The breakfast is good n delicious

The bed n carpet! 5 stars, but the bedsheets looked dingy and old very well used! The carpet looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed properly.

We stayed here two nights and moved hotel after that even though we were staying longer in KL. We arrived in the evening after a 30 hour flight from Europe. We were two adults and one child and only had one large bed in the room. We had to ask multiple times for an extra bed for my daughter. We waited an hour for it to arrive in the room, even though it was late and we said she had to sleep. We had asked for the bed online in advance. Breakfast was terrible. It was a battle ground with hundreds of people and there were piles and piles of dirty plates on tables, piled high, and just left there. The floor was dirty and honestly we lost our appetite and couldn’t eat anything. The hotel is too big with not enough staff. The staff were nice enough but can’t manage the large number of people. The gym is also not well maintained and seems not to have been cleaned in a while. The rust of the metal weights has rusted into the mats on the ground.

The bellhop men at the front door the first ones to greet us were fantastic lovely chat when we were leaving

Lot. Might be my first and last. 1st, about parking. Why in world like have hundreds of rooms but you have smallest parking basement? Then we have to park our car to WTC's parking which the hotel staf never told us to register our car at the other counter. I did registered but at main hotel counter and i didnt know about wtc's parking registration. I didnt care how much i'm gonna to pay. Just be more professional to inform us as customer about the facilities. They're not helping at all. 2nd, about breakfast. I know it's peak time i dont know how you guys manage the storm of people. The staf just said "Just find the empty seat". Wowww i came with my brothers and his kids. The they expected my family to take the seats easily. After that, some staf just told us to clear the table so the other people can seat. Wtf??? Hello we paid, we ate. Thats kind of spoil our mood. Seriously. There's many that kind spoil the mood.

Strategic hotel to PBAKL

Old but gold

Hotel that is easily accessible and close to public facilities. Stay at this hotel for PBAKL. Comfortable Muslim-friendly rooms with qibla and prayer mat. Staff is always smile and friendly

There is no bidet in the toilet, and the elevator is quite slow even though there are many elevators, causing users to wait a while to get down and up

Bilik besarr untuk harga yang dibayar,dan juga tidak berhantu lol. Staff super helpful & mesra,tipikal sikap orang melayu kita. Karpet tebal & spotless clean! Aircond function & sejuk. Lif banyak,xyah tunggu lama walau duk tingkat tinggi melangit. Toileteries lengkap & lotion wangii sgt !Last time stay hilton,bilik panas,karpet penuh rambut macam setahun tak vakuum,sempit walhal harga lagi mahal.

Limited basement parking space..sekali dah bawak keluar kereta memang xde harapan nak dapat spot kosong semula.

The location wise and it’s near the mall.

I ask the staff for a room upgrade because I came with my wife and son and there was only deluxe twin room but booking stated that there is free upgrade , I got the upgrade but more like a downgrade. Because my pillow case was dirty had to change it , the room look like it was vacant for some time. My tv was old and it’s not watchable as I love watching tv before sleep. The room just don’t give me a 5 star vibe. So I didn’t enjoy the room

The location is great, right next to the mall, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. The water pressure for the bathtub in the room was excellent with plenty of hot water, and the sleep quality during the stay was decent.

The overall facilities felt a bit dated and the style is quite old-school. The service and experience in all aspects were just average without any major surprises. It’s just an ordinary, standard old-style 5-star hotel.

There was a staff member who asked for our room number while smiling in a friendly manner. When we were eating the available food, the staff member asked about our room number again to get the information about that room then the staff said they were available for 1 room only to enjoy the club lounge for 2 pax only if other family want to enjoy the meal in club lounge the additional payment will added into your bills then our family members were very shocked because our book it was 2 rooms with club lounge and this is the 3 day of family enjoy the meal in club lounge.
