My reservation was messed up when I arrived to the hotel and I ended up being stranded in a city I was visiting. Customer service DID not assist and told me I would be charged for the room after I stayed on the phone to get a resolution for 2.5 hours. I have NEVER had such a horrifying experience

Cleanliness- floors of our 18th floor suite were very dirty & sticky. The cleaning lady came and mopped the bathroom whicame right off. But the kitchen was still dirty. The breaker was tripped after we told her there's no power in kitchen so we made coffee in the bathroom which made it worse since it was gross to go in. After they came & addressed it, it was better.

Très bon accueil, personnel tres gentil, apparemment propre et fonctionnel. Tres bon emplacement à environ 7 minutes à pied de Michigan avenue, 3 minutes de la station de métro Grand (red line).

Breakfast served was very nice. Staff was welcoming and checked in every so often about the stay. The rooms were very clean and prepared nicely.

The location of the hotel could have been better. There isn't a parking garage connected to the hotel, so parking at a different garage and walking was inconvenient. Valet parking was also very limited. Elevators were mostly full all the time. We did ask for stocking of towels and other items but never received them. The check-in time for the hotel is also very late compared to others.

I wish there was something not to like, but there is none - for real!

Breakfast was a plus, we didn’t have to go out early. This place is in a very good location close to the grocery store, restaurants, shopping and the casino. Michigan Ave a couple block up the street, walking distance to Navy Pier and The Riverwalk!

La ubicación es excelente, a 10 minutos andando del river walk.Estas cerca de todo el centro. Las vistas desde la habitación espectaculares, estuvimos en una suite esquinera en el piso 9 y fue brutal. El desayuno está bastante bien con vistas a la ciudad y tal. Gimnasio y piscina bastante bien también. Y una calidad precio muy buena comparando con el resto de Chicago. Sin duda que repetiremos si volvemos a Chicago.

El sofá cama es un poco incómodo después de una semana durmiendo allí pero nada que empañara nuestra estancia allí.

I’ve had an issue with the management that could have been managed differently, it was all dishonest. If your stay don’t need any change of what was planned I do recommend stay here.

Checking in a receptionist was a bit negative, they were not welcoming and didn't explain any amenities etc.

Not a great experience during our family’s stay. There are only two elevators servicing this hotel and wait times for the elevators were long. The second day we were there we came back to the hotel hto find many people waiting for the elevator. We heard from a couple of the guests that one elevator (the right side) was broken with someone stuck inside. Two hotel staff eventually arrived with one trying a tool to open the elevator door with no success. The left elevator did eventually arrive, it filled with multiple guests that had been waiting a long time. It was not a pleasant trip up. We were headed to our room on the 17th-floor and other guests to their floors or the 6th-floor lobby. The elevator moved in an erratic manner, very jerky and stopped prior to the 6th floor, the doors remained closed. Knowing that the other elevator had someone stuck inside and this one not operating properly was a scary experience, one of the guests on the elevator began to pray. It did make it to the 6th-floor, we got out there rather than risk our safety and let the person at the lobby desk know about our experience. She advised us to wait and we could use the staff elevator and had staff escort us up to the 17th-floor. A while later we wanted to head out to sightsee, no signs near elevator letting the guests know what was going on and no lights when elevator button was pressed. Other guests were trying to take the elevator and had no idea there were any elevator issues. We waited for a bit then called down to front desk for an update. We were told that the elevator was working, when we went down the hall we talked to a lady who said her husband was currently stuck inside the elevator on the right. Again no light when the button was pressed. We called front desk and were told we could use the staff elevator and they would send it to the 17th-floor, it took some time and was filled with other guests doing the same. We also spoke to one guest who was there a month earlier and had dealt with elevator issues. Another guest said earlier this same day her elevator stopped between floors and the door opened, she let them know but obviously things were not fixed as multiple people were getting stuck and things were not running as they should. The staff was helpful but it would have been nice to have management communicate the safety issues with the elevators and update when things were fixed. I didn’t feel confident using the elevators for the remainder time out stay but walking up to the 17th-floor was not an option. There were a few other issues, maintenance had to move cables on the tv in order to get it working, a bedside lamp/charger did not work, a hole in the wall around the dining area outlet making it loose, mold around the bathroom sink and the breakfast was just mediocre. These may be minor in comparison to elevator safety issues but still impacted our stay. The hotel is in a great location but elevator safety is a huge issue and the potential for getting trapped in an elevator or worse is not something anyone should have to worry about when travelling, it created unnecessary stress during our vacation.

The hotel and our room wasn’t particularly clean, and housekeeping wasn’t carried out unless we specifically requested it. Breakfast was okay, but it was very busy each morning, and the seating area was limited, making it difficult to find a table.

The breakfast was very good. The staff were wonderful! My accessible room was wonderful! The location of the hotel relative to Navy Pier was nice as well. The valet parking was also very nice.

My only two issues were the location of the shampoo and soap in the accessible roll-in shower - it was behind the shower chair and very hard to reach. I'm paralyzed from the waist down and unable to turn at all. And second, there is no handicapped drop-off spot for the valet parking. I had to put my wheelchair chair partially on the curb which made it rather scary transferring from the car to my wheelchair.

We came for a quick overnight to meet some friends. The location is great and walkable to all Chicago has to offer. The rooms themselves were decent and we upgraded to a corner suite. The price was affordable for summer in Chicago. The area in the lobby is fine to hang out for a bit, but there's not a bar or anything to hang out at. While you couldn't hear other rooms, the outside noise was pretty loud in the morning, but to be expected. My kids used the pool which has a nice view, but got really busy later in the evening. The free breakfast was an added perk. We weren't in need of anything other than valet and bag storage the next day. Valet takes a while, but we were able to leave our car until after checkout which was nice. I did happen to look at my folio, which I hardly ever do, and was charged twice for valet parking, which is obviously not cheap. Unfortunately I am still waiting back to hear from the hotel and or valet service. I spoke with the front desk who told me valet is valid until 5 (valet told me 6), which doesn't actually matter either way because we got our car at 3pm. I understand this is likely a contracted company, but being charged twice really put a bad taste in my mouth. I am hoping this gets resolved, as I would likely have left a 5 star review.

Great location, the area seems safe as well. Spectacular views at the skyline. The room was equipped with a microwave, fridge, freezer, stovetop, and sink, making it very easy to prepare meals. Hotel offers good breakfast, highchairs for babies are available (you can also ask for one to be delivered to your room which is great for parents!). The breakfast team was absolutely wonderful, kind and welcoming! Huge shout-out to Jeremiah and Lacey for making everyone at breakfast feel so warmly welcomed. They were incredibly helpful, took the time to chat with guests, and did a wonderful job entertaining the children. What touched us the most was their genuine kindness and warmth towards the kids, it was truly special and rare to see. The whole experience was absolutely lovely - thank you so, so much!

Unfortunately, our experience with the front desk staff was not great. The service felt unfriendly, with very brief responses, visible impatience, and a lack of willingness to help. Even a simple question about the possibility of doing laundry at the hotel seemed to cause frustration, making us feel as though guests were an inconvenience rather than welcome. This had a significantly negative impact on our overall stay.

Everything was great. You had fast elevators. The first night we had to request fans because it was extremely warm in the room. Brought up asap. When I spoke to the front desk I was surprised to learn that they could in fact open the windows. He was in the room in less than five minutes which made sleeping much better,

Je n'ai pas apprécier le fait que les images ne correspondent pas à ce que nous avons eu. Le micro-onde avait de la rouille, la porte de la chambre se ferme mal et grince, le mobilier très vieux et sale, la chambre sentait l'humidité, la porte d'entrée avait du mal à se faire, il a fallu que nous claquons la porte pour que sa se ferme bien.

Breakfast was great! Including having gluten-free bread if you ask... the location was wonderful, we walked everywhere.

The bed in my room was ancient and sagging on both sides; it desperately needed a new mattress. This, as well as the A/C not generally functioning very well (set at 64 it felt like an almost okay sleeping temperature, maybe 72ish) and the lack of sound proofing to combat the near-constant sound of sirens during the Chicago nightlife, made it extremely challenging to sleep here. The room never really became cool, even when temps outside were in the 40s and 50s. Front desk was generally friendly, but confused – when I checked in, they told me housekeeping was on request only. Then housekeeping showed up at my door and asked if I needed service on the third full day of my stay. I said sure, only to find when I returned that they'd exchanged 3 of 4 of the synthetic pillows I'd specifically requested for feather/down mixes, which I'm allergic to. As a Hilton Honors Gold member, I was able to secure a late checkout easily via text, which was much appreciated. The price for the location wasn't too bad. But next time in the Chicago area, I'll probably pay more to stay somewhere more up-to-date, clean, and attentive to details.

The location is outstanding. It’s invaluable. The staff in the breakfast area were also super friendly and talkative, always trying to help customers. There was a Mexican girl, who was so sweet, nice, and professional. I think the guy named Jeremiah deserves a shoutout!! I had the studio room and it was big and comfortable. There is a cleaning service every day, which was also nice! The view was awesome

The variety and quality of the breakfast could be better. The front desk staff was always annoyed if you had questions… Had some issues with the Wi-Fi connection, but overall it was good. The shower was bad, I meant the water pressure was low. I wouldn't say it's a Hilton-style hotel

My outlet didn’t work by the bed and the air wouldn’t kick in.

Früherer Check-in war möglich, weil mit Toddler unterwegs. Frühstück amerikanisch. Waffelmaker. Haferflocken, Cerealien, Säfte, Joghurt (aber nur mit Geschmack, nicht Natur). Das Personal beim Frühstück war sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend. Küche gut ausgestattet mit Geschirr, Töpfen, Gläser, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler, großer Kühlschrank. Wir haben einmal selbst gekocht und zweimal Pizza geholt. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, dass Tür zum Schlafzimmer ist mit Toddler von Vorteil, damit man sich auch nach 20 Uhr noch unterhalten kann. Tägliche Reinigung, alles wird aufgefüllt, auch Handtücher, die gar nicht notwendig waren. Lage perfekt! Sehr nah am Riverwalk, wir haben viel zu Fuß erkundet. Red Line ist Katzensprung entfernt.

Zwar Obst, aber kein Gemüse wie Gurke oder Tomaten. Plastikbecher sind in einem Hotel nicht nötig! Ausländische Gäste haben die Gläser genommen. In Badewanne waren Haare, die nicht von uns waren. .

I loved the whole set up, very lowkey until you get to the main lobby and see how beautiful it is. Felt secured & was able to use pool as much and gym as much as wanted, breakfast 10/10 . Will be staying here again soon

It happened to be a warmer weekend so we turned on the AC, except because the system wasn’t switched over yet, our room was incredibly hot when we returned because it was actually the heat running. Notice about this would be helpful. Service did come and open windows for us, so that helped.

We loved the size of the room. The kitchen was well appointed. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was nice and clean with plenty of towels and amenities. We really enjoyed the view out of our window. The staff in the breakfast room were super nice.

Our first room smelled of old dog urine. The hotel happily changed us to a different room that had no odor. The parking was atrocious. As first-timers to Chicago, having zero information on how the parking worked, just trying to find the hotel was a chore, then to find out that there was only valet parking available was a surprise, but then to find out that the price was $78.00/day to use it was highway robbery! Especially, for the ONE night we used and paid for it, it took over an hour to have our car retrieved, and there was a tip expected?! What exactly are we paying for? We then found long term parking for a much more reasonable price outside of the hotel. Had we used the valet parking the whole week, parking alone would have cost 3x what the entire price of the rental car cost.

The property, staff, and valet was nice. Biggest and only complaint was the wait times for elevators. We were on the 17th floor and some waits going up or down the elevators were at minimum 5 minutes and were up to 15 minutes. At one point I had to drag my 3 and 6 year old down 17 flights of stairs to catch an uber on time. Outside of that we enjoyed our stay.
