A bit of a hike to central Milan but a €16 taxi ride soon sorted that out.

Very very small room in a small corridor of another building. It wasn't obvious when we booked only after the booking was made... And the room booked didn't look like the photos

Был на две ночи. Расположение отличное, рядом с вокзалом, пешком 5 минут. Интернет отличный 8 этаж. Номере все чисто. Персонал на ресепшен просто супер, был ночной заезд, даже сделали бесплатное повышение класса, дали номер с балконом.

Единственное немного увеличить ассортимент на завтраке, но в принципе голодным не останешься и все вкусно

The staff and the girls at the reception were terrible, not attentive, giving attitude, during check in they were busy chatting with each other, during check out they are giving attitude, arrogant as if they are annoyed, with a rude attitude.

I had a very nice stay at the IH Hotel. The location is excellent and very convenient, especially because it is close to the metro, making it easy to get around. The hotel was comfortable, and the best part was the reception staff. They were very friendly, helpful, welcoming, and always ready to assist with any questions or requests. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay at this hotel again. I would also recommend it to others!

Letto non matrimoniale ma due letti uniti da un copriletto quindi non molto comodo, la colazione poteva avere più scelta sopratutto della parte salata.

I discovered that I had been upgraded to stay in the same building as the lobby, which was nice, but unfortunately due to not feeling well I had to extend my stay by two extra nights, and so ended up having to pay a higher price each night of the extension as it was a more expensive room. Good shower, although the water would take a little while to get hot. I tried the breakfast once—it was good, albeit overpriced and not the most hygienic environment.

The room had a strong odour of broccoli soup that unfortunately lasted until the end of my stay. There were stains and streak marks on the WC and bidet, and I also saw some gross-looking deposits appear in the toilet bowl—thankfully they did not appear again after I flushed them away, but the hotel should perhaps do some kind of treatment to prevent this from ever happening again. Soundproofing was poor—for example, I could hear the sounds of toilet flushing from other room(s), loud voices, door slams, and outside city noises. The bedding had some hairs and the bathroom door needed to be wiped down. The curtain did not cover the window fully, leaving the side of the window nearest the bathroom door exposed to outside view, which was not good for privacy.

We stayed for one night. The hotel seemed quite old, and the bathroom was not properly cleaned. You can find a better place for the same price.

Отель чистый , современный, сантехника , все работает исправно , нам понравилось. Завтраки неплохие, есть свежевыжатый сок, несмотря на многолюдность во время завтрака, все быстро доставляют и сервируют .

Clean, modern and an excellent location very close to the station. The cool air conditioning made it feel like a sanctuary in the summer heat! Iced water in the reception lobby was also really appreciated. Staff were friendly and our room was clean and quiet.

The beds only had a thin sheet on top so we got a little chilly by morning.

It was really nice and clean and had a very modern look and atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally helpful with only a call away, helped provide an iron and adapter for our room too!

El baño tenía un olor terrible a tuberías, se lo hemos indicado al personal y ni lo han solucionado ni nos han cambiado de habitación. Un hotel de 4* no debería tener ese olor tan horrible.

Great location, very close to the metro. The staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also very good. Unfortunately, we were unlucky with very noisy neighbours who kept us awake throughout the night. Overall, a good stay.

Good hotel, overall new design and equipment, clean. We used it only for sleeping and thus walking distance to the train station. It served the purpose well. The staff at the reception was very attentive. There are some good restaurants around Via Gustavo Fara street if you want to eat in the vicinity of the hotel.

The sound insulation is not perfect, you could hear people from the corridor. What I don't like at any hotel is a single thin sheet cover to be shared for both people sleeping in the room.

Quisiera felicitar especialmente a la mesera que nos atendió durante el desayuno, destacando su eficiencia, amabilidad y excelente disposición. Su atención y calidad de servicio realmente sobresalieron, marcando una diferencia positiva respecto del servicio general del hotel. Sin duda, es una persona que representa muy bien la hospitalidad y el compromiso con los huéspedes.

Como oportunidad de mejora, considerando que recepción es un área de atención directa y permanente con los huéspedes, sería muy positivo que al menos uno de los recepcionistas tuviera dominio del español, además del italiano y el inglés. Esto facilitaría mucho la comunicación con huéspedes hispanohablantes y contribuiría a entregar una experiencia aún más cercana, fluida y de calidad.

The breakfast was mostly sweet, but seems like that’s how it is in Italy. Nothing bad just not a lot of non sweet things.

I stayed in hotel last year and it was better than now, the room was dusty, curtains don't close well keep light coming in , noisy, breakfast everyday something get less from the menu.. I returned cuz was good last year but I will not return next time

El alojamiento está muy cerca de la estación central, lo que resulta muy conveniente si tienes pensado desplazarte a otras ciudades, como fue nuestro caso. El desayuno era bueno, variado y suficiente. Había opciones tanto calientes como frías, además de una buena selección de dulces. Los pancakes y el croissant de chocolate estaban especialmente ricos. También nos gustó la variedad de fruta y quesos. La atención del personal fue excelente: todos fueron atentos y amables en todo momento.

Aunque el barrio es tranquilo, nuestra habitación daba al exterior y el aislamiento acústico no era muy bueno, por lo que se escuchaban con bastante facilidad los ruidos de la calle. La cortina de nuestra habitación no cerraba correctamente, por lo que por las mañanas entraba bastante luz y resultaba incómodo para descansar. Se lo comunicamos al personal y nos ofrecieron una solución algo rudimentaria, pero efectiva, que solucionó el problema. En cuanto al desayuno, aunque era variado y de buena calidad, sería un punto a favor que los zumos fueran naturales en lugar de comerciales.

Modern, large room at a great price in a great location right near the train.

It was missing some basics: soap and conditioner for the shower, tissues. One of the toilet flush buttons didn’t work. We were in the annex which was a bit hard to find at first though the staff showed us where it was when we asked. Not being in the main building also discouraged me from using the other amenities.

Pudemos deixar as malas antes do check in e os funcionários foram extremamente gentis. Ofereceram, inclusive, o banheiro da academia caso quisessemos tomar banho. A localização para quem está de trem é fantástica! Inclusive do nosso quarto podiamos ver a estação da janela. O check out foi rapido e sem burocracia. O tamanho do quarto era muito razoável considerando que na Europa tudo é pequeno.

Nosso quarto ficava numa área na dependência do hotel, quer dizer num predio vizinho (onde haviam escritórios tb). Fica uma dúvida qto a segurança, mas correu tudo bem. Achei que isso não ficou claro no momento da reserva. O banheiro tinha uma porta de vidro pequena de onde se ouve tudo do quarto, ou seja, zero privacidade. Achei as instalações antigas, mas o problema é que estavam um pouco mal cuidadas.

Clean, quite, excellent location as it is very close to the station. Reception staff were able to recommend local reasonably priced resturants for pur family of 4 and local bars for drinks.

Breakfast was quite basic, I would have liked some seasonal fruit such as melon or watermelon as these were in season. Maybe they were there and finished each morning. Cereal- granola/chocolate granola/ basic corn flakes/coco pops. Option was very limited if you don't want to eat sugar for breakfast. I would have been ok with a simple museli or variety of nuts with my yogurt instead. There is a variety of pastries if you like sugar, cheese and salads were very fresh All in all the food was very fresh and breakfast area very clean. I would come again, recommend the hotel and bring my own nuts and seeds.

Short walk from the main train station. Room was nice and cool with AC. Very modern and seemed very safe and clean. The breakfast was one of the best breakfasts I have ever had at a hotel in Europe. It was above expectations. Staff was nice and friendly. No issues here.

Ekstremt hjelpsomt og hyggelig personel. Beliggenheten var helt perfekt ved jernbane stasjonen, i en rolig sidegate. Kort vei til flybuss og metro.

Standard hotellrom og inngangsparti. litt lytt mellom rommene og gangen. Litt kjedelig frokostsal og ingen andre fasiliteter rundt mat på hotellet.

Room was small and too cold. Restaurants around the hotel were awful. Also it was dangerous at times with pickpocket guys walking around the hotel.
