GRIDS PREMIUM HOTEL OSAKA NAMBA

오전에 도착했는데, 체크인 절차는 미리 밟아주셨어요. 시간이 되어서 다시 가니 짐은 미리 옮겨 주셨더라고요. 그리고 여행 기간 동안 엘리베이터도 오래 기다리지 않고 누르면 빨리 오는 편이라 좋았습니다. 특히 호텔 1층에 카페가 있는데 이 호텔을 가시는 분들은 여기서 커피와 바스크 치즈 케이크를 꼭 먹어보셨으면 좋겠습니다. 커피 자체, 케이크 자체 각각도 맛있는데 둘의 조합이 매우 훌륭해요!!

아쉬웠던 점은 방에 물이 제공이 안되는 점이 조금 아쉬웠습니다. 이 밖에 아쉬웠던 점 따로 없습니다. 위치도 큰 도로 바로 뒤라서 조용했어요

El hotel esta muy bien situado, a pocos minutos andando del centro. Las habitaciones son más amplias de lo habitual en Japón y estaban muy limpias. El personal fue muy amable con nosotros y nos ayudaron en todo momento. El desayuno estaba muy bien, había de todo para poder reponer fuerzas

Wir waren rundum zufrieden und würden das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen! 👍 Sehr freundliches Personal, tolle Lage, gute Ausstattung und ein sauberes, komfortables Zimmer. Besonders praktisch: die Waschmaschinen im Hotel – gerade auf einer längeren Reise ein echtes Plus!

Einziger Minuspunkt war für uns das Frühstück: sehr begrenzte Auswahl, geschmacklich leider nicht überzeugend und der Kaffee war wirklich scheußlich. 😅 Abgesehen davon: klare Empfehlung für einen Aufenthalt in Osaka!

We had a wonderful stay at Grids. The location is excellent and just round the corner from exit 6 of Namba station or if you would prefer an escalator to stairs exit 5 is across the road from exit 6 and very close to the shops and attractions of Namba. The room was clean and modern with really good use of space. Our children loved the bunk beds and being able to use the tv to connect to apps like youtube and netflix was a nice bonus. Breakfast was a highlight of our stay, the breakfast room is a really nice space and the quality and variety of food available was excellent. Highly recommend Grids for a stay in the Namba area.

Really scraping the barrel here although clean and modern the bathroom could have been a little larger.

Локация - 3 минуты от станции Namba, куда приходят поезда из аэропорта, 2 минуты от остановки автобусов до аэропорта. 5-10 минут пешком до Дотонбури. А если нудно уехать куда-то дальше - отель расположен на пересечении нескольких веток метро. Роскошный шведский стол на завтрак с большим выбором блюд, которые не надоедают даже за неделю. Тишина, удобная для сна кровать и подушки. Приятный бонус - она высокая и под нее помещаются большие чемоданы, освобождая драгоценное пространство номера

Hotel muy bonito, esta súper bien ubicado en la zona de namba. El dotonbori lo tienes como 6 minutos caminando, tienes la estación del metro cerca del hotel. El personal fue muy atento y servicial, la habitación estaba súper bien limpia y bonita, la comida del buffet era muy sabrosa.

Great location, friendly staff, easy check-in, good selection of toiletries and disposable amenities, cleanliness of the room, and fresh towels every day.

We stayed in the small Standard Room 201. It may have been partly due to jet lag, but we had a rather restless night. The windows faced the parking lot, and while it was indeed very quiet in the evening, unfortunately we were woken up during the night because the sound of vehicles was quite loud (possibly a garbage truck), and exhaust fumes came into the room.

The location is nice, very close to Mamba station. Room size is decent and the bathroom has a bathtub. Breakfast is ok, although it could be improved a bit with better variety of western options. The TV which has YouTube and allows casting was useful for a foreigner.

Lage ist super. Direkt neben einem Ausgang zur Namba Station und man ist in 5 Minuten in Dotonbori. Diverse Konbini-Stores, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Lage ist unschlagbar, aber trotzdem sehr ruhig und kaum Verkehr vor dem Hotel

Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Es gibt nichts, was uns nicht gefallen hat. Es wäre lediglich etwas besser, wenn es bei der Größe des Hotels mehr als 3 Wasch-Trockner gäbe.

Staff were welcoming, very friendly and helpful. Great location, easy to access public transport routes, walking distance from Dotonbori and shops. Room was very clean and good size for a daintily of four. Would come back again for sure.

Room and location were excellent . The hotel appears new , is modern clean and rooms are generous in size

Staff were business like and with limited English which is OK ,but insisted in wanting to charge me for extras which other hotels never charge . They wanted an extra 2000 yen to access our room 2 hours early ie 1pm instead of 3pm. They also wanted to charge me an extra 1000 yen on checkout when they said I had been given 2 room cards and only returned 1 .

La posizione vicinissimo alla metro e a due passi dalla Dotonbori, Colazione super ricca e varia sia continentale che orientale struttura molto elegante e accogliente. Personale molto professionale e cortese.

Bel hôtel bien situé, à proximité de Dotonbori, du sanctuaire Namba Yasaka, du centre Namba Parks... Son gros point fort : le petit déjeuner, j'ai rarement vu autant de choix et tout était frais et délicieux!

Les chambres mériteraient un petit rafraîchissement et un peu plus d'amour côté ménage.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful! I booked this room for a visually impaired person and his wife. They provided an accessible room with a larger bathroom and no steps, so he didn't bump into anything or trip. We were also very grateful that they let us park temporarily in front of the hotel to drop him off. Highly recommended!

Although we love the wide variety of breakfast, my parents found some of the menus are a bit too heavy as a breakfast.

Las habitaciones son diminutas. Teniendo en cuenta la categoría de hotel, fue una decepción y súper incómodo. No se pueden abrir las maletas, ni dejarlas en ningún sitio. Menos mal que solo estuvimos 2 noches. Tampoco tienen agua de cortesía y no puedes dejar restos de comida, fruta en la papelera de la habitación. Nuestra habitación no tenías vistas a ningún lado. Una pared .

Personale con difficoltà in alcuni casi a parlare inglese, nello specifico abbiamo richiesto una mattina di entrare a colazione con 10 minuti di anticipo rispetto all’orario (con buffet e personale in stanza pronto) e la ragazza alla reception ci ha detto che era impossibile e non capiva la richiesta; per noi era una necessità per prendere il volo in tempo

The staff were poorly trained. They gave our room key to other people that kept opening our door in the night. We got woken up by staff at 1am to question us about our room later they apologised that they made an error and refunded 30% of the room charge. Considering we were there for one night they should have refunded us 100% of the charge.

Nel complesso mi è piaciuto tutto. questo hotel è stata una scelta molto azzeccata. Unica micro pecca è l'assenza di armadi per i vestiti, ma mi è sembrata uno standard in giappone.

Goed gelegen hotel - om de hoek van het levendige gebeuren maar zelf rustig. Goed ontbijtbuffet- comfortabel.

De lokatie is werkelijk fantastisch. Precies tussen 2 exits (vd 38!!!) van Namba station (die misschien wel groter is dan het vkiegveld van Osaka). Het hotel is comfortabel, stil en in de lobby staat een Jura koffiezetapp die vrij is voor gasten. Ontbijt is ook goed. En schuin tegenover het hotel de aller lekkerste noodlesoup restaurant van onze 3 weken Japan (麺屋 たにぐち 難波店)

Iets te weinig plek voor koffers in de kamers.

The rooms were great though very small as you can expect in Japan. Breakfast was varied and good. Great staff always happy to answer questions. Some of them spoke good English which is rare.

チェックイン時間前だったので、準備中ということもあり、そのせいだと思いますが、一階の共用トイレのゴミ箱がハンドペーパータオルで溢れてました。

Very small rooms, we slept in a room that was deposed to fit for 3 people, in the reality we ware forced to move out some of the furniture in order to keep the 3 suitcases inside the room. Cleaning every 3 day’s. Breakfast wasn’t good, we passed it after one time
