Crowne Plaza Auckland by IHG

Delicious!!!

Hard to monitor for a one day stay,it was well received especially if you include the breakfast. I understand the cleaning purpose but if checkout times were flexible, Because it is not actually a days stay if you check in at 3.30pm and out 10.30am basing it on a 12hr day. Gives the customer ability to enjoy the spoils a little longer.

Unable to fault this hotel and staff

Nothing comes to mind

The service was exceptional and the staff friendly and helpful.. A very quiet and safe environment nearer to many shops ..I really appreciate everything about your service.

amazing hotel to stay, friendly staff, easy access straight into the city, best breakfast, clean, modern, parking was easy

Is nice it has a restaurant and bar

Car park, late check out

My outdated room. Kids running around the corridor

Location and breakfast.

Nothing.

Rien

Central location and ease of getting around CBD. Friendly staffs.

Bed is a bit too soft and dipping for my liking. Sore back waking up in the morning.

Great location

Location, well stocked gym

Bathrooms slightly dated

Staff were lovely and friendly. Great location and lovely and clean

The gym was modern and qell equipped. FOC early check in was very convenient and Joy (who checked us in) was very helpful and efficient. She had a very pleasant manner. Buffet breakfast had an awesome selection. The breakfast staff were very friendly and courteous.

The water at breakfast tasted funny.... like it was over-chlorinated.

The beds were super comfortable; it's got all the facilities that we needed. We enjoyed the central location, I came with a car and it was easy to get to designated car park even in central city. The breakfast was delicious and with plenty of variety to choose from.

The plugs/charge output are bit dated - would be great if there's USC charging outlets. Also, a separate shower cube would be preferred than a bath tub/shower combination.

Great staff, super helpful and willing t go out of their way to make our stay amazing. The food at the restaurant was great, breakfast was very fresh and has lots of options. We are members of and felt really valued as customer right from the start.

it was perfect

Well presented hotel

We liked how close we were to the CBD Sky Tower and the train station

Clean, easy move around.

Location for all our requirements needed during our short stay.. Breakfast was amazing

New modern rooms and very good breakfast. Location is also perfect to explore downtown.

Room was nice and upgraded

The washing machine and dryer the washing machine could be bigger and the dryer needs a upgrade didn’t dry my washing for almost 3 hours disappointed

Everything. The location, ambience, room, cleanliness, and overall service and buffet were excellent

Honestly, there was nothing I didn’t like. Everything was perfect.”

Easy access to our restaurant booking. Great to have parking at the Atrium next door. The lift system was great, no over crowding or long waits. Close to all amenities, train station, Elliott St Eatery, Casino, Supermarket and easy walk to Downtown Viaduct.

A wine glass was not clean. Would have been nice to have some bottled water in the fridge.

All round great stay. Good location.

Shower curtain blowing on body while showering. Perhaps more weights are required in the bottom of curtain

Perfect location, courteous staff, security minded lifts, great food and fabulous comfortable rooms.

Can't think of anything yo be fair

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room comfortable and modern.

Serviços impecáveis

Breakfast was yummy. Room was beautiful. Atmosphere was lovely.

Location, very handy, great breakfast and parking.

The rooms are quite dated, the floor qad wet in our room

2 min walk to civic theater and sky tower. 6 min walk to ocean/viaduct basin. Staff were amazing, restaurant delicious. Food court and The Warehouse in same building. Will definitely be returning. Huge bath with big bottles of beautiful shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Big fridge for a Hotel as well.

Leaving 😔

Awesome service, room and breakfast was amazing..Definitely go back

We found our stay very comfortable. Beds are super comfortable. Lifts are efficient and checking in was very efficient.

Nil

The breakfast buffet and high level views

The room is very normal and plain... no decor or fancy stuff....not matching the brand... a bit disappointed with the small space too

L’emplacement

Excellent location, great amenities, restaurant available staff very helpful and friendly will definitely be back

We ate at the restaurant for dinner mainly for convenience found it one dimensional but in saying that the food was cooked and presented well but would probably not dine there again for evening meal Breakfast on the other hand was the opposite, everything you could want for breakfast was available and again cooked well and staff very attentive.

Location Clean

Central location

To much to choose for breakfast

Location was really convenient, as week as having parking right next to the hotel. Very clean and staff so helpful and friendly.

No cutlery in room to eat my salad however there is a restaurant down stairs and I know that i would’ve been able to to some if I had asked but I was too lazy 😅

Great atmosphere. Breakfast superb, as was the restaurant for dinner. Rooms on the older side, but clean comfortable and well maintained. Staff was fantastic

Friendly staff. Easy quick check in. Convenient parking. Great breakfast. Rooms were good with great views. Nice central location.

Great heating, excellent breakfast

Location was great with parking nearby (prepaid). Buffet breakfast was great!

Nothing

Great location shops downstairs. The view was excellent

I did have a 6 month old and a microwave would have been handy to heat bottles up

Location great, very central to all that you might want to do in downtown Auckland. Staff friendly and check-in was very easy. The refurbished room was excellent.

Only dislike was the breakfast and not catering to a specific dietary need.

Location

Everything was in order

Clean comfortable

Air Conditioning could not get the right temperature
