Honestly, what is not to like? Staff were very friendly and helpful, lovely breakfast with live piano music, well equipped gym, very large pool, it has its own beach. The snorkelling tour I booked through the hotel picked me up right on the hotel's beach

The rooms are a bit dated. But they are clean and comfortable and everything works fine. And to be honest, when you're there, you won't spend much time in the rooms anyway

The staff were amazing. So friendly and attentive. They made our 25th wedding anniversary very special. They upgraded our room and decorated it beautifully with flowers and swans.

Het personeel is ontzettend vriendelijk, behulpzaam en attent. Het zwembad is uitstekend en het (privé)strand wordt goed onderhouden. De faciliteiten op de kamer werken technisch prima, al begint de inrichting inmiddels wel wat te verouderen. Dankzij de goede beveiliging en de rustige sfeer hangt er een erg prettige en ontspannen sfeer op het resort. De tuinen zijn prachtig aangelegd en worden goed onderhouden. Het restaurant is eveneens een pluspunt: zowel het ontbijt als het diner waren van uitstekende kwaliteit. Al met al een zeer aangenaam verblijf op een mooie locatie.

O hotel é um hotel muito bonito, apesar de antigo. A manutenção do jardim é excelente e os quartos muito confortáveis, apesar de precisar de um pequeno update. O buffet do pequeno almoço é óptimo

Estávamos em regime meia pensão e a única coisa que achamos desagradável foi ter um menu à parte do menu normal à lá carte e de nos cobrarem água ao jantar, quando nos quartos há 8 garrafas de água disponíveis e grátis para lavar os dentes etc. Reclamamos e nos dias seguintes ofereciam água ao jantar

In the room next to ours we had a group of Chinese tourists, whose behavior was far from what you would expect from a civilized people. slamming doors all the time, noisy behavior till 1 o'clock at night, shouting. This is not a problem with the hotel as such, but we reported that to the reception and no improvement, so either the staff did not react, or it did, by our neighbors decided no to comply.

Un bijou cet hotel! hotel tres beau, magnifique piscine! petit dejeuner au top. Le personnel vraiment au petit soin. Le diner proposé en DP était bon. Emplacement magnifique pied dans l'eau, port de senggigi juste en face pour traverser à Bali si besoin, jeux nautiques juste à la plge en face de l'hotel. Nous avons pris des excursions pour les iles Gili et pour visiter les cascades d'un bureau de tourisme collé à l'hotel sur la plage, le bateau pour Gili vous prend de la plage en face de l'hotel et vous rend au même endroit. Nous etions 2 chambres avec enfants, nous avons été surclassé dans la grande suite, Merci!! avec une superbe terrasse avec transat juste à coté de la plage et la piscine et du restaurant du soir, le tea time offert chaque jour était top. le sérieux du personnel : au check out on nous a remis une enveloppe avec un surplus payé le jour du check in! (paiement fait en cash, la personne a la recetion avait mal compté les billet au check in). BRAVO et RESPECT, on ne voit plus cela souvent dans d'autres établissements.

Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen.

Locatie is heel fijn. Vanaf haven Sengigi ben je er zo. Heerlijk groot zwembad. Kamer was goed met erg fijne bedden.

Service in het restaurant ‘s avonds was iets minder. Eten kwam niet tegelijk voor heel gezelschap. En slomere service wat ik niet gewend bent op Lombok.

The staff were absolutely wonderful – genuinely friendly, attentive and incredibly helpful throughout our entire stay. They really went above and beyond whenever we needed anything. The location is also beautiful, with a large beachfront area

Unfortunately, the hotel itself feels quite dated and in need of investment and renovation. Apart from the TVs, very little seemed recently updated. The biggest disappointment for me, however, was the pool and beach area. We arrived over the weekend when the hotel was apparently fully booked, and there simply weren’t enough sunbeds for the number of guests. People started reserving them early in the morning, which created a stressful and uncomfortable atmosphere, exactly the opposite of what you expect from a resort holiday. Considering how large the beachfront area is, it’s difficult to understand why there aren’t significantly more sunbeds. Instead, most of them are squeezed closely together around the pool, making the whole area feel crowded rather than relaxing. We stayed for six nights and ended up spending only one day at the hotel beach. The rest of the time, we preferred going on excursions or visiting nearby beaches because relaxing at the hotel simply wasn’t enjoyable.

Wir haben im August 2026 einen wunderbaren Mutter-Tochter-Urlaub (Tochter 23 Jahre) im Resort verbracht. Das Hotel versprüht einen sehr gemütlichen, klassischen Charme. Die gesamte Anlage ist extrem gepflegt und makellos sauber. Besonders begeistert hat uns der wunderschöne, tropische Garten und der großzügige Poolbereich direkt am Strand – perfekt, um komplett abzuschalten. Das gesamte Personal war durchgehend herzlich, aufmerksam und sehr bemüht. Ein riesiger Pluspunkt ist zudem die Lage: Das Hotel bietet tolle Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung, sodass wir problemlos die Insel erkunden konnten. Wer ein faires Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis sucht, findet hier eine schöne Anlage.

Ein paar Punkte haben unseren Aufenthalt leider etwas getrübt. Im Badezimmer merkt man das Alter des Hotels mittlerweile deutlich; hier gibt es sichtbare Abnutzungserscheinungen an den Armaturen und Fliesen. Eine Modernisierung wäre dringend nötig. Zudem gibt es Abzüge beim Frühstück: Wenn man etwas später essen geht, muss man sich auf lange Wartezeiten beim Nachschub einstellen – insbesondere beim Brot wurde nur sehr schleppend nachgelegt. Das Live-Klavierspiel am Morgen empfanden wir außerdem als störend und unpassend für eine entspannte Frühstücksatmosphäre.

Das Hotel mit der Strandnähe ist super. Sicherlich etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber für Lombok absolut okay. Das Frühstück ist sehr vielfältig und sehr gut. Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Halbpension oder das Abendessen ist in dem Hotel war nicht unser Fall. Wer will Pasta, fish and Chips oder Burger in Indonesien essen. Das Essen ist gut, aber wir haben unsere Halbpension verfallen lassen und sind in nahegelegenen Restaurants gegangen.

Cadre magnifique plage et piscines très agréables, le personnel très sympathique nous avons été surclassés dans une villa .La manager a été adorable.

Pas de machines à café dans les chambre , c’est dommage .certains mobilier sont à moderniser .Dommage qu’il y ait des déchets dans l’eau à la plage .le personnel au petit déjeuner met beaucoup de temps pour servir les boissons chaudes.

The helpfulness of the staff, the variety of food at the restaurants, the beach front location although not that clean. The breakfast buffet was divine. Wellness facilities also amazing.

As mentioned in almost every review, the hotel needs major renovation as evidenced in the rooms. However, i only stayed in the room to sleep and shower so this was not a major concern.

Principalement 2 sujets décevant: La restauration et les chambres Chambres: Assez défréchi, nécessite un rafraichissement important. Quelques soucis avec la douche, la propreté a certain endroit, la Télévision Restauration: C'est le point noir de notre expérience - Table abimé avec des échardes - Chaise en plastique cassé (3 chaises sur 6 à certain repas) - Durée des repas très souvent > 2h - Nous étions en demi pension et impossible d'avoir accès à la carte des Menus standards. Quelques choix uniquement alors que les prix des repas de la carte Demi pension était similaire au Menu standard. Sur un séjour de 7 nuits, on mange tous le temps la meme chose. Dommage pour un 5 étoiles - Lorsque nous partagion des plats, nous avons demandé des assiettes supplémentaire. Nous avons eu des soucoupes de tasses à thé. Très décevant pour un 5 étoiles - la qualité de la nourriture était correcte mais rien d'extraordinaire. Loin d'un standard de 5 étoiles => Nous avons eu plusieurs échanges à ce sujet avec les serveurs et les managers. Nos remarques ne semblent pas les interresser meme si tout le monde est très gentil et sourriant. Le petit déjeuné est très bien

Overtrof al onze verwachtingen. We kregen een upgrade naar de villa en was echt adembenemend mooi. Personeel dankbaar, vriendelijk en doen alles om het naar je zin te maken. Echt geweldig!

過去の口コミで「施設が古い」という評価を目にして少し心配していましたが、実際に宿泊してみると、それほど気になることはありませんでした。洗面台やシャワー、調度品などに多少の年季は感じられるものの、それがかえって落ち着いた雰囲気を演出しており、広々とした客室で快適に過ごすことができました。部屋には冷蔵庫も備えられており、Wi-Fiも問題なく利用できました。 広大な敷地にはプライベートビーチがあり、波も穏やかでゆったりと過ごせます。スタッフの方々がこまめに清掃しているため、ビーチはいつもきれいに保たれていました。プールには大きな顔の彫像があり、スライダーとしても楽しめるユニークな造りになっています。夕方には、その彫像を背景にロンボク島の伝統的な儀式を見ることもできました。 朝食ビュッフェは、ローカル料理から洋食まで種類が豊富で、どの料理も美味しく満足できました。また、バーでゆっくりと過ごす時間も楽しむことができ、リゾートならではの雰囲気を満喫できました。 ホテルの外には、徒歩10分ほどの場所にワルン、スーパーマーケット、コンビニ、ATMがあり、滞在中に不便を感じることはありませんでした。 何より印象に残ったのは、スタッフの皆さんの素晴らしいホスピタリティです。いつも笑顔を絶やさず、丁寧で親切な対応をしてくださり、終始気持ちよく過ごすことができました。多少の経年を感じる部分はあるものの、それを十分に補って余りある魅力を持ったホテルだと思います。

The sand on the beach is darker (grey) compared to the official key image introducing the resort. The staff keeps the beach in front of the resort clean. The sea is frequented with ferries and jet-skis. Was not the lonely quiet beach in the middle of nature I have been searching for - not fully as expected.

o Hotel já tem alguns anos e nota-se um pouco pormenores que podem ser melhorados. No nosso quarto o vidro do chuveiro estava rachado, algumas portas com as madeiras a descolorar, etc. Nada muito importante.

The friendliest staff I have ever experienced, they took care of everything, so helpful at any point. Delicious breakfast, so many options - yet because of my friend's special diet they took care of him and prepared a special meal for him every day. The beach is amazing, so well kept, the staff will move the lounger in the shade/ sun if you prefer. Great pool. Located right at the end of Sengiggi beach - which is calm, clean water, and not many people.

Every staff interaction was outstanding. Greeted warmly each and every time, Tiwi from Guest Services was exceptional checking with us each day, and further organising a special day for my wife's birthday.

People that save pool and beach chairs then walk off for other activities grind my gears. This is an issue in many hotels.

Food and service were not great

Nice locations , we are hiding from Padang bai and came with the fast ferry it was great location just behind of the hotel . Breakfast was great service are friendly Coffee is just fine, many to choose from Indonesia Buffett breakfast and European breakfast 🌸 niceeee Room cleans but old building Atmosphere are so good I always feel home here in Senggigi Staff are very helpful, the GRO Corina helps us to find everything what we need Furniture at room is quite old but bed was comfortable we had really enjoyed sleeping at those bed.

We last visited the Sheraton Senggigi in 2019, and always intended to return, then covid got in the way and other priorities. This was the year we decided to return and were delighted that we did. The staff are really what makes this resort special. We will mention some who stood out for us, but are there are many more who help make this a great experience. Particular shout outs for the breakfast crew, Safrudin, Hartono, Ayu, Salju and Dae who all welcomed us and recognised is as returning guests. They looked after us throughout and by day 3 knew where we wanted to sit, what the coffee order was etc. They're a great bunch and nothing was ever too much. Exec chef Rahman gave us a wonderful cooking lesson by the pool including a market tour. We will be making his signature peanut sauce at home. Thank you to all the spa staff who gave us many relaxing afternoons. Also Anik at the pool who was very quick to help when one of us got stung. The restaurants are really nice, breakfast being the stand out (ask for the eggs benedict). The seafood buffet was really good. The evening service in the restaurants is very friendly but in all honesty is the one area of the hotel that could do with a bit of refinement. Its fine when you know to what to expect but until then, some of the basics are a bit surprising (4 people sit down to eat and get given 3 menus, someone within the party will wait long time for their main). There are plenty of places to eat outside of the hotel, very few on the beach nowadays. Coco loco is still there and still great and very well priced, but its not the beach any more. We had the two bed villa and it is amazing. Just amazing. We really needed two weeks of doing nothing and that is exactly what this delivered, in style and with a smile. Huge thanks to the staff we mentioned as they made this really special for us. We will surely return again.

Die Hotelanlage ist wirklich schön und das Personal überaus freundlich. Vom Hotel aus kann man links in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß in der Stadt sein ( allerdings ist nicht viel los) Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und ausreichend.

There was a wide variety of choice especially Indonesian food at Breakfast. We loved the Sambal Kelapa and Chef Rahman very kindly gave us some to take home. The staff especially Corina was especially helpful. The view of the pool and the beach was so calming.

The hotel was far from the other tourist areas
