The staff was very polite and friendly.

The cleanliness of the room was below average and did not meet basic standards. I was afraid of bed bugs in the room and the bathroom was unhygienic. I was travelling for work and I had to move to another hotel after 1 night to be able to sleep and be comfortable. The staff was nice and they tried to give a refund but they were not able to process one. I didnt take any photos, would have uploaded if I had.

Close to EKA hospital and Amenities. The hotel staffs are extremely friendly and helpful.

There is no air conditioning in hotel lobby, breakfast room and hall room. The shower water pressure is very weak, the shower tiles have some algae. The air conditioning unit is not maintained properly and not clean. The toilet gets clogged easily.

i like the food at the breakfast.

room are small space. staffs takes time to taking order ( been twice asking for complementary water ) water at the sink was small flow public toilet near to the hotel restaurant are :( gross. full tissue and the hole closet have tissue. trash bin as well it seems they never do controling at the female public toilet. and the next door at the female toilet got leaking the water. the staff is knocking the door while we r already tell the receptionist we r doing late check out but its shows that they have no good communication between the team.

They were unwilling to give a refund for a stay that I booked within 30 minutes.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, room was neat and clean. Next to hotel, almost connected is a shopping center with good options for meals, Starbucks for coffee option and supermarket option for milk and amenities if required.

Breakfast for early starters was not really attended by hotel staff. There was an egg station with just 1 cold egg sitting on a plate and no staff cooking or even walking through restaurant. (6,30am). I did see a staff member around 7.05am but by that time i had made do with what was available which was 85% Indonesian local orientated which was ok. But if breakfast is open then there should be staff to at least ask a question to and get eggs cooked fresh if wanted.

I love the breakfast. Room stay. And the hospitality. All the staff very friendly.

The shower water pressure was low. But it wasn't a big issue.

We choose this hotel because of the location

they didn't return the items left at the hotel until we called. It was very disappointing because we live in different cities and when we left our items at the hotel they didn't call us until we called them the next day to ask about the items. If we didn't call what would have happened to the items? Maybe they wouldn't have told us that our items had been left behind. And the item left behind was a diamond ring. In the end, we had to go back to Tangerang to pick it up, even though if they had called us after housekeeping reported that there was an item left behind that day when we checked out, we wouldn't have gone back and forth like this. So, we won't stay at this hotel again because this hotel doesn't take the initiative to return the items left behind. And that’s very dangerous.

The toilet looks old and overused, old towels, old TV, broken safe, cell phone signal are very low in the room.

The hotel is connected to Teras Kota which makes it easier for us to go to a supermarket, restaurants and coffee shops.

No telephone in the room. If you want to order room service you need to go down to the reception. This is the most annoying part, the water glow is very low! Don't expect to have nice hot shower! The sofa needs to be replaced. The cushion foam inside has lost its resilience so the feels so hard when you sit on it!

Good hotel in great location right next to a big shopping center with cafes and restaurants. Rooms are clean but a bit old. Breakfast great with a lot of local and international options. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Hotels asks for parking fee even when you just get picked up. Room door lock was not always working properly.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Communicating through WhatsApp is very easy and convenient. We have ordered flower bouquets and we checked in later than the flower bouquets were being delivered. Thus, we seek help from the hotel to receive on behalf and sent to our room first. They were happy to help us on that which we really appreciated their kind help on this.

The room stinks and dirty. It was overpriced for such an ugly room.

There were weddings and events happening a lot so i didn't get chance to eat at the buffet. Ms Steffy was an incredible staff member, always a smile and always willing to give suggestions and answers. The other staff members were also friendly and i love the enthusiam from them.

Mayhaps just times for Buffet as a lot of times there are events but it's no big deal.
