Hilton Omaha

Que cobran un depósito exagerado y cobro de estacionamiento

The facilities--rooms, pool, etc. are lovely.

Parking and restaurant costs (even though rooms are fairly affordable) are fairly high.

Hotel overall was excellent staff was extremely friendly

Had little kids with me and for them to use the restrooms in the fitness center when in the pool area wasn't really crazy about and if there could be away that your room key card could work and the parking garage so to eliminate having to keep track of 2 cards

Location and energy was amazing!

Dated:(

Locatie tov vliegveld, binnenstad en conferentie centrum.

Geen ontbijtbuffet.

It was ok wish I would have had known about the extra 100 fee that’s not back yet

Not knowing everything about it not having free breakfast et

The breakfast was exceptional. The staff was extremely attentive and friendly, and the parking felt safe and secure.

I loved everything for the most part.

The only part I didnt like was that there must have been some sort of convention going on. Lots of Irish men that must have been in a suite that were partying and loud til way past midnight. They were only a few doors down so it was loud for us. Other then that it was good.

Excellent and convenient location. Stayed for a national leadership conference and the spaces were great for the event. Multiple food and drink options in one spot made the stay easy and enjoyable. Customer service throughout the hotel was nice and helpful; rooms were clean and orderly. The only downside was the rowdy group who was also having a national convention in the same hotel—they were loud, though the hotel staff did the best they could. Nice stay overall!

Nice , roomy "lobby/bar" area

Check in was a little tough. We were there for a big baseball tournament We had to ask for toilet paper everyday. ( we only had housekeeping every other day)

How close the resturanta and activites were surrounding the hotel.

Couldn't take showers because there was no water pressure at a decent temperature. The room had excess moisture it was hard to sleep comfortably. We could hear the neighbors screaming through the walls at our heads. The staff was super friendly at check in.

Customer service and finding items lost

If You Want to Sleep, do Not stay at the Hilton Omaha on Cass Street during the College World Series if you value sleep. For all three nights of my stay, live music from the venue right outside blasted until 1:00 AM, literally rocking my room. When I complained, the front desk completely dismissed the issue, stating they couldn't do anything because the band had a city permit. Management made zero effort to offer a quieter room or any real solution. To make matters worse, the Wi-Fi connectivity was incredibly weak and barely usable. For the premium rates this hotel charges during the tournament, providing broken basic amenities and total indifference to sleepless guests is unacceptable. I will never stay here again.

Location.

Wet floor. Had to reload toilet paper. $35 parking. $25/hr. for checkout after 11:00 am. Dirty ice bucket with no liner. Sheets tucked under mattress -- had to pull sheets out to get into bed. Lumpy bed. Exorbitant price / terrible value. Curtains broken. No complimentary breakfast, not even coffee.

convenience of being attatched to the CHI center. Also the parking garage elevators were great

Great location, and staff is nice. No dining or food options available after 9-10pm within the hotel and is an inconvenience if arriving around or after that time after traveling. Room was nice and comfortable.

Easy access to Chi Center

Grab and go breakfast service took too long

Close to chi

Parking

If you are going to an event at CHI Arena, the location is perfect! I loved that we could just walk through the skyway to get there.

All we could see out our window was the roof and windows to other rooms. It was depressing. Also, the front desk staff were rude, and it was all overpriced.

Pool was crowded and hot tub had 16 toddlers in it. Gym was filthy locker rooms were filthy and sauna was old. Had to clean up hairs in my room’s tub. Wont stay here again.

Close proximity to an event attended.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Nick's Quorum Bar & Supper Club is an excellent restaurant with an outstanding staff and prime rib carved table side.

Front desk and airport shuttle driver. Bar tender was also extremely accommodating.

1. Fed-Ex closed Saturday and Sunday. Location can accept packages; but cannot accept pre-paid, pre destination labeled packages over the weekend . Doesn’t work. Front desk said they could not accept package and deliver to Fed-Ex Monday. Doesn’t work. 2. Food was C+/B-.

The valet parking attendant Jared was awesome. The room was clean and comfortable.

Excellent in all areas from check in to the Bar experience Katie Nate Aaron Tommy Alexis they have this wrapped up with great customer service thank you all very much and Keep up the “EXCELLENCE!”

Aaron and Nate are amazing this is the best experience ever thank you for all you do!!! Keep ups the great work love that you enjoy your job and taking care of people the way you do!!!

I like to be able to stay right across from the CHI Health Center so I can go and support the Sailors

Room clean, Check inn was easy and good experience

verithing

Pricey but a great service during Nebraska State High School Wrestling! Very friendly desk & accommodating employees every where.

We went to the concert across the street at CHI Health Center and it was very convenient. Used the skywalk to get in when doors opened. and walked across the street when concert ended.

The elevators got busy. Totally understandable with the concert.

Did not eat there

Could have had a cleaner bathroom. Dirty wash cloth left under vanity and dirt left. Elevator was not working and we were parked in the parking garage on 3rd level and had a hard time getting someone to help us find the stairs to get there.

Restaurant was nice

Rooms had stains on bedding/pillow cases, the air was really dry in the rooms, lobby was freezing with no heaters. People were sitting in lobby with coats on.

Location is perfect for CHI concerts and events!

Property needs to do something with parking garage. Then we had marijuana smoke fill our room as we watched a movie. It was literally a lit smoke not vape! I turned it in as I’m not paying for that! Then put a towel under my door.

Excellent location, with the Hilton App check in and out was a breeze. Great venue to attend events at Century Link Center. Definitely get the Hilton App to avoid long check in lines at the front desk. We were able to check in through the App prior to arrival. When we arrived there was a very long line of people trying to check in prior to our event and we were able to walk right by line of people and access our room with our phones with the electronic key sent through the App.

A little more detailed explanation on the parking situation and what you need to do upon arrival.

Location also staff was pleasant.

Parking was a little complicated. Ticketing system said our vehicle had already left the complex but we were still parked in our spot. My husband had to come back into the hotel and get help.

Jaiden at the front desk was awesome!!! Amazing sense of courtesy, very professional and great sense of humor. Definitely a great employee in my wife and my opinion!!!!

The only complaint i had was very quickly resolved by the front desk. The blanket on our bed had multiple brown stains embedded in the layers when I texted the desk they sent someone up in about 30 or so minutes and changed it and remade the bed. 5☆ to them as well for correcting the situation in such a prompt and timely manner

The room was clean, cool, and quiet. The food and drinks were a little pricy but worth it for the convenience. We had tickets to a comedy show at CHI so the location was perfect. We just walked across the skywalk. Overall I highly recommend this hotel. We stay here often and it never disappoints!

We arrived at peak check in time on a Friday night. There was a long line. Use the digital check-in if you can with a digital key.

We did not use any of the facilities other than our room and parking. The first impression when we got there was not good because the entrances to the elevators where very dirty and the doors were damaged and if the cost for the parking is to keep it in good condition someone has dropped the ball. Your site states available parking but does not state it costs an additional $30 a night.

The cleaning of the room was not horrible but it was definitely not top notch. The beds were very clean and fresh. The comfort of them were definitely the best we have had at anywhere we have stay.

No free breakfast

The room was beautiful and clean. The staff were very helpful and I loved having a Starbucks in the lobby.

Nothing

Staff was so accommodating and pleasant. Beautiful and comfortable hotel with a great location. Free shuttle to and from the airport was much appreciated. A great stay at the Hilton!

It’s in a really good area and also very will styled with a lot of fictional amenities like restaurant’s, bar, cafe, fitness center and pool. All of which are very classy. Some hotel bars and restaurants seem like fast food and motel like.

The tub leaked from the faucet and I had to put a towel on the spigot to not hear the dripping all night. The air vents are poorly placed the only cool area I. The room is by the window and doesn’t move to the bed. The vents need to be moved to blow towards the Ben not to the wall. You have to open the doe pull g the handle upwards which was odd

Overall it was a great stay at Hilton Omaha. Service was friendly and the room was clean. The airport van driver Jeff H. was very friendly which was a great way to start a long travel day!

Miellyttävä lämmitetty uima-allas. Siisti huone ja mukavat sängyt.

Aivan hotellin lähiympäristössä ei ollut perinteistä päivittäistavarakauppaa.

We had an amazing New Years Eve at this hotel. Very accommodating and a super clean room. Friendly staff all the way around especially front desk staff that made check in mishaps all worth the stay. We will be back!

Perfect for us this holiday Christmas! Started as a surprise weekend for the two of us, with a twist. Flew my daughter in to suprise her, the airport made that easier! The restaurant staff were able to make reservations for three while my wife was telling them two from behind me...great restaurant & exceptional service especially for ciliac/gluten diets! We were expertly taken care of starting at the evening meal and later the breakfast meal too! Great food, we had the prime rib, salmon & filet to start, a few other extras & desserts. Pool, hot tub, sauna all great, quiet , not cold pool! Well equiped exercise area too, if ya do that. Rooms clean, quiet, lots of hot water. Ask if ya need anything they will handle it! Things to know, if your name is not on the reservation you wont get in! Daughter booked it for us, she had to add my name so i could register. This didn't tip off the spouse though cause my daughter often books things for us. Parking is enclosed but getting things into the lobby from a car is away from the front door as shuttles are directly in front, for lots of airport service. I understand but did not care for that, made for confusion on where to park at the start of our visit.

Close to the venue

Waited in line for almost an hour to check in. Only one person checking people in. I was almost late for my concert.

Coffee shop on first floor is top tier.

This Hilton, in the heart of downtown Omaha, stands out as one of the best. I very much appreciate the clean and modern room as well as the new? restaurant which specializes in prime rib. But what really brings me back is the staff. Everyone I encountered was genuinely kind and welcoming to me. I even had the pleasure of being welcomed back by the same chap who picked me up last time I was in town, Ken Smith. He made me feel like an old friend. Hospitality like that is a rare thing these days. -John

Location

For the price....the room was blah. Very dated and pain was peeling on the bathroom walls. Looks like some poop stains on the wall. The AC was not working well in the room. I was just a little shocked for a Hilton and the price....I expected more. Yes your right next to CHI but save some money and get a hotel a block away and enjoy a walk and talk.

HIlton never disappoints. Great facilities, service and food. Staff polite and knowledgeable. It is always nice a pet friendly hotel.

I would prefer a firmer mattress.

Convenient to the CHI for shoe

The cost of valet parking

Close to the CHI event center. Liked the bar and lounge!!

Haven't to remember to use the room card to use the elevator!!

Location was perfect for the concert!

Nothing.

The room decor was great. The mattresses were comfortable. The pillows were good. The staff was friendly. Everything was very, very clean.

I didn't like the extra charge for parking

Came for brunch and drinks and the food was amazing. Paige took great care of us and made our experience so fun! Would recommend a stop into this location the atmosphere is relaxing and very friendly!

I liked how it was connected to the Center with a skybridge. This was very helpful in getting to the concert quickly.

I didn't like that I paid for my breakfast through booking.com, but the hotel did not see that part, so I had to pay for my breakfast... again.

Everything was clean and nice! The staff was super nice and helpful. They even gave us a list of things to do around town! The work out room was awesome and the indoor pool was awesome.

We had to pay for parking 34 a night that was taken out of the deposit. No free breakfast.

Customer service was great!

I loved that it was close to a lot of cool things, we had an even at the center so it was nice to just be able to walk across the road!

Stayed there because the kids went to a concert across the street. Perfect location for that. Everything was great except they jack up the prices when there's an event. We decided it's not worth the cost and will get an Airbnb next time.

$34Parking fee. Won't be back

The restaurants had limit food options and were pricey.
