Our flight was changed for reasons beyond our control, causing us to miss the first night of our stay. I had already paid more than $200 for that night, but the hotel would not refund it. I then asked whether they could offer any courtesy accommodation, such as complimentary breakfast or a late checkout. Those requests were also denied. This was very disappointing and did not reflect good customer service. The hotel was also not worth the rate they charged. The room was extremely small, with nowhere to open luggage comfortably (we had to use a chair). It was not cleaned properly, as there was a noticeable layer of dust on the bedside table. In addition, there was no soap in the room when we checked in. I called the front desk and was told someone would bring it, but after waiting several hours no one ever came. The customer service failed at every opportunity, and overall the stay fell far short of expectations.

Loved how close it was to Union Station. Booked this for a concert at SoldierField and it was a pretty good location for it. The room was clean and the bed was pretty comfortable. Needed good sleep and I was able to get it.

The guy from the front desk was stressed when we arrived, it was a Holiday, it was crowded, but we were just trying to get some information with front desk. I don't know if the other rooms have them, but it would be nice if they had a mini-fridge and microwave.

古いせいだと思うがエレベーターは待たされる感じ。また、各階部屋の配置が少し分かりにくいので、チェックインな時にリマインドして貰えると、部屋探しに助かる。

Este hotel mantiene una excelente ubicación. El desayuno es muy completo, muy bueno. Y me gustó también que tuvieran agua a disposición con botellas reciclables. Está bastante limpio y el personal es muy amable. Seguro volvería a hospedarme aquí.

Mi habitación estaba en el piso 5 y cuando tocaba bajar había un tema con uno de los elevadores que no abría ahí, pero igual los otros si funcionaban bien so, no fue algo que dañara mi estancia.

La ubicacion es excelente, el tren que conecta con el aeropuerto esta a 3 cuadras. El hotel esta cerca de todo y en una zona segura. Si bien no es super moderno esta bien mantenido, limpio y la atención es muy buena.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was excellent to play tourist in Chicago. It is 1 block to the blue line to get to & from O’Hare, buses & the L to all over town are right there, & you are a 10 min walk to the Art Institute of Chicago.

Posizione ottima, abbiamo girato Chicago a piedi essendo molto centrale, arrivando dall’aeroporto è molto comodo in quanto ha la linea diretta della metro a pochi passi. Stanze piccole e abbastanza datate ma molto pulite. Comodo il minibar e il microonde in stanza. Vicino agli ascensori c’è anche un erogatore dell’acqua con delle bottigliette a disposizione da riempire. I 100$ di caparra iniziale ci sono stati riaccreditati già il giorno successivo al nostro checkout.

Gli unici difetti sono stati la moquette in stanza e l’insonorizzazione delle porte quasi del tutto assente.

We were assured a crib was available, but received a playpen with no mattress. When we asked for one, they put a pillow and sheets inside — completely unsafe for our 3-month-old. No alternative was offered, so I had to co-sleep while my husband slept on the sofa. Also, the suite only has a queen-size bed, although it is listed at Booking.com as a “large double bed.” On top of that, almost $40 was charged after our stay without explanation, despite the booking being fully covered through Booking.com.

Quarto muito pequeno, velho, alcatifa muito suja, má insonorização (muito barulho na rua toda a noite e quarto ao lado), portas precisam pintura, teto WC precisa pintura. Não tem frigobar nem cofre.

The location was really nice distance from everything we wanted to do. The hotel was beautiful. The rooms were nice and the beds were comfy. They were also really clean. My only problem was the no blow dryers but that’s fine. Workers were really nice . Barely any noise at night. The hotels quality beat the price we paid.

Las fotografías de habitaciones que aparecen en Booking no reflejan la realidad del hotel. Nuestra habitación y el baño no tenían ninguna ventana. La limpieza del baño también dejaba bastante que desear. Después de que limpiaran la habitación, tuvimos que pedir que volvieran a aspirar el baño porque no había quedado limpio. Por último, el trato recibido en recepción fue bastante decepcionante.

La excelente ubicación, la predisposición del personal, el desayuno es espectacular!

Il punto di forza dell’hotel è sicuramente la posizione, molto comoda per visitare Chicago a piedi e ben collegata con il resto della città. La camera era funzionale e sufficientemente confortevole, anche se piuttosto essenziale e non particolarmente moderna. Gli spazi sono adeguati soprattutto per un soggiorno breve

La vicina di stanza che non era capace di aprire/chiudere la porta e quindi faceva casino. Le camere sono comunque molto ben insonorizzate, specialmente rispetto alla strada.

La posizione è certamente molto comoda, anche per raggiungere l’aeroporto la linea blu dei treni è vicinissima. Ci si muove bene a piedi e con i mezzi pubblici. Comodissimo il sevizio di acqua potabile al piano.

Very clean and quiet. Great location for us. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was small but comfortable. You can access the restaurant next door through hotel. Service there was very good as well.

En todo el centro, habitaciones muy grandes y cómodas, muy completo. Limpieza excelente y el ascensor va muy rápido. Hay muchas tiendas y restaurantes cerca, no hay problema para comer cerca. El tren y el metro esta a 4 minutos aproximadamente, muy accesible

Lo único que no me gustó es que tenias que dejar un deposito de 63$ aproximadamente y no lo indicaba en ningún momento en la reserva, te lo devuelven muy tarde después del check-out, pero vuelve, al menos.

The Hotel is close to everyrthing that I had planned for my Birthday on 8/4. I took a taxi to the River Cruises and it was only $7. My room was small, however it was clean, bed felt great. The best thing is have the Elephant Castle next door that closes at 2am and they have Great food, I plan on staying her again, they even had late checkout at 3pm for a small price that really helped me out alot.

I didn’t like that we didn’t have a microwave or refrigerator. The rooms were very small for the price. Needs updating.

The area is a little rough around the edges and having to park off site and walk to the property is a bit of a turn off. I would expect valet service for the rates being paid.

I was charged twice for the room between booking.com and the hotel itself. Neither seemed to be able to help me with the situation and it was very frustrating.

The location is excellent, directly in the centre of Central loop, with access to public transport on your door step. All nearby tourist attractions are walkable, including Sears Tower, The Bean, Theatre and shopping districts and Route 66 attractions. The property felt like a traditional property in downtown Chicago, full of character whilst still being comfortable. The Apple Wallet Room Keys are very convenient.

Some of the decorations and furnishings felt slightly dated and certain areas in the room could do with some TLC if not for a full refurb soon.
