The one thing I had was slippers and the room

The location of this hotel is fabulous - pretty much centrally located for virtually everything and all is within a very short walk away. The train station is about 15 to 20 mins and that is the furthest walk. The seafront is virtually across the street and you can now rent beach towels which is a great add on at 5 € each and enabled us to get out on the beach to do some water sports and to book a snorkelling trip on impulse. There are fresh water stations on each floor and there is a carafe you can use in each room to collect it in. There is a breakfast service but you are located near to some excellent cafes which are well worth a visit in the old town. No other food or vending on site outside of breakfast.

We have been coming here for many years and the hotel has had an upgrade . Unfortunately it has also seemed to have lost its friendliness and charm as part of that. The rooms are small but suitable for a short stay. The mugs were not cleaned during our stay if we used them and when we used the tea or coffee it was not replaced nor the stirrers. Check in time was 4pm which seems very late in comparison to other places we have stayed and the airport taxi was cheaper booked outside of the hotel offer. There is only 1 lift and very small so can wait a long time at peak periods - we ended up walking most of the time 6 floors. WiFi on 6th floor was dreadful whereas our friends on 4th floor were fine

The property was centrally located in Nice, only a hundred steps or so from the beach. This made it very convenient for exploring downtown, going to the beach, or walking to the local tram stop. The property was very clean and felt safe. The front desk staff were helpful and accommodating.

There were few things that were a bit disappointing. The room size was relatively small, as well as the shower. The rooms did not come with an iron or ironing board either. The elevator was also quite small, which made getting up to our forth floor room annoying when there was a queue for the elevator. The breakfast was alright, we managed, but they could’ve had more food. They often ran out of the hashbrowns, meats and certain pastries.

The location was fantastic. Also liked the breakfast but it was not included in the room price.

Za mały pokój oraz toaleta zbyt mała żeby przy wstawaniu nie uderzyć głową w drzwi, francuski balkonik bez możliwości siedzenia na nim.

A cozy hotel right in the center. We stayed in a superior room—I’d recommend booking that category because it’s on the fourth floor and offers a great view from the balcony (overlooking the garden and the sea).

The only downside was poor soundproofing (though it wasn't a major issue). Also, we were staying there during a birthday; usually, hotels that position themselves as 4-star properties do something to mark a guest's birthday, but there was nothing here (this wasn't a big deal at all, just unusual for a 4-star hotel).

Hotell med kjempebra plassering. Alt i umiddelbar nærhet. Rommet var veldig bra og koselig fransk balkong fulgte med på vårt rom. Morgenkåper og tøfler ga det hele lille ekstra.

Veldig enkel frokost, men maten smakte godt. Kunne gjerne vært litt mer utvalg.

I liked it’s friendly staff who have on all my last annual stays (which is approx 3 years in a row now I think 🤔) have been attentive & helpful. The location opposite the promenade, views of the sea & landscape from the 6th floor rooms where I’ve stayed are all fantastic!

My only criticism is that the privilege rooms on the 6th floor which I think are at the higher end, if not the most expensive don’t have small refrigerators in their rooms.

We stayed for 2 nights in a room with a sea view. The hotel is well situated and just a sort walk to the sea and promenade. Our room was not ready when we arrived but staff happily stored our luggage. The room, although on the smaller side, was well equipped the bed was a good size with luxury sheets and pillows and there was a good sized bathroom and separate toilet. It was very hot during our stay and the hotel has roll down metal external blinds over the windows which, despite them making the room dark, kept us cooler while sleeping. We enjoyed our stay, the markets nearby and cafes and restaurants are lovely. Staff happily arranged us a taxi on our departure.

The location and the decor was nice from this hotel. The staff were friendly as well.

The ACs don't work in this hotel well. The first night the AC was not cool enough and there was a sewage smell in the room. They changed our room the next day which solved the sewage smell. However, the ACs are weak. I specifically booked this hotel because of the AC during the summer.

It was very dirty, the bed sheets, comforter and the pillow covers had black stains and it was poorly cleaned. The room was small and in a weird shape so it was very hard to be two people in the room despite paying more than 400 EUR for one night. No parking onsite and it’s quite a hassle to move luggage’s from public parking to the hotel.

Great location right near the old town and on the border of the promenade. We had a Seaview room that looked over the garden also, which was super nice. Our room was a generous size and the bed was fantastic. Love the decor and we also had a nice breakfast. There was also enough robe hooks to hang our towels, which is always an issue in hotels!

Not much to dislike, we had a great stay.

L’entrée de l’hôtel est est petite , l’accès aux ascenseurs est non pratique pour ceux qui ont des valises , plusieurs escaliers à monter . Les chambres sont petites et on étend les bruits de la salle d’eau et des toilettes de la chambre voisine .

Poor amenities for price. Asked for an iron and only received an iron and no board was asked to iron on the bed. There was building works going on in hotel which meant had to go round side access and wasn’t informed of this before our stay. Very small rooms with hardly any space for storage.

What a disappointing overpriced place. We paid over £300 for room only, but discovered when we got there that not only is the hotel still under construction/renovation, but also the ‘lovely’ park outside it too! (if you look closely at the rather deceptive pictures of the hotels ‘views’ on the website, you will see the building site beginning just to the edge of the shot). It’s a good location and the staff were lovely, but I’d wait a year until they’ve finished renovating inside and out!

Cercanía al centro y a la playa. Aunque la playa es de piedras, muy incómoda, no hay quien clave una sombrilla y luego hay que sentarse en esos guijarros: terrible.

No dispone de ningún servicio: ni gym, ni piscina. Lo venden como un cuatro estrellas, cuando llegas allí es un tres. Con lo caro que es!

Corridors felt claustrophobic

A comfortable and well-located property with clean and tidy rooms. The staff were friendly, welcoming and accommodating, making our stay enjoyable.

While we enjoyed our stay, we felt that the overall value for money was a little difficult to justify. The room felt quite small for the price, especially considering that you are paying a significant premium compared to similar accommodation in other locations. The room facilities were also quite limited. For example, we would have appreciated having a mini fridge available. As we were travelling with our dog, we also felt that the additional pet fee could offer more value. In many places, this fee includes thoughtful extras such as dog bowls, a bed, or a small welcome treat, which were not provided here. The breakfast and coffee were also areas where there is room for improvement, as they did not quite match the overall standard we expected from the property, given the price. Parking is a nightmare in Nice. No parking options at the hotel and no porter service. For the price we expected this especially given that you have to walk far in the heat with your luggage.

Rooms are newly re-firbished. Contemporary fit out which is visually appealing. Reception is simple, clean and efficient. Great location to market, shops, beach. Loved that you could re-fil water anytime on each floor.

Отель не соответствует 4-м звездам. На завтраке одни булки.. На первом этаже идет какая-то реконструкция. Рецепшн очень странного вида, как касса в магазине.. Один из номеров оказался без двери в санузел…) после обращения на рецепшн они затруднились ответить, куда исчезла дверь.. но справедливости ради к вечеру поменяли номер. Персонал в отеле отзывчивый вопросов нет. Но отель очень уставший..

The hotel is perfectly located nearby old city and Promenade. It is very clean. AC working perfectly which is a must for the hot days. Room has blinders and curtains which make you sleep very well. Check in was possible earlier with a fee.

Photos of balcony on booking.com are misleading and in reality it has 0.5qsm. Check in at 4 pm. Kind of late

El hotel y la habitación eran chicas. nadie te ayuda con el equipaje, casi no hay front desk y te tenes que arreglar solo con varias escaleras que hay hasta llegar a la habitacion. Hay un solo ascensor lento, muy lento! La habitación no tenía ni siquiera una heladera chica. El baño era incómodo no había ni siquiera donde colgar una toalla o bien donde apoyer los productos de tocador.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Verbindungstür, dadurch war es teilweise laut und man konnte die Gespräche der Nachbarn deutlich hören.

Ausgezeichnete Lage, toller Meer-Blick, freundlich gestaltete Zimmer, sehr freundliche Mitarbeitende.

Zimmer war sehr klein und (wegen der Verbindungstür) sehr hellhörig zum Nachbarzimmer. Die Renovation ist zum Teil sehr oberflächlich (Folien auf Türen geklebt)

Tesisin sadece konumu güzel. Denize 100 metre, onun haricinde yakındaki parkta konserler oluyor ama handikap olarak ses çok ayrıca yol kenarı olduğu için sürekli motorsiklet ve arabaların sesi, egzoz gürültüsü gece boyunca devam ediyor

Dört yıldız deniyor ama sadece eli yüzü düzeltilmiş bir üç yıldız otel. Kahvaltı iyi diye gitmiştim ama pek çok avrupa ülkesi gezmiş 3-5 yıldız otellerde kalmış biri olarak kahvaltı çok yetersiz. Her sabah portakal sıkmaya 3-4 dk ayırdım. Tek güzel şey oydu ve ben sıkmak zorundaydım.

Located 2mins from the beach and on the edge of the old town. Brought my wife to Nice for her birthday and the hotel organised flowers etc in the room for me and left a lovely note. Shower in the room was excellent. Room Size was good and view from balcony was excellent (6th floor) Found hotel quiet, no problems with street noise etc on the 6th floor and was street facing. There was a loud music concert in the park across from the hotel but finished at 11pm so not an issue. Breakfast was good however plenty of alternatives in the old town if you want better choice.

Expensive but paying for the location. No facilities of note but that’s nature of the hotel.

Bornoz , terlik gibi vs ürünler yoktu .Bavulu taşıyacak kimse yoktu , rampa sistemi olmasına rağmen ayarlamadıkları için asansöre kadar ağır bavullarımızla mücadele ettik yada diğer erkek müşterilerden taşımamız için yardım istedik.Odamız iki kişinin kalması için uygun değildi bence ( en küçük oda olabilir😅)Odamızın yatağını 2 tek kişilik hazırlanmasını istediğimiz halde hazırlanmamıştı, oteldede talep ettik ama yine ayırmamışlardı.Bir daha geldiğimizde kesinlikle 408 numaralı odayı tercih edeceğim yada Üst katlarda ki odalı talep edebilirsiniz .Biz kahvaltı hariç almıştık ama gittiğimiz gün resepsiyondaki arkadaş kahvaltı dahil dedi , mümkün değil dedim ama o dahil olduğunu söyledi , biz de ok dedik ve kahvaltı yaptık , dönüş günümüzde kahvaltı parasını aldılar .yanıltıcı bilgi verdiler kısacası 😘

The location was brilliant, we had a balcony with stunning sea views. The staff were super friendly and helpful, they left a bottle of champagne out for our arrival and chocolate treats each day They arranged collection to and from the airport and a driver to get us back and forth to Monaco!

Toilet space is so small that it’s impossible to sit on the loo and close the door ☹️ I’m pretty sure there have to be some sort of legal size for a toilet space right?

The location was ideal and it was very clean. The breakfast was very good and had delicious gluten free bread. We had a beautiful view from our room and a very comfortable bed.

The bathroom was a little small but the shower was excellent.
