perspective. I would appreciate it if this matter could be investigated and addressed with the housekeeping team to prevent similar occurrences for future guests. Considering the inconvenience and unsanitary condition experienced during my stay, I respectfully request that the hotel consider an appropriate gesture of goodwill, such as a partial refund, IHG One Rewards points, or another form of compensation. The rooms were on the old side, and the airport shuttle took its time to come after talking to the driver (more than 30 mins).

The pool and the gym were good but one treadmill was not working and the cleaning solution smell was a little overpowering. The room was nice but the carpet smelled old and a bit musty. Breakfast was great and staff was very friendly. Loved the EV charger :)

Das Personal beim Frühstück war sehr freundlich.

Poolhandtücher kamen erst nachdem wir 3x klatschnass an der Rezeption standen. Zimmer: Betten wurden nicht gerichtet und neue Handtücher gab es erst halbe Stunde nach anrufen bei der Rezeption, obwohl ich housekeeping gefragt hatte, nein sagte sie, sie müssen sie an der Rezeption ordern.

Proche aéroport, lit King size parfait pour se reposer en attendant un vol. Le petit déjeuner est un vrai plus. J'ai pu profiter de la piscine qui était très bien pour se délasser après 24h passées à l'aéroport.

Ne pas pouvoir ouvrir la fenêtre de la chambre. L'odeur n'était pas très agréable, changer l'air aurait fait du bien.
