Quite, great location, friendly staff
Best staff ever in a hotel! And the hotel smells wonderful! Wish I could buy the scent!
They went above and beyond to make our romantic celebration special 🥰
No attractions for kids (toys room, playground, etc.)
Very nice property. Friendly and helpful staff. Che Figata was fantastic.
Didn't realize the hotel was located in a business park setting and not walkable to much. Our mistake, not yours
It was private, quiet, and had everything a little get away calls for. The spa was great and the fitness center was easily accessible.
I had a hard time not liking the hotel. It may have had some small interruptions with the internet which slowed it down some, but that was all.
location
Spotless rooms, friendly staff, and an overall flawless stay.
I enjoyed having the restaurants and the spa all within the hotel plaza. They staff was very hospital and well informed.
My only real complaint was that the bed wasn't 100% comfortable. It felt super hard and lumpy on one side of the bed and the other side was soft and easier to sleep on.
Generally quiet
Comfort of bed was ok. Concierge was subpar high school age wasn’t sure how to welcome guests. Smell of place was strange I could hear my neighbors and the bathroom tv didn’t work. When I walked into my hotel the tv was blaring
Windy City Links Retreat The hotel exceeded my expectations & our group of 40+ was well taken care of! Thank You
Phenomenal! Deserves 10 stars. A all-around luxury experience!! It’s clean, comfortable, and the customer service is top notch! Our room was spacious, interestingly decorated, and felt high end. The room service was delicious and the coffee shop is incredible. I wish I had more time to enjoy the soaking tub or a spa visit! Definitely next time, because if I ever need a hotel in the suburbs, I’ll be back!
The staff was incredible and very attentive. Checking was a breeze.
Such a nice hotel, our suite was so pretty and clean. The staff made my anniversary extra special! Couldn’t recommend this place more!
Husband and I love the Arista and it is our go-too hotel for a nearby weekend away (we live in the city). The rooms are beautiful, comfortable, and quiet. The staff are always lovely and accommodatjng. The restaurants all serve delicious food and the spa is phenomenal - it has hands-down the best couples massage experience of any spa we've tried. Highly recommend.
The experience was unforgettable, a fantastic staff, fantastic amenities, and just overall the best hospitality I’ve had in the history of my stays in the Midwest absolutely would recommend it to anyone and I cannot wait to stay there again.
Was looking for a place to stay while in town for rotator cuff surgery. Hotel Arista checked every box to give me a comfortable first two recovery days before the 200 mile drive back home for us. Everything was perfect and the most relaxing stay above and beyond what we were hoping for. Rachel was amazing from check in to check out
Hotel Arista provides boutique service, delicious food, and clean, fresh hotel rooms. Katie, the event planner, is fabulous to work with. Our guests repeatedly remarked that the staff provided a high level of service. The coffee shop, restaurant and bar all serve delicious, slightly gourmet but not too fussy foods. From the fresh shrimp cocktail and wagyu beef sliders in the bar to the wedding reception salmon and steak, the Arista did not disappoint.
Nice hotel, but bedside table in my room had dried spill from prior guest and had not been cleaned.
We attended this hotel in Naperville, IL, for a family wedding. The hotel was beautiful, the rooms were clean with a lot of amenities and the staff was professional, friendly and extremely helpful.
I do a lot of business travel and stay at a variety of hotels from 5 star luxury locations to bare bones convenience hotels. Hotel Arista, was the perfect blend of affordability, accommodations, 24 hour service, ease of parking and access to a great on-site restaurant, bar and coffee shop. No complaints and will go out of my way to stay here when in town.
It was extremely nice! The room was bigger than we thought it would be. Everything was very clean, the employees were all very nice and helpful. It was also very quiet in the room which was great!
From the moment we arrived I felt welcomed by the very friendly and helpful check in staff…especially Stephanie assisting us at the door. We were there for a wedding at the hotel and enjoyed many of the amenities around the hotel! The bathrooms are lovely and getting to watch The Masters on our tv mirror in the bathroom while getting ready was fantastic. Thank you for an excellent stay.
Fantastic comfy bed, quiet environment, loved the deep soaking tub. Quick and friendly check-in for a late night arrival. Parking garage setup a little odd, but did not mind the short walk for included covered parking onsite. Thanks!
This hotel continues to impress me every single stay. Honestly, before you default to a nearby Marriott just to rack up points, I’d strongly recommend skipping the points and booking here instead. It is a five-star experience wrapped in a four-star pricing label. The level of hospitality is on another level—everyone is consistently warm, welcoming, and genuinely pleasant. Every time I walk through the doors, it feels more like arriving at a luxury resort in Greece or France than a typical business stay. I’m here every other month for work, and it’s one of the few hotels I actually look forward to returning to. Can’t wait for my next stay.
Location great! view wasn’t too good looking at an office building and roof for the corner suite .. everything was clean.
Had a great stay at Hotel Arista in Naperville. The property is beautiful and well-maintained, and the front desk staff stood out—very professional, friendly, and helpful throughout my visit. Would definitely stay here again!
Hotel Arista was exactly what I needed. From the moment I arrived, everything felt calm, clean, and well cared for. My room was quiet and peaceful, which made it easy to truly rest and recharge. The front desk team stood out as each person I interacted with was kind, respectful, and very helpful. I’m so grateful for such a positive experience. The value for the room was excellent.
First off, my wife and I have stayed at Hotel Arista on two other occasions, just to get away from the little ones and it's always a great experience. With that said, I am married and have a family of 6 (four boys) and we decided on the Litte Campers Staycation package. We did this based on a similar experience we had staying at the Swiss Hotel in downtown Chicago in 2025. They offer a Kid's Suite as well, but they go about it in a grander way. Don't get me wrong, my kids had a great time at Hotel Arista, but based on their previous experience, they expected a bit more. I don't mention this a criticism, but only as a suggestion - I would step it up a bit more, in what you provide for the Little Campers Staycation. Perhaps a snack box, books, board games, and even toys to play with. This would just help with the wow factor. All in all, the staff were wonderful, room service was delicious, and my family enjoyed the stay. Until next time...
I have stayed at Arista several times each year for the past 6 years and have always enjoyed my stay. My only suggestion to management would be to update some shower heads. That would be my only issue.
I am a Marriott Ambassador level Guest. I only stay at Marriott. However, work has brought me to the Arista for 10 stays. This hotel has by far the best service of any hotel I’ve stayed at. Maria in events sets a new standard. Me, and our team, literally talk about being excited to see Maria. The rest of the staff are attentive, kind, and professional. I would like a differing, more robust, room service menu. But overall, this is an outstanding place to stay.
This hotel doesn't get you points in the normal big box chains but it's worth it. The place is generally nice overall and the staff are extremely pleasant and accommodating. It's a little strange to get in and out of but it also makes for a relatively quiet surroundings. Parking is free with a pass they give you and there's a deck to park in to boot. Convenient access from the deck, albeit with thick carpet that makes dragging a bag more challenging. The rooms' light systems can be baffling if you habitually go for switches without reading them. That said, you have options rarely seen outside of super expensive hotels. The phone has a bright light in it that resulted in me placing it on the floor behind a curtain. Speaking of curtains, I need DARK to sleep, traveling with clothespins to hold drapes closed when needed. I did that here and have to say the blackout curtains they use are highly effective. I had a corner room with two window walls and they were amazing. Now, as for the BRIGHT flashing smoke detector LEDs and backlit light switches, less so. Still darker than any of those big chain rooms for sure! They even have a noise maker for those who don't travel with one but it helps them sleep. Typical (albeit very tinny from such a small device LOL) rain, ocean and forest sounds available. It has outlets and USB C charging ports on top too! The bathroom is very nice with ample room in the shower and a water closet/toilet room that feels huge and private. Amenities are thoughtful and of great quality. Like the noise maker, the little toiletry cube with swabs, sewing, etc. was a nice touch, as are the items in the closet. The model of iron supplied splashes water when standing it back up because the filler has no lid by design. Stand it up slowly or risk frustration. The TVs in the waiting area of the lobby are both always on Fox news... How about putting them on the Weather and/or Travel channel? Something reliable for accurate information and less divisive... seriously. Small grievances for hotels these days for the serial traveler. My team comes here regularly and we always rave about it, justifiably so. What we lose in more and more worthless points at the chains we more than make up for in a luxury stay that feels like a high class vacation resort spot. Especially thanks to the kind, courteous, efficient staff. Madison at the front desk is a gem! I almost don't want to share this place for selfish reasons LOL Stay here and I bet you won't go anywhere else after.
Very clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and accommodating, especially Alfredo at the front desk.
This is a wonderful hotel. The staff has always been helpful, the rooms are super nice and super clean, the bed is comfortable and bathrobes are a perfect touch for the experience. Get the king size room and you won’t be disappointed.
Morning Mr. Sheldon, My recent stay at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the experience truly reflected the standards of a hotel that I would consider a five-star, diamond-level property. I would especially like to recognize Kelly front desk manager and Alberto, the assistant manager, whose professionalism and attention to detail set the tone for an outstanding stay. Their leadership was clearly reflected in the quality of service provided by the entire team especially Rachel who's high grade professionalism was impeccable. A special thank you also goes to Samantha concierge and the room service staff Natalie. She did an amazing job ensuring that my room was spotless, comfortable, and perfectly maintained each day. Her dedication, care, and warm attitude made a lasting impression and truly elevated my experience. The level of cleanliness, hospitality, and attentiveness throughout the hotel was remarkable. Staff members went above and beyond to make sure every detail was taken care of, creating an atmosphere that was both luxurious and welcoming. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a truly top-tier experience. Thank you to all for making my stay so memorable.
The room was beautiful and the staff were very welcoming. I will definitely stay here again.
Beautiful Setting in Naperville, Illinois
Very nice and clean hotel with great amenities, great location and a solid gym. The soaking tub was perfect for relaxing and unwinding.
great staff so kind helpful, front desk folks amazing, housekeeping also awesome
best staff from reception to housekeeping all wonderful
Location decor
The front desk didn’t know what they were doing. Couldn’t answer my questions and overall Poor service.

Extremely clean and superior restaurant.0
Elevator from parking lot was not working.
When I arrived to the hotel, I didn't know that I'd have to check-in and then make a trek back to where I parked my car to put a slip of paper on the dashboard. This is something that should be communicated multiple times up front. I also don't think it's necessary. The woman at the check in was polite when she explained that hotel guests needed to put this slip of paper on the dash, so that their security knew who was parking in the parking garage. If it were that critical, it seems like the hotel could also just collect vehicle information - instead of asking guests to go back to their cars. If I had known, I would have pulled up to the front first, checked in, and then parked. All that said, I think the little slip of paper practice is unnecessary - there are better ways to accomplish whatever goal is trying to be achieved. The room that I had (a suite) was very nice. It had a great view and overall was clean. However, the reusable bottles of hand soap, shower gel, etc. had greenish mold under them. I love the focus on sustainability, but would like to feel like all of the items in the bathroom are clean. The hand lotion next to the soap smelled terrible (almost like it was old). All of the lights in the room didn't work. They had a steamer you could use instead of an iron. That was fine, but the steamer itself needed a good wipe down/polishing up. I did ask for late checkout and check out was extended by one hour. When I asked for an additional hour, I was told it was $25. After what I paid for my suite, I did not appreciate feeling like I was being nickel-and-dimed over one additional hour. If I go to a different hotel where I have status, I easily get additional time. Overall, this hotel is a nice one, but I don't feel like anyone went above and beyond for me. And I paid enough for "above and beyond." Additionally, I was there for an event - and I know that that event paid thousands to the hotel. Given my overall dollar contribution for everything, I did not appreciate being told I had to pay $25. I noticed some reviews saying that their service was "above and beyond." My experience was not above and beyond. Everyone was nice, but nothing was exceptional - and this is especially disappointing given the suite I selected.
The design was beautiful, modern and yet still warm. The bathroom was divine, and as a base priced room, I imagine the others were even nicer.
Nothing
The Bar and Restaurant staff were so chill, so cool.....it made you want to stay and spend money for the atmosphere.

Very nice hotel but the beds felt like I was sleeping on the hard floor
Excellent stay
Clean room, friendly and helpful staff, delicious food & cocktails!
Good hotel. The room and bathroom were spacious with high quality bed and coverings and abundant bath/shower products of the best kind. I wished the AC had worked better. Perhaps the calibration was off but it seemed the coldest temperature it could muster was 70 degrees F. I would have preferred it colder during sleep hours.
We stayed only for one night. Hotel has a great ambiance.
a surprise !
Very new hotel, large rooms, restaurant & bar on site
DO NOT HESITATE TO STAY HERE!! This hotel is SO charming and SO comfortable. We were in IL for the weekend to tour colleges and ended up choosing to stay outside of Chicago. Hotel Arista did not disappoint! We were welcomed immediately by the front desk (shout out to Valerie who made our stay spectacular). The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. We had afternoon tea - a fantastic touch! I would 100% recommend this hotel to any traveler!
Very friendly staff! Especially loved Valerie!
The property was impeccably clean and lovely. Easy and free to park in a deck immediately adjacent. Room was beautiful, clean, and quiet. I enjoyed the coffee shop, restaurant, lounge, as well as room service - all food and beverages were tasty and service provided went above and beyond. Kudos to Jeff at the bar/lounge for great drinks and exceptional service!
Great room. Bathroom was amazing with shower and deep bathtub. The pillows was amazing. Parking was easy. The only down fall had to travel 10 minutes for different food.
Clean and friendly. One of my favourite places to stay in the country
Area was very nice.
Nicely done! Rachel at the front desk was our go to for hotel info & Alberto super for our breakfast orders. Overall an excellent stay suggestion for the Naperville area.
Beautiful room, friendly and hospitable staff, kind reservation agent who was extremely helpful. Exquisite spa services and amenities. Dining was fabulous!
Hotel Arista is exceptional in comfort, location, dining, and cleanliness. This area is within reasonable distance of local attractions without interruption of loud movement of the city. The two dining options provided on site has some of the best dishes I've ever enjoyed. The staff was very attentive and pleasant. This will be our planned stay for visiting the area in the future.
Very nice restaurant, on the premises.
The property and staff were amazing. What I didn’t not like my husband and I the bed.. the bed is very very uncomfortable to the point we got sick. I had a migraine back and neck aches my husband lower back was hurting. If they change the mattress this will be one of the best hotels I ever stayed at. People go to the hotel for the sleep experience and this was a 1 out of 10
Every thing was plush,, locked myself out of room… strange double joined rooms situation … anyways, whole professional crew helped getting me back in my room quickly, thank God because my daughters wedding was about to start! No problem … Hotel Arista,, came thru! Posh hotel …with comfortable everything… And a staff that cares. Thank you Hotel Arista, YOU our are the BEST in the hotel business, Jeff Fisher
Excellent Customer Service Wonderful Accommodation
New and clean but seemed to miss mark in little things. Doubled handle sink in bathroom just a pain to get right temp. Felt like the 1980s. No full length mirror to get for hitting town. Great footprint and will constructed.
The hotel is absolutely gorgeous. The room was clean and very comfortable, the staff are welcoming and very accommodating with anything you need. I can’t wait to stay with them again!
Room are nice and clean. Big soaker tub and walk in shower. My wife thought the bed was rather hard but I liked it. Staff were friendly.
Wonderful service, beautiful accommodations and the best gym in any hotel I've ever stayed in by far!
Great place, clean, quiet.
Outstanding Stay – Feels Like a True Five-Star I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times for business, and each visit reminds me why I go out of my way to book here. While the property is rated as a four-star, it consistently delivers a five-star experience. The staff goes above and beyond to make me feel like royalty, always ensuring I’m in the best room possible. Even as a Titanium Elite Marriott Bonvoy member, I’m willing to pass on points just to stay here when I’m in the area — that’s how exceptional the service and atmosphere are. Top-notch in every way.
The hotel staff is very friendly and accommodating to the guests needs. Rachel at the front desk was very helpful and Emily also worked behind the scenes to make sure that our family had connecting rooms. The suite was very big with great big windows and views of the surrounding areas. The Double Queen room was also very spacious. Both rooms were luxurious, very clean and comfortable. The bathrooms had marble, wonderful lighting, a big soaking tub, TV behind the vanity mirror, extra toiletries were given, (mouthwash, tooth brush, razor). Attention to detail. The suite had a living room with a deep, comfortable 3 person sofa, 2 accent chairs and a desk with a desk chair. The room provided a relaxing space for the family. The girls also visited the spa on site. A wonderful experience at the spa. Our family would highly recommend a stay at Hotel Arista.
During check out we were given an invoice for amenity fees we were not told about, when asked we were told it was for wifi services, the gym services. We did not use the gym while we visited the Arista.
