Reviewed Aug 26, 2026We stayed here to celebrate our wedding anniversary and really enjoyed it. The staff was very sweet and gave us a bottle of wine some chocolates and some vouchers for the on site restaurant and some local businesses which was a very special touch to our stay ! The hotel is clean and beautiful. Room was spacious and had a really comfortable bed. Hot tub was the perfect temperature when we went. We also didn't hear guests in the hallway or noise from outside as it was nicely sound proofed. We cant wait to come back !

Reviewed Jul 20, 2026We had a wonderful experience! The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating from the moment we arrived. Our room was very spacious, modern, and exceptionally clean. The beds were so comfortable, with soft pillows and bedding, and the large bathroom and beautiful shower were an added bonus! We also loved the convenience of having CHOP restaurant right in the hotel. We enjoyed both an amazing breakfast and dinner during our stay. I would definitely recommend making a reservation for dinner, as it was quite busy—and understandably so! We were pleasantly surprised and truly impressed with our entire stay. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!
Would be nice to have a couple bottles of water for rooms.

The bed felt like we were sleeping on a concrete slab. The pillows were equally as hard. The room was dirty, with previous guests' handprints all over the windows, dirty grout in the bathroom, both bathroom sinks were broken and the TV was hanging sideways on the wall. Housekeeping staff was hanging off the trash can at the back entrance smoking so we had to wait until they finished smoking before we felt comfortable walking our young child into the building. And the cherry on top was when we let the housekeeper (older, short brown hair with accent) know about the issues in the room, she stated "thats not my job". She should have said "I will let the maintenance team know ". No wonder the place is falling apart.

My husband is 81 I’m 71 My husband has mobility problems and the front desk gave us a room by the elevator on the main floor so we wouldn’t have to walk far. His suggestion so considerate. Also they let us stay after checkout as we were waiting for a prescription to be filled. Again very helpful and considerate. It’s obviously a hotel chain that cares about their clients so refreshing…

Everything was good, the only thing that happened that was bad was my 88 year old mother fell in the hallway and broke her arm. Other than that it was great, but we had to leave and give up our last night. It was unfortunate, but it is what it is.

The room was clean & very comfortable. The pool was a little on the cool side, but still nice to go before going to bed. The hot tub was the perfect temperature

When I was checking out the receptionist didn’t have a pleasant gesture. She just simply pointed to where I should leave the key and nothing else, not even to say please come back again.

Reviewed Feb 9, 2026Loved the shower and the overall hotel. It is very nicely decorated, clean and updated. Was a quick trip, didn't use facilities except ate at CHOP, and slept there. Chop was great (like usual), and hotel overall was really nice.
The pillows were aweful and the bed was too soft! Pillows are way too big, even the soft ones were hard to sleep on. We ended up leaving before 6am because we had such a terrible sleep,. I recommend 2 large pillows and 2 smaller ones.

Enjoyed the Large soaker Tub Room with high 12ft ceilings (on the top floor)The internet wifi was good, one of the Tvs (livingroom) was able to screen share with my phone to get Netflix. The soaker Tub was nice and big perfect for 2. The windows are huge let in lots of light great view at the back of the building, I do recommend using an eye mask, the black out curtains aren't quite adequate for those big windows. The Pool with Slide and Hot Tub were Nice and added to my stay, the hot Tub is nice and hot with great jets and nice and deep. The pool was kinda cold and hard to get used to when your used to swimming at one of the local Rec centers, but keep moving and you'll get used to it or just hop back into the hot tub. It was clean but the pool shower was not working, but I just showered in my suite which was really nice with a rain shower head and hand held. I would have liked a full size fridge with a freezer that would have been better for me. As I cook all my own food due to celiac. Having a kitchenette plus nice room with a Giant Tub is a Rare find. Definitely appreciate it. I like that the elevators require your key card to use, so no outside people can roam.
*For some reason I had a reaction to the bedding, got a weird itchy skin rash. Had to pick up my own sheets and blanket and pillow cases and the itching went away. They say they don't use anything with scents or softeners just Tide. Idk if they use anything else bleach or enzymes etc. I only use Molly Suds at home. It would be nice if they had a hypoallergenic bedding on request option. It would be great if all the TVs were smart had Netflix etc and were Smart View/Screen Mirror option.
