Location was a great stop on way back to QC from maritimes

La terrasse sur le bord du fleuve. Nous y avons mangé, c’était très bon. Le personnel est courtois, souriant,. La chambre est grande, le lit confortable. C’est très propre.

We had to pay for parking at the hotel and had our car broken into. The hotel gave us the run around and did nothing about it if you’re forcing people to pay for parking then you should provide security and safety

The ease of access into the building. And to the elevator. Big lobby area.

La chambre spacieuse, propre, la vue sur l’eau, le bar, intérieur et extérieur, le personnel courtois, le parking, la boutique.

Déjeuner ok mais sans plus. Bon service.

Trop cher La salle de bains devrait être rénovée. La douche était épouvantable, difficile de prendre une douche alors que le pommeau ne fait sortir qu'un mince filet d'eau

The lobby is nice so is the outdoor pool but every time I come it’s closed, one out of five stays it was open.

Our car got broken into, there’s a homeless camp nearby, the cops came to file a report but nothing more. I think it happens quite often.

Did not have breakfast. Had dinner in your restaurant and the ribs were cold and all dried up. Tasted like they had been sitting in your kitchen for a couple of hours!

There is nothing worse than a wash basin that does not drain. Also the shower stall did not train properly

We loved the water and sunset views from our comfortable and bright room. Having dinner by the river in the evening was a highlight. A good walk into town. Terrific staff.

Rooms are clean, bed confortable. The hotel overall is really clean and beautiful. Restaurant in the lobby is a steakhouse with other optionsam, food was great and the bartender makes awesome smoked old fashionned if you like this drink. I would go back for sure, stayed one night with our dog and everyone was very welcoming.

Everything from location, food at the restaurant, and amenities were great! Staff were amazing and very helpful - everyone at the receptions, especially Mr. J. Singh - I have been to several Delta locations, the Delta at Fredricton was outstanding - not to forget Josh and Emily at the lake (Canoe Rentals) were very nice as well

Ein lebhaftes Hotel im typischen verlässlichen Marriott Style. Zum Frühstück hat ein Coffee Shop geöffnet, sodass man sich ein kontinentales Frühstück zusammenstellen kann. Wunderschöne Terrasse zum Fluss hin und eine sehr gepflegte Anlage. Klimaanlage erträglich.

Nun, wenn man es wie wir nicht lassen kann, einen Versuch mit dem Öffnen des Fensters zu starten, muss man trotz Fliegengitter mit einer Invasion rechnen. Das Personal reagierte freundlich und war geduldig mehrmals mit der Beseitigung der winzigen Plagegeister beschäftigt.

Rooms were comfortable, very nice view of sunset in the evening. The welcome fruit & cheese tray was an unexpected, but a very nice touch. The local restaurant (Diplomat) outside the hotel was very refreshing after being downtown all day.

At the end of each day, I wanted to experience the gift shop but it was closed already. The little "Groove Cafe" could have been open a little later, during the day. Also, more promotions for the area, possibly a transit schedule, since the bus passes by the door.

Le prix ! 411 dollars pour une nuit en avril, même pas en haute saison, et sans petits déjeuners.

Beautiful spot next to the water and love the convenience of the restaurant for meals.

The pillows were very uncomfortable. In the pool area, the floor was dirty and gobs of hair in the bottom of the pool, as well as floating/sticking to hands. It was gross.

Loved the room, and the view. Food was great. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

I didn’t know I would have to pay for parking. Parking should be included in the room rate I paid. That is my only complaint.

The location is a great spot. Out of the way yet close to everything. The staff was efficient and when there was a issue with the room responded right away

The fact that the cafe is only available in the morning is odd. It would be ideal to be able have a coffee and small snack in the afternoon The breakfast is overpriced. The eggs Benny was swimming in butter and the ham was no existent. Very disappointing

The pool was warm, but needed to be cleaned. I liked that it was open 24/7.

The phone in our room didn’t work, there was no mention in my booking that there was a fee for parking.

Very nice - staff delightful. They upgraded us without charge to the nicer view. Super helpful with suggestions as we explored the town. All good!

The toilet paper holder in our bathroom needs a tightening. Otherwise really no complaints

Alcohol at the pool. Beer cans right in plain view. We had our grandkids there. Not acceptable.

Juste la piscine l’eau est vraiment trop froide elle pourrait être chauffée jusqu’à 80 degrés . Laissez manger les gens dans la piscine est aussi très exagéré ont ne le permet même pas ça dans

Front dest people were the most ignorant I've ever had to deal with,paying for parking is just bull shit, no where on my booking site did it say I had to pay for parking if it had I would of booked in down town fredericton,it will be my first and last time staying here.

There was a hockey tournament and there were a ton of drunk adults and their children taking over the lobby. Staff did a great job handling all of the people.

Great rooms

The food in the restaurant was mediocre. But the prices were high. Ordered wings, they were soggy. Ordered 20 ounce prime rib medium rare, it was cooked medium. It had also been seared on both sides. Prime rib is never served seared. Ot should be cut from the rack and served with au jus. For breakfast ordered an eggs benny with a side of sausage patties. The patties were more like burgers than sausage. The benny was ok.

Love that you have to be a guest to use elevators, also the lobby and restaurant are great

Didn’t go to pool

We arrived in Fredricton on a holiday weekend and everything outside of the Delta was closed and very quiet. The Delta was a little oasis on our way to PEI. Everything was great! We enjoyed the pool, the bar, relaxing by the river, the sunset and dinner in the restaurant. Would definitely recommend!

Nothing! (we liked that it was by the river, but for others it might be a little too far from downtown)

Nous avions demandé une chambre qui n'avait pas été utilisée par des animaux. Le 6ième étage nous a donc été assigné. À notre arrivée nous avons trouvé des poils d'animaux sur le sofa. Exceptionnellement cette chambre du 6ième avait reçu un animal. Aucune autre chambre était disponible et nous avons mal dormi même en utilisant des médicaments pour diminuer les allergies et les problèmes respiratoires. Nous avons pu changer de chambre pour les 2 autres nuitées sans quoi nous aurions quitté.

Nice location, great staff. The amenities need improvement. Bathrooms look tired. No safety deposit boxes. No bathrobes. For the price charged, we would expect better.

The back of the hotel is like an oasis. They have a bar set up by the pool, a path to scenery, and some good tunes going. It reminded me of being south. The room was okay. A lot smaller than I thought it would be for the price. It didn’t matter, we were not in it for very long. They need more elevators. We spent a lot of time in the morning waiting to either go up or down. We had to wait over half an hour to check in. The front desk staff didn’t have time for small talk or even to be very friendly. We were just processed through. The housekeeping staff add the personal touch. One stopped and helped me get ice. Another asked how my stay was going.

Nice hotel close to downtown but in a quiet location along the river.

Rooms were clean and well maintained, staff were courteous. 2 pools, indoor and outdoor. The indoor pool was heated, and appears to be accessible most hours aside from one hour for cleaning purposes. Outdoor area was nice and chairs to sit along river. The on-site restaurant was wonderful. Great food and service.

homeless people and needles on beach. I was suprised that your beach area is not cleaned every morning as there are a large number of homeless that sleep close to hotel property.

Great location with resort vibes. Only stayed one night but could see us going back for a long weekend. Beautiful view of river. Lots of activities and great patio.

Family and I were stated for one night as a stopover in Fredricton. Very clean, staff was lovely, good amenities. The cutest gift shop with amazing merchandise! Would stay again anytime.
