Staff is not friendly at all, do not check for bed preference, I made a comment upon check out that the toilet kept running and that I had to manually switch of the water every time we used the toilet. Not even an apology was extended. Just overall not a welcoming nor accommodating staff in the hotel.

Reviewed Sep 14, 2026Great location, in the hearth of town. At ground floor well connected with the Weber Grill Restaurant, and beside the ARCADE planet where you can play with F1 simulators and take a drink surrounded by skyscrapers at the open roof bar.
there was no breakfast, I had to pay extra breakfast at the nearby restaurant WEBER grill. Furthermore I've been charged for 1.92$ for the 100$ blocked in case of extra purchases (without buying anything) as charging fee.

The carpet in the room is very dated and hard to walk barefoot. We were not given a quiet room as asked in the original booking. Also no complimentary water, only paid water bottles in the room $3 each.

We had someone try to rob us as we were kidding off the elevator. We reported it and they pulled it up on the monitors. The staff was excellent and very caring. They locked the entry doors early and had someone available to be with us if we left the room.

Die Lobby könnte sauberer und angenehmer gestaltet sein. Ich vermisste einen Platz, um zu arbeiten. Ein eigenes Café mit ruhigen Räumen wäre super.

El tamaño de la habitación es perfecto. Los electrodomésticos con las que cuenta la habitación como heladera, microondas y cafetera suman comodidad a la estadía. Sin duda volvería a alejarme en este hotel.

1) the front desk staff does not speak English properly, which is a problem if you are not a native speaker 2) they charge you a deposit of $100 per night that you might get back in 14 business days 3) you have to check that they do not overcharge you for items you did not purchase 4) the hotel has very little control over crackheads making it into the building 5) the room gets made every other day but the maids expect tipping for this minimum amount of work

Reviewed Aug 26, 2026Bastante cómodo. Habitaciones justitas de tamaño pero bien. En general es un hotel correcto y acorde a lo esperado.
Muy ruidoso por estar en el centro. Ambulancias, camiones, etc… a pesar de estar en el piso 14 los edificios amplifican los ruidos de la calle.

Reviewed Aug 26, 2026La ubicacion es muy buena. La cercanía a la estación de metro Red Line. La seguridad general del hotel tambien. La pileta de natación estaba a buena temperatura y con el cloro suficiente, sin excesos. Nuestros reclamos fueron atendidos. Las camas, acondicionamiento de aire, baños fueron de nuestra conformidad.
Los muebles e instalación de la habitación muy viejos y con algunos deterioros del uso. Reservamos una habitación para tres personas y en reiteradas oportunidades debimos reclamar toallas, cafe y vasos para 3 personas ya que los recambios y reposiciones eran solo para dos. No comparto la política del aseo de la habitacion día por medio ya que cobran tarifa completa todos los días. Si el cliente se recambiara todos los días, deberían higienizar la habitación diariamente a mismo precio ya cobrado. Dicho de otra manera , estan cobrando por un servicio que no brindan. Solemos ir a hoteles de Hilton y en general tienen café y agua fresca disponibles en recepción. Aquí no lo hay.

House keeping did not change anything no new towels or wash cloth Nor did they make up the bed. The parking they did not explain it well that it comes out the deposit.

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026It felt safe due to all the safety measures. For instance you need a key card to access the elevator. I also appreciated that there was a restaurant on site, although I didn’t use it and an option to buy food/ toiletries at the front/reception area
The hotel itself was beautiful but its location is so noisy being located on a busy street downtown. I got zero sleep because I could constantly hear cars driving by blasting music. Police sirens ringing all hours of the night. Just no peace and quiet which I needed in a vacation.

Lots of noise from neighbouring rooms / housekeeping staff was bothering. Coffee maker wasn’t clean from within as when I tried to rinse it once with cold water dirty water came out from outlet
