The front desk staff and arrival, check out and on the phone were wonderful: welcoming, helpful and efficient.

Location, friendly staff, closest to restaurants and gas stations. Perfect place for a trip stop.

I asked for an early check in of 14:00hrs but couldn’t check in until approx 14:25-14:30hrs due to technical issues. My room was sadly not clean. There was rice and food crumbs in all of the drawers below the television. The pen had a substance on the end and was out of ink. The side of the toilet where the flush is had a large brown smear next to it which was quite awful to see once I had flushed the toilet myself. There was dust and hair on the bedside table. I did not take pictures as I was already later than I had wanted to go to the wedding I visited for. I arrived back late and left early.

As a non pet owner we were in a room previously used by a pet and the couch had pet hair on it which made us feel entire room was not clean. We booked for 3 people in the room understanding one person would sleep on the pull out couch. At check in we were handed the bedding for the pull out and told to we had to make up that bed.

Le personnel était courtois, rassurant, ils m’ont tous expliqué dès mon arrivé. Eau et café à volonté, bbq a l’extérieur, piscine, gym, chambre propre.

The bed was probably the most comfortable hotel bed that I have slept on on years. I was asleep in seconds, just as the lady at the front desk had told me. Amazing. A lovely little find that was very clean with a good breakfast and a wonderful spacious room.

Nothing wrong with the property but I had to walk across a very busy highway to get from my bus to the hotel and today I very nearly got hit when a car jumped the lights and missed me by a foot.

Great room, plenty of space. Very nice bathroom.

We did not have breakfast. The bed was great and room was clean and quiet.

The main concern we had and have is that one window pane in the room is covered in mold between the panes of glass. It is a perfect science experiment. There are people who for health reasons have grave concerns about mold. We happen to be two of them. When we raised this with the front desk manager as we checked out, it appeared that the problem was familiar to her. If our perception is correct, it means the hotel team knew about the problem and did nothing about it... or couldn't get approval to get a glass company in to simply replace the window pane. This is not acceptable.

Unfortunately the weather turned cold and they had trouble controlling the indoor temperature. It was very cold in the hallways. The room was cold but by evening it was warmer.

The room was large, clean and as described. Staff was super friendly, we checked in pretty late after 11:30 pm no issues at all.

The parking lot was very full and we had street parking. Some trucks were taking multiple spots so that was the issue. An example - truck and trailer 4 spots. A large box truck 6 spots and so on.

Breakfast was excellent.

Thought it was very good the day we got it. Unfortunately we missed it on Saturday because the hours were different and we arrived about 9:05 and everything was being cleared away. So we had a latte.

Actually everything was better than I expected!we would come back!

Every thing was okay

Found a used vape in bed just before going to sleep. Notified staff. Couldn’t-be moved as rooms were full. Talked to staff in morning. No refund offered but promised communication-from management by Monday to offer rebate or compensation. No response yet. Too bad. Deb seemed honest and upfront.

The tables are tippy if you happen to put your hand on a side which she shouldn’t do to get up but us older people just do.

Bad signage from hwy 41, couldn’t find it in the dark. Nice complementary breakfast, but I think you should do away with the plastic utensils, cheap & lots of unnecessary plastic in the garbage.

Excellent staff, very welcoming. Good size room. Liked the separate couch area, the walk-in shower and the fridge and microwave.

Very conveniently located one minute off the 40 one. The hotel is clean, it is undergoing a bit of a facelift right now which obviously needs to happen at some point, but it meant two of the floors had some construction going on. Breakfast was great for a complementary free breakfast! I travel a lot for work and this free hot breakfast feature is not often fantastic so I was very impressed. Also, the women working at the front desk both the night before and the morning we checked out were excellent.

the window sill had a few dead flies in it, but other then that it was a enjoyable stay. I would definitely stay here again

Odd number of threatening signs detailing how much guests could/would be fined or punished. I have never seen a warning in the elevator ahout moving too much and triggering an alarm. Odd tovthink this happens often enough to need a sign.

Friendly welcoming staff at front desk. Breakfast could have been replenished better to serve all customers equally. Arrived to breakfast for 9:30 and 3 items had run out and were not replenished. Had to clean our own table before being able to sit down.

We stayed at Comfort Inn for two nights while exploring Prince Edward County. The rooms were spacious and clean and the amenities like the pool and free hot breakfast were great. The location is ideal being just off the 401 and there are plenty of dining options just a short drive away.

Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Autobahn. Für einen Zwischenstopp sehr gut geeignet, da man auch kein Lärm hört. Die Betten waren gut und das Personal freundlich.

Das Frühstück ist durchschnittlich, es gab nur Pappteller, Pappbecher und Plastikbesteck. Unmöglich viel Abfall!

In general everything was good. Unfortunately, shower head was broken and spraying water to the ceiling, outside the bathtub, I called the front desk and explained the problem. They said that they did not have a resident handyman. I suggested that if they had a set of pliers, I could most likely rectify the problem. They did not have one. By the time the handyman. I would be gone. They had no alternative option for me. No one apologized.

Problem with homeless person sleeping on the outdoor picnic table at the side of the parking lot needs addressing if guests are to use the BBQ. There was another person sitting on the ground near the front door mooching off of free wi-fi. Thankfully they were not panhandling. These people were hardly threatening by any means, but surely a safety concern for some, especially at night.

The Hotel name with Suites in the name is confusing because they do not have suites. There was no cot available tho I saw one in the hall. The fridge in the room does not have a freezer, and the fridge made a constant buzzing sound.

Found some pieces of hair on one of our queen beds and bathroom floor. I am not a picky person depending on the amount of hair present but then also found some on the bathroom floor which was urking. This should be standard to have cleaned but I was there only one night so didn’t complain. Staff was real nice and helpful. Breakfast served was qreat as it had the basics and was fresh. I really enjoyed their self pancake maker. Lots of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Would stay here again if I visit Napanee again.

Staff was very friendly. Property was clean. Room was quiet and comfortable. Pool was great for kids and warm. Continental breakfast was above average. Close to many restaurants and 401. Would recommend.
