Reviewed Sep 19, 2026El hotel es fantástico. La habitación, aunque pequeña, está bien organizada y es agradable. Pasamos allí 6 noches y no fue en absoluto agobiante. El personal es increíble, muy simpáticas y sabían hablar inglés con fluidez. Te ayudaban en todo lo que necesitabas. Hicimos un envío de maletas con Yamato a otro hotel con ellas y lo facilitaron muchísimo, dándonos una seguridad increíble. La ubicación es extraordinaria, con un Lawson justo debajo y la estación de metro allí mismo, a menos de un minuto. Muy cómodo.
Como es habitual en Japón, no puedes acceder al onsen si tienes tatuajes. No es una queja, ya que respetamos totalmente sus costumbres, pero nos hubiera gustado ir y está bien saberlo de antemano.

Reviewed Sep 17, 2026Très bon emplacement : le métro est vraiment à 1 min de l'hôtel et c'est direct depuis la gare Shin-Osaka, il y a un konbini Lawson. On évite le chaos de Namba même si on peut arriver à Dotonbori à pied en 15-20 min, le quartier Shinsekai est aussi accessible à pied en 15 min. Bref, c'était super pratique ! Et j'ai adoré le onsen dans l'hôtel (même si ce n'était peut-être assez chaud en température) ainsi que le petit déjeuner qui était de qualité.
Peut-être un peu peur de l'isolation sonore des chambres (vous ne voulez pas savoir ce que j'ai entendu lorsque j'étais dans le couloir). Et l'arrangement de la chambre + lumière auto fait que si vous allez aux toilettes dans en pleine nuit, soyez préparés à être gardés éveillés un petit moment le temps que tout s'éteigne.

早餐的服務生有點冷淡（以日本人的標準來說） 10.退房真的有點為難 退房後寄行李要日幣500，前所未聞... 我的行李箱29寸可能塞不下車站置物櫃，這樣非常麻煩

Reviewed Sep 11, 2026Es war sehr freundlich, die Gegend war auch sehr ruhig. Sie lag nahe der Metro. Die Kommunikation mit dem Anbieter ist unkompliziert und reibungslos verlaufen. Wir haben das Apartment auch sehr schnell gefunden. Ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen.

에어컨에서 물이 똑똑 떨어져서 좀 불편헀고 배게가 좀 불편했습니다. 그리고 체크인이 3시인걸 알았지만 2시45분에 체크인 해달라고했더니 1100엔을 내거나 15분 기다리라고해서 그냥 기다렸네요. 그리고나서 2시50분쯤 사람들이 줄 서기 시작하니 쳌 인시작해주네요. 이런건 좀 감안해사 해줘도될거같았는데 좀 아쉬운 부분입니다

It is just a few steps from Exit 6 of Daikokucho Station (M21) on the Midosuji Line, and the exit also has an elevator. After leaving the station, turn right, and the hotel is very close. There is a coin-operated laundry and a Lawson nearby, and you can also find a FamilyMart and Sukiya just across the street. The area is very convenient for daily needs. The breakfast was also very good, with a wide variety of food. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay.

Reviewed Aug 30, 2026まずは、大黒町駅から6番出口でてローソンがありコインランドリーがあり、30秒くらいでホテルにたどり着くという利便さ、ウェルカムドリンクのコーヒーなどまで！お風呂も大浴場と、露天風呂も本当に良かったです。この猛暑で汗をかいて部屋にもシャワーあるしお風呂も快適でした。朝ごはんは今回、食べず外で食べましたが次回は必ず一緒に頼むつもりです！スタッフの方の対応も、とてもよく。チェックインより四時間ほど早く着き、無料で荷物を預かってくださったことがめちゃくちゃ助かりました！ゼーったいリピ確定です！

Había muchisima humedad en la habitación... Ni con el aire acondicionado se iba, era una barbaridad.. Mas que en la calle.. No logramos entender el por qué. De la ducha salia un olor a tubería también que no entendiamos.. Las últimas noches ya estábamos hartos de ese olor. Las almohadas muy planas.

Il pigiama che faceva da yukata era proprio brutto e le stanze molto piccole.

La camera troppo troppo piccola,non c’era neanche lo spazio per le valigie , il che ha reso il soggiorno molto spiacevole per noi. Inoltre il letto era anche esso molto piccolo per due adulti e la notte abbiamo fatto fatica a dormire.La camera poteva essere pulita molto meglio e dato che le valigie occupavano tutta la stanza le donne delle pulizie facevano fatica a pulirla, questo è inaccettabile per me. C’era una sola finestra che però era oscurata il che rendeva lo spazio ancora più angusto.

エレベータで、行きたい階のボタンを押すのにルームカードキーをかざさなければ押せない。チェックインの時に何の説明もなく、かなり戸惑った。そこまでセキュリティをする必要かあるのか？？謎です。 大浴場へは部屋のタオルを持っていかなければならない。大浴場の中には使用済みのタオルを入れるボックスが無く、ビショビショのタオルを部屋まで持って帰らなければならず不快でした。 大浴場のシャワーがすぐにお湯が止まり不便です。異音もしました。 アメニティが少ない。

Si hagués de dir alguna cosa negativa seria que no tenien habitacions grans per a 4 persones. Ens vam tenir que allotjar en dues habitacions de 2 persones. Tanmateix no va suposar un problema per a nosaltres.

部屋が思ったより狭かったぐらいです。

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026Hotel położony przy bardzo ruchliwej i głośnej ulicy. W nocy ( i to nie jednej) głośne wyścigi motorów. Same pokoje ciche. Pokój większy ale bez szafy i możliwości rozłożenia walizki. Czyli wszystko trzeba trzymać w walizce. Jest mała lodóweczka, czajnik, kawa, herbata. Powiedziałabym, że to porządne 3 gwiazdki a nie 4.

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026El hotel está situado justo al lado de la parada de metro de Daikokucho con lo cual es muy comodo para moverte. Las instalaciones son adecuadas y correctas. El personal muy amable .
Nuestra habitación daba a la avenida principal y por las noches las motos hacían mucho ruido. Había como carreras y muchas sirenas de policia

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026大国町駅から近く、大阪のどこへでも行きやすく、通天閣まで大通りを選べば怖い道もなく、安心して歩けたし、近かった。 ホテルの雰囲気もよく、朝ごはんが美味しかった。特に海鮮や卵が美味しく、プリンは持ち帰りたいくらい美味しかった。
ホテル自体には特にないが、女性の脱衣場でスマホをずっといじっている高校生や、浴槽で泳ぎ回る外国の子供など少し客のマナーの悪さを感じた。色んな言語の注意書きはもちろんんあるがちょっと古く読みづらいのかもしれない。

Las habitaciones eran muy pequeñas, de hecho tuvimos que pagar más por una habitación más grande (que por cierto primero nos dijeron un precio y luego resultó ser otro más caro). No nos gustó el onsen tampoco.

Reviewed Aug 11, 2026入り口のウェルカムコーナーのクッキーやコーヒーが自由に貰える所が良かったです。またシャワーの勢いもよく、トイレとシャワーが別室になっている点も良かったです。近くにコンビニや飲食店もたくさんありました。
部屋自体はそこまで広くないが、お値段安く泊まれたので満足です！

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026L'emplacement de l'hôtel est vraiment top à 100 mètres de la sation de métro où il y a 2 lignes. On peut aussi rejoindre Dotonbori ou Namba en 20 min à pied. Le personnel est très accueillant et toujours disponible. Nous n'avons pas eu le temps de faire le bain chaud mais beaucoup de clients y allaient. La chambre avec le lit double est vraiment petite mais ce sont les normes au Japon pour ces tarifs là donc pas vraiment un point négatif. L'hôtel met à disposition beaucoup de choses gratuites dans le hall ce qui peut être très pratique.

Reviewed Aug 9, 2026Ubicado junto a la línea de metro M (roja) con muy buena combinación a todos los puntos turísticos. Se puede incluso volver caminando cuando el metro está cerrado. El personal es muy amable.
Todo muy bien en general. Solo mejorable la zona de café para el desayuno, que está frente a una columna y bloquea a la gente que quiere pasar a la bollería o los zumos. El desayuno está bien, pero mejorable en sabor.

Para nuestro gusto, la habitación se nos quedaba un poco pequeña, ya que veníamos con maletas grandes, pero es lo habitual en Japón.

Reviewed Jul 22, 2026Das Personal war super freundlich. Das Frühstück ist abwechslungsreich. Das Zimmer war immer sauber. Das Hotel liegt neben einer Metrostation was einfach genial ist um Osaka einfach zu besichtigen oder nach Nara zufahren. Einfach nur zur empfehlen 👍

The very strict policy for checking in and the bagage fee for storage luggage after checkout. Also, check-out at 10am is early in comparison to other similar hotels with 11am or 12pm check-out times. Also, the smoking room near the elevators really propagate the cigarette smell. I suggest the owners should move the smoking room.
