We needed a full breakfast and went elsewhere.

Il y avait beaucoup de mouches dans la chambre. Ce n'était pas très agréable. Une chauve-souris a aussi passé la nuit près de ma fenêtre (à l'extérieur)

Price was tolerable and staff were very obliging.

The units were dated and in need of repair. Stains on the carpets/floors, ceilings. Bathroom sink and tub were stained. Tv screen was broken/line through the screen. Door to entre the unit needs a new weather guard on the bottom.

What breakfast? There was coffee which was horrible, super cheap quality. Tea bags were fine and juice machine. There was no breakfast offered

The room had a horrible odor, bathtub cocking was black from mold, air conditioner was old and noisy, bed was not comfortable, cheapest toilet paper... $50 motel at best sold for $220

The location was decent and easy to find. Lots of parking.

Our room was filthy. There were thick black chunks of hair on our bathroom floor, I found an eaten chicken wing beside my bed and bedside table, a half drank water bottle was also beside the bed, every drawer had dirt or crumbs in it, the fridge had food in it and the room was filled with flys.

Clean, comfortable. There was a small refrigerator and microwave but we didn’t use them. The stay was fine as we were just stopping to sleep and carry on travelling in the morning.

Stairs. I missed seeing any mention of stairs in the booking.com information. The picture lead me to think the upstairs would be owner quarters.

Le manque d’hygiène de cet établissement est flagrant et laisse penser que les chambres n’ont pas été nettoyées depuis une décennie! La moquette est collante et grasse sous les pieds, de la poussière couvrait tous les meubles: chaises, sofa, table… Les murs étaient jaunis et tâchés, c’est une chose que le passage du temps peu faire, mais ils étaient aussi collants, ce qui n’est pas acceptable. Le pire était la salle de bain: les murs de la douche étaient gras de savon et un vieux savon traînait sur une des tablettes.

Parfait pour se reposer entre les journées d’exploration

Il faut avoir un moyen de transport voiture ou scooter pour bien visiter les endroits principaux mais l’emplacement est facile d’accès et pour stationner

Owners are good. Helped us Beds we're comfortable and the place was clean.

Friendly staff Accommodated us by giving us a ground floor room as there was no elevator to the second floor. The office coffee was good.

Bathroom toilet seat should be removed and toilet throughly cleaned. Hole at bottom of exterior door that could allow bugs and rodents in Lamp shade covered with cellophane making this a fire hazard when light on. We were charged more than Booking.Com rate. For what we were charged we expected better. The decore was nice but dated. No side table or lamp on right side of the bed.

The manager recommended the restaurant next door and gave me a discount. Excellent food

We didn't go for the breakfast. This was an exceptionally clean and comfortable room. No complaints at all. Will be staying there again.

Close to where we needed to be, bed was clean and not too hard. The shower and bed were clean.

There were ants on the floor, and it lacked cleanliness. it looked like table tops hadn’t been wiped down, the mini fridge was grim, and it smelled a bit dusty.

Yes, it's clean,the bathroom ,the linen beds ( sheets,etc) very clean, what is more important, that there are no smells ( ni moisture, ni cigarets)

To keep the room cool we had a choice of the either using the air conditioner or leaving the window open. Unfortunately both options meant dealing with a lot of noise. Bring ear plugs. Otherwise it was comfortable.

Asked for a 2nd room after seeing mold on bathroom ceiling and juice spilled ans covering the bottom of the fridge. 2nd room had something splashed on dressers. They apologized and fixed the problems, however.

We stayed a second day because someone wasn’t well and we pay cash second day ..staff keep 50 cash after we pay for second day … n told us in case of cleaning??? And they already got my visa so why ? Last time here ! Hard to get staff out office as well !! To want your money and you do do the booking they are barely on site to help customers

The only qualm I have with this property was the bathroom. Keep in mind that I am a senior in my late sixties. The lip of the bathtub is quite high. Also, the shower/tub has no stability bars. I had to be very careful when I stepped into the tub and did not feel safe. Other than that, the property met expectations for the price.

Good location for access to food and to the town of Napanee, just off the 401.

Parking good. Grossly overpriced . No bedside lamp, Funiture very basic. Road noise. Curtains did not block out streetlights complyly

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was not very pleasant. The smell of the carpet mixed with air freshener gave me a headache—it was quite overwhelming. Despite the windows being fully closed, they did little to block out the noise from the nearby traffic, which made it hard to relax. Additionally, there was no drinking water available, which was inconvenient. I had to walk to the gas station to buy bottle water.

My kids enjoyed it. I found it alright for the price and check in was 2 p.m so that was convinent. There are good options to eat around and it is close to highway.

This property is conveniently located near both the 401 and downtown Napanee. A nice selection of restaurants within an easy drive from the property.

The location was good for us as we were 20 minutes from where we needed to visit. Close to restaurants

The room could have been cleaner. Chairs were stained. Sheets and towels were fine. Bed and pillows not very comfortable. It was a challenge to get someone to address our tv issue. Owners were pleasant.

The staff was pleasant and accommodating, and the stay itself was comfortable enough, except the bathroom smelled moldy and the shower drain was really slow. There were also some minor issues with room cleanliness, but the linens seemed fresh at least. We weren’t spending much time there, and it was available when we needed a place to stay, so overall it was fine.

If you don't expect more than an old school motel, you won't be disappointed. Basic and inexpensive. Clean, and comfortable enough. Some of the furnishings showing wear. Showerhead didn't work as designed. Could faintly hear TV from next door (almost all night), and vehicles outside very clearly! Should be a bedside table & lamp on both sides of the bed, not just one.

Clean room and bathroom. Seems recently renovated. Nice people at the office. If you are not looking for amenities and want a clean, quiet place to stay, I recommend it highly. Also a bargain. Lowest rate in the area. Free coffee and Juice at the office in the morning.

Older property so a bit vintage but completely acceptable. Wifi great is strong and free.
