Rooftop pool (staff up top there are nice) but no service directly from sunbeds would be good if you could order via QR code instead of changing and walking down to the inside

They weren’t ready at 3pm for me to check in I put “clean room” sign on at 9am and by 2.30pm room still wasn’t clean and I had a wedding to get ready for (which within that time of me being out the room the delivered an iron and ironing board but still didn’t think to clean the room/ignored the sign on the door) Upon arrival there was a strong smell of bleach in the room Twice around the pool they ran out of towels and were struggling to keep up with demand Rooms were dark - would not bother with rooms without a balcony

Perfect location and an excellent stay We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Nakar. The location is 10/10, within walking distance of Palma’s main attractions, shops, and restaurants. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, and the breakfast was perfect. The hotel facilities are also 10/10 — modern, stylish, and impeccably maintained. Our room was very spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The Molton Brown toiletries, including shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion, were a wonderful touch. And what really made the difference was the room service: everything we ordered was absolutely impeccable, both in quality and presentation. A truly excellent hotel that we would happily return to and highly recommend.

Os quartos são bem espaçosos. O café da manhã é muito bom. Área da piscina também confortável.

Alt var supert, eneste jeg synes var litt negativt var lite lysinnslipp på rommet.

La chambre était propre mais sans vue. La salle du petit déjeuner a une très belle vue. L'emplacement est très bien. Le spa aussi était très appréciable.

Le service au bar du roof-top était peu aimable

Personnel à la réception disponibles, arrangeant et chaleureux. L’hôtel est idéalement situé à proximité de la vieille ville proche des bus, commerces, restaurants. J’ai beaucoup apprécié mon temps au spa aussi.

La propreté du sol de la chambre n’était pas optimale, il y avait aussi pas mal de poussière sur les meubles

Nous avons été surclassés et avons bénéficié d'une suite avec salon et baignoire jacuzzi C'était divin Accueil impeccable et service également (demande de petit déjeuner à emporter) Nous avons profité du Roof-Top avec une vue magnifique sur la ville et la cathédrale toute proche

Amazing roof top! Gorgeous views and such a great location .Everywhere was extremely clean and immaculate, staff very friendly and helpful too .

A little daunting bathroom situation, ok if you're sharing with a partner but a bit awkward if travelling with friends as there is no actual bathroom, the shower in the middle of the room does have frosted glass but still leaves you feeling a little vulnerable.The toilet is in a separate cubicle though .

von aussen schon kein 4 sterne Boutiquehotel.Kein schöner Eingang .keineLobby.Zimmer sehr klein.Pool auf dem Dach sehr klein und kein Schattenplatz.Keine Sonnenschirme.schwirig im Sommer da zu baden oder geniessen.Unmöglich!!!! sieht auch nicht gepflegt aus.Nur die Aussicht ist super thats it!.Probleme mit Bezahlung.Frühstücklobby/Rooftopbar miserabel. Klimaanlage viel zu stark und zu kalt! Essen Frühstück miserabel. Dekopflanzen plastik.keine Aussicht plastik Fenster. Personal unfreundlich grüsst nicht etc….haben sogar gestaubsaugt wärend wir da sassen.

Lo stile dell’hotel è molto bello e moderno Il letto è comodissimo e anche i cuscini Il ristorante è molto buono sia per snack che pasti completi La piscina seppur non enorme è un plus stupendo, c’é molto silenzio essendo sul rooftop e ci si puó davvero rilassare Il personale è molto gentile e sorridente, attento a tutto e molto professionale Regalino in camera per la bimba Atmosfera molto calma e rilassante, si vede che puntano a creare un ambiente di oace, seppur in pienissimo centro

Se si vuole avere un po’ di vista dalla camera bisogna prenotare le stanze con balcone o superiori, la vista dalla mia stanza dava su altri palazzi (seppur distanti)

Il personale pre prendere una decisione deve sempre parlare col manager, e il manager spesso non c’è. Mi hanno sbagliato la fattura mettendo un nome diverso da me richiesto. E ci sono voluti quasi 2 giorni per mandarmela quella corretta

O Hotel fica bem localizado, próximo a catedral e ao Passeig del Born. Da pra aproveitar caminhando pelas proximidades. Muito limpo, cama confortável, banho gostoso, amenities de banho de qualidade, café da manhã gostoso. No final de tarde o rooftop do hotel fica badaladinho, com dj e drinks, com vista para a catedral.

Não tem estacionamento e os estacionamentos em Maiorca custam em média 35 euros por dia.

Parasols aren’t available on the roof pool which means it’s very very hot- perhaps some sun bed pods with a low canopy would suit?

Das Frühstücksteam ist eher unfreundlich und unzuvorkommend. Keine Begrüssung , kein Hinweis auf extra Menue etc. Die automatische Beleuchtung im Zimmer mag tagsüber effizient sein, aber nachts ist es sehr unpraktisch wenn man ins Bad / Toilette muss und alles hell erleuchtet ist und erst nach einiger Zeit alles wieder aus geht und der Bettpartner*in aufwacht

Very convenient location, comfortable and breakfast was good.

Dinner. As a group of 4 we found the dinner to be particularly ordinary. I personally found the duck breast very tough and unsatisfactory. Then I found the homemade ice cream totally unacceptable. I often say I never find ice cream I dont like. Well I have now. Others agreed. Recomment the kitchen buy commercial ice cream for the future.

Отличный отель! Прекрасное расположение в престижном районе, до всего можно добраться пешком буквально за пару минут. Прямо рядом - прекрасные рестораны и улица с отличными магазинами, все под рукой. Сам отель - прекрасен! Завтраки на верхнем этаже в ресторане с видом на море и исторические здания, чистые просторные номера, зона отдыха с бассейном на крыше ну и, конечно, джакузи прямо на собственной терассе - просто сказка!

Sehr schönes und modernes Hotel in super Lage. Direkt in der Innenstadt. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Die Zimmer waren modern und gut ausgestattet. Alles sehr stylisch. Das Frühstück war lecker und man hatte einen tollen Blick über Palma.

Lovely room(no views), breakfast was good, rooftop area was amazing. The staff were excellent and very helpful. The location was central and walking distance to main attractions.

The wooden floors in the rooms meant you could hear people walking around, talking and flushing toilets. It did disturb sleep on both nights we stayed.

Perfect location, lovely and clean, great size rooms. Lovely toiletries and reception staff really nice.

No drinks or food service on the roof top. It would be have been ideal to be able to order with the staff or like other roof top pools we have been to where they have a QR code to order. The rooms were spacious and toiletries lovely but the quality of the furnishing wasn’t great. Toilet small flush didn’t work, nor the bidet, the wardrobes were spacious but not great quality. Also hated the fact that the toilet had a sensor light so if you needed the toilet in the night it meant it would wake the other person up. Breakfast was just ok.

Schönes Hotel direkt im Zentrum. Perfekt um die Stadt zu entdecken. Schöne Terrasse zum Frühstücken. Alles perfekt!

Lage ist sehr gut. Sehr zentral, viele Geschäfte sind in der Nähe, Cafe's, Kiosk, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind von dort gut zu erreichen, Hop on Bus hält direkt vor der Tür. Tolle Aussicht von der Dachterrasse, nur Spa im TG nicht so toll - nur mit Termin zum Innenpool! Gibt nur 4 Liegen, und nur 0,95 cm tiefer Pool. Frühstück sehr gut, nettes Personal. Für City Trip wegen der Lage sehr zu empfehlen.

Spa im TG. fand ich nicht so toll. Ich hatte ein Zimmer im 1. Stock, laut durch Gäste über mir und der dunkle Gang zum Zimmer fand ich unangenehm, es wurden dort auch noch schwarze schwere Vorhänge vor den Wänden und den Zimmertueren angebracht. Besser Zimmer mit Balkon buchen.
