Strategic location , walking distance to LRT/MRT station very convenient to move around the city. Spacious and clean room with comfortable mattress. Awesome variety of breakfast choices. Friendly staff from front desk till the housekeeping.

The elevator from basement parking to the hotel lobby was out of service. The RM10 per day parking fees should be waived for the hotel guest.

Comme on était en famille j aurais aimé avoir des chambres avec des lits séparés. J ai réservé deux chambres pour 4 personnes. La chambre était équipée d un grand lit et un canapé lit sans couette

A full payment plus deposit upon check in the hotel. I was expecting only cash deposit upon check in as I used to experience in other hotels so far.

The breakfast was amazing The staff was really helpful. I asked for an extra blanket and they came and dropped it off to my room straight away.

Our stay at AC Hotel Kuala Lumpur was extremely disappointing. On the first night, we found mould on the blanket, the bathroom hose sprayed water everywhere, and the air conditioning continued blowing cold air even after being switched off, which made us unwell. There was also very loud renovation noise directly above our floor. When we complained, reception asked, “Why are you staying in the room? We thought you would go out.” Guests should be able to relax in their room while on holiday. After several complaints, we were finally moved to a lower floor on our last night. The location and surrounding area were also poor. Parking was charged at the full 24-hour rate again if we left and returned on the same day. Because we booked through Booking.com, the hotel also refused to provide a Marriott confirmation number, so we could not add the reservation to our Bonvoy app. Overall, this stay was a disaster and nowhere near the standard expected from a Marriott hotel.

The fresh and clean room. Location nearby the public transportation terminal (LRT & MRT) make it easier to move in the Kuala Lumpur city.

The basement parking entry is to narrow.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour au AC Marriott . Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la gentillesse du personnel. Un grand merci à Saifullah pour sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme, chaque jour nous retrouvions une chambre super clean. Bon petit déjeuné varié . Nous reviendrons.

Très mauvaise connexion wifi , impossible de se connecter du séjour tellement le réseau est mauvais. À ce prix dommage de ne pas avoir de smart tv dans les chambres.

The room was really quiet. The staff was really professional. The building was clean and well maintained. Location was good.

We stayed a week, the daily cleaning was a little rushed. I wish the bathroom was really cleaned everyday instead of being wiped. Everything else was really good.

The staff were very welcoming and friendly, arranged early check-in for us after a long journey. Location was good, hotel was very clean.

It was great so there was nothing we didn't like.

We had the best stay here especially thanks to faysal who was an incredibly attentive and kind to us when we stayed here. He made sure we had everything we needed and made our stay so memorable!

Dans l'ensemble, l'hôtel est bien et s'avère très bien placé par rapport aux centres d'intérêts de Kuala Lumpur, ce qui est très pratique pour se déplacer et visiter. En revanche, prévoyez des boules Quies si vous avez le sommeil léger : on entend pas mal le bruit des trains et du métro depuis les chambres.

Vriendelijk personeel, waaronder goed geholpen door Faysal. Schone en ruime kamers, veel keuze bij het ontbijt. Enige jammere is dat er geen restaurant was voor avondeten. Maar gelukkig genoeg keuze aan de overkant van het hotel.

De locatie viel een beetje tegen. We wisten dat het wat verder weg lag van het centrum, maar in de directe omgeving was niet heel veel te vinden, veel vervallen panden of gesloten.

Good room and good location for all customer

The room was reasonably tidy, breakfast is, at the very least, sufficient to meet basic needs. The staff are warm and friendly, and their willingness to help is something to be commended.

As I stayed there for nearly a week and had it cleaned during my stay. Unfortunately, apart from changing the towels and making the bed, the toilet wasn’t cleaned and the toilet paper wasn’t replenished. The Wi-Fi signal is also extremely weak; apart from basic communication, it is unable to meet the needs of activities such as online gaming or watching films.

Clean, staff service is very okay

The lift to B1 was broken and it was inconvenient for me to have to go out to the parking lot..the bed was very noisy and very disturbing when sleeping. Please check every bed and sofa..I've always been on vacation At this hotel and this time it was a very disappointing experience

The location is close to train stations with 3 lines.

The buffet breakfast has lots of room for improvement, especislally the quality of food.

Everything was exceptional! Upon arrival we were informed that the room of our chosen category wasn’t available, so we were offered a free upgrade and complimentary breakfast for all 3 days of our stay. Such a small favour but it was extremely nice on the part of the hotel. I’d totally go back

El persona nos trató muy bien y la habitación estaba limpia. La piscina estaba bien cuidada.

A su lado pasa la vía del tren y se escucha demasiado durante el día y parte de la noche. Afectó al descanso.

Excellent experience overall.. Lovely ambience, well maintained with excellent courteous staff with lovely spread in the breakfast buffet. Cherry on top is the convenient location.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. They were able to check me in earlier than the usual check-in time and also gave me a room upgrade. Upon check-in, the room cleanliness was acceptable. Good shower with strong pressure and hot water comes on almost immediately.

The pillows were a bit too soft for my liking. I felt like they sink in after a while which made it a little uncomfortable for my neck.

The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The large sofa bed was a great addition and provided plenty of space for an extra person. Everything was well-organized and nicely maintained. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, and we would be happy to come back again.

The electrical door could be improved, as it was sometimes difficult to open. It would be helpful if the door sensor or automatic opening mechanism could be checked to ensure smoother operation.

I like many thing in this Hotel, the location is in the center near to MRT station easy to use in KL city. The staff are very friendly and willing to support all the time. The Hotel is near to many Restaurants sea food and many of India, the Karachi Darbat in near only 300m from the Hotel. The Room clean the bed and mattresses are comfortable. i will come back to stay in this Hotel

It is Only one thing but it is not to bad the movement of Train at night but for me it is not big issue i can sleep well.

La posizione è un po’ fuori dal centro ma si trova a pochi passi dalla monorail e dal capolinea dei green bus.

Our whole family was placed in rooms in the same floor close to each other. The rooms were spacious and very clean with well-kept facilities. Despite being busy, staff attended promptly to us during breakfast and at the reception. Smooth checkin and checkout.

There was no lotion in room, shower area was slightly narrow and our wash basin did not drain properly.

Very friendly helpful staff, spotless room, excellent hot shower and WIFI in the room. The free drinking water was a surprise and welcomed. Special mention to the service staff on our floor, always had a smile, very friendly made us feel welcome, nothing was too much for him. It was nice to have a chat to him each day.(Floor 11) The free breakfast that came with our booking can only be described as excellent with plenty of variety, breakfast staff were excellent and when a tray of food ran out, it was promptly refilled. The pool was spotless and enjoyed during our stay. The hotel is close to sight seeing areas and ATM with many restaurants and a 7- 11 just across the road. The Twin Towers can be seen one street over. Check-in was a breeze and staff at the front desk were very friendly, welcoming, informative and had excellent local knowledge.

The restaurant is not what I would call a restaurant, its a small area that forms part of the Bar area and serves a limited array of foods. Ideal for snack foods with a drink if you are on the move.

All staff are friendly. Room is clean and comfortable. I live the coffee during breakfast, it is good.

Parking is not complimentary for in-house guest and it is stand alone building which not attached to mall or anything for me to pay the parking. I didnt expect that. Buffet line for the breakfast is not complete. No butter spread for bread, no green salad and no salad dressings. It is a bit disappointed. During booking, i have put remark for my anniversary. I was hoping that the hotel at least gave the room amenities such as fruit basket or slice of cake or something.

Paid extra for a high speed internet room but the internet was very slow and asked the staff about it but got no response or called back. It was not worth for what I paid.

The Ac Hotel by Marriott it is in good location the best near to Titiwangsa MRT station working distance. Front line dest staff all are helpful and willing to support for anything. I book 3 Premier king for my extension my stay rooms as on the pictures clean. The breakfast 🥞 it is Super with number of live stations.it recommend to stay.

It is only one thing which is the Rooms facing train line you can Hire the movement of the train but not to much easy to sleep 😴

Room is spacious, clean. The pillows are really good, it makes me sleep really well. The staffs are extremely nice and friendly. I would like to give credit to all of their staffs especially Mr Fyasal.

The hotel was excellent. Although it is not located in one of KL’s most upscale areas, it has a great location with easy access to the subway and a nearby authentic neighborhood filled with local restaurants and shops. It was a great place to experience a more genuine side of the city. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of both local and international options. The selection was impressive and offered something for every taste.

The space of the room, definitely spacious enough for 2 people, for the price. Loved the shampoo used as well very fruity. Breakfast was good too and have slight changes for 2 different days.

You may heard a lot of the lrt sound since it was just at the side of the lrt station. Breakfast could have more variety on the food (like chicken and beef sausages) Oh and also the car park lift, please fix it ASAP as it is very important for people who need to carry their luggage from the basement.

The room was spacious and clean, with a very comfortable double bed. The service was excellent, with daily cleaning and fresh water refills, and the staff were very kind and polite. The only minor downside was some air conditioner noise outside the window, but I was so tired after walking around the city that I fell asleep pretty quickly anyway. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
