L’emplacement est idéal, direct de l’aéroport O’Hare par la blue line en 45 minutes

Personnel quasi absent même à l’accueil, enregistrement sur borne ! L’ascenseur en panne, n’en restait qu’un seul, attente de 5 à 7 minutes à chaque fois ! La formule petit-déjeuner n’en est pas une .. accès à la taverne d’à côté qui autorise à des menus salés exclusivement et un café ou un thé

Nagyon jó az elhelyezkedés és tiszta a szoba.

A kauciót 8 nap elteltével sem kaptam vissza. 3 ágyas szobát kértünk, egy kinyitható fotelt találtunk a szobában ágynemű nélkül. Mire nehezen szóba állt velünk a recepciós hölgy, mondta hogy húzzuk ki a fotelágyat. Kértünk ágyneműt - mondta ja majd küldet fel. Egy lepedő meg egy takaró volt a fotelre rakva - párna nem, mire a sétánkból visszaértünk

Central location, close to subway stations

We had a really difficult encounter with one of the receptionists. They request a 100$ deposit (although the deposit is never mentioned when you book through Booking). Our cards did not go through and the receptionist was unwilling to find another solution and wouldn’t check us in even though our room has already been paid for. After a while we got a different receptionist who found a solution and helped us. The majority of other staff was also very kind and helpful. The price was way too expensive for a tiny room that doesn’t even have a mini fridge (they double the prices while a big event/concert is going on).

Ho apprezzato la posizione, la colazione con piatti serviti caldi buoni e abbondanti e il distributore di acqua al piano della camera. Inoltre, nella living room potevi trovare Caffè free.

La struttura è un po' datata, la camera era molto piccola così come il bagno.

La posizione all'interno del loop

Ho soggiornato presso l'hotel dal 8 al 10 agosto 26 e poi dal 12 al 15 dello stesso mese. In questo periodo abbiamo avuto tre casi di scarico del water non funzionante. Il problema dopo segnalazione alla hall è stato prontamente risolto tutte le volte, ma rimane la seccatura.

Tudo estava bem. O pequeno almoço apesar de ser no bar localizado no edificio do hotel era muito bom, apesar de não ser buffet.

Absolut Top-Lage. Dienstlich besucht, war einfach super. Schnelle Wege zu Fuß, zu den Hotspots. Das Pub bietet eine super Möglichkeit den Abend ausklingen zu lassen und das Frühstück war typisch amerikanisch und super lecker.

Camera este foarte curata și confortabila, are o priveliște frumoasa, hotelul este situat în centru, lângă o stație de metrou.

Nu are frigider în camera.

La habitación era muy cómoda y amplia. Tenía una ubicación ideal en el loop de Chicago. Baños limpios y buenas amenities.

El baño se atascó en una de las noches y el staff se limitó a darnos un desatascador para que nosotros solucionásemos el problema.

The room was nice and so was the restaurant attached! Staff was friendly as well!

The bathrooms aren’t great. They definitely need upgrading especially for what you’re paying. There’s a curtain but there isn’t even a ledge so a lot of the water just gets on the floor outside of the shower.

W czasie check in była widoczna rezerwacja, ale nie było informacji, że pobyt jest już opłacony. W rezultacie została mi pobrana ponownie płatność. Na szczęście obsługa zaznaczyła sobie ten błąd i płatność ma zostać zwrócona razem z kaucją

The staff were incredibly helpful. We had a few issues and they always got them resolved and respected my cleaning request of just mobbing up the bathroom floor when my foundation smashed everywhere, but leaving our room which looked like it had been (ransacked by us).

More an FYI for those booking, our bathroom door had this frosted glass which meant you could see the outline of the person inside and everything they were doing. I was with my husband so we were fine but if you're friends or early in a relationship it might be a bit intense.

The hotel was close to restaurants and shopping.

Had to pay for parking. The vent on the ceiling rattled when turning on the air conditioning. Also, the flooring in the bathroom and in the shower was very slippery. The toilet was also very low to the ground. Made it hard to use if you’re tall.

Location was great, room was fine, on-premises dining good.

The shower was a tiny bit small and the hairdryer is not the best.

The room was comfortable and clean, it was nice having the restaurant/bar in the same place and I appreciate the staff minding our luggage while we took in some of Chicago before flying out.

Property too old, need to renovate. Staff not quite nice. Check in time 3pm, I didn’t get a room until 4:30! no apologies from staff, seems like take it or leave it.

It was within walking distance of train stops, restaurants, coffee shops, and more as well as several key sights. We came in for a concert at Soldier Field and were able to take a train there easily and found it a very convenient home base for our trip. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. And the beds were comfortable.

The furniture was run-down/beaten-up, and sound carried through the door easily, so we could hear people come and go in the hallway at night sometimes.

Location of property was nice. Free refill water was nice. Staff was friendly.

Toilet paper was very thin. There was makeup already on a towel that was in the bathroom I hadn’t touched at all. The room service restaurant had items unavailable the 2 times I tried to order, so the menu on the tv should be updated to show restrictions on food items based on dates and times items are available for order.

Exceptionally helpful at the front desk! When leaving, there was a Tornado warning nearby! Wifey had already packed our umbrellas. Front desk staff gave us 2 umbrellas because we needed them for the short walk to Union Station for Amtrak trip.

La ubicación. Cama grande y cómoda. Baño muy nuevo y amplio.

Personal de recepción muy poco empatico. Reserve 2 habitaciones. A las 6 de la tarde me decían que no tenían disponible la segunda habitación. No había nevera en la habitación.

La atención en general, la recepción, llegar y disponer de la habitación aún faltando bastante para la hora de check in indicada. Tanto la habitación como el baño eran bastante amplios. La ubicación es muy buena, a pocos metros de la estación de tren que viene desde el aeropuerto y con la posibilidad de llegar a la mayoría de los principales atractivos de la ciudad sin caminar más de 15/20 minutos.

Las almohadas no me resultaron cómodas (dejo la posibilidad que se trate de un gusto personal). Creo que sería mejor que las habitaciones con kitchenet ya cuenten con cierto equipamiento, no había utensillos de cocina ni electrodomésticos, tan solo una cafetera y un horno microondas. Tal vez podría pedirse en recepción (como hice con la jarra eléctrica) pero realmente no me agrada ni me parece práctico ese sistema, .

The location is nicely in the downtown area, and the staff were friendly. The reception on Tuesday morning helped me find another room as my booking was cancelled. My new room was clean and comfortable.

My original booking was cancelled by the hotel because I did not show up at 12 o'clock midnight. My train arrived in the morning, and I thought I would have my room until the check-out time like all my experiences in other hotels.

Located near the financial district, easy walk to Michigan avenue.

Room was TINY. BOOKED A QUEEN, GOT A FULL. ROOM SPACE ITSELF BARELY ENOUGH ROOM FOR TWO PEOPLE TO MOVE AROUND IN.

Very clean and in a nice walkable location. The staff were very nice and the bed was comfortable.

The coffee machine in the room didn’t work and it was unclear where to park. The garage is pretty far from the hotel, so it’d recommend idling outside and dropping your stuff so you don’t have to carry it

Es un magnífico hotel para lo que cuesta, situado en pleno centro de Chicago (en la céntrica calle Adams). Las instalaciones son cómodas y renovadas.

La actitud poco hospitalaria de la recepcionista del mediodía y el de la noche, que nos tuvo esperando para acceder a la habitación a las 8 de la noche. Más que en dar la bienvenida, estuvieron más preocupados en pedirnos la identificación (obsesión bastante extendida en este pais) y ,sobre todo, en cobrarnos el depósito, no una (la que pagamos antes de tener habitación), sino hasta una segunda vez, por la noche. Seguiremls insistiendo: consideramos injustificado el cobro de 100 dólares como depósito que tardan días en devolver, pues no aceptan metálico. Por ello, no merecen mayor puntuación. ¿Empezamos los clientes a pedir depósito por si el hotel no cumple con sus servicios?

El check in que se hace con una maquina. Llegamos muy cansados de mucho viaje y nos obligaban a hacerlo de esa forma aunque daba error al principio, finalmente lo logramos. Genera algo de fastidio tener que hacer eso cuando uno llega algo cansado.
