Competenza e disponibilità di tutto lo staff , reception e sala ristorante in ottica di Customer satisfaction. Ottima la colazione con scelta dolce e salato per tutti i gusti. Disponibile spremuta di arancia e non il solito succo. Ho usufruito del ristorante interno e i piatti che ho scelto erano di ottima qualità.

The hotel’s location was excellent, with easy access to the city center and the train station. The hotel had good facilities, was clean, and was very quiet.

The breakfast menu was quite limited, and considering the price, there was not enough variety. Some of the dishes were so salty that they were not really enjoyable. The fruit selection was also very limited, with only apples, watermelon, and melon being served every day. During breakfast, staff were constantly walking around, which made the atmosphere less peaceful. The staff member handling our check-in was very slow, and it took around 45 minutes to complete the check-in process. The towels were not changed every day. On some days, I noticed that the used towels had simply been folded instead of being replaced, even though they needed to be changed. Also, some of the lights in the room were not working.

Lo staff della reception , poco pazienti , nessuna informazione, e non organizzati, dopo il terzo giorno di soggiorno seppur avessimo prenotato il garage e dato il numero di targa , abbiamo dovuto attendere perché non trovava la prenotazione abbinata al numero di camera

The room was fully renovated and very clean. The beds were very comfortable and the amenities provided were of high quality. The staff was very polite

The breakfast could be improved, especially regarding the salty choices (e.g. eggs, cold cuts, etc.).

Easy to find location with on site parking. Very helpful staff. We had dinner in the restaurant and the food was beautifully presented and tasty. The hotel is about 5 minutes walk to the main shopping street but 40 minute walk to the old port .Great location for access to the metro .

The public areas are very smart but a little soulless.

Staff gentilissimo e professionale, pulizia impeccabile, arredamento delle camere e degli spazi comuni molto curato e di buon gusto. Posizione ottimale, possibilità di lasciare l’auto in garage fino alla partenza pomeridiana.

Der Frühstück Raum war eher wie ein Kantinen Flair

J'ai aimé la propreté, le confort général, le service du petit déjeuner ainsi que le bufet du petit déjeuner.

L'accueil était un peu hostère et le premier jour l'accès au parking lors de mon arrivée n'était possible qu'après le check in, pas très pratique quand le parking le plus proche est loin...

Excellent location, spacious room and super clean and quiet.

The breakfast was not bad. There were vegetables which is rare for Italy. The room was spacious, comfortable and very nice. The location is also great, it’s near various bus stations and main train station. To go to the city center, you need 10-20min to walk which is great in my opinion. The cleaning was great as well.

It had been reported before but I didn’t know that I needed to pay in the hotel by physical card. I haven’t used them for a while and forgot all pins. When arriving to the hotel, I was sure I could pay with Apple Pay as I always do. Also this payment was an advanced payment and you needed to pay in the end again the same money! So I came to the hotel, and we were working with my cards for a while. The staff told me to go to the ATM and try to get some cash. I went there but that ATM would have cost me big commission. So I went back and prepared to fight. I went to the other receptionist and he told me the same thing. Then we tried my cards again, and they were all so dissatisfied that my cards weren’t working. As if I took their money. One of the staff members told me - how can you not have money there? Or can’t you send the money from that card to this card. So they were very rude. Then finally one of the staff members gave me internet link to pay and I paid using that card I don’t have the physical one. When I came to my room, I saw that mini-bar and now I finally understood why they wanted to take the advance payments. They gave you snacks and bar in the room to charge you for everything afterwards. And it’s everywhere!

Дуже великий готель з прекрасним видом на місто. Ми після потяга вже за 5 хвилин були в готелі. Після виселення навіть залишили там валізи, бо наші апартаменти були не готові. Всі дуже привітні.

Ми забули зарядку в номері і забирали її 2 дні, бо треба було прийти саме в першій половині дня. Але це наш факап, а не готелю тому жодних претензій

Sehr schönes Hotel, nettes Personal, die Kommunikation war gut. Hier würden wir gerne nochmals Gast sein.

Die Lage war zentral am Bahnhof. Viele Busse und eine U-Bahnstation gab es ebenfalls. Die Fenster sind gut isoliert, so dass man den Straßenlärm nicht wahrnimmt. Zimmer sehr sauber!

Das Frühstück war leider nur ok. Das Gemüse in den Warmhaltebehältern war kalt, ebenso sie Eier. Wir waren vorher in Turin in einem 4 Sterne Hotel und das war tatsächlich um Welten besser, hatte aber fast nur die Hälfte gekostet. Das Personal im Frühstücksraum war aufmerksam, aber längst nicht freundlich. Das Personal an der Rezeption eher ignorant, arrogant. Die Regendusche spritze in alle Richtungen, nur nicht auf den Körper. Die Handdusche, hatte leider keine Halterung und der Schlauch war auch zu kurz.

The room exceeded my expectations, room was excellent,clean and comfortable. The staff both at reception and restaurant where very friendly and helpful. The location wzs close to shops as well as attractions and i will definitelyereturning therevon my next trip

Colazione fantastica e stanze grandi ed eleganti per questo hotel non troppo fuori mano per Genova centro.

Purtroppo in bagno c’era un odore di fogna davvero forte. Fermandoci una notte sola lo abbiamo segnalato solo al mattino e si sono molto scusati e ci hanno offerto delle bevande dal mini-bar. Se fossi stata meno stanca l’avrei segnalato prima.

Wat een aangename verrassing in hartje Genua! Voor onze overtocht naar Corsica verbleven we hier één nacht en wat een aangename verrassing was dit hotel! De ligging is perfect: midden in Genua, ideaal om het centrum te voet te ontdekken en de volgende ochtend waren we binnen ongeveer 20 minuten in de haven. Bij aankomst kregen we onverwacht een upgrade en wát een kamer! Enorm ruim, stijlvol en ontzettend luxe. We hebben zelden zo’n indrukwekkende hotelkamer gehad en hadden hier met gemak nog een paar nachten willen blijven. Desondanks kijken we met veel plezier terug op ons verblijf. Jammer dat het maar voor één nacht was! Als we opnieuw naar Genua gaan, zouden we zonder twijfel weer voor dit hotel kiezen.

Het enige minpunt was de airconditioning, die de kamer helaas niet voldoende koel kreeg. Mogelijk speelde de uitzonderlijke hitte van dat moment hierin een rol. We hebben het bij de receptie aangegeven, maar helaas bracht dat weinig verbetering.

La posizione dell'albergo è eccellente, visto che è a pochi passi dalla stazione ferroviaria di Brignole e a relativa poca distanza dal pieno centro cittadino. Le stanze sono silenziose, sebbene l'hotel si trovi in un grande incrocio. Ci sono tornata dopo 10 anni dal primo soggiorno e ho ritrovato la stessa professionalità e la stessa cordialità del personale e l'identico comfort della struttura

Die Lage, das Personal und die Ausstattung waren super. Das Frühstück war ok.

Man könnte im Voraus Angebote mit Garage bei der Zimmerbelegung anbieten. Die Garage ist schwer zu finden, aber es war genug Platz.

Solo hemos estado un día porque estábamos de ruta con coche, pero es un hotel perfecto! Personal de recepción muy amables, desayuno y cena muy buenos, parking privado con entrada directa e instalaciones muy nuevas. Si vienes en tren, la estación está justo en frente igual que el metro. Además hemos tenido suerte, nos habían dado Lucky Guest con early check in que nos vino genial porque llegamos a las 12h y la habitación estaba lista. Un fantástico hotel para visitar Genova, a 25' de agradable paseo hasta la piazza Ferrari.

Mi e' stato chiesto al.momento della.partenza il versamento di un costo aggjuntivo (facoltativo) non previsto in tariffa per servizi alberghieri non meglio specificati. Servizi pero' inesistenti. In particolare all'arrivo abbiamo avuto bisogno di assistenza per raggiungere la camera e l'addetto al servizio neppure ci ha chiesto se volessimo aiuto per il trasporto bagagli. A fronte di servizi alberghieri pari a zero hanno chiesto se volevamo pagare una percentuale per gli stessi. Abbiamo.corrisposto la.somma per rispetto, ma ci e' apparsa una "tassa" mascherata aggjuntiva alla tassa di soggiorno.

Very good location for taking walks in Genova. We arrived with children, the hotel had small surprises for them waiting at the rooms. Thank you once again! The underground parking is accessible, works for the purpose. Extra paid. There is a restaurant, bar and the breakfast plus all the food was very delicious.

In order to buy snacks from the bar you must order alcohol. Doesn't work with juice for the children, I was told it must be alcohol only. That in mind, it's not convenient to have a drink on an empty stomach, while choosing a restaurant to go have a dinner, as all open 18:30-19:00, with three hungry children at the lobby. Please also consider the non-drinkers.

Meine Frau und ich haben vom 14.08. bis zum 16.08. im Starhotels President in Genua übernachtet und waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Das Hotel ist modern, gepflegt und hervorragend gelegen, sodass wir die Stadt bequem erkunden konnten. Unser Zimmer war sauber, ruhig und komfortabel, was zu einem angenehmen Aufenthalt beigetragen hat. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Lediglich das Frühstück könnte etwas abwechslungsreicher und qualitativ besser sein. Insgesamt ist das Hotel jedoch sehr empfehlenswert.

Pedí una habitación con cama de matrimonio y me dieron la habitación con dos camas, aunque atendieron mi petición de habitación con vistas. Aunque el personal fue amable y correcto.

Location Lovation Location near train and bus station. Asked for a quiet room and got one on the 12th floor at the end of a corridor. 12 pm check out which was helpful. Provided ice pack immediately for a pulled muscle I got. Could not have asked for more out of a stay.

L'hôtel a été récemment refait et est bien situé. A la fois près du centre historique et à 20 minutes à pied des plages et du nouveau centre commercial.

Una tarde llegamos a la habitación y estaba sin hacer, cuando preguntamos nos dijeron que como habiamos pedido un cambio, cosa que no era cierta, era otro huesped el que lo había solicitado, no la habían hecho, tuvimos que insistir mucho y ponernos serios para conseguir que nos hicieran finalmente la habitación, ni dirección, ni personal de ningún tipo se disculpo por el error y las molestias ocasionadas, lo cual en un hotel de 200€ la noche es lamentable.

Tutto lo staff è da 5 stelle (reception , servizio pulizia , sorveglianza , ristorazione). Ho molto apprezzato il fatto di aver trovato posto libero nel parcheggio nonostante non si possa prenotabile (il parcheggio tuttavia è adiacente ad un silos - autorimessa quindi il problema verrebbe presto risolto). Letti e cuscini molto comodi, doccia spaziosa, presenza sia di prodotti per igiene che di asciugacapelli. La colazione è il fiore all'occhiello del soggiorno; solo quella vale il prezzo del pernottamento . L'hotel dista 10 minuti a piedi dal PALASPORT / centro commerciale , mentre per il porto Antico sono circa 30-40 minuti a piedi

Entrando nella hall e nelle sale ristoro - colazione ci si sente veramente in 4 stelle; la sensazione cambia una volta entrati in camera (nel nostro caso la 602). Bagno non finestrato, rifiniture sia sulla porta che della carta da parati da ripristinare.

Really lovely, big, conference style hotel. Great food (in particular dinner) and a great location, situated very close to Genova Brignole train station and walkable distance to the historic centre. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the shower products were good. The gym is small but has what you need (1 treadmill, 1 bike, some free weights and one multi use machine). Water and towels provided in the gym. Very friendly staff, In particular the dinner waiters (loved them!).

La Junior Suite 1119 è molto accogliente

Bidet messo in una posizione impossibile per persone alte. Letto che cigola!!!!!.. Doccia che non si chiude correttamente e lascia fuoriuscire l'acqua.

Posizione strategica per lo stadio. Molto comoda la camera per 6 con due triple comunicanti

Très bon accueil par le personnel de l'hôtel et du restaurant. Le personnel étant disponible et serviable. Parking facile d'accès et bien sécurisé. Hôtel situé à proximité de la gare pour des excursions et à peine à 10 minutes du centre de Gênes. Chambre propre et bien équipée. Petit déjeuner très varié et très bon. Restaurant agréable et avec de bons plats.

Le minibar n'a pas été regarni après la première journée. Le prix du restaurant reste un peu élevé pour des quantités modestes même s'il faut reconnaitre que la cuisine était savoureuse.

L’emplacement

Payer une chambre triple et avoir un grand lit et en deuxième lit pliable, ce n’est pas normal. Ensuite, la chambre des parents était loin de celle des enfants et elle était mal agencé. Même l’eau était payant.

Je merkt al bij het binnenkomen van het hotel dat het een klassevol hotel is. Personeel heel vriendelijk. De kamers zijn met veel klasse ingericht. Heel propere kamers. Heel uitgebreid ontbijt. We hebben daar ook gedineerd en het eten was gewoonweg uitmuntend. Wij begrijpen niet dat dit niet meer gepromoot wordt. Dit hotel is een aanrader wie van klasse houd.

Modern interior, located close to bus stops, with good size of the room and free coffee and tea in the room.

The reception asked for a physical credit card, but I only had ApplePay. The hotel should accept payment by virtual card in the 21st century. Plus, I also found hairs on the floor. The price is a little bit of expensive but acceptable.
