We loved the staff and the new modern garden bungalow. The rooms are spacious and the amenities and grounds are impeccable. A great location to stay.

It was a shame the main restaurant was under renovation and the bar kitchen was the main food place. We love the Asian food but it was not really available during our stay.

Prime location with swimming beaches bordering the property. Close to shops and restaurants. Attentive staff.

I asked for a quiet seaside bungalow when I made the booking in May. The allocated bungalow was lovely but located very close to beach bar with music from late afternoon to 9pm every night. Could have paid for an upgrade to pool suites but not feasible for us considering we love swimming in the ocean.

The resort is beautiful and very well maintained, and the staff are absolutely wonderful. Our Deluxe Sea View Room was fantastic, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The communication with the hotel before our arrival was spot on, which made everything so easy and stress-free. The location is also perfect — literally within walking distance of Senggigi Harbour, as well as plenty of shops, bars, and restaurants. Overall, a fantastic stay and somewhere I would happily recommend!

Walking distance to Main Street shops, restaurants and scooter hire. A beautiful resort on the beach, we stayed in a bungalow which was clean, quiet and comfortable, watching the daily sunset from our terrace. Breakfast was amazing, catering to all tastes. The best part were the staff, friendly, accommodating, nothing was a problem. We really enjoyed our stay.

Only a small detail…. They need more than one coffee machine at the breakfast restaurant.

One of those places that feels like you’ve found your own little escape from the world. I absolutely loved the living environment here—it genuinely feels like home, but with the luxury of being surrounded by peace, nature, and the sound of the ocean. Being away from the noise and busy atmosphere makes it so easy to slow down, breathe, and simply enjoy the moment. The staff were exceptionally friendly, warm, and welcoming. You can really feel the genuine hospitality, not just the usual service. And the facilities? Absolutely heavenly. Everything is beautifully maintained and thoughtfully arranged to make you feel comfortable and relaxed. Honestly, it’s more than just a place to stay, it’s a place to disconnect from the noise and reconnect with yourself. I left feeling refreshed, peaceful, and already thinking about coming back. Highly recommended. A beautiful place, beautiful atmosphere, and genuinely beautiful hospitality.

Nothing to dislike but suggestion that it isn’t just beers in the happy hour as the cocktails were incredible . Also some more sockets especially near the bed .

Excellent location with lots of restaurants and grocery store within walking distance. Set in beautiful green surroundings by the beach. Easy access to water sports. Staff was exceptional, went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. Rooms were clean and spacious

The property is like a maze and you can lose your way some times. Breakfast could be improved. Too many local dishes that don't appeal to all palates

Service in restaurant was too slow. We had some issues with hot water that was not fixed even if I asked the reception 3 different days. Lezards...

Generally most of the staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Clearly there was a plumbing issue with some of the lodgings. When advised of my initial issue I was told it would be addressed. Two days later I came back from my afternoon outing, only to find sewerage all over the bathroom floor. I then had to pack up and switch to a different room which was of a lesser grade. To compensate me for my experience they offered me a dinner voucher that was price capped and did not include drinks other than juice. I felt that this was insufficient and had to negotiate hard for better compensation. After this incident I was glared at by several staff members and not made to feel welcome.

I liked the convenience of the harbour being on site and the quick access to the town.

I feel they can be more plug points. There was 2 plug points and one was used for the kettle.

We truly enjoyed our time here. The reception staff made us feel so welcome. Ulvi was especially cheerful and friendly, and overall, everyone on the team did an excellent job. It’s clear they really care about their guests!

La vétusté de l’hôtel/ des chambres/ des équipements. Honnêtement tout est à revoir on est très très loin d’un hôtel 5 étoiles. Les chambres ressemblent + à des cabanons en bois qui grincent au moindre pas. Le buffet petit déjeuner n’est vraiment pas top, thé et café froid.

The lunch and dinner options at the Italian restaurant were limited. Need healthy modern cuisine chef. Extra page for lunch menu from restaurant was good but had to find staff to order . Strange situation for a resort. Service was very slow, dishes left on tables for long time, food took a long time, staff didn’t take order for a long time. More training needed and more modern chef. Big groups on Friday and Saturday night so no entertainment for the other guests as advertised.

Die Ausstattung in den Gartenbungalows sind leider in die Jahre gekommen.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a fantastic stay and were very happy with everything! The hotel is very peaceful and perfect for relaxing. The staff are super, super friendly and always willing to help. Our room was cleaned every day and was always spotless. Breakfast was good, and you can have it at two different restaurants. Depending on your room type (for example, a Pool Villa), you have access to a both restaurants. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

I love lombok I was very impressed with the hotel's location. The atmosphere was beautiful. The area has a white sandy beach with a small headland that serves as a nice landmark. The hotel's alphabetical signage also makes for beautiful photos. I stayed in a villa bungalow. It was beautiful; it was a private house with a big TV. I could connect to YouTube and Netflix as much as I wanted. The bathroom had a comfortable shower, a good toilet, and a bidet, perfect for Asians. The service from the hotel staff was excellent. Everyone was smiling and attentive to customers. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of choices. I stayed here for 5 days and 4 nights and never got bored with the breakfast. There were staff members dressed in traditional cultural costumes.Food service was provided. The swimming pool is quite large and nice, with both shallow and deep pools. The hotel grounds are clean, with cleaning staff on duty constantly. I liked the good atmosphere and the beautiful coconut trees. There is plenty of vegetation and spacious grounds.You can also enjoy a beautiful sunset. In addition, the hotel offers free photography services and a welcome drink at the beach bar. You can soak in the wonderful atmosphere. It was worth the money spent for the vacation. Regarding the area I'd like to see improved, I stayed in room 114 and the hotel's air conditioner was very noisy. I think this is a flaw that caused me to have restless sleep because the noise from the air conditioner fan kept waking me up. I've already informed the hotel, but they haven't been able to fix it. The phone in my room has a lot of interference, making it difficult for me to communicate with reception on the phone. I wanted to provide beach sandals for guests, but I couldn't because some guests didn't bring their own beach shoes.Everything else was great. Out of 10, I'd give it a 9.

We had a great stay at Pool Villa Merumatta Senggigi and would give it a solid 4 out of 5 stars. There is so much to love about this resort, though a bit of updates to the property would easily push it to a perfect 5. Layout & Design: The overall layout of the villas is fantastic. Having a spacious living setup with seamless transitions between indoor and outdoor areas gives you a wonderful, tropical private sanctuary feel. The Lagoon Pool: The lagoon-style pool wrapping around the villas is definitely the highlight of the stay. Stepping straight out from your villa directly into the relaxing, winding pool layout makes relaxing so convenient and memorable. Exceptional Staff: The team here really sets the hotel apart. Every staff member we interacted with was genuinely warm, welcoming, and attentive, constantly going out of their way to ensure we were well looked after throughout our visit. Facilities Showing Age: On the flip side, the property and room fixtures are definitely starting to show signs of wear and aging. Some of the furnishings and amenities could benefit from a freshening up or modern refresh. Despite the aging facilities, the incredible staff, serene setup, and amazing pool made for a fantastic trip. We had a wonderful time, would certainly recommend it to others, and would gladly come back!
