Very nice Riverview room for the price.

No exhaust fan in bathroom. Refrigerator wasn't cold at all and the adjustment knob had been removed so know way to make adequately cold. Only one chair for a room that sleeps 4.

The location was great as all the places were near by.The house keeping cleaned the room well after each day.

The breakfast was fine it was missing waffles or pan cake for kids. Only limited options where available.

I loved the scenery around the property.

Only that the vending machines were out of order.

The only thing we did not like was the very loud neighbors at night!

Me and my Husband stayed at this location for a few years and we absolutely love it, the location is fantastic, the property is beautiful and peaceful love to interact with the ducks, the pool is so clean and beautiful ❤️ the staff is great.

The location was great! Very nice and clean rooms. Nice pool loved the river running behind with lots of ducks it was very beautiful! extremely kind staff!

This property is exceptionally clean. We wanted to be out of town before Labor Day crowds arrived so the hotel wasn’t crowded & it was quiet & peaceful. They had lots of beautiful flowers & foliage planted that just added to the beauty, a nice little breezeway with tables & chairs for relaxing, & benches by the creek with lots of geese & ducks. Just an overall pleasant place & experience.

The absolute only complaint is the beds are extremely hard. They need replaced badly. We were so exhausted every night that we were still able to sleep.

The property was fantastic. The check-in was simple. The location is perfect just right outside of the main stretch, but also close enough that you still got the city view and was surrounded by restaurants within walking distance.

The beds were a little on the firm side, and there was a light that beamed in our window all night in front of 117.

Loved the landscaping. Nice pool. Beds comfortable. Breakfast was good.

Commode was VERY loud when flushed. TV very difficult to figure out. Not handicapped accessible. Too difficult to maneuver all doors for 80 year old couple.

Great location. Easy 6 minute drive to the central parking mass transit system to take a bus to Dollywood. The hotel has a river/stream in the back with ducks and geese. The breakfast was good and the front desk staff were helpful. Would stay here again.

Loved that it was on the river. When you wanted to get away from the busy city just walk out back and watch the ducks. The ladies at the check in desk were willing to help me find food and things to do while we were in town.

Goose and Duck poop on the sidewalk at the river, made walking around very difficult. Couldn't really enjoy the Riverview.

Coffee was good, didn't use the pool so no opinion on it. Room was OK, bed was comfortable.

Breakfast was not that inviting. Those sausage links every day didn't help any. TV was kind of small.

It was close to everything we wanted to see. Very central. Room was larger than expected and had a nice layout. Good A/C and nice kitchenette area

We were placed beside someone who had zero consideration and talked on her phone the whole time. So it was incredibly difficult as we heard every word of what she said in the next room. The room we had was a connected room and I don’t think having the door in between helped with keeping the noise down. Bathroom was small. Getting out of parking lot on a hike was very difficult.

Easy to get in and out of, the backside had the river and you could set and watch the ducks and geese and water. Motel was clean and friendly, several places to eat and shop were within walking distance.

The motel is set on the river and they have benches out there for you to go. Watch the river and watch the ducks and the geese. It's absolutely beautiful!

Never was told about a incident charge at check in was told $100 would be charged then $136 came out. The lady Laura that was front desk is incredibly rude, condescending, and refused to help. They lost long time customers

The location that was on the main parkway. The rooms and lobby and facilities were very clean and smelled fresh.

The room was supposed to have 2 Queen beds (311) instead the beds were full size. Not a problem actually. Just noticed it was not as advertised.

getting a room .

bad room had cholrine and bleach smell . made us sick in minutes from enterin room. had to go to office and change rooms. .then people raising hell drunk at 2am beating on doors and loud talk for and hour.

Front desk lady was unfriendly, bathroom was not particularly clean. Sort of bummed they put us on the highway side despite having loads of open rooms on the riverside. I guess I recommend reserving a riverside room, the highway side was pretty noisy.

The bed was had as a brick. And there was hair in the bathroom floor. And the side walks alone the river was full of duck poop you couldn’t even walk.

The pool should have been at least occasionally looked in on. You swim at your own risk but rules should be checked on. A LOT of horseplay by children and adults at one point dropping on my granddaughter and pushing her under.

Great location for exploring the area, reasonable price, friendly and helpful staff, and a nice paved walkway along the river where our kids could see the ducks and geese. We also enjoyed the pool and the separate 1-foot-deep kiddie area, which was great for our little ones. The complimentary breakfast had a good variety of options.

The breakfast options were the same each day, so a little more variety would have been nice. The rooms were what you would expect for a motel, and the bathroom did not have a fan, which was our biggest complaint.

The location is what I liked the most it is right next to the Christmas place store, and you can walk to a lot of nice restaurants across the street. There’s a trolly pick up really close.

I love everything. From the staff when you get there and leave. The location. It's clean. The room was comfortable. Love the pool and hot tub. Love staying here. Love the outside area. Love watching the ducks in the creek. Fire pit and gazebo area. It's so relaxing when we stay here.

I think there needs to be away to clean up the duck poop better. But it won't keep us away.

I love the rooms they're always clean the maids are always so nice the beds are very comfortable and I love the pillows they were so fluffy not flat and I most love the pool and the hot tub. It's my favorite hotel up there within Gatlinburg Pigeon Forbes and Sevierville that's where I go of the year

The only thing I had trouble with was the TV remote control never had that problem there before so I'm assuming that was changed recently so we had to call somebody up to help us with that channels on the little tablet thing that you have there does not match the channels on the TV and it's a little bit more complicated when you turn the TV on to get to the channel and the guide program

Cleanliness of the Room

Location was great, parking was great and the room was large and roomy. It was a handicap accessible bathroom and the bathroom was large to accommodate a wheelchair. We were not a handicap couple and the bathroom was great. My only wish was that the vanity in the bathroom was bigger and have more counter space to put toiletries of both occupants on and in regular rooms, the vanity may have been larger..even so, I'd rank the room a 10, the staff a 10, the property and location a 10. Breakfast was excellent.... Buffet style and plenty of hot and tasty food. The lady working the breakfast buffet was very friendly and courteous . Overall, I'd stay again and again. 10 out of 10!! Thank you!

Location was great. Even though this was an outside motel our room was on the inside near the pool so it felt like a hotel.

The beds were old and the mattress was not comfortable at all my back hurt every morning. The tub had some mold which if sprayed every time its cleaned with the proper spray it would keep the mold away.

The room was not clean when we arrived. The floors were dirty, and the hotel felt outdated. The breakfast was very disappointing, with only scrambled eggs, a very spicy sausage, yogurt, and very few other options. Overall, the property did not meet our expectations.

Our room on the riverside was peaceful and quiet. Clean room.

The entrance is aggravating to get into when coming from Gatlinburg direction due to the red light.
