Pranaya Boutique Hotel

Friendly staff

None

Lokasi strategis, dekat dengan pusat bisnis dan perkantoran, layanannya bagus, tata ruang dan kebersihan bagus, fasilitas free wifi cukup dan menu sarapannya enak-enak.

Tidak ada.

Location is great. Room is clean and staff are helpful and polite. Will definitely come back.

They should make more varieties for breakfast.

Lokasi brakefast sih bagus..

Makanan brakefast kurang enak dan sedikit.terus ad yg basi pas makan bubur kacangnya..

I have to say that all the staff really make the place like home. They're very friendly and helpful, amazing hospitality. Our room was nice, good size but look tired, need new furniture, not old furnishings. Update the towels also desperately needed. But the shower was good.

The old towels and old linens.

Ada sedikit masalah di AC, tapi semua staf meresponse dengan sangat baik, dengan solusi yang terbaik dan tuntas.

Keramah tamahan staf.

Lokasi

Air toilet tidak jernih

Comfy, clean, right in the city, great room for event

Haven’t checked the swimming pool

best price in strategic location

Bad smell from the closet

Ambient and serene place to stay

dekat mal dan bioskop

putaran untuk semprotan toiletnya keras susah doputar, jadi susah keluar rear flush nya

It was a good room and close by the facilities we wanted to visit

The food wasn't warm.

Sweet and friendly receptionist staff

Polite and helpful staff, especially Aisha

Average. In term of variety of food so simple compare to the hotel rate paid.

Proximity

The spa experience... Cheating

Nice boutique hotel, comfortable room and a nice kitchenette in case you want to cook something by yourself. In front of the hotel there is a small supermarket where eventually to buy some food.

The breafast is fine. The staff is friendly.

.There was lack of convience in room such as: Tissue, hair driers,.. Please provide the sufficient for guest without request. The cleaning room is needed to be improved in: drainage part of sink, add small shower of bathing when guest need to wash hair only.

Yess

The toilet very dirty

location

breakfast menu

I was pleasantly surprised by my experience of staying at Pranaya after reading several bad reviews by previous guests. While the bathroom and shower could have been cleaned to a higher standard, the room was overall clean and quite comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the buffet breakfast was really nice. I would stay here again.

Clean and nice breakfast

Staff is very friendly and helpfull. The breakfast was rich and tasted good. Just on the corner is a small shopping mall with a suppermarket and some nice restaurants.

The rooms are a bit outdated but clean. It was a pleasant 3 nights stay in this hotel.

Very good position if you need to stay in Serpong area. Just 30 minutes from airport and only 10 minutes from BSD area Very nice peoples and amazing staff

Room not really cleaned but services has been excellent.

Strategic location

They didn't prepare the room well. I was given the smoking room, although I could change the room the next day. The wifi was very bad, weak, and slow. Room was not so clean.

the room its very bewry clean vibes at the hotel nice overall like it so much👍👍👍

maybe the parking area

The bathroom floor and shower head is dirty.

The room is comfortable and clean. They have what I think is soap but no shampoo but its more than okay. The staffs are nice. The check in and check out process were hassle-free. I was asked to give a 50K deposit, they gave me 2 key cards which is great. Breakfast was add-ons but it was affordable and the food itself was also okay. It was literally across the street from Teras Kota Mall so when the mall is having jam night it can be quite noisy but only like till 9PM

The parking lot was a bit confusing but the security was helpful. They dont have the "please clean the room/DND" sign to hang on the door.

Breakfast : too much chili taste ,affects my throat; I was expecting chili - free taste rice or others.

Hygiene needs improvements. Molds in the bath rooms !!!

Closet need to be clean properly room 203

it’s great stay, the hotel was clean and friendly staff for communicate.

- The staff attitude, response & professionalism... They got the best staff in business compared to some of their bigger...flashier... Neighbours around the area. - Location, Its basically a stone throw away from a fairly decent little "mall".

The room/facility itself could use a little bit of TLC & a good rub-down and a faster more stable in-room internet speed would be great.

Quite and clean

Nice place. For meeting

It was really good for someone that used it only for rest through the night. The room was spacious enough and the cleanliness & comfort were also good as expected. The location is very well centered and within few meters you have the options to grab some street foods.

I ordered the twin beds to be merged via the chat function, they have noted and approved it. But then on the day, it was not done.

Excellent
