La piscina,el desayuno y la recepción. Hubo un día que tuvimos que esperar 45 minutos para que nos dieran la llave de la habitación de la cantidad de gente que había! Eso cuando llegas agotado de un viaje. Imaginad.... Habitaciones en muy mal estado y podría continuar y no terminar nunca de sacar pegas a ese hotel No vayan nunca

Mala atención del personal. Había que esperar colas interminables para ser atendido en recepción. Mala experiencia con las habitaciones. De hecho tuvieron que cambiarnos de una de ellas del pésimo estado en el que se encontraba. Había multitud de personas y resultaba muy agobiante. No puedo hacer ningún comentario positivo. No vayáis si podéis evitarlo

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026Disliked: Overcharging & poor service at check-in: We booked two large rooms for three guests. They charged a hefty fee for an early check-in, yet made my 65-year-old parents wait extended hours just to get the keys 🤦♂️. A supposedly 5-star property should not nickel-and-dime guests like this 😒. Missing amenities: The rooms were advertised with a minibar and working USB ports, but none of these were available or functional 🤷♂️. Food delivery to the room was also repeatedly delayed. Lack of basic empathy & petty charges: While trying to open a water bottle with an extremely tight, cheap lid, my elderly father struggled, accidentally broke two glasses, and suffered a deep cut on his finger that needed bandaging 🩹. When we called for housekeeping, the staff member spent 30 minutes taking photos and filing an internal report instead of clearing the dangerous shattered glass or checking if my father was okay 😡. At checkout, the rude manager insisted on charging us 20 MYR for cheap, untempered glassware worth barely 3–4 MYR 🙄. Terrible soundproofing & partition walls: The rooms appear poorly partitioned—the separator between the walls is essentially a cheap mattress (visible in photos), meaning noise from neighboring rooms travels straight through 🙉. Hygiene issues: On top of everything, there were bed bugs in the room 🪲❌. Only book here if you are happy paying 5-star prices for low-grade 3-star hospitality. Definitely not worth the money 🙏.

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026It was a good hotel. The stay was comfortable it was away from the hustle bustle of bukit bintang yet quite near to almost all the attractions. It was quite easy to get around from there. The breakfast buffet was the highlight. The staff was friendly.
Some of the places in the hotel were dusty. Also there was hair in the bathroom drain from the previous guest which wasn't cleaned before giving us the room.

Worse, when my elderly father cut his finger opening a tight bottle cap and accidentally broke two glasses 🩹, housekeeping spent 30 minutes photographing the mess for reports instead of clearing the dangerous glass or helping us 😡. The manager then rudely billed us 20 MYR at checkout for cheap glassware worth 3–4 MYR 🙄. The rooms have zero soundproofing because the wall partition is literally a cheap mattress between rooms (see photos) 🙉. To top it off, we found bed bugs 🪲❌. Save your money—not worth 5-star rates at all 🙏.

The location is moderate, which means that it is very close to Sunway Putra Mall and metro station. However, you need to take taxi or several metro lines to reach for example KLCC or Pavilion.
The offered price was quite expensive.

The room assigned to us was too dated and smelly. I couldn’t breathe. We arrived 5-6 am with kids totally exhausted however we had to argue with the receptionist and call multiple times to change our room. Plus description of rooms on booking and bed arrangements were not the same.Finally they moved us to a different room on higher floor which was refurbished .

Reviewed Aug 21, 2026Very comfortable stay. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything needed for a pleasant and relaxing stay. It felt welcoming and comfortable, and the overall experience was very positive.
Very little information was provided during check-in regarding the hotel’s services and general facilities. Although breakfast offered a wide variety of food, there were very few options suitable for guests who are lactose intolerant. In addition, the breakfast area was extremely crowded during peak hours, and some guests even lost their tables while getting additional food.

La chambre a besoin d’un sérieux rafraîchissement. Le deuxième lit de la chambre triple ressemble plus à un lit d’appoint. Énormément de monde au petit déjeuner, du coup la salle est bruyante et les produits pas toujours de bonne qualité.

Om in de kamer te geraken, was het nodig om meerdere liften te nemen. Dat is niet praktisch. + veel kinderen die aanwezig zijn voor indische trouwfeesten. Zwembad was bijvoorbeeld vol door hen, niet ideaal voor volwassen in dat geval.

The shopping centre it was connected to was dead. There’s was cracks on the floor. The toilet wasn’t clean. The tap was broken. There’s was lizards in our room. It wasn’t really a 5 star standard. Very dissatisfied and disappointing.

Reviewed Aug 9, 2026Stayed in the suite for 3 persons. Room is spacious. Location is great as it is near to the expressway and bypass the heavy traffic in KL. Carpark lots available.
The signage to the carpark can be improved. the signage to the hotel lobby can be clearer as it only mentioned to the ballroom Whilst the hotel should be complemented to be environmentally friendly with the glass bottles to contain drinking water, it is not convenient for the guests to bring the drinking water out of the hotel in view of the hot weather.

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026The fact that it is located next to a mall was very beneficial and helped a lot when needing to get anything last minute for short stays. The buffet was decent and had 3 different sections: Malaysian food, Indian food, and a continental section. Lovely view towards the street.
After 8:30 AM a long line start accumulating for breakfast entry which was annoying sometimes. Our room (3020) also had a very bad odor coming from the toilet and the room felt uncomfortably humid which amplified the problem. Also the shower was clogged and the hair dryer did not work.

The room.was a huge disappointment. It was run-down, the bathroom was less than clean with yellowing toilet bowl. It was a deluxe family room but with no sofa, just 3 hard-backed chair. And the lights in the room and throughout the hotel was soo dim! Our favourite hotel felt like such a let down this time. We were told there would be 4 beds and assumed it was a suite with bedrooms. We got a queen bed and an extra bed which was not comforta ble. Pillow was old and flat.

Reviewed Jul 18, 2026The large bedrooms were dark at night. It was quiet, no street noise only ocassionally loud guests shouting in the corridor. Beautiful foyer for a speedy check in and check out. On top of the Sunway Putra Mall which has enough shops and restaurants without the need to go to Pavillion. The beds were comfortable. The pool was swimmable. Cold spa. 2 750ml bottled waters in glass bottles provided every day. The gym was decent, although 1 leg machine couldn't be adjusted. The breakfast area had comfortable seats. The wi fi was good.
Breakfast was too crowded. It's a hotel that caters for conferences so tables are set up outside the eating area. The quality of the breakfast food was average, for a 5 star. We couldn't get a metal spoon for the room, we had to order a drink from room service. I don't know if it's because guests steal spoons? No sewing kit available .The water situation isn't ideal, for a hotel that says it's trying to be sustainable. They charge you 28MYR if you want a re-fill or you can pay 2.20MYR at any shop downstairs for 1.5 litres of mineral water. This forces you to buy more plastic bottled water, which is not environmentally friendly. At this level of hotel, they should provide water stations at the very least on each floor, which guests can re-fill, rather than charge an exploitative price. Despite there being 5 lifts, you had to wait a long time, when there were conferences.
