Frühstück leider das schlechteste unserer Rundreise, Automatenkaffee, keine bzw kaum frisches Gemüse wie Gurke oä. Keine Besonderheiten, nur das nötigste. Inventar in die Jahre gekommen, teilweise sieht es toll und historisch aus, die defekten Armaturen im Bad sollten jedoch ausgetauscht werden.

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026Niente camera doppia piccolissima, per un Mio errore ho prenotato la camera con letto alla francese e alla mia richiesta di una camera con un letto doppio per 2 persone mi è stato chiesto verbalmente 60 euro di differenza. Carta d'ingresso smagnetizzata due volte. Camera 6 ed ultimo piano, lato centrale motore rumorosi dell' ascensore sopra motrice pompe di calore rumorosi. Sapone bloccato che neanche un hotel di 2 e 3 categoria forniscono.

Les chambres sont belles et fonctionnelles. Vous êtes à 2 pas de la gare, des bus et du centre ville de Gênes.

Hotel accogliente e con tutti i comfort, ottimo rapporto qualità-posizione-prezzo, personale cortese e professionale, reception h24, massima pulizia e camere confortevoli. Ideale per brevi soggiorni di lavoro e di svago a Genova.
La colazione dovrebbe essere sempre inclusa nel prezzo della camera.

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026Nous avons passé une super semaine à Gênes, l'hôtel est juste sublime, très propre, très bien placé, le personnel est très sympathique, le petit déjeuner est bien aussi.
J'ai su une fois la réservation effectuée que nous aurions une petite chambre, nous aurions aimé une chambre un peu plus grande et surtout le savoir avant de valider la réservation... C'est juste un détail.

La Tv tenía muy bajo volumen, tal vez es para controlar la bulla hacia los cuartos circundantes.

Reviewed Aug 11, 2026I traveled with my son, and Genoa was just a stopover on our way to Monaco. The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The location was perfect for us, as the hotel is right next to the train station, which was very convenient since we were traveling by train. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and they also assisted us with information about the trains. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for travelers arriving or departing by train.
There wasn’t really anything we disliked about the hotel itself. The only thing we noticed was that when we arrived in the late afternoon/early evening, most places nearby were already closed and there were very few people on the streets, so the area felt a little deserted. I’m not sure if this is usual for that time of day, but it didn’t affect our overall positive experience at the hotel.

La chambre était petite et vétuste. La salle de douche est minuscule. Travaux ou bruits des femmes de ménage ? Dans les deux cas, impossible de dormir après huit heures. L’entrée de l’hôtel se trouve en plein centre-ville, idéal pour prendre le train, mais il y a énormément de SDF dans un état critique, ce qui ne met pas à l’aise.

Le service de chambre, le personnel, la chambre ne sont pas à la hauteur d’un hôtel 4 étoiles. Les serviettes, les draps et la couette ne sont pas changer, le rangement est catastrophique, le mini bar pas d’eau dedans. Le personnel est désagréable (Réception et restauration). Si vous n’avait pas la peau blanche n’y allez pas on ne vous dira même bonjour et on vous parlera comme de la merde. On demande de l’eau ils font semblent de ne pas comprendre. Je ne comprends pas les 4 étoiles… Juste avant on était à un hôtel à Turin c’était un 3 étoiles et il était incroyable comparer celui ci… Donc franchement ils en vaut pas la peine du tout garder votre argent et passer votre chemin.

Reviewed Jul 13, 2026La struttura è molto vicina alla stazione, e di conseguenza è comodissima per chi vuole arrivare a Genova in treno. La camera è pulita e accogliente, anche la struttura è curata.

Je n’ai pas eu la chambre que j’avais réservé. Celle-ci s’est révélée un peu trop petite et de ce fait moins pratique.

Reviewed Jul 9, 2026El hotel es precioso , una arquitectura antigua muy bien conservada . El ascensor antiguo es divino. El desayuno y el personal inmejorables. La ubicación si estás a pie y llegas en tren excelente.
Un lío llegar en auto. El estacionamiento del hotel aparentemente no lo reservé y tiene solo 10 plazas. Solucionamos con parking público de la estación de tren 27 euros la estadía . No lográbamos encontrar estando en auto y con Google maps la entrada del hotel. Un lío el tránsito. Cómo todo lugar frente a estación de tren tiene gente viviendo en la calle en la misma cuadra del hotel. No tuvimos problemas

Reviewed Jul 7, 2026Authentiek hotel. Ideale uitvalsbasis om op korte termijn Genua te ontdekken. Familiekamer was erg praktisch en prijs/kwaliteit gezien erg gunstig. De charme van het hotel vind je nog zelden terug. Erg goed bewaard en onderhouden.
Parking was erg krap maar uiteindelijk wel praktisch voor een kort verblijf.

Reviewed Jul 6, 2026La posizione, la disponibilità sia per l'accoglienza / check in sia per il deposito bagagli pre-partenza, la pulizia della camera e del bagno annesso.
Vista della camera su un cortile interno bruttissimo ma soprattutto, un hotel 4 stelle che a colazione fornisce prodotti da forno artigianali e uova strapazzate di non eccelsa qualità, secondo me è da rivedere. Non dico che si debbano avere gli yogurt bio della Vipiteno e il pane di segale integrale fatto nel forno a legna, però insomma il caffè servito alla macchinetta automatica e le brioche da supermercato non mi pare il caso. Poi "Best Western" ha una reputazione da difendere, insomma.

Reviewed Jun 29, 2026Bra hotell mitt emot stationen Genua Brignole. Perfekt om du reser med tåg. Nära Gamla stan och gångavstånd till sevärdheterna. Hotellet i sig är inget speciellt, men OK för några nätter. Bra italiensk frukost, men inget överdådigt, för 12 euro.
