The hotel is very well placed, on a hill above all the traffic and the noise of that traffic. One thing should definitely be improved: breakfast. We needed some vegetables( which were absent completely),and a little bit of effort to get coffee of better quality. Other than that, everything was perfect: spacious, clean room, quiet in spite of all the kids playing in the pool. Highly recommend this hotel.

As mentioned before: breakfast was under par. Coffee : as low quality as we have got to expect from hotels, which is really a pity. A little effort in obtaining better coffee beans would make a lot of people happy.

The lamps were very dusty in the room we had and our refrigerator didn’t get cold but we made it work for one night.

On the breakfast there was no biscuits or gravy so that was disappointing that everything else was good

Everyone is very pleasant , very clean, foods awesome but one thing I would change is people are approached after just checking in no one wants to be bothered right away for setting in a seminar after driving and riding for 8 plus hours and when saying no it’s not the answer they want they are pushy to keep asking over and over eventually you just had to walk away

The beds are uncomfortable

From the moment you walked in, it was clean and personable. Then we went outside and found some pretty great amenities! And the breakfast was perfect!

We only concerns we had were. There were no outdoor bathrooms for the pool area. And considering there was four or five different swimming options. It wasn't great to have to go inside to use the bathroom. Also, when we did, the floors were wet and slippery. The only other concern I saw was that we did not get to use the plunge pool because there were a bunch of kids playing in it. and of course, we saw the random people taking tubes from the lazy river into the pool, which also hindered swimming. Lastly, Another dining option other than the one restaurant that would be fabulous. but it didn't hinder our state because there was an amazing mexican restaurant right next door to the hotel.

Loud music, lack of recycle bins, trash cans large enough to fit food containers, no ventilation/fan in bathroom. It got foggy, worried about mildew and mold. No coffee available after breakfast. Coffee went fast during breakfast. Directions regarding room service not clear. Didn't find out until later that water bottles and amenities could be restocked. No microwaves in room.

Wonderful atmosphere for all ages. A perfect blend of a mountain gateway while feeling like you’re at the beach in the hotel. The pool was excellent, and there was a mix of ages from toddlers to older adults. The pool area was much bigger and nicer than expected. The restaurant was phenomenal. Not much of a breakfast person, but the breakfast selection and quality was exceptional. Prices are a steal during the off season for what you get with this place. Also, it’s very close to all of the attractions in the area: Smokey mountain national park, Dollywood, Gatlinburg. All within a 15 minute drive. I would highly recommend this hotel to any individual or family, regardless of age.

One of the best hotel I've ever seen out of 3000 hotels I've visit in my life

Temperature in hotel especially in floors and corridors was too low and i caught cold. i informed reception and they said we can not do anything we will tell our engineers!!!! Many people and children catches cold after swim exposing to refrigerating temperatures inside the lobby and floors and corridors. The hotel absolutely beautiful and happy place but this subject totally ruined my vacation i couldn't even make my room at normal temperature even after turning the air conditioner off since freezing air still penetrating my room through seams of my room door.

The facility is beautiful and comfortable.

A waitress did not want my stepmother to take the menu to the pool area, she told her to take a picture of it. Then another nice waiter said, no she can take it. Then my husband wanted to buy an alcoholic drink but he had no id so rightfully she didn't sell it to him. But my dad was going to buy 2 drinks with his id but she said she can't let my husband have it. The next day my sister got two martinis w her id with no problem.

This was our 2nd time staying here. I love the location. It's off the strip but very very convenient . The check in staff couldn't be any nicer. Rooms have been clean each time we've stayed.

EVERYTHING!! My granddaughter had a blast in the pools, on the slides, the lazy river. She was entertained for an entire day. In fact she picked it over going back to Dollywood. Breakfast bar amazing!!

I didn’t like the breakfast the money that you pay to stay the breakfast could be a little better. They don’t even have a waffle maker and that what my grandkids look forward to.

Driving in and out of this hotel was a task .if you're staying for a car event keep in mind it's a tuff place to get in and out because of traffic.

I absolutely loved the property. Extremely clean and nice. My daughter absolutely loved the pools and we had so much fun! The beds were comfortable and we had a small balcony that we enjoyed sitting on.

We had extremely noisy neighbors. I’m a tired hospice nurse who booked a weekend away for my daughter. At 11pm at night until almost 1 am, we heard nothing but yelling, fighting, and raising their voices. Absolutely no concern for anyone around them or anyone in the rooms next door. I asked the front desk if they could politely ask them to tone it down due to it being so late. She stated she came upstairs and “didn’t hear anything”. While that could be the case (although I’m not sure how because the dad came inside the room and yelled at them later at how he could hear them all the way down the hallway), inside of our room you could definitely hear it. The noise died down for a short bit then the noise became elevated again. We simply asked if maybe we could change rooms as we didn’t want to ruin anyone else’s time, but we should be able to enjoy ours too. The noise would begin again bright and early at 8 am. Being extremely loud and waking everyone in the room up, unable to sleep in. At one point, they began trying their best to get the conjoining room door open. I was disappointed that the staff couldn’t even perform a polite phone call to the neighbors to ask them to keep the noise down when it’s almost midnight.

We loved how clean everything was, the spacious room we had, proximity to all of the fun surrounding the hotel, the wonderful smells, the free included breakfast was a nice bonus too. The lazy river was a hit for us, but we did take advantage of both pools as well. All of which were ideal for our family dynamic. One of our families best vacations.

No real complaints from us! We had an amazing stay here! Maybe a larger trash can in the room but that’s about it. Bigger, firmer pillows for those of us that sleep with multiple pillows.
