Desk staff - all three shits were fantastic - very helpful.

Mattress too hard. Asked for an extra bedspread to use to pad and did not get it.

I don't like the location.

Being asked to pay a security fee even after fully booking and paying for the room prior. The person i met at the reception insisted that I had to leave behind my card details and make a payment. It was u til I threatened to leave that he eventually let me stay in the hotel. It was quite annoying because I was traveling with 2 children - 6 and 7 years old.

Close to BART station Oakland city center. Free coffee and tea. Clean rooms, nice shower.

Streets to and in front of hotel are not so clean and sometimes with homeless people. But not the fault of the hotel

The outlets my the beds didnt work, so couldn't plug anything in. The shower pressure was not the best. The view from our room was laughable.

Friendly staff, delicious breakfast, tea and coffee available at all times, and the hotel was very clean!

Parking not included and cost $50 a day. $75 extra hold charge told about day of but released at check out.

No parking and a $50 fee for valet for the day, but you have to be back before 12 if you want valet if not your 50 bucks is gone.

It was clean and comfortable.

Love the breakfasts and comfort. The beds are nice and my dog likes them. I don't have much to say.

I think it was in my first stay that the shower head on the handheld did not look like it had been cleaned in eons. x_x I had to rely on weak stream from the main.

Good location close to the BART underground and Oakland. Clean, good beds.

Weak breakfast with little choice, many things too sweet. but no vegetables or healthy food. All plates and cutlery is plastic which is cheap but very unecological and unpleasant. Sweet juices from powder. One of the worst views from the room on a dirty roof, unable to open the window. Very noisy air-conditioning, no night mode.

Breakfast was good and ample.

Valet parking added $50 to cost

The rooms are very comfortable and they have everything to make your stay enjoyable. They have a refrigerator, microwave, body lotion, hand soap, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, coffee maker, ice bucket and nice welcome message with your name on the screen when you arrive. They also have an amazing breakfast with a waffle maker. The staff is very friendly as well. I loved it!

The room is very nice! The staff is very friendly and accommodating!!! I'm impressed that my name was on the welcome screen of the TV when arrived to my room as well! The breakfast...IS EVERYTHING!!

They were not able to provide us with proper parking. They did not respond to our messages. Even when Booking contacted them, they did not answer. When we arrived at the hotel, they claimed they had not received any calls or messages. However, we showed them the messages we had sent. After that, we contacted them through Booking, and they assured us that we would have free cancellation since they couldn’t provide parking. We also had to spend extra money to book another hotel for that night. In the end, they still charged us a cancellation fee. We were expecting better and tried our best to avoid this situation and any conflict. Be aware, if a hotel insists on a cancellation fee under these circumstances, it’s best to stay away.

Beds were comfy and the free breakfast is nice. Clean, well-amenitied, convenient location. Front desk guy's nice.

Tub was tiny LOL And the glass sliding door for the shower kept sliding open in the other room. Had to use a wet towel to block it from opening and letting all the water out.

Good value if you are able add more fresh fruit ie; grapes,seasonal fruit etc.

Easy stay in Oakland. 25 minutes ride to Union Square via BART. Rooms are confortable and clean.

Breakfast is free but poor.

I liked the clealiness, decor.and walking distance to restaurants.

The staff in the morning and evening were exceptional! That was the best customer I have ever had!!! That's the reason. I will be back to stay!!

It was very clean and very quiet and very professional. I was stayed on the 5th floor and I enjoyed it. So when I come back that's the floor I likes to stay on and I enjoy that room 518

Nice and clean and the staff are very friendly.

The only thing I don’t like about this property is the breakfast. I wish the scrambled eggs and bacon/ sausage were separate. They put them together and close the lip.

The room wasn’t as clean I it should’ve been it had a stint to it and there was pubic hair in the bathroom
