Good location

Weekend breakfast done at 9:00

the room and ambience

Friendly staff, great breakfast, and a comfy room. The iron wasn't working properly, but they brougjt a new one to the room within 15 minutes. Great service!

Not sure why the shower curtain didn't have a liner.

The property was very clean and the front desk lady was exceptionally helpful

My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. There was no microwave in my room, and I was told it was because I hadn’t booked a room with a kitchenette. This meant I had to go down to the hotel lobby every time I wanted to heat my food, which was highly inconvenient and not something I would expect from a hotel of this standard. The experience was so poor that I checked out after just one night and moved to a different hotel. To make matters worse, guest parking was located across the street from the hotel. Having to carry my luggage across a busy road just to get into the hotel was frustrating, inconvenient, and completely unacceptable especially for guests traveling with heavy bags. Overall, the stay fell well below my expectations. Between the lack of basic in-room amenities, the inconvenient parking arrangement, and the overall guest experience, I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel to others.

The closeness to the Fort McMurray Giants stadium

Breakfast hours could be a little longer More cooking utensils provided in the rooms with kitchens and towels/wash cloths specifically for kitchen use.

Clean, modern and comfortable. Well positioned.

Although a free breakfast was advertised when we attended there was virtually nothing left.

Central close to restaurants

Underground parking was closed for repairs. But the hotel had parking close by.

Nice and clean

Nothing was perfect

please improve the breakfast

Location, staff, breakfast.

The staff is great. However, the facility is not providing them with proper up to date toilet plungers. There should either be one for each room or at the very least for each floor. I had trouble getting the toilet unplugged.

There was very little lift as we were there after the morning rush.

Not much hot breakfast available when we were there.

Location the staff were very welcoming and inviting polite and very helpful

No pool

Nice place and right in the middle of town

Construction on underground parking but no big deal

Every room is pet friendly so if you have allergies not a great place breakfast is sometimes wonderful sometimes not

The food was very decent at breakfast

The selection of food was limited and i had better prices in the past

Underground parking

Room wasn’t looking out over the ravine like I’d anticipated

Large comfortable room, easy access and under ground parking was a bonus

Pricing rooms are always great.

Was not notified of the underground parking wouldn't be available due to construction. Would have been nice to know ahead of time, we may not have made different Arrangements but it would have been helpful to have a warning.

Overall a very positive stay, really great staff and clean facilities.

Quiet and clean. Breakfast is excellent.

need a small freezer section in your small fridge. Better coffee pot.

Zonia and Diane on the front desk were the best. They are the reason i will return to your hotel

Love the cleanliness, modern design room, free water and the amazing front desk staff available 24/7.

Just the tv option - if only there’s a way to login my personal Netflix account or something, the stay would have been perfect! But overall it’s still a great stay.

Very nice staff, nice room, pet friendly, love the hot tub, the breakfast area is nice but ends quite early.

Hard to find the stairs to walk pets up and down to room. Parkade so hot you can’t see out windows.

Location was convenient. It is very close to everything. Welcoming staffs and helpful.

The staff at the front desk was very accommodating. I mistakenly booked the wrong date and I was still able to get a room for the day I showed up. The room and bathroom were very clean and I liked the complimentary water that was available in the room I enjoyed the breakfast, it was good and hot when it was suppose to be hot. They kept replenishing the food

There was nothing that comes to mind that I did not like

Very clean, modern feel

Breakfast ended to early Bathroom door wouldn’t close

Did not visit the breakfast area.

Washroom could have been cleaned a bit better.

focus on a more whole foods breakfast would be good

Loved the underground parking. Staff was very knowledgeable regarding policies and facilities.

The location, underground parking.

The room was clean and comfortable. I used the underground parking which was handy during a snow storm and the hot tub facilities.

The breakfast buffet could use a few more options that are appropriate for those with dietary restrictions (gluten free and vegetarian).

I was disappointed that they were shut down for breakfast. They provided a bagged breakfast. But it wasn't very good I would have preferred to have a discount and get my own breakfast, which is what I did after the first day

The staff were very polite and helpful. They are the ones that made our stay more enjoyable.

Breakfast.... It could be better

The hotel was comfortable, clean, and modern

The key cards were not working half the time

The breakfast was wonderful. Underground parking was very convenient.

Nothing

Not a big breakfast person, coffee and toast lol

Great location

.

Lovely hotel. Friendly staff .Nice big rooms. Clean. Only things that reeally let it down is very uncomfortable hard beds . You wake up lots fue to it . Ridiculous breakfast hours. Finishing too early. 8.30 finish instead of 10 like other hotels

Breakfast was fantastic

Stayed here 3bweeks prior and we had a microwave in our room, we brought food to microwave and we ended up with no microwave. We asked at the front desk and she told us all microwaves were in deluxe rooms, then told us they were all removed. We had a coffee maker, fridge and a balcony, that seems deluxe mlto me. We had friends on another floor with a microwave. This is a big deal when u are staying for 5 days and dont want to eat out every day. Also parking was a nightmare. We had a vehicle towing a trailer and were given a hassle for parking it in the lot actoss the street. Staff wasnt friendly.

Would definitely stay there again

Clean and good services

Breakfast was good

Great place for our needs

Great overall hotel. Clean and comfortable.

I love the underground parking. The staff was excellent. The breakfast was pretty similar to any other free hotel breakfast, mediocre but what else do you expect . One thing I didn’t like as somebody who travels a lot for work, my hotel room did not have a desk which I’m very used to having when I stay in hotels, I understand there is a business center, but most of the time I need to do my business in my hotel room . It also did not have any counter space in the bathroom at all. It was just a sink so if you’re a female and you like a counter to get ready, you will not have this. The gym was very basic…. other than that, It was a decent stay, clean rooms, friendly staff.

tv in the room did not work. Balcony area was dirty. We informed front desk our tv was not working, they attempted to move us to a different room, and the tv did not work in that room either.
