Everything! The location was across from the train station but just a short walk to all the sights of Genoa. The hotel was immaculate, the beds were comfortable, the room was quiet and included many amenities. The staff were helpful in telling us where to get dinner, how to add breakfast to our stay (which was generous and delicious), and that we could store our luggage until we left for the train station.

Ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo. La struttura è pulita, accogliente e molto comoda, soprattutto per la posizione…si trova vicino alla stazione in cui siamo arrivati e questo ha reso gli spostamenti molto semplici fin dal nostro arrivo. La camera era in ordine e confortevole e durante tutto il soggiorno non abbiamo riscontrato particolari difetti o problemi. Tutto è stato esattamente come ci aspettavamo e siamo rimasti pienamente soddisfatti. Quando un soggiorno va così bene c’è poco da aggiungere…10 meritato e struttura che sceglierei nuovamente per un futuro viaggio a Genova! 😊❤️

Es un muy buen hotel, muy cómodo para visitar Génova, nos gustó y seguimos que lo volveremos a elegir si volvemos.

Nos han dado una habitación con un baño de 1.9mt.× 2.2mt, la ducha tiene menos de un 1 mt2, no puedes moverte casi. Esta fue nuestra 5 vez, no nos había pasado ésto antes. Tiene exquisito desayuno, buena atención, buena ubicación, buenas camas ,habitaciones de buen tamaño (baño muy pequeño, habit. 508) Espero no nos vuelva a suceder.

Room was quite small and not the most clean. There was a toothbrush holder in the bathroom that had old toothpaste on it.

Bellissimo albergo, curato e pulito. Bella camera con letti comodissimi, aria condizionata silenziosissima e tendoni oscuranti. Non si sentiva nessun rumore pur essendo affacciato sulla strada. Tutto il personale alla ricezione molto molto gentile. Posizione buona a 20 minuti a piedi dal centro e a 5 minuti dalla stazione.

La chambre était super et l emplacement pour visiter aussi. Le personnel est au top !

Excellent hotel close to the main train station. The room was spacious, the bed super comfortable, the breakfast was amazing and they catered so well for my wife who is gluten intolerant. Brilliant service from the staff. Great restaurants (Gluten free options) and grocery store 5 mins walk from the hotel It was a pleasure to stay here.

Great stay in Genoa. Very centrally located next to the train station and a short walk from the center. We were lucky and got one of their dedicated public parks at the front of the hotel. But parking is nearby otherwise. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is modern and has great facilities. Highly recommend.

In unserem Zimmer war nur eine Badewanne aber keine Dusche - sehr schick aber etwas umständlich.

Het hotel ligt heel centraal, op loopafstand van de meeste bezienswaardigheden. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en we hadden een heerlijk ontbijt. Het hotel heeft een schitterende, ouderwetse lift.

Kleine dingetjes zijn vrijwel altijd, maar niets viel echt tegen.

Great location if you’re travelling in by train, as it’s only a short walk up hill to the hotel. The hotel is an older refurbished building with a lot of charm. It was very quiet when i stayed there, not sure if that’s normal but it was really nice! The staff were lovely! Checked me in early without notice which was incredible, and they showed me directly to my room which was really helpful! Really appreciate the staff as Astoria.

I had a little bit of an ant problem in my room, nothing over the top, but it was a bit of a pest. I ended up having to wear my (hotel provided) slippers when walking across my room. Also the second night i stayed there i tried to have a shower but there was absolutely no hot water available. I ended up giving up and not raising this with the staff as it was quite late in the night, but that was quite annoying. Also was not a fan of the weird long/tall window in my bathroom which looked straight into the shower. There was no curtains to cover it. I ended up having to obscure the view of the other buildings myself.

Sehr elegante Einrichtung, freundliches Personal. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Schnelles Internet gab es auch. Die Lage war zentral. Einen überwachten Parkplatz für 18€ pro Tag war auch in unmittelbarer Nähe zu finden.

Es gab keine Möglichkeit die Handtücher im Bad aufzuhängen.

Super service client: flexibilité sur l’heure du ménage de chambre, le mini bar était rempli tous les jours, la chambre était très propre et de taille suffisante pour deux. Très belle salle de bain et décoré avec goût.

Emplacement un chouïa excentré par rapport au centre ville (mais très bien placé par rapport à la gare), pas de parking à proprement parlé mais possibilité de se garer devant le temps de décharger les valises et parking très proche de l’hôtel (moins de 3min à pied).

We had 2 rooms for the 3 of us..... a double room and an executive room. Spotless, clean rooms with high quality furnishings. Beautiful hotel with superb , cold air conditioning and a complimentary mini bar with non-alcoholic beverages and a snack. This is replenished daily as well as the luxurious scented toiletries. Useful sized tubes of shower gel , shampoo, hair conditioner and body lotion. Ample towels and comfortable mattresses. Front desk service is professional. Thanks to Andreas who gave us his top 3 recommendations for authentic meals around the area. We went to 2 of them during our 2 night stay. Beautiful elevator and a most pleasant stay in Genoa. A 5 minute walk from the train station.

The location looked sketchy at night, not in the heart of the tourist area. It was also not by the main train station.

Bad ist sehr klein, es war alles da, aber nur für schlanke Personen. Kein Stuhl oder Sessel im Zimmer, nur runder Hocker aus Blech, nur Kleiderständer und Koffer-/Taschenablage.

We have stayed at this hotel many, many times now, and it never disappoints. Though many visitors might not find its location to be the best in terms of sightseeing and the best restaurants, we love the fact that it is near the train station because it's our overnight stopping point on the way to an appartment that we have on the coast. The staff is super friendly, it's very clean, and the breakfast is wonderful. We love the old elevator and the old facade.

Nothing really. We are very happy with this place. Rooms are on the smallish side so it can be a bit to navigate with two suitcases, but that's minor compared to the pluses for us.

It is a lovely property in a great location and the staff on Reception were very welcoming, friendly and helpful.

Location is wonderful, near Genova Brignole FS and easy access to restaurants, supermarket and public transportation. The hotel is as comfortable as home, nicely designed and offers wonderful supplies. Its air condition is remarkable. This is the best hotel in Genova I will recommend.

Astoria hotel is right near the train station (Brignole), which was very convenient, because that is the station that you need in order to travel along the sea. The atmosphere is very nice, the rooms are spacious and very clean. Although it's near the train station, we didn't hear a thing, and the room was very quiet, day and night. The service was good, breakfast was very good, and the cleaning lady was very nice.

Vriendelijke ontvangst met tips over Genua. Hotel had een luxe uitstraling. Fijne, modern ingerichte kamer met een groot, comfortabel bed en een ruime badkamer met regendouche. De gratis flesjes drinken en fris in het koelkastje werden iedere dag bijgevuld, goede service dus. Hotel is goed te voet bereikbaar vanaf Genova Brignole. Het centrum is te doen in twintig minuutjes of via de metro via het station. Genoeg ontbijtmogelijkheden in de buurt voor als je niet ontbijt in het hotel zoals wij.

Lo stile con cui si presentava, l’accoglienza da parte dello staff, e ciò che ti offriva la struttura come la flessibilità di agevolarti qualunque sia la tua idea per visitare la città. Poi anche la semplicità di un open bar e il fatto che in camera ci fosse tutto il necessario per potersi lavare e rilassare.

Ho soggiornato solo una notte e alcuni servizi come la colazione non sono riuscito a provarli. Per cui in realtà non trovo nulla che mi abbia fatto torcere il naso.

Tres bel hôtel

Direi tutto. Elegante, PULITO, personale disponibile e molto cortese. Colazione super. La posizione è leggermente decentrata, ma è a due passi dalla stazione, 15 minuti dal porto antico e dallo stadio. Non ha parcheggio, (2-3 posti per lo scarico valige si) ma a neanche 50 metri c'è un parcheggio molto comodo e a costi giornalieri bassi. Se torniamo a Genova sarà la prima scelta.
