Our stay at this hotel was completely unacceptable and extremely disappointing. The worst part was the cleanliness of the room. We were expected to sleep on dirty bed linen. There were bugs stuck to the sheets, hairs that clearly appeared to be from previous guests, and visible stains that looked like bodily fluids. This is absolutely unacceptable for any hotel and made us feel extremely uncomfortable sleeping in the room. The overall condition of the hotel was also very poor. Many things looked worn out, damaged and badly maintained, including the bedding and furnishings, which were old and frayed. The hotel looked nothing like the standard we expected. On top of that, there was a loud party downstairs at night, with so much noise that we could not sleep properly. Unfortunately, this was one of the most unpleasant hotel experiences we have had. Cleanliness and basic hygiene should be the absolute minimum a guest can expect, and in our case even those basic standards were not met.

Das Zentrum Palmas und Cala Major waren zu Fuß und per ÖPNV gut zu erreichen. Nur ca. 15 Minuten zum Flughafen, der Hafen/Marina war gleich "gegenüber". Unglaublich reichhaltiges Frühstück inkl. spanischer Klassiker. Schönes Restaurant/Frühstücksraum.

Excellent location, good room and nice staff.

1) I am a very light sleeper and walls were quite thin, so I had to wear ear-plugs on some nights to mitigate noise from the room next door. If you are a deep sleeper then this won't be an issue. 2)The Gym was quite limited in its equipment.

Dit hotel was verder gelegen van centrum .Dachten dus rustiger. Daarom hadden we het gekozen. Maar toch heel veel lawaai in het hotel zelf. Ontbijt kon ook beter. Eitjes en pannenkoeken waren koud. Airco in een kamer werkte niet voldoende maar volgens receptie en onderhoudsman wel. Kregen dan toch andere kamer. Douche was niet zo proper.

Das Hotel ist sauber und ordentlich. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer sind völlig in Ordnung. Die Getränke aus der Minibar (Wasser und Säfte) sind kostenlos. Die Pools sind schön groß. Am Außenpool ist meistens mehr los, während der ebenfalls sehr große Innenpool eine gute Alternative bietet, wenn man es etwas ruhiger mag.

Ein größerer Wäscheständer wäre besonders in den Familienzimmern sehr praktisch. Insgesamt ist das Hotel in einem guten Zustand, nur die Flure könnten eine Auffrischung vertragen.

Die Lage hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es waren ca. 3,5 km bis zum Zentrum.

Wenn man pech hat, können im Hotel schon mal Jugendliche Gruppen übernachten und dann kann die Nacht schon mal kurz werden.

It was a really nice room with a nice shower and a delicious breakfast.

I stayed there for work as recommended by the conference organizers and came after the conference and bought a Coke. Then I found a table to drink a Coke as there were people sitting at the next table watching a football match, suddenly one waiter came up to me, quite angry and said that I can't sit there and drink a Coke because they had prepared this table for breakfast and there were people sitting at the next table enjoying their time and there was no sign on this table saying that it was forbidden. Then he went up to the receptionist and started shouting at me. I was so tired from work that I just wanted to drink a Coke and relax, I only got stressed.

Proximité de la ville, des plages. Personnel très sympathique. Petit déjeuner assez complet et varié.

La piscine un peu petite, le manque de transats disponibles à 10h le matin et le manque de soleil sur la piscine depuis le milieu d’après-midi. Le manque de balcon pour ma chambre et la mauvaise insonorisation (entendu toutes les nuits les enfants d’à côté…)

I loved the pools, the facilities and Breakfast in the Restaurant was dellicious. Friendly staff who were very helpful. It's a great Hotel.

J’ai adoré ! Très jolie hôtel les deux piscines très agréable. Je suis allée à la petite salle de sport c’était pas mal. La chambre bien agencé j’ai apprécié les miroirs. Le petit déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix salé et sucrée. Mouvementé en soirée pour ceux qui veulent continuer à faire la fête ou boire un verre.

It was a nice hotel and in a good location, staff were very friendly and helpful. Easy to book taxis through reception (cheaper than Ubers). Good breakfast options. The room has a kettle with mugs and spoons, glasses and a bottle opener. The drinks in the mini bar are free of charge, which are replaced daily. There is also a safe in the room. I would recommend this hotel.

L’emplacement , car pas très vivant dans le quartier , nous avons voulu aller jusqu’au port mais ce n’était pas très touristique nous sommes donc retourner manger dans l’hôtel .

Lovely hotel, breakfast was excellent, the bed was extremely comfortable. The indoor swimming pool was just the place to cool down after a long hot day, and there were always enough sunbeds even at peak times.

It was just a little too far to walk to the old town in the heat, but the buses were plentiful and cheap. The biggest downside was the air conditioning. The corridors and especially the lifts to the room were unbearably hot. With the sun beating down on the room windows, and the internal corridors piping hot, the AC in the room just couldn't cope - even at the lowest setting - so we didn't get a comfortable sleep.

More quiet places to sit in comfortable chairs/sofas. Pool area was much too hot to sit and relax. Not everyone wants the weekend “disco music” in the middle of the reception area. Thank you

Une expérience particulièrement décevante Nous avons séjourné dans cet établissement du 5 au 9 août et avons malheureusement oublié deux pulls de marque, d’une valeur importante, dans le placard de notre chambre. Je tiens à préciser un élément essentiel : je suis certaine que les deux pulls se trouvaient encore dans la chambre au moment de notre départ. Le matin même, j’ai ouvert personnellement le placard afin de récupérer toutes nos affaires d’été. J’ai ensuite refermé le placard en pensant y revenir quelques instants plus tard pour récupérer les deux pulls, que nous avions prévu de porter autour de la taille pendant le trajet en avion. Dans la précipitation du départ, j’ai malheureusement oublié de revenir les chercher. Nous avons quitté la chambre et, une fois dans l’avion, nous nous sommes rendu compte de cet oubli. Nous avons immédiatement contacté l’établissement le jour même de notre départ, quelques heures seulement après avoir quitté la chambre, afin de leur signaler précisément où se trouvaient les pulls et de demander qu’ils soient récupérés. C’est donc avec une grande incompréhension que nous avons appris qu’ils n’avaient pas été retrouvés. À partir de là, deux possibilités nous semblent malheureusement envisageables : soit les pulls ont été retrouvés par la personne chargée du nettoyage de la chambre mais n’ont pas été remis au service des objets trouvés, soit la chambre n’a pas été correctement vérifiée après notre départ et a été remise à disposition des clients suivants alors que nos effets personnels se trouvaient encore dans le placard. Nous n’affirmons évidemment pas savoir ce qui s’est passé, puisque nous n’étions plus présents dans l’établissement. En revanche, nous savons avec certitude que les pulls étaient dans le placard au moment de notre départ et que nous avons signalé leur oubli quasiment immédiatement après avoir quitté l’hôtel.

Beautiful hotel, staff very attentive and friendly with the exception of one member of staff in the restaurant.

One member of staff in the restaurant was very aggressive with me when I asked him a question about disposing of a rubbish bag, even though I'd been told to go to them by reception. Just found it rather rude, I even offered to take it outside myself but he sarcastically refused and threw hand gestures at me and said something derogatory in Spanish thinking I couldn't understand him.

Das Personal war super freundlich und herzlich. Leider war das Hotel für den zu hohen Preis eine große Enttäuschung und bestimmt das schlechtes Hotel in dem ich je war. Die Zimmer und das Bad waren sehr alt und renovierungsbedürftig, teilweise roch es unangenehm, nach verbranntem Plastik. Da wir zum Geburtstag meines Freundes dort waren, haben wir dann extra ein Upgrade umgebucht, um unseren Aufenthalt etwas angenehmer zu gestalten. Leider war das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis trotzdem überhaupt nicht gerechtfertigt und nicht schön. Sehr schade!

Das Personal war wirklich sehr freundlich und herzlich. Auch die kostenlose Minibar war eine nette Aufmerksamkeit. Leider fällt es mir ansonsten schwer, etwas Positives hervorzuheben. Die Lage war für uns auch nicht besonders: ca. 30 Minuten zu Fuß in die Stadt und etwa 10 Minuten mit dem Auto zum Strand. Bei über 1.000 € für 4 Nächte haben wir einfach deutlich mehr erwartet. Das Zimmer und vor allem das Bad waren sehr alt, die Wände teilweise schmutzig und dringend renovierungsbedürftig. Insgesamt leider überhaupt kein angemessenes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Ich bin sehr traurig, dass wir gerade dort unsere Zeit verbracht haben, und kann das Hotel leider nicht empfehlen.

La piscine est agréable et bien entretenue, et la literie est confortable. Un petit bémol toutefois concernant les draps, qui ne sont pas blancs, ce qui donne une impression un peu moins raffinée pour un hôtel de ce standing.

Nous avions réservé une chambre moderne, correspondant à un certain standing et à un design bien précis. À notre arrivée, parce que nous voyagions avec nos enfants, nous avons finalement été redirigés vers une chambre familiale qui, à notre grande déception, n’avait absolument rien à voir avec celle que nous avions réservée : beaucoup moins moderne, visiblement plus vieillissante et avec un niveau de finition qui ne correspondait pas à nos attentes. Nous avons pris le temps d’expliquer notre déception à l’équipe de l’hôtel, mais nous avons surtout eu le sentiment qu’aucune véritable solution n’était recherchée. Le seul geste proposé était un remboursement. Pourtant, nous aurions apprécié un geste commercial permettant de compenser réellement cette expérience : petit-déjeuner offert, parking pris en charge, surclassement, ou simplement une attention particulière. Les possibilités étaient nombreuses. C’est finalement ce qui nous a le plus déçus : le sentiment que la satisfaction du client n’était pas vraiment une priorité. À cela s’ajoutent plusieurs détails qui, mis bout à bout, donnent une expérience assez éloignée de ce que nous attendions d’un hôtel 4 étoiles : pas de véritable parking de l’hôtel, seulement des places dans la rue en face, très fréquentée, et pas de service de bagagerie pour accompagner les clients avec leurs valises. Même au petit-déjeuner, l’expérience manque de chaleur : il n’est pas très agréable de se faire dire de « bouger! » parce que le personnel doit nettoyer autour de vous. Nous sommes conscients qu’un séjour ne peut pas toujours être parfait. En revanche, lorsqu’un problème est signalé, la manière dont un hôtel le prend en charge fait toute la différence. Et c’est précisément sur ce point que nous avons été déçus. Pour un établissement 4 étoiles, nous attendions davantage de service, d’attention et surtout, de considération envers le client.

We had a swim up room and it was so comfortable and mat all our needs, as we were travelling with our 4month old baby. The hotel staff were brilliant and set up a cot for us and made us feel really welcome. The bed was super comfy and room facilities very clean and new. The food is great and very reasonable prices. Short walk to a supermarket, restaurants and the marina. As mentioned before staff were all really lovely. Very professional but warm and welcoming too.

It’s a tiny gripe, but the lifts are a hassle from level 1 when travelling with a pram. But this can’t really be helped! Also would be nice if there was a canopy over the baby pool so could use anytime of day

The hotel has very energetic vibes -- lots of young people, modern interior decor, loud piped-in music, etc.

The pool is open only from 10 AM to 7 PM. So we only managed a 10min pool dip, but we're unable to use the sauna or Turkish bath.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour à l’INNSiDE by Meliá Palma Bosque. L’hôtel est très joli, moderne et agréable, avec une superbe piscine et des espaces extérieurs très bien aménagés. La chambre était confortable et l’ambiance générale de l’hôtel était vraiment agréable. L’emplacement était également pratique pour profiter de Palma et de ses alentours.

Nous n’avons pas rencontré de réel point négatif durant notre séjour. Tout était conforme à nos attentes et nous avons passé un très agréable séjour.

Świetnie położony! Jeździliśmy autobusem na plażę i na stare miasto. Pyszne śniadanie, można zamówić omlet lub jajka na świeżo. Można zacząć dzień Cava :) Bardzo przystępne ceny w restauracji. Wokół wiele knajp, najbardziej smakowało nam w Filipińskiej. Łóżko mega wygodne, pościel mięsista, codziennie sprzątane, wymiana mini baru (w cenie). Super muzyka w lobby, przyjemnie chłodno. Basen duży (wewnętrzny i zewnętrzny). Miła obsługa, super pomocne panie sprzątające. Hotel przy samym parku więc świetny teren do biegania czy spacerów, codziennie podchodziłam pod zamek a potem w str portu.

Brakowało lodów dla dzieci ale nie jest to minus ponieważ jest wiele mini marketów i Mercadona za rogiem.

Łóżka byly bardzo wygodne.Klimatyzacja w pokoju.Fajny,czysty basen.Mini barek byl za darmo z napojami i sokami.

Najsłabsza była lazienka.Fugi i silikony wymagają odświeżenia.

Mehrere Gäste sind sehr unanständig, lassen alles liegen, trinken in den Pool. Wir hatten das Zimmer im Erdgeschoss mit Eingang zum Pool, die warem immer so laut, dass wir fast nie am Pool waren.

We stayed at INNSiDE Palma Bosque for my hen weekend, and it was the perfect choice for a fun weekend in Palma. From the moment we arrived, the hotel had a modern, stylish feel and everything was clean, comfortable and well looked after. The location was great, just behind the seafront promenade and only around a 10-minute walk from Santa Catalina, where we found some really good bars and restaurants. It felt like the ideal balance of being close to the action while still being peaceful enough to relax. One of our favourite parts of the hotel was the pool area. It was a lovely place to unwind during the day, with a great atmosphere and plenty of space to relax. The pool bar served amazing cocktails, the Aperol Spritz was 10/10! Getting around couldn't have been easier thanks to the taxi rank directly outside the hotel. We visited Palmanova/Magaluf, which was only around a 15-minute taxi ride away. If you're looking for a stylish, well-located hotel in Palma for a girls' getaway, hen weekend or city break, I'd definitely recommend staying here.

Avant d’arriver à l’hôtel, j’ai demandé un grand lit double pour mon mari et moi sauf que nous avons eu une chambre avec deux lits simples séparés. C’est pour cela que j’ai enlevé la dernière étoile.

Leider war das Servicepersonal (das Personal an der Rezeption war Klasse!) abends und an der Poolbar teilweise sehr schlecht gelaunt und langsam sowie unfreundlich, Poolbar viel zu überteuert, Preis-Leistung könnte verbessert werden und Eierspeisen sollten auch nochmal geschult werden.

The room was very small and also the bathroom and shower were very small.

Stayed here 4 nights with my partner. We arrived earlier than 3pm and paid €20 fee to get a room 2 hours early. The room we got was a corner suite which meant the balcony was really small, spoke to reception about it and they offered a new room right away - great customer service. The rooms are a good size and the air con is great. The hotel itself is very clean. We used the gym which was reasonable for a hotel gym. We also used the indoor pool which tended to be quieter than the outdoor pool. Pool closes at 7pm which meant we didn’t go in the pool on the days we had planned the day out. Shame the steam room and sauna were out of service when we were there. We ate at the restaurant and at the pool bar, food was good. Drinks at the pool bar expensive, €15 for a cocktail and €18 for a spirit and mixer. There are some bars and restaurants within a 15 min walk, so we stayed around there most nights had a lovely Italians, curry and tapas at La Pergola which I would definitely recommend (booking advised). Palma is a 35 min walk away, along the harbour. Mercadona supermarket less than 5 mins away. I forgot some items at the hotel when leaving and they have been very helpful in trying to arrange a courier back to UK (especially Carolina the front desk manager - thank you!!)

Sehr gute Lage für die Innenstadt Palma, sowieso andere kleine Städte. Pool und Außenbereich war sehr schön.

Der Pool ist leider erst ab 10 Uhr offen und schließt bereits um 19 Uhr.
