Atendimento excelente! Toda equipe de funcionários muito atenciosos e educados, gostei da diversidade das comidas e bebidas. Quarto limpo, grande, tudo muito bem arrumado. Aréa de lazer ampla, academia muito boa.

Fui em setembro, tinha muito sargaço na praia, não aproveitei o mar. Valores do Spar muito altos.

Sunscape has my heart!!! 🫶 It was so clean, serene and absolutely beautiful. The staffs were so friendly and helpful too. All inclusive options indeed with so much to eat, drink and every restaurant was a hit and so so delicious. I am definitely coming back because I loved it so much.

The sales and marketing of their other properties was a bit too much. Apart from that, everything else was perfect.

The children really enjoyed the lunchtime buffet; the pool activities; the ice-cream with sweets, and the silent disco. The staff were super courteous and friendly. We were made to feel welcome from arrival until we left. They encouraged everyone to partake in the activities, and they did it with smiling faces.

Lack of fresh juice. Activities such as the pool volleyball were a roaring success, and we felt that it could have been extended since most people were participating.

Nous avons particulièrement aimé l'approche, la gentillesse et le professionnalisme des personnes qui nous ont servis. Chez Cravings, Julio a été super ! Grâce à lui, nous avons toujours eu quelqu'un de souriant et de sympathique. Chez At Sunset, nous avons adoré l'accueil, la gentillesse et le savoir-faire de Victor Chi. Alberto a été notre serveur préféré, toujours souriant, disponible pour expliquer les plats et attentif à nos demandes. Merci ! Orlando a également été formidable. Chez Il viaggio, nous avons retrouvé avec plaisir l'accueillant Victor Chi, ainsi que Filiberto, notre serveur : il était top, souriant et vraiment exceptionnel. Chez Las Ventanas, nous avons adoré notre chère Ruby, dont l'accueil et l'accompagnement ont été hors du commun. Notre coup de cœur s'est confirmé là-bas avec notre magnifique serveur Hetheir, le plus disponible, à l'écoute et gentil, qui nous a même conseillé sur les activités à faire et la meilleure façon de profiter du Mexique. Mention spéciale également à Lino, qui a été formidable. Sincèrement, même si le resort était top, ce sont toutes ces personnes mentionnées qui ont rendu notre séjour magnifique ! Passez-leur le bonjour de notre part. Merci pour tout !

Pues en las fotos se ve más nuevo y mas bonito, la verdad una decepción. Cuando llegue al hotel con mi camioneta me confundieron con un Taxi, sin preguntar mi nombre, dieron por Hecho que estaba llegando a recoger a alguien o dejando a alguien. (Mal) Con el estacionamiento de mi camioneta me dijeron que no había Valet Parling y luego otro de los que estaba en la puerta que si había y al final tuve que ir a estacionarme, no tengo problema más que nada que se pongan de acuerdo. Y lo peor ya cuando llego a hacer el check-in a la recepción la señorita Cristina, una persona muy mal educada, ademas de su poca amabilidad desde un inicio, cuando le solicite factura me miro sorprendida y me dijo, pero usted tiene RFC, le dije si, pero usted es española, le digo y que tiene que ver eso, realmente la llegada fue malisima, además que luego no me puso la pulsera de todo incluido, fue un desatino todo. Solicite salir un poco mas tarde y pues me insistió que no podia, le pedi por favor que preguntara y finalmente tuve que pagar 1800 pesos para poder salir 3 horas mas tarde. El hotel se ve viejito y no es lo que se veía en las fotos, no regresaré y no lo Recomiendo, sobre todo porque te tratan mal, como si fueras un número. Alomejor mi error fue tratar a esta señorita con amabilidad y hay personas que no están acostumbradas. Después fui a comer al restaurante Italiano, y pedí unos macarrones y pues me pusieron unos códitos. Le dije al mesero si esos eran los macarrones y me dijo si 👍, la verdad que ese señor y el que me llevó las maletas han sido los más amables. La comida no está rica

The location, facilities and restaurants were very good. Direct access to the beach was great, night entertainment and kids club was a great option to have.

I booked a family room, however the room was not originally set up as such until requested. And the sofa bed that was later set as an extra bed was uncomfortable. The room smelled of humidity, there was no conditioner and the shop in the hotel sold it for an extremely expensive price.

The staff were very nice.

I really would not recommend this resort. Our expectations for the resort were not met. The pools were very small and there were nowhere near enough sun beds. We actually only managed to get a sun bed before 4pm one day out of our seven day stay. There was also incredibly loud music at both pools at all times of the day. There was nowhere at all to relax. During the evenings there was nowhere to sit and have a relaxing drink. The only bar open in the evenings hosted karaoke nights and disco nights. Unfortunately myself and my husband spent every evening back in our room because we could not find anywhere to sit in the resort. We couldn’t even use our balcony as there were no cushions on the chair and there was a serious pigeon problem resulting in the balcony getting covered in pigeon poo daily. Half way through our stay we had a courtesy phone call to our room by a resort representative to ask if we were enjoying our stay, I was polite but explained we were struggling to find anywhere in the resort to relax and hang out at during the day and evenings and we were spending the majority of our time stuck in our bedroom. I asked if they had any suggestions on how we could rectify this, The representative just said ‘ok thank you’ and hung up the phone. This was an expensive resort so I would really advise booking elsewhere for a better experience. We totally understand this is a family friendly resort however there really isn’t enough space for the amount of guests staying. Spend your money elsewhere!

The staff are absolutely incredible- we were with our baby and the kindness and attention of the staff was the prime reason to complete our 10 day stay and not switching hotels. The only exception was the kids club where strange rules about access to the room are being enforced by ladies who clearly aimed to maximize the time they got to spend on their phone.

A lot is less then advertised - the resort is very OLD, the staff does it best cleaning but stuff is old, stained, broken and just need real replacement. - apart from the AC in the room there was No AC in most locations and it was unpleasant hot. - the pool are quite small towards the amount of people it’s very crowed. - food was excellent, really above par and the variety of food was good. Very different to other resorts. Absolute plus. But overall we felt disappointed between the descriptions and pictures online and the reality of the resort. We would never rebook this

Great location. Airport proximity, bike path and access to cancun, on the beach, shopping and safe location. Staff were extremely kind and accommodating.

It’s an older well kept facility, was smaller than expected but that wasn’t a negative. Our timing included some seaweed on the beach that was not ever cleared, although contractors were driving by to other locations.

Мы провели в Sunscape Cancun одну ночь: я с дочками, подруга с трёхмесячным малышом. Отель выбирали из-за детской водной зоны, и в целом остались очень довольны. Что понравилось детская водная зона, расположенная в отдельной части отеля с несколькими локациями и удобными переходами между ними. Территория вокруг комфортная, с мягким покрытием и искусственной травой, детям было безопасно перемещаться и играть. Однако, некоторые входы в бассейны наклонные и могут быть скользкими, но детям это даже понравилось, они дополняли свою игру. Отдельно понравилась детская комната: есть часы, когда ребёнка можно оставить на активности, и время для посещения только с родителями. В отеле есть расписание активностей для детей и взрослых, которое удобно смотреть в их приложении и которое, судя по всему, регулярно обновляется. Единственный его минус — не очень понятная карта отеля, её стоило бы улучшить. Атмосфера спокойная: нет громкой музыки, всё достаточно тихо и комфортно для отдыха. Персонал очень доброжелательный, особенно понравились бариста в круглосуточной кофейне. Питание хорошее: завтраки и буфет разнообразные и вкусные, в одном ужинном ресторане понравились и подача, и блюда. Дочкам особенно зашли свежие сладости в кондитерской и мороженое. Пляж широкий и красивый. Понравилось также, что бары и точки с напитками и перекусами распределены по территории — не нужно постоянно идти в одно место.

Что хотелось бы улучшить Некоторые детские и водные зоны закрываются рано — детям хотелось бы больше времени. В ресторанах и лобби местами было душно, особенно с маленьким ребёнком. Не хватало вентиляции или вентиляторов. В номере, наоборот, было слишком холодно, и регулировка кондиционера не помогала. При этом кровать и постель очень комфортные. Номер чистый, полотенца свежие, есть всё для хранения и глажки, холодильник с напитками и снеками. Набора для зубов нет, но это не критично. Из еды немного не хватило свежевыжатых соков, даже за доплату.

The pool areas did not have enough seating space, and many people left sandals,bags to keep it aside early in the morning, which is fine but not enough for the rest.

El personal es muy amable. Están pendientes que estés cómodo todo el tiempo. Hay comida y bebidas disponibles todo el día y un café 24 horas. El ambiente es muy familiar, muy adecuado para ir con los niños, hasta te los cuidan en un espacio para ellos.

This resort is in the perfect spot in the hotel zone. The staff is very attentive, there is always someone who can help you. The beds are very comfortable and even the junior suite is big. Although it’s a family oriented resort, there is still a lot for adults to enjoy.

En recepción al llegar no quisieron cobrar con mi tarjeta en dólares americanos. Hicieron el cobro en pesos mexicanos y eso afecto mi presupuesto... ya que mi tarjeta me cargo $66.00 adicionales por ese cobro. No se vale que un hotel Hilton no pueda cobrar en dólares americanos.

No cumplieron con el valor de la tarifa que Booking ofreció.

Las piscinas no muy grandes, al igual que el horario de la piscina era hasta las 8 pm para adultos y 6 pm niños. De igual manera siento que faltaban actividades.

Overall, the staff are truly wonderful—friendly, attentive, and always doing their best. They were the highlight of our stay, and I sincerely appreciate their kindness and hard work.

Unfortunately, the hotel itself is simply not equipped to accommodate the number of guests it receives. Although it's advertised as offering five all-you-can-eat restaurants, the reality is that only one is readily accessible. The other four consistently had wait times of around one to one and a half hours, making them impractical for most meals. The pool area was another major disappointment. It is too small for the number of guests, with nowhere near enough loungers or umbrellas. Because many people reserved chairs with towels and then left for long periods, there was often nowhere to sit. At one point, I had to sit on the ground, which is not what anyone expects from a vacation at a hotel in this price range. When you're on vacation, the last thing you should have to do is stress about finding a place to sit by the pool or waiting over an hour just to have dinner. A holiday should be relaxing, not frustrating. Considering the price of this hotel, the overall experience was very disappointing. I'm sorry for being so blunt, but I believe this feedback is honest and fair. While the staff were genuinely lovely and deserve recognition for their excellent service, the hotel's facilities and capacity management fell well short of expectations. Sadly, I would not return, nor would I recommend this hotel to others.

We stayed at Sunscape resort in July 2026. It was such a great experience. From the many resorts we have previously stayed in Cancun, Sunscape stands as an unbelievable place. We felt as we have come back home! Everyone, from reception, room service, restaurants and entertainment were very focused in attention to details and in making our stay so confortable and unforgettable! Our rooms were beautifully maintained, clean, and with everything we could need. Rooms were quiet, no outside noise. Entertainment was varied, food excellent. They attended to my special dietary needs. Pool and beach area clean, lots of umbrella, chairs, towels. Ambiance is perfect for vacation, resort is spacious, confortable, family oriented, Special thanks to Cristian in the pool area for his energy and friendliness, his kindness and his people oriented heart.

The Italian restaurant Vioggio was amazing, definitely worth a try! Javier was an excellent waiter ask for him!

Filiberto was great at the viaggio restaurant. He was attentive and sweet. Food was fresh and great in flavor.

Pool closes early.

Friendly staff, attentive, professional, and always willing to assist in any way. There were plenty of food choices. The food tasted delicious and fresh. My only issue was with the pool. The size of it seemed too small for the number of guests, so we couldn't really relax in the pool, but there was plenty of room in the clear and blue water of the Caribbean Sea.

Good experience with the resort

My trip to Cancún, Mexico was nothing short of extraordinary. Filiberto was great and attentive! Great service!

Right on arrival, it felt like home . Every single person of staff is great, smiling, helpful and super welcoming. The location is amazing , on the nicest beach of Cancun . The atmosphere is great , super relaxe. Our room was 2537. It was quiet and we had the ocean view on our right and lagoon view on our left , the best of both worlds. It was super clean and fridge was filled every single day. They even started putting more water without us asking for it. Food was amazing and not only there was always gluten free options, staff was really careful about it. Drinks are good, and margaritas at Casa De Rosa are WOW, best margarita of my life ! Would definitely go back !

My family and I went to Sunscape and found the location beautiful--right on the prettiest beaches of Cancun with sugar white sand! The food was excellent; the Mexican restaurant in particular was so delicious. We unexpectedly needed to change resorts, and the management, particularly Rafael, was so kind and accomodating, and that meant so much to us!

The food by the pool and at the restaurants was consistently good, and there was never a shortage of drinks. The entertainment throughout the day and evening kept everyone engaged and added to the fun atmosphere. If you’re looking for a resort that’s close to the airport and offers a more laid-back, relaxing vacation, this is a great choice. One of the things we loved most was that it isn’t a massive resort with multiple towers and endless pools. It has one main pool and another by the kids’ area, which was perfect for our group. It never felt overcrowded, and we actually enjoyed seeing many of the same guests each day—it gave the resort a friendly, welcoming feel. A special thank you to Cesar at the pool bar, and to Daniel, Gerardo, Fernando, and everyone who took such great care of us at Cabana 34/35. They were always so friendly, patient, and accommodating with our many food and drink requests. The highlight of our trip was how the staff made my son’s 5th birthday so special. They surprised him with balloons, had the DJ give him a birthday shout-out, sang “Happy Birthday,” and even brought out a personalized cake that he absolutely loved. It was such a thoughtful gesture and created a memory our family will never forget. Overall, I would absolutely recommend Sunscape to family and friends. Thank you to the entire team for making our vacation so enjoyable!

My family and I have recently stayed at this resort and we had an amazing experience! The staff was very friendly and was always there to offer assistance for anything we could need. A special thanks to the entertainment team that made it an unforgettably fun experience. Luis, Miguel, and Christian were amazing and you can’t help but smile in their presence! Our room was comfortable and clean. House keeping was quick to respond when needed. To say the least we were very pleased with our relaxing stay here!

Fantastic time in a family-friendly environment with lots to do, lots to eat, and lots of ways and space to unwind. Our family needed a relaxing getaway, and Sunscape ended up being the perfect destination. Multiple restaurants with different cuisines and atmospheres provided plenty of options, even for a family with very different tastes. Nightly family-friendly entertainment was a pleasant surprise. Rooms were clean and comfortable, with plenty of elevators. Food at every restaurant was excellent, though service at Azul was poor - which could have been a staffing issue that particular night. Staff were always friendly and eager to help. The Kids and Teens Clubs were unexpected hits with our kids, who asked to return multiple times and made friends they were waving to across lobbies and hotels throughout our stay. Morning stretch time in the pool, beach and pool volleyball, a 24/7 coffee & pastry shop, an abundance of outdoor beachfront seating to just sit and relax - there's a lot to like. Unfortunately, there's a lot of construction at neighboring properties in July 2026 (continuing through late fall), so traffic to the resort was a headache each time we returned from shopping or excursions. If you limit your off-resort activities to non-rush-hour times, you'll be fine. It's about a half-mile walk to nearby Plaza la Isla shopping where you can buy tequila, clothes, drugstore goods, ride a ferris wheel, or visit the interactive aquarium.

Steak was great! So was the seabass! And Pasqual was very attentive and nice!

Excellent customer service everyone is super nice And professional

We recently stayed at this resort and overall had a good vacation. The biggest highlight was the staff. So many employees went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. A special thank you to Abel, Benjamin, Daniel, Filiberto, Guillermo, and Jasmin. They were all friendly, attentive, and truly made our stay more enjoyable. There were a few others but we didn't get their names. We were also celebrating a birthday during our stay, and the resort added a few special touches that made the celebration feel special. Those thoughtful gestures were appreciated and did not go unnoticed. I also want to mention Christina (I believe that was her name), the doctor at the resort. Unfortunately, we had a reason to need her services during our stay, but she was wonderful. She was professional, kind, and made an unexpected situation much easier to handle. There are, however, a few areas where I think the resort could improve. The check-in process was disappointing. We arrived a little early before the official check-in time, so I completely understood that our room might not be ready. What was frustrating was watching guests next to us receive their room while we were sent to the buffet to wait. The buffet staff was very pleasant, but I wasn't impressed with the food selection. I also noticed that the clean plates were stored underneath the buffet where children were repeatedly touching them while their parents either weren't paying attention or allowed them to do so. That didn't feel very sanitary. After eating, we met back up with the employee who had escorted us. Initially, it was presented as though she was going to give us a tour of the resort, but it quickly became clear that the purpose was to get us to attend a presentation or visit another Hyatt property. After multiple flights and a long travel day, I was exhausted and simply wanted to get to my room and rest. I politely declined, and she brought us back to the check-in desk. We were offered the option to wait another 20 minutes for another room, but at that point I just wanted to get settled and take a nap. The following day we discovered that towel cards were required to check out pool towels. This information was never provided during check-in, nor were the cards. A few days later, I also learned that the resort offers a daily laundry service for an additional fee. Had I known that at check-in, I absolutely would have purchased it. It would have been helpful if these amenities and services were explained upon arrival. I was still able to use the service, but I would have opted in for daily rather than using it here or there. When booking our birthday celebration, I was also told that I would receive 10% off select add-ons. However, when I purchased them, the prices appeared to be the same as the regular posted prices. I asked to confirm whether the discount had been applied and was told that it had, but the pricing did not appear to reflect the promised savings. It would be helpful if discounts were clearly itemized so guests know they are receiving the benefit that was advertised. During our stay, we rented two cabanas, one on the beach and one at the main pool. Unfortunately, the beach cabana was not the relaxing experience we had hoped for. The seaweed was heavy, there was a noticeable smell at times, and combined with the humidity, it made it difficult to enjoy the beach. Our waiter was friendly, but the food took quite a while to arrive and was not good from the menu we were given. We also never received our dessert. We did not receive the second coconut either, but that was understandable since we were not ready for it at the time. By the time we wanted it, we could no longer find any wait staff, so we eventually left and went to the main pool. The main pool cabana was a much better experience. The atmosphere was more enjoyable with music, activities, and a livelier environment. If you are traveling with children or enjoy a family-friendly atmosphere, this resort is a good fit. However, if you are looking for a quiet adults-only getaway, this may not be the best choice since there were many families and children throughout the resort. One additional issue at the pool was the lounge chair situation. The resort states that guests are not allowed to reserve chairs by placing towels on them and leaving, but this rule was not enforced. Many guests did exactly that, making it very difficult to find an available lounge chair during the day. It was not until later in the afternoon that chairs became easier to find. Better enforcement of this policy would greatly improve the pool experience for everyone. Another issue that stood out occurred at the pool cabanas. Guests in the cabana next to ours were smoking cigarettes even though the resort is advertised as smoke-free and has designated smoking areas. The cigarette smoke triggered a medical issue for me. While I did not feel comfortable confronting the guests directly, I was disappointed that the staff did not intervene or remind them of the resort's smoking policy. I think guests are more likely to respond positively when an employee addresses the situation. Since this is a family-friendly resort, guests should be aware that there are many families and children. For the most part, everyone was respectful, and the resort was generally quiet during the later evening hours in the halls. There was only one night where we experienced an issue with children running up and down the hallway, yelling and screaming after midnight. Aside from that one occurrence, the overall atmosphere at night was peaceful and respectful. Overall, I would describe the food as average. There was enough to eat, but I think there could be more variety and higher-quality options. The service throughout the resort, however, was consistently excellent. The staff worked hard, were genuinely kind, and were the reason our stay was as enjoyable as it was. We made sure to tip in pesos because we didn't want staff to have to pay any exchange rates. They work so hard and deserve to have their full tip amount. With a smoother check-in process, better communication about resort amenities, clearer communication regarding promotional discounts, stronger enforcement of the non-smoking policy, better enforcement of pool chair rules, and improvements to the dining options, this resort would provide an even better guest experience.

We had an amazing stay at Sunscape Cancun by Hyatt! From the moment we arrived until the day we left, our family had a wonderful experience. We did have a small complication during check-in, but the staff handled it professionally and resolved the issue quickly, which we really appreciated. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, respectful, and welcoming. They always greeted us with a smile and made us feel at home. We enjoyed everything the resort had to offer, and there was always something fun to do. This resort is truly a family-friendly destination. Our daughter had the best time, and it was heartwarming to see so many children laughing, playing, and making memories while parents enjoyed themselves too. The atmosphere is lively, energetic, and full of happy families. If you're looking for peace and quiet without children around, this may not be the best choice for you. But if you're traveling with kids, I highly recommend this resort. We also booked an excursion during our stay, and the tour guides were fantastic! They were friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience fun and unforgettable. It was one of the highlights of our trip. Overall, we had the time of our lives in Cancun. We made so many wonderful memories as a family, and we wouldn't hesitate to stay at Sunscape Cancun by Hyatt again when we return. Thank you to the entire staff for making our vacation so special!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Le personnel était très professionnel, accueillant et toujours disponible. Ils ont répondu à toutes nos attentes avec le sourire. Les restaurants étaient excellents, avec un très grand choix de plats pour tous les goûts. La qualité de la nourriture était au rendez-vous. La vue était tout simplement magnifique et le cadre de l'hôtel était très agréable. Le seul point négatif concernait la plage, où il y avait beaucoup d'algues, ce qui a un peu réduit le plaisir de la baignade. Mis à part cela, notre séjour a été excellent et nous recommandons cet hôtel sans hésitation.

We recently stayed at Sunscape Resorts & Spa Cancun and, overall, had a very enjoyable experience. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and everyone worked hard to make our vacation pleasant. Our room was comfortable, although it is starting to show its age. The bathroom faucet had a small leak when we arrived, but maintenance responded promptly and fixed it, which we appreciated. Other than that, we had no major issues with the room. The food, service, and overall atmosphere were good, making it a great place for a family vacation. The biggest disappointment was the beach. There was a significant amount of seaweed during our stay, so we were unable to fully enjoy the beautiful Caribbean water. While we understand that seaweed is often beyond the resort’s control, we wish there had been more shaded seating available. Instead of focusing on renting premium beach beds, it would be great if the resort added more complimentary umbrellas for guests. There were very few umbrellas on the right side of the property, and many guests, including us, ended up dragging lounge chairs under the coconut trees just to find some shade. The main pool was also quite crowded, and with so many people, the water didn’t always appear as clean as we would have liked. We were also surprised that the resort did not have a jacuzzi, which would have been a nice addition for adults looking to relax. Overall, we had a good stay and enjoyed our vacation. With a few improvements—especially more complimentary beach umbrellas, better pool management, and the addition of a jacuzzi—this resort could offer an even better guest experience.

Cons: Only one adult pool, extremely crowded, kids everywhere can’t even drink your drink without pool water getting splashed in it. Seaweed is HORRIFIC ( noones fault of course but just the season) if you could atleast go to the beach it would have been better Entertainment limited but the two shows in 5 days the had was good. Pros: We got a ocean master suite AMAZING room and so spacious like an apartment Food was pretty good for an all inclusive Drinks were strong and delicious Service and employees 10/10!

My family of 11 stayed at Sunscape for 7 days. We all had a great time time. The resort had a lot of activities during the day and night to keep the adults and kids entertained! The different types food it offered was delicious 😋🤤 and several different restaurants was definitely much appreciated. Staff was super friendly from the bell boys, housekeeping, restaurants, bars, literally every one!! Ambience of the resort I was also in love, it definitely catered to all ages! Cleanliness of the resort was also a huge plus! You would see staff working hard to make sure windows, floors, restrooms, pools were maintained clean. Thank you to everyone at Sunscape for making my stay each day phenomenal! I'll definitely book again with Sunscape Cancun!

Our stay at the Sunscape Cancun Resort & Spa was simply brilliant. From start to finish, we felt very welcome and at home. The staff were exceptionally friendly throughout. The range of food and drink on offer is wonderful! Our room was very clean and had everything we needed.

Amazing hotel and beach in Cancun! This was one of the best vacations I've ever had. Everything was excellent—the beautiful beach, the crystal-clear water and waves, the pool, the entertainment, the delicious food and drinks, the coffee bar, the friendly guests, and the amazing staff. Every part of the experience exceeded my expectations. I can't wait to come back!

Please make sure and confirm what you pay & book and get ready to be upset as though i booked for Ocean View room, from my room i was not able to see ocean unless i go to balcony and stand which is not meant to be you stand outside and look for ocean. I didn't have energy also to talk about this as the front reception person was rude while check in. So i gave up......next time will think even for hotel booking and also booking.com site to book anything in future.

The beach was the highlight of our stay. It was beautiful clean and never felt overcrowded. The ocean was amazing and the rooms had great air conditioning. The staff we interacted with were friendly.

The food was disappointing and could definitely be improved. The restaurants were very hot because the air conditioning wasn’t strong enough which made it uncomfortable to enjoy our meals. There is only one main pool for the entire resort so it gets very crowded and the water was very warm. Check-out was also poorly managed. There was only one employee working the front desk at noon which created a very long line. The hotel should have more staff available during busy check-out times or offer mobile or in-room check-out to make the process faster.

La actitud del personal, siempre amables, siempre con una sonrisa, el cuarto muy bonito y limpio, la ubicación muy buena!! La variedad de restaurantes, la calidad de la comida, muy buena.

El piso al ser tan liso y brillante, es muy facil que te resbales, ya sea en tu habitación o al entrar de la alberca. Las bebidas, todos los que deben de llevar limon, le ponen un jarabe súper ácido, y si, sabe demasiado ácido. La chica de la recepción, al hacer mi check out, le pedi la factura y me dijo: No, al ser reservación en Booking, ellos se la tienen que hacer...... y ahorita, veo que booking no la hace, que en efecto la debe de hacer el alojamiento y ahora tengo que estar perdiendo timepo valioso en tratar de obtenerla. Finalmente la cama, si se le exige con algo de movimiento oscilante, repetitivo, arriba, abajo, rechina horrible, como mueble viejo.

Todos los espacios y la atención en general.

La ubicación, el personal muy amable y un excelente servicio, velaban por si necesitábamos algo. La habitación me gustó, camas cómodas, el baño limpio. El área del bar, la facilidad, los baños del hotel estaban limpios.

La comida bien, el buffet era mas o menos igual. La pisicna es pequeña y había que llegar temprano no había muchas sillas. Que al llegar trataron de ofrecerme el desayuno para una orientación de timeshare.

El trato de todos los colaboradores es excepcional, igual te la comida

La infraestructura está muy deteriorada, el aire acondicionado no enfría, difícil pasar tantos horas expuestos al sol y en la noche la habitación este calurosa y no dieron ninguna solución.

La atención del personal es excepcional. Nos encantó las comidas en especial los restaurantes con temática propia como el mexicano o el italiano y la animación en las piscinas.

No me gustó que las camas tanto en la piscina como en la playa tengan que pagarse cuando es un hotel todo incluido y se paga caro. Y que hay muy pocos parasoles en la playa.
