What an amazing place. The view from my balcony was 2nd to none. The staff remembered u and bent over backwards to accommodate u. I have problems with my health the stairs were difficult for me. They offered full full assistance in this case. There was a stairway leading to the beach. There was a great pool with pool side service. I was offered a lower room with a pool no extra cost because I had difficulty walking. Value for money I think I would 150 out of 10. So so worth it. Definitely a place to revisit

Price-value wise this was one of our best stays during our holidays in Bali and Lombok. The location was beautiful, the room and beds very comfortable, staff were great (special mention to Piu Tu for being so nice to my wife all week long), airco was ice cold, nice and varied breakfast options, very secure (24/7 guards, though I can't imagine it being unsafe in this neighbourhood even without them), ... Clear recommendation for the Senggigi area.

The island climate with its heat and humidity makes it almost impossible for any building here to remain spotless, so some paint chips and cracked wood here and there are present. Hardly something we noticed, and nothing that bothered us to the slightest.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Gardens are well kept and lots of tropical flowers. Saw turtles every morning out the front ocean. We had buffet breakfast for 2 nights then à la carte the other two nights. Breakfast was great, fresh and delicious Indonesian style, plus egg station, fruit, pastries (really fresh!). Staff very amazing 😊 cocktails by the pool in the afternoon were a highlight! We also ordered 3 x motorbikes and no issues dropped off next day, airport pick up also easy. Really enjoyed our ocean deluxe room, we had the middle one which we preferred the layout with a beautiful bathroom overlooking the ocean and the bedroom and balcony was relaxing. Beautiful wooden carved piece behind bed head. Aircon worked perfectly. Great value for money!

If you are walking it is about 15 minutes down the hill to get the restaurants and shops - not an issue for us as we had bikes

Belle vue, mais un hôtel qui manque clairement de modernité et d'entretien. Nous avons pris la Suite Ocean, un grand appartement avec une très belle vue sur la mer et un environnement calme. C’est clairement le principal atout de l’hôtel. En revanche, pour une suite de cette catégorie et au prix affiché, on peut s’attendre à un niveau de prestation et de finition beaucoup plus élevé. L’appartement est très grand, mais quasiment vide : aucune décoration, peu de vie et une impression d’espace pas vraiment exploité. La décoration et le mobilier sont assez ringards, avec un style qui fait vraiment penser aux années 80. L’ensemble aurait besoin d’un sérieux rafraîchissement et d’une vraie modernisation. Il y a une cuisine, mais les placards sont complètement vides, ce qui la rend finalement assez inutile. Le réfrigérateur est également vide, sans même quelques boissons ou jus proposés à la vente. À notre arrivée, seulement deux petites bouteilles d’eau dans la salle de bain. Le petit déjeuner est également assez limité. Il manque notamment des étiquettes devant les différents produits, ce qui ne permet pas vraiment de savoir ce que l’on prend. Concernant la plage, des locaux viennent régulièrement y pique-niquer et laissent leurs déchets directement sur la plage. C’est particulièrement dommage pour un établissement qui met en avant son emplacement et son accès à la mer, et cela donne une impression d’entretien et de gestion de la plage qui n’est pas à la hauteur du cadre. C’est vraiment dommage, car l’hôtel a un énorme potentiel : emplacement, architecture, calme, piscine et surtout cette magnifique vue sur la mer. Mais le potentiel est clairement sous-exploité. Avec une décoration plus contemporaine, un rafraîchissement des chambres, davantage de services, une meilleure gestion de la plage et quelques petites attentions, l’établissement pourrait être vraiment superbe.

The view was really nice, and The staffs were friendly. Also The restaurant was pretty good.

The AC was leaking but still working fine. The bathroom has sewer smell that when brought to staffs attention it wasn’t addressed or fixed for the duration of our stay. The TV wasn’t working, it has bad HDMI cord.

Prachtige locatie met strand voor het zwembad en restaurant. Het personeel is super vriendelijk en lief. Ze zijn heel behulpzaam. Ontbijt is goed en is uiteraard meer Aziatisch georienteerd. Kamer is ruim en met een groot balkon met een mooie view naar het strand. WIFI is wel goed en snel en is niet meer traag zoals vermeld in de oude reviews.

Eigenlijk niets. Wel merk je de relatief hogere prijzen als je gaat lunchen of dineren bij het restaurant van het hotel. Je kunt ook 20 minuten lopen naar de hoofdstraat en daar gaan eten wat goedkoper is.

Il faut savoir que La suite Lagon, la Piscine est à partager avec la chambre d à côté, ce qui n est pas précisé sur le site de réservation. Petit déjeuner est correct, très simple

The resort is a bit cut off, it was not possible to go out for walks or explore other restaurants or spots outside the hotel.

We stayed here for our honeymoon and loved it. The property is situated in front of a beach area. Although this beach is not the best for swimming, as it is quite rocky and strong, I loved the constant hum of waves throughout the day. The place itself is very beautiful, with lots of trees and flowers. The birds can be heard chirping 🤍

Everything was good, although I believe this location might be challenging for those with mobility issues, at is requires lots of going through stairs

Śniadanie, mimo że wg planu rozpoczynało się o 7:00 to niestety było opóźnione. O 7:00 zespół dopiero zaczął rozstawiać pieczywo, owoce. To spowodowało opóźnienie w harmonogramie dnia.

We loved staying here, and didn’t want to leave! The staff are so accommodating, rooms are spotless, our balcony view was amazing, and the resort is up-kept to such a high standard!

Absolutely nothing but the location.

This property is outdated, not fit to operate and ruined our stay in Lombok ! It’s old, furniture was broken and stained. The hot water didn’t work for the 4 days out of 5. Breakfast was mediocre. You even had to pay for coffee at breakfast. Staff were nice but totally incompetent on dealing with queries. The ocean view is very nice. The beach outside isn’t functional you have to take a taxi. The hotel needs an upgrade.

Das Personal war super freundlich, wir sind zwei Tage früher als geplant angereist und sie haben uns super Zimmer organisiert und waren superschnell in der Korrespondenz via WhatsApp. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, die Klimaanlage funktioniert super und der Ausblick am Hauptpool ist einfach fantastisch. Es ist absolut ruhig und der Ausblick auf den Sonnenuntergang ist fantastisch

The hotel interior looks like it's stuck in the 1970s. I stayed in two different rooms. The sea view was quite nice, but the furniture felt extremely outdated. Cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired—it was done very superficially. Breakfast was terrible. For a hotel where you pay a fairly high price, breakfast at least needs to be edible. The location is good and the view is beautiful, but the hotel is simply not worth the money. I would not stay here again.

The room, the pool, the garden, the view

Needs a bit updating

The property was easy to find on the main road through Senggigi. It was well maintained and our room was cleaned each day. We stayed in a Suite Lagoon room which had an ocean view and shared pool in front of our ground floor room. We shared the pool with the room next to ours and really enjoyed being able to cool off in the pool and go right into our room after a long day exploring Lombok. Breakfast was included with our stay and each morning the staff greeted us, cooked fresh omelettes, prepared coffees (paid extra) and brought them to our table overlooking the sea. We truly appreciated how friendly, professionally, and kindly the entire staff treated us.

A bit of repair for the decking on the lookout next to the spa and loose tiles on some the pathways - all wear and tear - notating that detracted from our stay :)

Kann die teils schlechten Bewertungen hier nicht bestätigen. Das Hotel ist noch gut in Schuss, das Personal super freundlich und engagiert, die Zimmer sauber und das Frühstück gut. Einzig der Kaffee am Morgen ist Geschmacksache. Man ist total ungestört und der Blick vom Pool auf das Meer ist einzigartig.

Le personnel au petits soins, souriants, la piscine, les transats, la terrasse pour manger face à la mer, le coucher su soleil, la chambre très bien avec bonne literie et une terrasse bien agréable avec vue sur le jardin. La mer en bruit de fond, températures très agréables et très calme. Buffet petit déjeuner impeccable sans chichis. Cocktails bien agréables. Locations de très bons scooters sur place. Nous avons été au resto en scooter aussi plus loin vers Mangsit sans souci. On a passé un bon moment à un rapport qualité prix imbattable en comparaison avec d'autres endroits sur la côte.

I don’t normally leave reviews but I felt I had to for this hotel. The location is stunning, multiple pools and nice restaurant area overlooking the sea, but what really made it was the amazing staff. From the security guards, reception staff, restaurant/bar staff, and cleaners, all very helpful but also such good people, always smiling and chatting, making an effort from day 1 to remember our names, and always making a big deal over our 4 year old boy.

Habitaciones muy grandes con un baño añadido súper amplio, un salón con sofá y butacas, TV y unas vistas al mar muy bonitas. Lo que se agradece es el segundo WC al lado de la cocina. La terraza es inmensa con tumbonas, sillas mesas y vistas al jardín y al mar. La cama es extra grande, el a/c funciona muy bien y hemos estado muy contentos allí.

Entra mucha luz por unas ventanas ciegas que no se dejan oscurecer. Si eres sensible a la luz por las mañanas, llévate un antifaz.

Het personeel was erg vriendelijk, veel groen rondom de kamers. Bed lag prima, er was veel opbergruimte in de kamer. Fijne grote badlakens bij zwembad.

Wij kwamen om 13.00 uur aan, de kamer was nog niet klaar zeiden ze. En dat incheck pas vanaf 14.00 uur was. Dat was bekend maar als de kamer toch vrij is.... Goed wij komen in de kamer en willen douchen. Gelukkig had ik de douche eerst aangezet om warm te worden want er kwam allemaal bruin stinkend water uit, Wastafel hetzelfde verhaal. na paar keer open en dicht en doorstromen wel schoon water maar niet warm. Hoezo was de kamer nog niet klaar, die was gewoon al een tijdje niet gebruikt... En het hotel had denk ik nog geen 25% bezetting. Wij hadden een kamer met zwembad, dat lag in de schaduw dus water was super koud. Wij moesten via het terras (schuifdeur met sleutel) naar binnen. Er zat ook gewoon een normale deur in de kamer, wij waren hierdoor naar buiten gegaan. Toen we terug kwamen bleek dat deze deur helemaal niet in het slot viel, ook als je hem van binnenuit op slot had gedraaid kon je hem van buiten gewoon openen door de deurklink naar beneden te doen. Weer receptie gebeld en toen werd de deur elektronisch vergrendeld en konden wij hem niet meer gebruiken. De kluis ligt gewoon los in de kast. Het grote zwembad is lekker maar verdiend wat onderhoud, ontbrekende/kapotte tegels op de bodem. Ontbijt beperkte keuze en alleen als je een ei liet bakken had je warm eten, de rest was allemaal koud ondanks dat het in chaving dishes zat. Bij het strandje ligt veel aangespoeld plastic, er staat een prullenbak maar die wordt niet gebruikt. Het is maar een klein strandje, iedere ochtend even 10 minuten met een vuilniszak en het is weer schoon. Kleine moeite, nu staan ze met z'n vieren de hele dag bij het zwembad te hangen. Op het drukste moment waren er 10 gasten op de ligbedden dus het is niet zo dat er geen tijd was.

Het personeel was geweldig. Vriendelijke mensen en heel alert.

The location, even though it is on the main road it was quiet. The property was peaceful and beautifully maintained. The staff went over and above to help us celebrate our wedding anniversary 🥰

Note, the property is not all on one level, so there are some steps to get to your room, the restaurant and the pool, but being built into the side of the hill definitely provides you the stunning views

Arman war einfach außergewöhnlich! Wir haben wirklich noch nie einen so herzlichen, aufmerksamen und engagierten Mitarbeiter erlebt. Er hat unseren Aufenthalt auf ein ganz anderes Level gebracht und sich mit so viel Freundlichkeit, Professionalität und echter Herzlichkeit um alles gekümmert. Man hat sofort gemerkt, dass ihm die Gäste wirklich am Herzen liegen. Egal wann – Arman war immer gut gelaunt, hilfsbereit und hat einem das Gefühl gegeben, etwas ganz Besonderes zu sein. Auch das Team am Empfang war unglaublich freundlich, professionell und jederzeit aufmerksam. Vom ersten Moment an haben wir uns willkommen und bestens aufgehoben gefühlt. Ein riesiges Dankeschön an das gesamte Team – wir kommen definitiv wieder!

The staff were the highlight of this resort for us. Everyone from reception to gardener, security, engineer, restaurant and of course Dani made us feel welcome and comfortable. They all greeted us with a smile and attended to our every need and more. We loved the quiet calmness and tranquil atmosphere especially having our own private infinity pool to share with only our two rooms....so relaxing with lovely view of the ocean. Perfect chill out spot.

Everything seemed a little 'tired' ...probably needs some work soon. There is a little beach in front which is nice but it's too dangerous to swim there. There is only one other place to eat within a ten minute walk either direction of the hotel. Rajavilla is on a hill so to get to a beach or somewhere to eat in both directions involves walking back up a hill to get home. We had two rooms next to each other that shared a pool which was perfect for our family but if you're not family or friends....I wouldn't recommend these rooms as you wouldn't have any privacy.
