The ladies at the front desk were all amazing, especially Sara and Markeisha! They were so welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay. I truly appreciate the wonderful hospitality and had such a great experience. I’ll definitely be back with the girls!

The breakfast was probably the only area where I felt things could have been a little better. I know she can only work with what she has, but maybe let her bring her own seasoning and put her touch on it.

The hotel is in the center of downtown, and there is a light-rail stop directly in front of it. The staff were really friendly, and I got good hospitality from the breakfast personnel who also freshly sliced their ham for me. The room was very spacious and clean, and it felt luxurious! Thumbs up for the complementary bottled water.

Beware: Although our reservation stated that breakfast was included for 4 guests, the hotel charged us separately for breakfast. We explained that the booking was for four people and showed that breakfast was included, but we were still charged for all four guests. This was very upsetting and disappointing. Guests should carefully review their bill and confirm breakfast details at check-in to avoid unexpected charges.

In loved mostly everything about the stay definitely very clean and upscale environment.

No access to microwave and also breakfast doesn’t have a variety of breakfast items, more so just pastries.

Location is the reason we chose to stay here , the metro is right by the hotel, easy to get to the NRG stadium for the FIFA WC matches. Staffs were super friendly and helpful; breakfast were beyond good, chief at the same time will make sure all customers enjoy their food. We’re also thankful that we’ve been upgraded to two-bed room.

metro on the street is quite noisy. Hotel provides ear plugs in the room tho. We’re tired after touring around Houston, so that we still sleep pretty tight.

The property was so clean. The staff was absolutely amazing. The room was very clean and comfortable. Will definitely be booking here again next year.

Que los ascensores son un tanto viejos. Hubo un inconveniente con las tarjetas que no funcionaron.

L'hôtel est proche de plusieurs restaurants et de certaines activités. Il est rès bien entretenu. Ma chambre était propre et douillette. Je salue le service exceptionnel du réceptionniste Jamal qui est patient, souriant, serviable et du gardien de sécurité Luqman qui a pris le temps de me faire de bonnes recommandations pour mon séjour.

Il est situé à quelques pas du chemin de fer et donc on entend le train passer, surtout pour les étages inférieurs. Aussi, le déjeuner manque de variétés, surtout au prix que j'ai payé pour l'inclure comme service avec la chambre.

The location is the only perk of this hotel.

The staff is impolite. The rooms are worn out, very noisy rooms in the mornings slamming doors everywhere, the price vs values is crazy and I was traveling with a service animal and still they charged me a fee, the valet parking is not free it’s 70 dollars and you have to wait 1 hour to get back your car from impolite staff.

It was very noisy from the street below, the cars and bus that gos all night like; even with the sound machine they provide . For as much as the room charge was, that was disappointing.

Way too expensive for what the hotel actually is and offers. It is no different than any other hotel yet the price tag is near a 5 star hotel. Not worth the price at all. Security did a horrible job making sure people werent blocking the valet parking.

The evening staff at check out in was great They are what made this hotel stand out! We checked in after 8 and the 2 of them for amazing!

The basic, plain room. The noise level, the brightness in room. We had just moved from The Blossom, paying around the same amount. So very disappointed when arriving and everything resembling more of a 2 star hotel.

The room was very nice and modern

The staff was very welcoming and kind. They listened to all my questions and took care of every need and concern I had. They even helped me find transportation and changed my bedsheets when I asked. The breakfast area was very clean, and the staff there were also friendly and helpful. The bathroom was better than I expected and was extremely clean, which made my stay very comfortable. There was also security personnel on-site, which made me feel much safer since it was my first time traveling alone.

Breakfast was great—-although the lady/manager (Hispanic female) seemed to be a bit short with her words. She asked me what my room number was in a rude way. I felt as if she felt like I just walked in off the street and didn’t belong in the hotel.

The first night (Wednesday, the day before Thanksgiving) was very peaceful and quiet. Thanksgiving night was horrible! There was a guest next door who had his phone on speaker and was talking from 12:30 AM to around 4 AM!!! I couldn’t sleep and called the front desk to see if someone to either call and ask if he could lower his voice due to noise restraint laws that I thought were in place, like other hotels that I’ve visited. NO ONE Answered the phone! This was NOT cool! I have to deal with the EXACT same situation at home but now I’m paying to NOT get a good night’s rest?! 🤦‍♀️ Hotel should space their guests out, leaving an open room in between guests for privacy purposes.

The sheets and pillows in the room had stains on them. The restroom was dirty, also no help unloading things from our SUV not friendly staff.
