Great location and nice comfortable rooms.

They charged me twice for my stay at took an extra $200 on top for bond. 7 days later still the refund didn’t come through!

Sehr zentral gelegen, komfortable Betten und hilfsbereite Menschen. Perfekt nach einem langen Flug und für den Start in Neuseeland. Frühstück war sehr abwechslungsreich und hatte alles, was man braucht. Die RooftopBar war zum Sunset der Hit.

Your location was awkward to get to by car and had minimal parking. Great breakfast selection. Convenient location for walking to the city particularly Aotea Square. Friendly and pleasant staff.

The key cards did not register that easily in the lifts. Think it would be nice having one of the lobby toilets labeled for men only w other 2 unisex.

Location and staff were great. Had nice interactions with the breakfast team - highlighting extra options at the buffet and the reception staff at check in and out were very easy going and professional. They were really accommodating.

I had booked 6x King corner rooms, thinking they had baths but unfortunately this isn’t the case and could only secure 2 rooms with baths for our group. This should be clearer on the booking system.

Dinner menu could have done with some more large plate options

Breakfast was delicious as were the room service dumplings. Staff were fantastic My son even got a gift for his birthday and felt super special, just gutted I accidentally left the chocolate in the fridge when we checked out.

Very minuscule, but no bathrobes, even though they were listed online. Could hear street noise from the 16th floor.

The location was suitable for me as it was in the city . It was clean and comfortable

It was quite small for the price but i suppose that’s Auckland which is an expensive city .

Coffee machine at breakfast buffet was not the best. You are better off making purchase at thier cafe. My preference is for pillows to be firmer. I found pillows too soft.

I had a wonderful stay at Four Points by Sheraton Auckland. The hotel is in a fantastic location in the heart of the city, making it easy to walk to restaurants, shops, and popular attractions. The room was clean, modern, comfortable, and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable, which helped me get a good night's sleep after a day of sightseeing. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any questions. I also appreciated the smooth check-in and check-out process. Overall, the hotel offered great service, a comfortable stay, and excellent value. I would definitely recommend Four Points by Sheraton Auckland to anyone visiting Auckland, and I would happily stay here again.

Locating and comfort in all aspects

Was easy to find and in a good location.

The toilet door was a push door so there wasn’t privacy when using toilet.

It was clean and coffees were replaced.

It says streaming but it’s not, it’s a chrome cast and you have to steam from your own account, which I don’t like due to wifi security and really things like Netflix should be included in the price. I was also put by the lifts which are noisy.

Location was good.

The bathroom in our room wasn't very clean, the shower pressure was poor and we had cold water in the morning.

Only 1 option for pillows sizes. Amazing, great big poofy pillows! Great for my husband, but not so great for me or our child. Having a lower profile pillow option would have been perfect. Thanks

We couldn't sync our phones with the tv, however we didn't really need it.

On check in the front service staff were fabulous. Towards the end - the staff were a little less relatable and friendly.

I love that they granted my requests (high floor, clean and tidy as I have asthma & allergies) for my stay my birthday night. I had complimentary balloons and chocolate! Thanks! Breakfast was also good! Breakfast staff were nice.

Cioran on the front desk was awesome, he went above and beyond to get us interconnecting rooms for the two rooms we had booked. The rooms were great, great view of the City Sky tower - Thank you Cioran

The bed for me was like a big fluffy soft cloud, felt lovely to get into, but unfortunately my back didn't like how soft it was, (was only a me problem though) - both my Husband and Son loved the beds :)

Location was close to two venues we were attending - Sky City Orbit Restaurant & The Aotea Centre for Engelbert Humperdink concert. We had pre dinner drinks downstairs and post event drinks in the Churchill Bar which was so lovely - the view, the service, the indoor outdoor flow it was fabulous. Breakfast the following day was relaxed and the buffet was great for the 6 of us

朝食付きプランで宿泊しました。朝食ブッフェは品数も多く、美味しく頂けました。 部屋の水回りの清潔で、シャワーも充分に暖かいお湯が使え快適でした。 さらに、スカイタワーまで徒歩圏内にあり散歩がてら観光するにもってこいのホテルです。 ベッドサイドにはコンセントがありスマホの充電には役立ちました。しかし、コンセント形状がオーストラリアの標準形状「O型」であり変換プラグは必要です。ここがユニバーサルタイプだったら文句の付けようがありません。

ホテルの無料Wi-Fiへの接続は簡単で、そこそこの速度を維持していました。しかし、会社のイントラへの接続が出来ず若干不具合を感じました。 ホテル内が禁煙である事を理解して利用しましたが、ロビーから出た場所での喫煙が出来ましたが、灰皿が用意されておらず自分で持っていた携帯灰皿を使いました。 それ以外に施設の不具合を感じる事はありませんでした。

Na receção, eram muito simpáticos e amáveis. O pequeno almoço é bom e a localização é excelente. A cama é confortável.

O quarto é pequeno e escuro, as janelas não abrem. Tinha uma toalha rota na casa de banho. Pedi serviço de limpeza e até às 3 da tarde não apareceram. Para o estatuto de um sheraton e preço, deixa um bocadinho a desejar.

The room is very big and clean. It’s very close to CBD. Nice buffet. Very helpful and friendly stuff.

The corner king room was very spacious and comfortable for me to relax.

The fill a bottle water thing on my floor was not working, so had to go out to the front reception to get my drinking water.

Location is great for attending concerts in the Aotea precinct in Queen Street. The room size was excellent.

The roof top bar closed earlier than advertised and was closed after our concert on Thursday evening. There were eight guests that would have gone to the rooftop bar at 11pm, but it was closed early and we were turned away.

The room was spacious and was clean and tidy. All of the staff were super friendly and welcoming. The location is great and the direct Access to Queens Street was a huge bonus. We had breakfast both mornings of our stay and there were so many options and the food tasted great. The Churchill was also a great experience. We were celebrating our anniversary and the staff had left us cake, 2 free drinks vouchers and a lovely note upon arrival to our room, this was such a lovely gesture and it made our stay that much more memorable

There were some water pipes that ran through our room which were noisy at times.

Breakfast was very good, as was dinner in the restaurant the night we arrived. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Rooms were comfortable, beds were very comfortable.

There wasn’t enough storage/luggage space in the room and only one luggage rack. The bed casters didn’t lock, so the bed rolled freely when least expected, almost causing falls.
