On a passé des frais de 86,25 directement dans mon compte sans mon approbation et je ne sais pas Pourquoi. Aucune facture! J’avais déjà payé 324 dollars pour une nuit sur booking. Nous n’avions même pas le wifi inclus ni le déjeuner! Vraiment abusif…

Lovely hotel in town centre just by the water.

the best thing about this hotel is the people! especially kaeny (i hope i’m writing her name right) at the reception, who greeted us so nicely! everyone here was very nice and welcoming! location is ideal for walking in this lovely city of fredericton.

the room had a sort of stint odor, rug and furniture needs refreshing, the ac is either too cold and loud or it stops working alltogether…

the only irritation is the additional charge for parking and the check in person didn't reference breakfast so we didn't know it was included until we left.

Le déjeuner. Nous avions une chambre à 300$ et plus avec le déjeuner compris. Le déjeuner était pauvre: pratiquement pas de fruits. Pas de fromage. Peu de variétés. Rien de spécifique sans gluten. J ai demandé du pain sans gluten et on m en a apporté. J etais déçue du déjeuner Nous étions à la chambre 302 et la grille au plafond de la chambre de bain était très sale.

Both the location and staff were excellent. The hotel and rooms were clean.

The room smelled like wet dog - and it was strong enough, that one never became nose blind to it. Was not pleasant and I would look elsewhere for future stays in Frederiction.

Excellent location, dog friendly, clean rooms, comfortable beds, delicious breakfast and very friendly staff!

The front entrance does not have a ramp, and the first set of doors is not automatic, which makes it more challenging to get your luggage in if you have several items. There also isn’t a lot of space at the front of the hotel to temporarily park your car in order to load up the trolly.

Stayed one night as were traveling to Halifax. Perfect location to walk to dinner. Many choices as it is downtown. Walked the bridge, then to a great Sushi restaurant. Bed was very comfortable! (for our taste). Room was large. Hotel is very pretty inside and a great buffet breakfast. The lady working morning shift was so nice, polite. Great experience! C'était indiqué qu'il y avait des parkings gratuits, ce n'était pas le cas. Nous avons du payer un supplément pour le parking pour 2 nuits. Lorsque j'ai réservé sur Booking, j'avais pris le déjeuner inclus pour 4 personnes pendant 2 jours. Arrivé la-bas, on me dit qu'avec Booking c'est seulement 2 déjeuner compris par matin. Nous avons du payer, encore là, un supplément. En bout de ligne, ça nous a coûté beaucoup plus cher que prévu, très désolant!

Le bruit de l’air climatisé. Soit tu subis le bruit soit tu meurs de chaud. Mal insonorisé, on entendait tout dans le corridor. Pas de verre pour mettre les brosses à dents dans la salle de bain. Des cheveux dans la baignoire et même après le passage de la personne qui fait ménage . Payer plus de 600$ pour une petite chambre quand même

The space and location.

Some rooms are so old and need real renovations. I had to request for a new room and I loved that they listened to my complaints and immediately discounted the days I spent in the old room and changed my room for me.

La localisation qui permettait de profiter du centre de Fredericton. Le stationnement inclus dans le prix était pratique. La piscine a bien plus à notre fille.

We stayed in room 219 - the AC machine was loud and there was an intermittent loud noise like a fog horn every 15 seconds coming from outside, not sure what this was but we reported to reception staff in the morning.

we paid extra for river view rooms but primarily had a view of the hotel roof. could see a small amount of river out of one window we rented a cot for $20 for one evening and it was extremely uncomfortable. toilet was not working when we arrived but we managed to fix it ourselves pool was out of pool towels during our stay and were advised none were available as housekeeping staff was off. We were able to go back to our room and grab room towels and bring those down and we were able to get those replenished

Quand même assez vieux , ac très bruyant, l’ascenseur pas assez grand pour le big trolly, carpet in the room (yeurk) petite salle de bain, très bruyant chambre sur la rue … coffee machine fait un bruit d’enfer … j’avais pris avec déjeuner … une sorte d’œufs brouillés qui goûtent rien comme le plastique … pas de choix d’œufs … et j’en passe

Personel, niespójna oferta w hotelu w stosunku do opisu z bookingu. Wszystko kończyło się dyskusją, to nie my zawiniliśmy, tylko booking. Pomimo, że śniadanie było wliczone w cenę dla 4 osób, personel powołał się na wewnętrzne przepisy, że śniadanie jest tylko dla 2 osób.

Old hotel , tired looking and dated. No coffee or breakfast for a premium room price. Might as well stayed at a discount hotel. Room was fairly clean

Super friendly staff on check in. Perfect location with car parking available. Comfortable beds, spotless room and good shower.

Hotel lobby and rooms were tastefully decorated and cleaned yet the hallway leading to the room felt dark, chipped paint on the walls and looked a tad shabby in places.

Was not made to feel valued as a customer. Breakfast was paid for in my package through booking.com however the hotel argued this. I was told that I only paid for 2 and needed to pay extra for my teenagers. When I queried this the hotel staff made me feel as though they were doing me a favor by rectifying it with 2 "free" coupons. I will think twice in the future about booking at this venue.

Our “River view “ room looked at the river … over/through the rooftop mechanical units. It was quiet enough … as long as the window was closed. The hallway is dark and tired. Not a premium hotel.

Het is aan de dure kant, vergeleken met andere hotels en voor de voorzieningen die er zijn. Bovendien klopten de prijzen ( van bijvoorbeeld ontbijt) op booking niet met wat er in rekening wordt gebracht. Kartonnen bekers voor koffie op de kamer.

I loved everything

A comfy bed and a coffee machine in the room. The pool was a hit with the kids, but no towels at the pool. Good location!

It was really pricey for what it was. It was cheaper in London (UK) for the same level of service. It was impossible to cast our phones to the TV. The elevator was really slow. The breakfast was expensive, but free for children 6 yo and under. The restaurant wasn't open early enough for the runners that participated in the Fredericton Marathon which was probably the half of the guests.

Room was cleaned when we left during the day! The room service was by far my favourite and the staff was polite and he was a gem of a human. Told me it was his first time doing room service and he did fantastic! Me and my misses were happy

Location & comfort

Cleanliness we found hair in the jacuzzi when we arrived. Also the jacuzzi is smaller than expected. The staff texted us multiple times to check in with us to make sure everything was okay, while we appreciate the care and attention we thought the multiple texts was excessive. Also, They woke us up with their texting us. They texted us at 7:45 am and checkout is at 11:00. They could have just asked how our stay was when we left.

I should have purchased the breakfast option with the booking on booking.com great location, friendly staff,

noise level was high, the slightest noises were heard. bathroom shower had no grab bars. the shower flow moved, no skid prevention on the shower floor and no grab bars.

Reception staff went above and beyond to help me get checked in since I do not have a credit card, aside from a prepaid card and my visa debit card. Which ill highlight in the box below.

You could amend your SOP on accepted payment methods so people like me without credit cards, but have access to 10 grand typically at any moment in bank accounts or my prepaid card. So we dont have such a difficult challenge to check into a hotel. Cash isn't accepted, but you can book online with a visa debit card, but its useless for deposits in case I damage the room. Even though there was more than enough money in my account to cover the cost of my motley crue style hotel stay should I decide to party. Which I dont, that was sarcasm. Point is, not every has credit cards, but have money, actual money, and we should not be assumed destructive and unable to pay for damages because were not drowning in debt with 3 nearly maxed out debt cards, I mean credit cards on us.

The location for my conference was good, check in was smooth, and the staff are great but that's where the positives stop. My room was a river view king and on the top floor. The hallways were so dimly lit I could barely see the room number by the door. When I opened the door I was overwhelmed by the musty smell wafting at me. Staff offered to move me but the room next door smelled the same and they said that due to the age of the hotel this was common. The bed was so firm it was uncomfortable. The shower took over 3 mins to receive hot water. The carpets and walls looked in need of a deep clean and the sink faucet had something stuck to it that looked human in nature but I wasn't touching it. Some of this may not seem a big deal to some but when you get an invoice for over $800 for 2 nights in Fredericton, New Brunswick, I think anyone would expect better. Complete ripoff even with breakfast and parking included. I'll never stay there again. If you have to be by the conference center, stick with the Hilton.

We had a very pleasant stay at the Crowne Plaza-Fredericton. Our room was comfortable and equipped with all the essential amenities a traveler requires. The front desk staff, particularly Codie, provided exceptional assistance. He took the time to thoroughly explain and inform us on how to ensure a smooth stay. He also verified that I had not duplicated bookings. Furthermore, the breakfast buffet at Maxwell's was delicious, and the staff, including Arthur and the lady who prepared my favorite green tea, were very accommodating. Our stay was truly enjoyable, and we would likely return when we had the opportunity to visit the area again. To enhance the pool area, I would suggest making it more kid-friendly by providing life jackets and floaters, although they do have a kids' pool. Nonetheless, our experience was akin to being at a 'home away from home.'

We loved the location. I have stayed here many times but its been a few years. We were pleased with the renovated rooms.

I didnt like the pub kitchen renovations. I understand the need for renovations but we were not aware of the limited menu until after we had ordered drinks. It was my husband's birthday and I wanted it to be special.

Location was perfect. Staff was fantastic and made sure to answer my questions within rushing us.

The location is perfect to start your adventure in downtown Fredericton. The staff were friendly and the hotel restaurant was great.

Room next door was separated by a door and could hear noise often from the next room. The doors dont prevent noise much, same as the other guests across the hall having their door spam a few times.

Such a great location- the walking trail along the river is right behind the hotel, a short walk to the walking bridge (and Picaroons). The Joyce is great downstairs, and the hotel is close to our favourite Fredericton restaurants. Front desk staff was wonderful, as well as the cleaning staff who helped us with a first aid kit and fresh bedding after my daughter cut herself.

The room felt very small compared to previous stays. The pool area was a little grungy and our daughter sliced her foot pretty bad on a pool tile.

The location is excellent, right in downtown Fredericton and close to the Saint John River, which makes for beautiful walks and easy access to restaurants, shops, and local attractions. It’s a great choice whether you are visiting for business or leisure.
