Hotel did not have a pool but who needs a pool do you have the french riviera!

The location is amazing. just a short walk from the beach and close to all the shops and restaurants. The Staff was AMAZING. So friendly, helpful and accommodating. The room is small for American standards, but great size for an European one. Very clean and comfortable.

По отелю: требуется проведение ремонта входной зоны (потолок) и лифта отеля. Необходима наладка работы кондиционеров в номере. По пляжу: необходим ремонт санитарных помещений пляжа, чистота и порядок на нём. Улучшить качество блюд ресторана. Нужен более внимательный персонал на пляже.

J’ai l’habitude de séjourner dans cet hôtel et j’en ai toujours été très satisfaite. En revanche, cette fois-ci, la chambre était sale et en très mauvais état. Je suis vraiment déçue de cette expérience et je ne reviendrai plus.

In meinem ursprünglichen Zimmer hatte es keinen Kühlschrank. Herr Seck an der Rezeption hat das Problem hoch professionell gelöst und mir diskusionslos ein anderes Zimmer offeriert. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, vorallem an der Rezeption und auch die Porter. Sehr ruhiges, helles Zimmer in den Innenhof. Neu gemachte Badezimmer, grosszügige Duschen. Bequeme Betten.

Die System der Haartrockner ist in den 1970-er-Jahren stehen geblieben. Die alten Bodenteppiche könnten bei Gelegenheit durch Laminat oder Steinplatten ersetzt werden.

Plads til forbedringer Vi fik ikke mange infornationer om sted/hotellet m m. , da vi kom. Og værelset var først klar kl.15.35 - De skulle lige ringe og høre og så fik vi grønt lys for at få værelset. Da vi kom op til værelset, var hele gulvtæppet foran badeværelset gennemblødt af vand. Pludselig efter vi havde været på værelset i 20 minutter, låste en mand sig ind ( bankede ikke på)- skulle suge vand op med en maskine. Så værelset har IKKE været kl. Og heller ikke 16 15 åbenbart ( sent at først kunne få et værelse der. Efterfølgende var gulvet stadig fugtigt. Næste dag gjorde jeg receptionen opmærksom på at der dryppede vand fra airconditionen. Det modtog de sådan lidt ligeglade. Ud over dette var værelset jo ellers fint og super udsigt. Men hvorfor fortæller man ikke om bar, restaurant, evt. strand med mere. Wifikode skulle man gå til receptionen for at scanne ellet i rlevatoren. Hvorfor ligger der ikke et par sider med inormationer og heriblandt wifikide på værelset?

Staff were friendly and went out of their way to help guests and make us comfortable. The location is also great.

立地がとても良く、観光や移動にも便利でした。スタッフの方々も親切で、気持ちよく滞在することができました。

水回りの設備に少し問題がありました。シャワーの水がうまく流れず、使用していると排水が追いつかない状態になり、シャワーの水がトイレ側まで溢れてしまいました。滞在中はその点に少し困りました。設備面が改善されると、より快適に過ごせると思います。

Vi fick ett rum med blöt heltäckningsmatta och en portabel AC som troligtvis gjort mattan blöt. ACn var mycket högljudd och balkongdörren var tvungen att vara öppen då det gick ut ett tjockt rör från ACn. Då balkongdörren måste vara öppen hörde vi även allt ljud från gatan. Så det blev en dålig nattsömn. Hotellet var fullbelagt så det gick inte ett få ett annat rum.

The reception area did not have comfortable area for sitting to read or work. The food offerings in the cafe were limited. The hotel can't control the sea, but on two days of my stay it wasn't pleasant to swim due to debris including large pieces of wood in the water.

The location is the main attraction of this hotel Excellent parking garage close by. Beach and town center next door. Breakfast was good.

Room not ready at check-in time. The facilities were shabby. This hotel really needs a refurbishment. The rooms are old fashioned and tired and absolutely not giving a fresh feeling. Nothing was exceptional except the location

Puikus viešbutis prie pat jūros, atitinkantis 4* komfortą. Mūsų kambarys buvo labai erdvus, langai nukreipti į vidinį kiemą. Buvo tylu, bet šiek tiek tamsoka, bet ne kritiškai. Pusryčiai įvairūs, gausūs ir skanūs. Vieta nuostabi, galbūt geresnės ir nebūna. Išeini pro duris, pasuki už kampo, ir tu jau promenadoje. Esame labai patenkintos viešnage.

Location was an easy walk into the old town, marina promenade and beach. Room was comfortable.

Hotel has no pool and if you want to use the hotel chairs/umbrellas at the beach, you have to pay an extra $35 euro per chair. That is a hefty cover charge when you are a guest.

The location was great. An easy walk to the beach, city center, old town, restaurants, the tram, etc. The room was spacious and had nice amenities. Breakfast was outstanding and the staff was cheerful and helpful.

The carpets in the room were dirty. The atrium was not set up for use.

The location was perfect- so close to Old Town and the sea. Very comfortable, spacious room. Good breakfast

The terrace, which was what I was most looking forward to was tired and neglected. Sofas were tatty and everything was really slow to dry after the rain. It was very slippery when wet and I nearly went flying one day, not realising it was damp. I was charged for items that I thought would be free as the room was expensive.

The only thing the property had going for it was the location

The bathroom flooded and there was no drain, so we had to use all the towels to soak it up, then ended up sharing one towel each day. The hot water on the shower didn’t work - however when we were finally super annoyed we asked for help and they fixed it and he said it happens all the time. Couldn’t let natural Light in the room, was very dark and morbid. Bed was two single beds put together and you literally sunk into them, so soft it was like the mattress springs were all broken or non existent. Staff were not overly friendly or helpful if you asked for anything - there was no “oh sorry we do t do that but you can do this “ kind of thing, not a great vibe to be honest.

Excellent location just behind Promenade des Anglais and right at the start of the old town with so many cafes / restaurants and market stalls. A short walk to the tram and main town and plenty more restaurants.

It’s close to everything in Nice.

While this hotel advertises a private beach, the access is not included in the accommodation price. You have to pay an extra €35 (cash only) per day, and you’re required to reserve a spot a full day in advance – something the staff failed to mention when I checked in, despite my explicitly stating I was staying there specifically to use the beach. On my second day, I arrived only to be told that all sunbeds were all taken and that I should have come before 12:30 – again, information that the staff should communicated but failed to do so(it was written in the finest print on a piece of paper they gave me). I did receive a refund, but by then, my only full day in Nice was wasted, and I never got to enjoy the beach at all. Very disappointing experience. If you’re booking this hotel for the beach, be prepared for extra costs, rigid rules, and little to no help from staff.

Very helpful staff

The hotel’s location was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. You can easily walk to many places, and the tram stop is also just a short walk away. I had a very pleasant stay and would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit.

It was a bit disappointing to find out that hotel guests are charged an additional €35 per person to use the hotel’s beach. Considering that you are already staying at the hotel, this extra charge doesn’t feel particularly reasonable.

The location of the property was perfect and convenient!

The entire property smells like dod poop. It has this monkey smell in the rooms and also in the common areas. If you have helath issues/ allergies this place is a definite No!

Einfach laut, kleine aber stark befahrene Straße, die Fenster sind ehrlich sehr dünn und nicht schallisoliert, es war einfach laut, abends durch die Nähe zur Innenstadt sehr geräuschvoll

Little French man on reception. Always looks grumpy and when I asked him kindly to post a post card for me he was not at all helpful. Queried the stamp and if it covered Europe which I informed him it did. Said he couldn’t do it and would be best to go to the post office which we described a distance away ( too hot) next day the girl on reception took the card from me no bother.Think he needs speaking to about his unfriendly attitude. All other staff were very pleasant.

Staffing except for porter - everyone else couldn’t care if you were there or not. We’re not proactive with their assistance. Cleaning staff….Left room 7:30 and after a long hot day out returned at 1500 to rest and shower to find room still not attended to. We then had to leave again so cleaner could rush and do it. All whilst she watched videos on her phone. The next day on checkout she arrived at 10am to do room! Parking….no assistance with arrangements here. All tokens were allocated by the time we arrived therefore no hotel discount. For the price I thinks the value wasn’t there.

It is not a 4 star hotel: the room is very small and are not looking good! The most important thing is that inside was very very hot!!! The air conditioning was nothing, it does not working or working very bad, it was very hot inside and we did not sleep good at all! It was very hot everywhere in the hotel, at breakfast too! It is not a normal thing for such a hotel where the price is very high!

Vi var veldig fornøyde med beliggenheten. Strandpromenaden var rett rundt hjørnet. Der var det også en strandklubb der du kunne tilbringe dagen. Det var kort veg til gamlebyen, og til den lange handlegata med stort utvalg av butikker. Og i samme gate som hotellet er det masse restauranter, og et marked nesten i enden. Vi ville valgt hotellet igjen mtp på beliggenheten.

It's an ok hotel and you should not expect much. Safe, walking distance from everything and the cathedral. Breakfast is avarage.

ubicacion exceleente, personal atento, pero el hotel, muy muy mal, sin aire acondicionado en pleno agosto, precio de 300 euros la noche, y me pusierone n un ahbaitacion que el armario solo cambia 2 camias, y era una habiatacion apra dos personas, era la habitacion 210, delante del ascensor y pequeña, no era para dos perosnas, nos cambiaron alas 208, esta estaba bien de spacio pero el olor era de mucha humedead, el suelo marcas de agua, y sin aire acondicionado, pasamos mcuho calor sudando en la cama como si tuvieramos fiebre, nos pusieron un ventilar delectrico que hacia mucho ruido a la noche, el desayuno solo teni huevos pan baicon dos bandejas de jamo, y bolleria barata, muy muy pobre para un hotel que cobra ese dinero por una noche.... el bar y la rececpion tambien sin aire, el suelo abombado de tanta humedad, tenias que andar por que te tropezabas con la madera... no se comoe ste hotel esta abierto al publico, tiene grande deficiencias de mantenimiento!!! SIN DUDA ALGUNA HABRIA CANCELADO MI RESERVA PERO SOLO ERA UN VAIJE DE FIN DE SEMANA Y NO QUERIA PERDER EL POCO TIEMPO QUE TENIA; PERO VAMOS; BOOKING DEBERIA CANCELAR ESTE HOTEL BAJO LAS CONDICIONES QUE LO RESERVAN; O AL MENOS NO PERMITIR EL PAGO ANTICIPADO; POR QUE LOS CLIENTES PAGAN Y LUEGO LLEGAN Y SE ENCUENTRAN UN HOTEL HECHO MIERDA!!!! l’emplacement est vraiment parfait pour profiter de Nice et le personnel est un vrai point positif.

nous avons été assez déçus par l’hôtel et notamment par la chambre. L’ensemble est assez sombre, dès le hall d’entrée, et la chambre mériterait d’être modernisée. La moquette au sol est ancienne et donnait une sensation assez désagréable sous les pieds, avec une impression d’humidité. La salle de bain était également équipée du strict minimum : uniquement du gel douche, sans les petits produits ou accessoires que l’on peut généralement attendre d’un hôtel de cette catégorie.

Die Lage der Unterkunft war sehr gut.

Das Hotel allgemein hatte einen sehr modrigen, feuchten Geruch. Leider hatten wir ein sehr schmutziges und feuchtes Zimmer. Die Putzfrau erschien entweder gar nicht oder erst ab 17 Uhr. Bei der Abreise wurde ein viel zu hoher Betrag verrechnet. Als man darauf aufmerksam machte, bekam man zwar eine korrigierte Rechnung aber keinerlei Reue in Form einer Entschuldigung. Das Frühstück (separat dazu gebucht) war nicht besonders ergiebig und die Kaffeemaschine war täglich teilweise nicht zu verwenden.

L' hotel è davanti al mare, è molto bello, ci ritornerei. Il letto era comodo e la stanza sufficientemente ampia e con un bagno utile e con una bella doccia.
