Ein sehr gut geführtes Hotel mit wirklich sehr freundlichem Personal in allen Bereichen. Die Zimmer sind perfekt und das Frühstück ist genial – hier findet jeder etwas. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Zugang zur Club-Lounge gebucht. Die Club-Lounge ist absolut zu empfehlen! Sehr leckere Snacks, Cocktails, etc. werden gereicht! Die Lage ist sehr nah an den Petronas Towers. Wir haben häufig die Grab´s genutzt, da sie wirklich sehr günstig sind. Auch der Hop-on-Hop-off-Bus ist sehr zu empfehlen, da alle Sehenswürdigkeiten angefahren werden. Waren dort für 3 Nächte und sind dann weiter nach Bali! Weiterempfehlung 100%

Generally the place is still holding up well for an older hotel. It had a sense of class and elegance.

First time stay here, everything very good. Location hotel near to monorail station, easy to go anywhere and in front hotel got mall if want to find something. Best breakfast because not crowded and many choice of food. Room service good, mattress best and soft. Will repeat another time.

The Club Lounge Staff are extremely warm & friendly. Our heartfelt gratitude to Ms. Rathidevi & Mr. Shawn for their very warm & gracious hospitality. Both took wonderful care of the guests and made us feel very much at home. Made our stay even more pleasurable.

Überdurchschnittlich großes Zimmer im gewohnten konservativen Sheraton-Stil. Überragender Blick über die Skyline von Kuala Lumpur. Sehr gutes Angebot in der Lounge. Sehr aufmerksames Personal, unser Kind hatte während des Aufenthaltes Geburtstag, das Zimmer wurde liebevoll dekoriert und ein Kuchen bereitgestellt. Schöner Frühstücksraum mit einer sehr guten Frühstücksauswahl. Bei Problemen (bei uns spät abends eine durchlaufende Toilettenspülung) wurde umgehend reagiert und das Problem behoben. Schöner Pool. Anbindung zur Monorail perfekt. Personal hervorragend.

Very good location.

In the evening the cook was frying different foods in the area conected to the hotel lobby and all the hotel had a fries fish smell.

Hotel was in a good location, walkable distance to bars and restaurants in the area where you could have a beer and a view of KLCC.

I was not able to adjust the in-room temperature, despite toggling various settings so the room was really freezing cold.

Personnes à la réception non accueillante. Vétuste, douche et baignoire déglingué. Moquette chambre non aspirée, air conditionné imprécis. Matelas non confortable Pour couronner le tout, nous avons validé une semaine à 1400eur sur Booking mais Sheraton nous facture 1700eur. Nous avons voyagé dans de nombreux Sheraton et ce n'était pas ainsi.

All the tiles floor including in the toilet evaporated and wet bcoz of cold temperature. We have to wipe it ourselves. And there is stagnant water in the toilet.

Otelde en çok kahvaltıyı beğendik. Mutfak uluslararası bir lezzet sunmaktadır. Yerel, Akdeniz, Çin, Arab vs mutfakların hepsi vardı. Yemek konusunda çok seçici olan biri olarak damak tadı harika idi. Şef ile tanışarak özellikle teşekkür ettim.

1/5 — Very Disappointing & Unacceptable Hygiene During breakfast in the morning, I found a cockroach/insect right next to the bread and toaster area. I immediately informed the manager and told them that this clearly raises serious concerns about pest control and hygiene. This was absolutely disgusting and unacceptable, especially from a hotel carrying the Sheraton name. Guests should never have to see cockroaches anywhere near exposed food or breakfast equipment. I am staying here for my honeymoon and expected a much higher standard of cleanliness and food safety. Unfortunately, this experience completely ruined my impression of the breakfast service. Sheraton management needs to take this seriously and urgently review their pest-control and sanitation procedures. The lobby has a very unpleasant fishy smell coming from the restaurant, and unfortunately, it makes the whole lobby area uncomfortable. I kindly ask the hotel management to address this issue as soon as possible, especially regarding the ventilation and odor control. The lobby is the first impression guests have of the hotel, and it should have a fresh and pleasant atmosphere.

This hotel is ridiculously good. A true 5 star experience. Rooms fabulous. Staff fabulous. Location fabulous. Food fabulous. A true 5 star property with amazing facilities such as a state of the art gym. One of the best breakfast buffet I’ve experienced. One could write an essay on the variety on offer. You could have traditional Malay Nasi Lemak (which was outrageously good). Or a paratha and fried eggs with channa/daal and achaar? Or you could have freshly made pancakes real honeycomb stored in a block which you can break pieces from. Or have freshly made Chinese noodles which has a selection of ‘build it yourself’. Maybe some dim sum? Speciality teas? Freshly made cucumber and apple juiced in front of you. Or choose from six other fresh juices. Sushi? Baked breads, omelette, cheese, cured meats etc? Cereal, cakes, muffins etc. I was eating stuff I’ve never tried before like (eggs in curried mince meat) and it was delicious! Would definitely recommend this place.

Absolutely nothing

I had a spinal fracture and ended up spending 6 plus weeks at the hotel. A big shout out to Logan who helped me get a proper doctor to do X-rays so I could go to ALTY orthopaedic hospital. Thank you to the bell boys so good and the staff at the front desk and club room.

That I came back from the orthopaedic hospital and I hadn’t eaten because I’d spent all day and I went to the club floor and food didn’t start till 5pm and it was 4.50pm and I took a piece of fruit and was told by this young guy to have more respect for the chef and not touch the food that was a real put off expecially considering the circumstances and it was only 5mins before 5 pm and I’d seen plenty of people eat before 5pm. We didn’t go to the club room much after that

The bed and ambience are exceptional. The food is fantastic.

The accounting procedure is not convenient, amount is blocked upfront then on checkout the total amount is again debited without the blocked amount released. The staff are unsure when the blocked amount will be released. I had to leave to airport to catch my flight and to this moment of writing I'm still debited twice the amount.

We stayed in the club lounge rooms which were extremely spacious, huge super king beds and large bathrooms. Club lounge facilities were great, breakfast, food and snacks were fabulous. Staff treated you like royalty

Great location and the hotel is massive. Good breakfast

There is too much noise in the room the windows are not soundproof. On complaining we were given a different room but there was still quite a bit of noise of motorbikes at night. Parking is not free you have validate the car every time take your car out from the parking. The entire parking is third party and we parked in the wrong spot (even though the whole parking lot was empty) and our car got clamped for which we had to pay 150 RM. seemed a bit unfair given that we were staying in the hotel.

The concierge was excellent and looked after me exceedingly well for the week that I was there.

他に予約していた宿が詐欺まがいで急遽こちらのホテルに変更し、当日夕方6時近くに予約を入れたにも関わらず、親切に対応してもらい、フロントはじめ全てのスタッフが感じ良く、親切にしてくれました。朝食は種類が豊富で美味しく、アフタヌーンティーもまたとても良かったです。また宿泊したいと思うし、他の人にも勧められるホテルです。

The room was clean , comfortable and well maintained.

The food options were very disappointing. The breakfast was not guest friendly at all. The room service was very poor. No one answered the call after 8:30 pm. I had to walk down to the reception to make a request for food, which I still did not get as per my need.

This property is the perfect place to stay in KL if you want a luxury feel at a very reasonable price. The staff are always very friendly, welcoming and professional in all areas of the hotel. The high floor King rooms are large, comfortable and well sound proofed for a very relaxing sleep environment. The separate dressing room has lots of storage space and a double level safe that will fit even the largest laptops. The bathroom is also very big with plenty of toiletry items provided and replaced daily. An outdoor pool is a great place to relax during the very hot middle of the day, with plenty of covered areas to avoid sunburn. Pool temperate was just right every time. The highlight of this hotel continues to be the breakfast buffet which is HUGE. Multiple different food stations across a whole floor covering everything from toast and cereal to dim sum, sushi, salads, cheeses, Asian hot dishes that change every day and even a create you own noodle bar! For those who like their breakfast sweet, the pancake and waffle station even has multiple ice cream options. The housekeeping staff also deserve top marks, ensuring the room was serviced between 10am and 11:30am every day. This is great for those who want to explore in the morning and come back to rest once the weather heats up. Being located next to Medan Tuanku monorail station means you can use the airport's KLIA Express train during the day and easily explore other parts of the city during a visit. It's also opposite the Quill Shopping Mall featuring multiple food options and a supermarket. Sheraton Imperial is a fantastic choice when visiting KL.

Old, broken pool furniture still needs to be replaced. In a hotel where everything is high class, this simple to solve problem needs to be addressed to match everything else. The bathroom decor and colour scheme feel a little dated, but not a big issue.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean. Breakfast choice was amazing.
