Dan ketika sudah selesai memakai selang shower head pun, air tetap keluar dari shower head yang atas selama beberapa menit sebelum benar-benar berhenti

Liked that its near the places that I wanna go to, room was comfy, staff was friendly.

Cleaning service forgot to put toilet paper a few times, and carpet need changing as there were questionable marks.

I’m a guest staying for 2 nights. I noticed a few issues in my room the towel is discolored, the conditioner bottle is empty, and there are no hand towels. I would appreciate it if you could provide fresh towels and refill the bathroom amenities at your earliest convenience. Thank you for your assistance.

Gym was small and one machine didn’t work, but it was okay. The pool area needs some privacy screen as the restaurant over looks it. I like that the hotel rooms were spacious. Breakfast was good.

Water pressure was quite low. Room was a bit old.

The room and mattress were spacious enough.

I was there for a working meeting however the working table did not supplement with lights (need more lights). The sofa was dusty, tv channel was insufficient, and the pool was too narrow. Breakfast was slightly below my expectation.

This hotel would be better off providing proper security guard training.

The place is clean, comfortable bed, secluded but can reach places to eat or other attraction quite easy. The breakfast selection is ok, mostly Indonesian food. Since it is located next to an office building, there are some convenience store like Lawson and Alfamart. There is also a starbucks and some restaurant at the entrance of the building.

Took a while to ask a change in towel. The noise of train can be heard from my room (3rd floor) and this went on all night. Need to walk for a distance from parking lot to the reception.

The housekeeping staff always clean according to my timing, excellent!

I somehow mistakenly booked without breakfast. I like the room size, layout, ample space under the table, the lighting setting, and the spacious wardrobe. The extra sight of a train (KRL?) passing by now and then was a pleasant sight (probably because we live in an area where there are no trains since we live in Bali).

It would be nice to have facial tissue available in the bathroom as well as medium-sized towels. Need to check the water heater jug in the room which the handle cannot be touched when the water boils, and also the MCV relates to the hairdryer as it is turned off after a short use.

The location to BSD and South Tangerang areas was great, which was the purpose of us booking in the first place. The welcome pack in the room was a nice touch. Staff were friendly.

We stayed on New Years Eve and potentially the skyline view of South Jakarta/BSD areas would have been fantastic for fireworks from our room on the 12th floor, unfortunately we could hardly see out of our windows as the windows were dirty and there was a lot of marks from outside window.

Not so good, definitely! Will never come agai n, due to these following issues: 1. I got charged two times, they didnt even aware 2. I got locked in an elevator when I tried to get to the basement, no notice at all or notification at all that the elevator right under the hotel belong to the apartment that they share their parking lot with 3. Swimming pool is awful, so small and dirty. It was very bad for a 4-star hotel. 4. Most of all, we had to pay for our son’s breakfast. It is a non-spoken rule everywhere in the world that breakfast covers 2 adults with two kids, what a capitalist! 5. They didnt bother prepare the second key card. When I had to go downstairs, my wife and kids had to wait in the dark in the room. 6. We also found dents and Not recommended at all, not worth to spend that much of your money. Better go to Mercure with the same rate and surely give most compelling experience compare to this one. We regretted so much!

Stayed there 2 nights for business. The hotel does the job: I slept well in a rather comfortable bed and the breakfast choice was very good. The room and linens are however a tad old and a refresh would be appreciated. I'd still recommended if you need to stay in the area for business and don't want the daily commute from Jakarta.

1. The front desk is too stingy with their smile. Not really welcoming 2. Put a multigym that serves all 3. No conditioner in the room. Have but not working 4. Repatch the paint as noted some bad patches. 5. Old stained notes. Replace it 6. Keep all in pairs for room for 2 occupants. 7.

Good location, easy access to airport, walking distant to several convenient stores, beauty parlour, laundry, coffee shop, restaurant.

Room phone's not working, keys must be reprogramed up to 3 times a day, repeated miss coordination between front office & housekeeping, no buffet for breakfast for particular day, lack of product knowledge among room service personnel & restaurant server, several restaurant server too occupied with gossiping to a point of ignoring guess, while the other didn't know where the cutlery is, towels look like rag.
