I loved the location and the staff was phenomenal.

The only thing that disappointed me was that we did not have a room with any view. I was unaware that the room layout we chose did not offer rooms with a view of the city.

El hotel está ubicado en el centro de Chicago. Es un edificio antiguo con solera perfectamente restaurado y modernizado, pero con el toque chic perfecto. La habitación era enorme con dos camas king size y un bajo gigantesco con dos lavabos y una bañera enorme. Daba a una calle posterior sin tráfico, por lo que había silencia absoluto.

El acceso a la habitación se hacía subiendo en ascensor y después había que bajar un pequeño tramo de escaleras.

Showtime was phenomenal! He knew great places to go for dinner and walked us through different options. Al was also great at check in and gave us chocolates, wine, and an anniversary card. They made our wedding anniversary exceptional!

The quality/comfort of the room, location of the hotel, and the staff are always wonderful!

El hotel no estaba mal pero necesitaba una factura para que la compañía aérea me devolviera el dinero de haber perdido un día de estancia y jamás consintieron darme esa factura aún estar obligado a ello, por la ley de los USA. Han pasado ya semana desde mi estancia y aún sigo peleando para que me la envíen. No sé qué problema tienen. Han hecho que, en vez de disfrutar de mis vacaciones, esté todo el día pensando en cómo denunciarles para que me la envíen.

En la parte administrativa, este hotel es una pura vergüenza. Están obligados a darte factura y te la niegan. Es lo más ridículo en todos los hoteles que he estado en los USA, que son muchos.

La ubicación fue perfecta y la piscina exterior

we had a beautiful stay at the Hilton vacation club. The location was perfect. One block from the train and just a few blocks to the beach. Easy to get in wonderful room very clean a beautiful restaurant downstairs.

Staff impreparato e disattento mi hanno erroneamente addebitato 2 volte il pernottamento per recuperare l errato addebito ci sono voluti 4 gg. Addebitate in secondo momento spese non comprensibili. Riordino stanza giornaliero veramente minimo .

The location, and the Staff were all very kind and helpful

There were stairs on our floor to get to our room, when you have a lot of luggage, even though the concierge helped with the luggage, it seemed like an unnecessary inconvenience

Muy buen hotel, habitacion de muy buen tamaño y camas grandes para 4 personas adultas. Buena ubicación.

Nos cargaron erróneamente a nuestra tarjeta la estadía de otro huésped y por unos días no tuvimos respuestas. Finalmente el importe fue reembolsado.

I love the location of the property and the aesthetic of the room

The room was not cleaned. Well, there was dog hair in the shower. The shower looked like it had not been cleaned. There was red mold buildup as well. The curtains in the room look like there were poop on them. I believe this is a Dog from hotel so I’m assuming there was a dog before my stay.

Very friendly staff, lovely sized room, good atmosphere.

The room was a good size, and the shower had good pressure. The bed was comfortable and had a reasonable number of pillows that were not marshmallows. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Good number and types of outlets with USB-C, USB, and regular plugs in the room.

The traffic noise is terrible in this city. I don't want to knock on this hotel because I know it is a thing in downtown Chicago, but damn, someone needs to either ban cars in downtown or start a completely soundproof window installation business because I was wearing noise-cancelling earbuds and it was still a struggle to sleep.

Nice rooms, central for all the main sights but far enough form centre for a bit of peace

Breakfast is via cafe attached to the hotel but no concession for hotel guests which was a bit unreasonable. A 10% discount or similar approach would seem a good idea

Staff. Beds are very comfortable. Products like shampoo and lotion very good. Location outstanding.

Rooms are a little dated with some mold around the tub and top of sink. Otherwise very clean. Water pressure a little slow.

W odległości 5 minut spacerem dostępne inne linie metra, chociaż do prawie wszystkich atrakcji miasta można dojść pieszo. Pokój bardzo duży, czysty, codziennie sprzątany. Duża i wygodna łazienka. Darmowy sejf. Codziennie rano dostępna kawa i herbata. Potem woda i woda z dodatkiem smakowym. Obsługa w recepcji bardzo uprzejma, wszystko da się załatwić.

Great location. We took the train from the airport and our stop was a 3 minute walk to the hotel. The staff were very helpful --every person on staff we interacted was friendly and helpful.

Clean rooms. Nice staff. Updated interiors. General location.

Pillows were too bunched up. Gave me headaches. I need flat or contoured pillows. That's my only complaint. Oh, the water control handle in the shower very difficult to use. Tight to turn and not very logical to use.

It is located in a convenient location. The accommodation is clean and well-equipped with everything you need. Above all, the staff were very friendly, which made my stay enjoyable.

No room service or restaurant in the hotel itself but multiple excellent restaurant selections nearby. The room was great - the sheets were a bit rough is my only complaint. Everything else was perfect! Large room that was clean, well maintained, up to date, and nicely decorated.

It’s was in an excellent location, near Grant park, city centre and also the metro. The room was spacious, with high ceilings. Blackout curtains, and large tv. Equipped with microwave, fridge and coffee machine. All the staff were friendly and very helpful.

No bar in hotel, attached restaurant only open till 3pm.

Lovely hotel. Very clean. Large room with large window. You could hear some traffic noise, but you are in downtown Chicago, so it's to be expected. Location was great, we walked to the museum campus, the Chicago Institute of Art and "the bean". Hotel is in printer's row, great neighborhood with lots of restaurants and small shops in walking distance too!

Room was a little warm even with the cool weather and the thermostat set at 60. Restaurant closed early.

Room was large and comfortable. Decent location- easy to get around from there. Staff was friendly and accommodating- concierge by text was easy to use.

Room was very dark- especially the entrance way. Maybe just bad luck, but there was no hand or body soap in the room. I got some delivered by the staff though.

The room temp was a little stuffy. Thermostat said the temperature was 66 degrees but it just never felt cool enough.

The room was just what I wanted. The light fixtures allowed a choice of bright or soft lighting.

The only issue for me was the bathroom lotion dispenser was empty.
