I liked the location and the amenities were good

We were without electricity for a good part of one day and the TV was out most of the time.

Breakfast was great!

That the pool was under construction...we weren't told ahead of time. Grandkids were disappointed. Lol

There were bugs running on carpet where breakfast was and the AC smelled musty. Chlorine in poool was very strong. They required my son to pay with his CC so I did not get my points.

Other guests helped me navigate the lines at my first breakfast. Taelorrae’s mother was exceptional that first morning: she noticed I had nothing to drink and quickly provided some hot black tea and milk; then offered to get me some blueberry pancakes and wrapped them to take to my room to enjoy. My whole reason for staying in your hotel was to celebrate my 80th birthday at M’s Pub just 2 blocks away, all day Saturday July 11. The train from IL arrived Omaha 2-1/2 hours late, well after midnight. And the train back home departs Omaha at 420 am.

Dante in Valet parking was professional, friendly, and genuinely welcoming every time I arrived. Excellent customer service like his is hard to find. Thank you Dante for consistently going above and beyond.

Everyone was so polite and respectful. They even had a client that parked wrong and then hit another and it was all handled calmly and quietly. Front desk was very accommodating with getting me easy access coming and going due to an issue with my back. Everything was clean and nicely kept up. Thanks to everyone who made a positive contribution to a family wedding stay comfortable.

Location was great downtown to walk to various places to eat and things to see and do. Staff was fantastic especially breakfast cooks! Had great buffet or cook fresh pancakes and omelets! Had happy hour and snacks later in day! Rooms had a lot of room.

For me the beds weren't great, had to put extra cushion on it and some of furniture in room was not very comfortable anymore and maybe needs be updated. But that didn't stop room from being functional and just fine for everything in the area. Wish it had a hot tub but that doesn't make or break anything.

Had trouble with the laundry app, wish i had understood I could use a credit card without using the app.

Booked a two queen bed room. Even called the main desk a week before to confirm that we were good to go and they said we were. At check in we find out that supposedly they don’t actually have that room available and they downgrade us to a one king bed. When we asked for money back they said that wasn’t possible. We would only (MAYBE) get a refund if we didn’t stay in the room and went somewhere else. So we did not get what we payed for. The room was also dirty and not stocked. We were not even offered a free fluff service to make up for it all. Will never stay with embassy suites again

Not the hotel’s fault but the Old Market area didn’t meet our expectations from pictures. Pretty run down and rough.

Our room wasn't super clean. The bathroom had hair and an earring still on the floor. During our stay they only had 2 elevators at times but for the most part the 2nd one was down. The water pressure in the shower was variable, you could tell if someone flushed the toilet or someone else was in the shower in another room

The furniture in the room seemed really worn-out and it smelled dirty like car wash vacuum and it was footprints on the tile in the bathroom like no one mopped. It felt like it was cleaned in a hurry. Parking should be free!

The staff seemed like they were trying to be nice about the situation, but the bridge was burned.

The room I booked wasn’t available on arrival so had to downgrade. Once we entered the downgraded room we notice poop, yes fecal matter, in the bathtub. I also ordered a pack and play at 11am and never got one by 7 pm only to the be told they are out. They moved us 3 doors down into a similar room (still not the one I paid for and booked).

I thought the room was just OK the furniture in the room definitely had some wear and was very uncomfortable - including the bed. Also you should have done queen rooms that have night tables and plug-in on each side of the bed for couples that both wear CPAP. The room was clean. Otherwise, there seemed to be a lot going on at the hotel and the staff handled it wonderfully. We were there on a Navy ship reunion. Nice location for finding something to eat near.

The room (7th floor) we had was actually directly across from the elevators which turned out to be a nightmare for us because it never stopped. The loud “clunking” noise just never stopped! Rooms should NEVER be stationed close or nearby elevators unless they are silent ones. Unfortunately these were not. Beautiful though

Close to all shops and restaurants

The room smelled horrible! It was musty and almost smelled moldy. Our friends had a room as well and it was the same way. The carpet was nasty and you could see the bathroom floor and bar area floors had not been cleaned at all. $700 for 2 nights was not worth it. The lounge area was cleaner than our room.

Loved the omelets and blueberry pancakes. The guys that made them were so nice!

Reception snacks could’ve been better. More variety not all dry choices.

I liked the spacious room and free snacks for the executive suite. The room was very clean and very close to the elevator.

I didn’t like that there was kids running around at night and no parents around as I paid good money for the suite I was in as well as the pool being out of order but was not advertised online.

It took a while to get valet. But in the end we ended up just self parking. The toilet keep running in our room.

I wasn't prepared for paid parking, nothing stated that when I booked the room. My husband and I are also not drinkers, I wish that there was something that we could have put our paid drinks to instead, like parking

Two days before our arrival, I asked whether it would be possible to have an accessible room and a wheelchair available, because during my stay in Breckenridge, CO I tore my ACL in my left leg. I wasn’t able to walk, and using crutches was uncomfortable and not very safe for me. To my great surprise and relief, after an 8‑hour drive, we arrived around 10 PM and my husband came back from check‑in with a wheelchair already prepared for me. We also received a spacious, easily accessible room with a bathroom that allowed me to wash and move around safely. Getting to breakfast downstairs was also easy thanks to the accessibility. Overall, it was a perfect experience, and I want to sincerely thank you for your care and support during a very difficult moment for me.

I would also like to kindly mention one area for improvement. The cleanliness in the bathroom could be better — some corners and edges of the floor, as well as parts of the shower, were not properly cleaned. Since this was an accessible bathroom, it may be used by guests with disabilities or weakened immune systems, so maintaining a very high standard of cleanliness is especially important.

Horrible parking, pool was cold with dirt on the bottom. A cockroach ran across the floor as we were leaving the breakfast area. Pull out couch mattress was very worn and sagging.

We checked in late. Our door was already open when we got to our room. Garbage on the floor, dirty towels in the bathroom, plaster on the floor where a wall was fixed, carpet was very clearly not vacuumed. We had requested extra pillows and never got them. Went down for breakfast on our 3rd morning and they were very busy. In rushing to keep up, dirty plates that were still soaking wet were placed out for guests to eat on.

The staff were phenomenal and helpful, particularly the breakfast crew (Shurene especially!). The bartenders during the evening reception were so fast and friendly, and we particularly liked Michael’s old fashioned drink that he recommended to us. The rooms were quiet and spacious.

Our room had some wear but was fine. Chips in the wall under the window, etc. We found sunglasses from a previous guest behind the curtains, which made us wonder how well the room was cleaned.

I really love the hospitality there and how professional everyone who works there has. One person who Stood out what The bartender Trystyn she was very good to us and made our experience one to remember. She was very informative about her city and and give great areas to visit. When I come back I’m coming back because Of her she made our experience great everyday since we have been staying there. The house keeping there is amazing as well the come and change our towel and or ever it is we need to change everyday. I felt like I was in a high class 6 star hotel. Definitely a place to come back to and stay. Thanks Trystyn again.

I had an great experience with PMC Valet, especially thanks to Josiah. He was professional, friendly, and handled my car with real care. From the moment I arrived, he made the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and values customer service. PMC is lucky to have someone like Josiah on their team — I’d definitely recommend this valet company and look forward to using them again.

Although many people probably like what they experience as convenience, the whole scanning of a QR code for parking doesn't work for us that are older. My phone doesn't even have the ability to scan QR codes. It took a good 1/2 hr. to get this set up by phone and guess what...I just got my bill for my Discover card and they billed me twice for the same parking! Had to call my cc card company to get it straightened out. No thanks,..no more scanning QR codes or other nonsense that leaves out older people. Too much money for the trouble.

The omelet was delicious 😋.

The ready made eggs could have been warmer. The sink in the bathroom needed a new washer or something to prevent water 💧 from spraying all over. The curtains in the bedroom had a mind of its own until I figured out how to operate them but all these things were minor issues. They did not make nor break our stay. We still enjoyed our stay.
