Hilton Istanbul Bosphorus

Le personnel non souriant un peu brute

we really loved that our room had a garden and was very spacious for families with children. Also the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Given that there was no indoor seating available, the cigarette smoke on the terrace during breakfast was highly disturbing, particularly for non-smokers and families with kids.

Nothing everything was perfect 😊💝😊

I really enjoyed my stay at the Istanbul Bosphorus Hotel. The staff were wonderful, especially Mehmet Bey and Yasin Bey at the entrance, who were always very helpful. A special thank you to Tsira, the Georgian staff member. She was incredibly kind and made our stay feel extra special. We truly appreciated her warmth and kindness. Many thanks to the whole team for making our stay so enjoyable!

Honestly, every detail of the hotel is wonderful, from the service and reception to the hotel's location. Special thanks to TSIRA and OZLEm; they are both outstanding.

I like these people They are very nice Taira Celil Ozlem

the location, the pool and the room was great

the restaurant for breakfast was chaos, the wait staff collecting dishes before you finished both at breakfast and when we had dinner was annoying and not a great experience.

I stayed with my family in mid August 2026. All was awesome: excellent location (10 min of walk from Taksim square and Istiklal street), decent breakfast, amazing view to Bosphorus from our room. Very good two outdoor swimming pools: 1 for kids (40 cm depth) and 1 for adults (dtrarts from 130 cm). Shukur garson (black haired guy) and Tsira + Celil from reception were very kind and helpful to us. Thanks to such staff we plan to cone again to this hotel next time we are in Istanbul

The facllities of the room was very nice, the breakfast was good but it was little bit crowded. The staffs are very good espacialy mujdat, cenk ozlem

Everything is adorable😍The rooms are very clean, Housekeeping service is good. And the staff is very kind. Tsirsa-Atakan, Ozlem-Mujdat thank you for everything🙏🏻

The hotel is amazing, staffs very helpful. Monday, eray, cam and ozlem were the best

A big up for mehmet the doorman. All hotel employees where very kind

Ozlem.

Mehmet Murat Burhan and goktug

Murat, Mehmet, Gontug, Efe and Zeynep sont très bien.

Tout est parfait

Hotel was good. Good welcoming and good location. Clean and good for family. Thanks to Murat, Mehmet, Goktug Efe and Eray also Cem and Esra. Also Ergin and Zeynep were great.

ozlem Murat And doorman Mehmet so helpful they have been brilliant

an unforgettable stay with a breathtaking Bosporus view. The service is top-notch , and the entire team deserves recognition for their hospitality. I would especially like to highlight Mikail and the reception, as well as Eini who assists us with arranging taxi transportation. From the ultra comfortable room and delicious, high quality food , relaxing pool area and reliable WI FI. I highly recommend it.

Location and comfort

Noise level every night was super noisy

Best service

Great staff and great hospitality. New towels at 4am, a fork at 2 am, everything is handled quickly and swiftly. Great view from the balcony, super pool. I also adore the cats and the friendly attitude of the staff to them. When leaving, the young gentleman in the Executive Lounge was super helpful, and Murat from the people at the entrance.

Not much not to like. The elevators are a bit slow.

Everything was exceptional. Murat, Hasan, eren and Ozlem were very helpful and friendly, and they helped us very well. Thanks for the amazing service. We will definitely come back.
