Great location.

Smallest room i have ever stayed in. Bed was not comfortable at all. If you just need to get your head down and be close to the centre its great and does what it says on the tin. It was clean and had no issues at all.

It was like a prison cell and there was an overriding smell of stale alcohol and cigarettes . Also because the bins in the room are so small the corridors are full of bags of takeaway rubbish . The bed was also well made but covered in hair - not mine

Customer service was amazing. There was a problem with my room initially and they swapped me immediately without me even asking. Great knowledge of the area too!

Parking- You have to pay for council parking as no hotel assigned parking.

i do like the environment, the location and the staffs where accommodating. The was clean and had everything i needed for a short stay.overall it is simple and comfortable. i would love to stay there again when next i spend time in milton keynes

Hotel was clean and staff were very friendly and helpful, situated in a great location Milton Keynes Shopping Centre across the road, plenty of places to eat just a short walk away, Campbell Park, Willen Park 5-10 min drive away would recommend both, lovely walks and Willen Park is great for kids with water activities and adventure play grounds

On arrival could not get into the carpark, had to park down the road. This is the whole reason I booked this hotel. When I did enter the hotel there was a large que, no staff member. Apparently she had gone off to find door cards they didn't have any 45mins later she returned. Very apologetic girl but was left with no choice but to see every body to their rooms using her door card. As you can imagine this took some time. When entering the room it was very small and dull, nothing nice about it. A double room for 2x people and 1 towel provided. A coffee machine in the lobby staff member operating it and other que. Sorry couldn't wait to get out of there nothing EASY about this hotel.

Bed was like sleeping in a cell, smallest flattest pillow provided. On arriving back i asked for another pillow for our second night, I was told by the receptionist she would have to search the whole hotel. I said anything will be fine even if its blankets or another quilt we could roll up. She really didn't want to help in this case and told us she would bring them to us IF she could find any (im sure there would have been an empty room they could have been borrowed from) i left to go back to the room with the impression we was not getting any extra pillows, I was correct and ended up spending half the night on the floor as this was more comfortable that the block of concrete which was referred to as a bed. The following morning I mentioned this to the male receptionist and he said we could have have had extra pillows no problem if we asked. I explained the conversation with the woman the previous night and I was correct. She simply couldn't be arsed to have a look. Every other member of staff were really great but unfortunately I wasn't sleeping on them. Upon reflection we should have just got arrested and slept in the same conditions for free.

Strong Smell of cannabis on second floor throughout stay, tiny room / bathroom, noisey hotel, lots of disruption not much peace. Had someone trying to get into our room at 5am

Good location for the train station - all downhill! Room was small but had good plug sockets and enough space for our luggage. room (and communal areas) were very clean and beds comfy.

Shower was so hot - even on the coldest setting that myself or my child couldn't use it - luckily it was only a one night stay. Bathroom also had a weird frosted glass door - would have preferred a proper door - it felt a bit weird esp for a twin room. Also the vending machine wasn't working and on a Sunday night there was no where in walking distance to get snacks etc

Great value for the price. It was clean and calm. Staff was helpful and Sarah had some good evening chats with us, and got us our coffees even when the vending machine wasn't working. To be honest, we didn't expect too much and were pleasently surprised od the quality.

Vending machine was down multiple times a day, maybe an payment comnction issue? Beds were okay, but the pillows could be fuller and comfier.

Pillows where none existent , pancakes where thicker than them, the property was to easy to get into you only needed access keys to the actual room so people could wander in and out the corridors at any point , Lots of homeless around the entrance, also lots of rats around the entrance area .

The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Each room has air conditioning.

The shower in the room had a very bad smell from the sewer, and there are homeless people living right next to the entrance to the hotel and rats roaming around.

Very small. No furniture except the bed. The air condition was on a timer which was not ideal. Shower leaked, unpleasant. No ice machines or fridge in the room.

such a nice place, extremely friendly staff. especially Samiya made the stay exceptional; even at 7am she would be energetic and offer coffee and so much positivity. Absolutely great conversation too. All the staff was generally super helpful and friendly. The accommodation felt safe. IT HAS AN AC!! in this heat, that was literally a huge bonus. im glad i stayed there, will def do it again.

Bed rock hard, AC broken the whole weekend even though everyone on floor 1 had the same issue and kept reporting (30 degrees outside), room key kept failing & had to keep getting it reset. Got stuck in the corridor at one point as a result. Smell of sewage in room, toilet was wobbling and almost away from the wall, reading lamp and plug sockets one side of the bed didnt work

The receptionist was pleasant and very helpful and the room was clean. The hotel is in a good central location.

The room was very small and the shower was so hot you could hardly use it.

Hotel was clean and quiet

Bed was so uncomfortable, the pillows and mattress were thin and provided very little comfort.

It was easy to reach on foot from the railway station and I found a restaurant near by for the evening of arrival. I liked the receptionist but... ( see below) I had been given a disabled room with a huge bathroom. I don't think this was mentioned during my booking but I was more interested in at least having a window, when I booked.

As I arrived the receptionist told me there was a survey taking place and would I give her a good score. That was before I saw the room! The room was very hot. I'd asked for windows but none opened but I managed to find the air con. quite easily. This didn't extend to any instructions for hot water. So far as I'm aware there was NO hot water. Luckily it was very hot weather so the cold shower was OK. I wouldn't have had time to get help from reception. The very enthusiastic receptionist from my arrival was unable to advise me where to eat but I found that easily myself.

It was central. There was a window and air conditioning

The room had no furniture but the bed. No where to put one’s luggage. No facilities.
