La ubicació al costat del metro, just al costat del barri de shinsekai fa que sigui una zona amb molt ambient i restauració. Les instal·lacions del hotel son excel·lents, l'esmorzar és molt variat, a més per la tarda/vespre hi ha activitats al hotel juntament amb gelats i bar gratuït per als hostes, juntament amb ramen/sopa gratuits ja al final del dia fan que fos una estada molt complerta. El tamany de l'habitació era bastant gran.

This hotel was very clean, had great extras like ice cream, evening cocktails, and late night ramen. It is in great location for walking around the Shinsekai area at night. Staff also helped us check our bags for baggage transfer. The breakfast was good but like all of the items in the lobby it was fairly crowded. This included ramen time, evening cocktails etc.

Found the A/C to be overly complicated, had to call down to the front desk who was able to assist.

Die Lage des hotels ist perfekt um Osaka zu erkunden. Metrostation vor der Tür und das Ausgehviertel Shinsekai ist ebenfalls in 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Nuestra estancia en el Hotel Hinode ha sido fantástica. Es un hotel muy cómodo y, para una familia de cuatro, tiene detalles que realmente marcan la diferencia. El desayuno estaba bien. Es principalmente de estilo japonés, así que puede resultar diferente a lo que estamos acostumbrados, pero había variedad y nos pareció correcto. Ahora bien, lo que más nos sorprendió fueron todos los pequeños extras: el ramen, el onsen, los helados gratuitos y las bebidas gratuitas por la tarde. Para una familia con niños, tener todo esto incluido es simplemente maravilloso. ❤️ Después de pasar todo el día recorriendo Osaka, llegar al hotel, relajarte en el onsen, tomar un helado, disfrutar de una bebida o comer un ramen sin tener que preocuparte por pagar cada cosa… es de lo mejor que puede ofrecer un hotel para una familia de cuatro. Sin duda, un hotel muy recomendable y en el que nos hemos sentido muy cómodos. ¡Repetiríamos! 🇯🇵❤️

どこへ向かうにも交通の便も良く、設備やサービス内容は大変良かった。 清掃も行き届いているように感じました。

サイン・案内等が外国人ファーストで私には少々見辛いくらいだった。 ほとんどが外国人客で公共なモノの扱い方など文化の違いからか良い気持ちがしなかった。 日本のお客様より外国人客で部屋を埋めているのであれば、そのように案内していただきたかった。 設備・サービス内容は大変良かったのでまた利用したいがこのまま外国人が多い状態が続くようであれば次は利用しないと思う。

Bien ubicado, a 100 metros de una estación de metro. Habitaciones bastante amplias para lo que te puedes encontrar en Japón. Los "extras" que te ofrece gratis: cerveza, licores, refrescos, helado, ramen de 9 a 10 de la noche. Posibilidad de reservar onsen privado para 2 o 4 personas.

No le encuentro "peros". Tal vez lo único, la gran cantidad de huéspedes de otro país asiático que colapsaban los servicios gratuitos que he mencionado antes.

La salle du petit déjeuner très grande et extrêmement bruyante. Le tout accentué par le nombre de touristes de nationalités chinoises semble t’il, pas franchement respectueux des autres touristes présents dans l’hôtel. La localisation est également discutable, car environnement sale. Heureusement la station de métro proche compense un peu.

Bon hotel al costat de la Torre Tsutenkaku i a distancia a peu de Dotonbori. Habitació còmode i neta. Begudes alcoholiques gratuites per la tarda (vaig escollir un mal any per deixar de beure) cosa que atreia a la parroquia habitual de persones inquietes que els hi agraden les coses gratis. Primer hotel del viatge 2026 al Japó i complint expectatives. esmorçar generós.

I don't understand how this hotel gets four stars, it deserves maybe 2. We only had breakfast once out of four. It's better to buy a sandwich. There's also an unpleasant smell in the dining room. It's like a soup kitchen for the poor.

Menzione d'onore per 2 elementi: il ramen fatto a mano, servito alle 21 (con il brodo che cambia ogni giorno) e i free drinks dalle 15.30 alle 20.30. Lato free drinks, potrete trovare birra, alcolici e superalcolici, tra cui alcuni tipi di sakè e di umeshu. Concludere una giornata di turismo con l'open bar e il ramen, rinforzati prima da uno snack veloce preso al combini, è stata una piacevole e rilassante abitudine del nostro soggiorno. Infine, subito all'esterno dell'hotel si trovano diversi combini (7/11, Family Mart, Lawson) e la stazione della metro di Ebisucho; se dovete invece prendere le linee JR potete andare a piedi alla stazione di Shin-Imamiya, godendovi la vista della suggestiva "torre" Tsutentaku.

Gli spazi comuni sono ampi e un pò rumorosi. Creando spazi più raccolti e dedicando delle zone ai grandi gruppi, l'esperienza migliorerebbe. Le camere hanno dimensioni dignitose, ma manca un pò di spazio per i bagagli

Good position, close to metro stop and Shinsekai. Well connected to airport. Good breakfast. We enjoyed as well the free drinks and ramen in the evening. We were 4 (2 + 2 kids) and the room was a bit small for European standards, but I guess this is rather normal in major Japanese cities. All in all a very good experience.

Clean hotel with many included amenities (evening ramen, alcoholic drinks, ice cream, various themed activities for kids, and an onsen - perfect for the end of a busy day...), very well located in almost every regard... It's our second year returning, and there's no point in looking for another place to stay when we visit Osaka, especially since we are generally quite picky. Highly recommend!

This was my second time at this property. The large selection of beverages and happy hour choices are amazing. Ramen and breakfast are great too. The onsen was clean and well taken care of. I will always stay here when visiting Osaka!

This was where we spent our first three nights in Japan. The amenities were wonderful! Daily happy hours included with our stay (tornado beer!), nightly ramen included with our stay, a small but perfect Onsen and massage chairs available with our stay, a delicious breakfast buffet, super clean shoes-off rooms with comfortable beds and pillows. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was convenient. We highly recommend this hotel!

We got a lot of value out this hotel. The activities where fun, the staff was wonderful and the amenities were great.

The toilet was a bit smelly but it was clean

Room was amazing with tatami mats. Bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Partner and I really enjoyed the late night ramen and ice-cream that the hotel offers. The onsen was also really nice and very clean. Location is a 1 minute walk from the subway station. There is also coin laundry with separate washer dryer.

Die Zimmer sind sehr klein.

El desayuno estaba genial con mucha variedad para todas las culturas. Tienen también distintas actividades todos los días. Los baños público están genial y además reservamos un baño privado que estuvo muy bien y muy limpio también. Desde nuestra habitación teniamos muy buenas vistas de la torre de Shinsekai. La habitacion en sí también muy cómoda con una cama amplia y limpia, mini nevera, ducha, etc. La ubicación es genial, al lado de una entrada de metro más otra a unos minutos andando que va directo al centro de la ciudad. Al lado de la calle comercial denden town y del barrio de Shinsekai. También bien conectado con Dontonbori y Namba, podrías ir a pie perfectamente. Volveríamos a quedarnos allí sin dudar.

The room was large enough for 2 people. Very clean, great location just 2min from the subway station and 20min walk to Namba. Free drinks everyday for a couple of hours, we really enjoyed that. I know they also offer activities and ramen, but we didn't eat there. I used the onsen once and liked it too. I would stay at this hotel again if I visit Osaka in the future. Thanks!

Such a nice hotel. We loved it there. Close to the metro, very nice room (we stayed in a triple room), and we loved the Japanese breakfast and the rooftop terrace. All staff was so nice.

Good location just next to the subway and there’s Shinsekai just on the other side of the crossing. The staff speak excellent English. Rooms are very clean and well equipped. What’s the most enjoyable part are self served free drinks, selection of cocktails and beer available within specific range of time. They have special events for guests and they serve free ramen in the evening. We used a public bath with sauna and it was amazing. You can enjoy nice view over the city at the terrace on the top floor. Breakfasts were delicious and the selection was fantastic.

The hospitality was great at this hotel. The room was spacious for a Japanese hotel. Cleaning and amenities, like water and towels, were refreshed daily. Staff was kind and helpful. The free liquor/beer and ramen was definitely a highlight

I try to go the hotspring but I didn’t know that in Japan you have to enter naked.

Overall a nice hotel. We stayed for 4 nights this May. Overall location is pretty good. You’re a stones throw from Tsutenkaku Tower and surrounding shops. Our room was very clean and beds are comfy. Bathroom spotless!

There’s a few things on this property just to be aware of. It’s extremely busy, with lots of groups of people coming in and out all the time. If you want to use the onsen, it’s not quite the relaxing experience we’ve had at other hotels. Lots of people talking loudly in groups and I felt very judged at times. I haven’t had this at other hotels. Also, the evening free drinks & ramen, although sounds great on paper, it’s again VERY busy. Can’t blame people though as it’s free so you can’t judge. We’re not sure if it was just our time we stayed but there was huge groups of people using the room like a social club. The lifts are always packed with people. Again just wanted to ensure this might have been our stay but good to make people aware, I’m not sure it’s a westerner friendly hotel.

The staff were super friendly spoke great English, rooms clean and fresh towels and bottled water was a nice touch! Clean Onsen, availability was good. Great selection for breakfast first thing at 06:30 although a bit later the breakfast selection is a bit smaller.

WiFi was a little bit patchy at times and breakfast. Ramen, ice cream and beer is available but on at certain times

Excellent location, 5 star facilities in such a low price is amazing , it’s my second trip to Japan and I would say it’s one of the besssssssst hotels I have stayed , Free hot spring , free ramen , free kimono and dress up, Free activities and right next to the station , 5 mins away from Namba the hub , You can see the tower from the hotel .

This was one of the best stays I’ve had in Japan. The hotel is located in a vibrant neighborhood, within walking distance of local shops, the station, and attractions, especially Dotonbori. The area had a fantastic atmosphere. The hotel itself was nice and clean, and the room was comfortable—perfect for a family with two kids. They offer free drinks and ice cream for guests every day, along with Ramen nights. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend trying this hotel if you’re in Osaka!
