We totally loved this hotel. Not in the city center of Hoi An that's what we wanted to get a more relaxing stay. But only 12/15minutes to old quarter of Hoi An by Grab. Room was perfect. Pool with beach view really nice. Breafkast was more than great! The staff was also perfect. We also enjoyed the food for dinner at the hotel (barbecue party) really nice and lunch. If you want more choice ,there is 2 excellent restaurant juste across the street.

The pool and beach bar closes at 6pm, maybe later would be better to enjoy the end of the day.

A resort but still has an intimate feel. The rooms are close to the garden, pool and beach. Perfect for families with young kids. The garden and pool are all flat. Plenty of space to run around. The beach part is also beautiful and wide and clean. Beautiful design and the staff were absolutely amazing. We much preferred this hotel’s location compared to Danang. On the beach but still close to the hoi an ancient town.

We booked 4 rooms ( paid more for 1 room for a “confirmed’ sea view ) but turned out that 1 room had the worst view/location from all. And the other 3 rooms we didn’t pay extra for a view had the best garden and sea view. Also - it seems there is a bit of a lag in communication between the head office that receive the messages from booking.com with the hotel front office team.

Beach (Which is private ) has construction of either side of the resorts beach - for the prevention of beach erosion . Not sure what will happen to the resorts beach with the next typhoon. But at the moment the beach is okay although the water is murky due to the works around it. Pool is clean ,perfect but a 3rd is shallow ,still okay for laps. Breakfast was good. Dinners were very good. Staff were excellent had working especially the ladies who are pregnant - amazing

Les bâtiments blancs au milieu des cocotiers et des frangipaniers sont très beaux. La vue depuis la piscine avec la mer en enfilade c’était superbe. L’hôtel est bien placé, 20mns du centre de Hoi An: Nous avions une chambre deluxe premium qui donnait de plein pied sur le gazon devant la piscine c’était très agréable. Lit confortable

Comme souvent, manque de transats/parasols p/r au nombre de personnes, et incivilité de certaines personnes qui mettent leurs serviettes à 7 ou 8h pour bloquer des places et arriver à 11h…🙄

Die Zimmer sind geräumig und das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Das Hotelpersonal war sehr großzügig und aufmerksam um den Aufenthalt zu verbessern.

Während des Aufenthaltes wurden am Strand des Hotels sowohl links als auch rechts zwei Baustellen mit dauerrhaften Baggerbetrieb und dadurch entsprechender Lärmbelästigung betrieben. Hinzu kam die Geruchsbelästigung durch Dieselgeruch. Ein Strandaufenthalt war dadurch so gut wie nicht möglich, Erholungswert war nicht gegeben.

Sehr schönes Hotel in einer gepflegten Anlage. Die Betten waren ein Traum! Alles sehr sauber und alle Mitarbeiter waren stets freundlich und hilfsbereit!

Das Frühstück war sehr gut, aber stets das Gleiche. Kann bei einem längeren Aufenthalt eintönig sein. Aber die Qualität war sehr gut.

We had a fantastic stay and couldn’t recommend this hotel highly enough. A special thank you to Nhan and Linh, who went above and beyond to make our stay excellent. They were incredibly kind, attentive and genuinely caring towards our whole family. Their tour recommendations and arrangements were amazing and became some of the highlights of our holiday. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and their personal service made us feel truly looked after. A wonderful hotel with exceptional staff—we would happily return.

Rooms a bit tired, not the same quality as the other three hotels we stayed in during our trip, although a lot more expensive!

The resort consists in a main building and several small villas in a lush and manicured garden with a huge and super quiet pool at its center. The staff is helpful without being intrusive. Breakfast offers a wise choice and all we tried was tasty. The BBQ and noodle bar (twice a week) is a must try. Beds are super-comfy with quality linens. A change of towels is provided twice a day. We were staying in a two-bedroom villa with a private pool. The villa is spacious, well furnished and clean. The pool is clean and the garden extremely well maintained. The sunbeds and the mattresses are in perfect conditions and fresh towels are provided daily. The resort has a few sun umbrellas and sunbeds on the beach too. The beach is far from crowded.

We liked everything. Although it has no bearing on the resort and it's management, the entire cost is interested my massive sand replenishment and anti-erosion works. The area right in front of the resort had no works going on, but you could se works all around. That did not prevent us from taking long strolls along the beach. In particular on the lefthand side there is an abandoned resort with even fewer people on the beach and in the water.

Das Hotel bietet einen Transfer zur Stadt an, was super praktisch ist. Wer nicht bis in die Stadt möchte, kann in den lokalen Restaurants direkt neben dem Hotel lecker, lokal und günstig essen. Ebenso kann man hier kostengünstig seine Wäsche waschen lassen oder eine Massage buchen.

Es befand sich direkt neben (rechts und links) dem hoteleigenem Strandabschnitt eine Baustelle mit Baggern etc. (Stand 08.08.26). Der Strand ist aber trotzdem schön und nutzbar. Die Maßnahmen werden aufgrund der zunehmenden Erosion ergriffen - also absolutes Verständnis!

Ogólnie hotel bardzo ładny, mieszkaliśmy w domku blisko basenu. Domek z dużą łazienką, z tarasem, blisko do morza i do basenu a także do SPA (polecam - bardzo korzystne ceny). Hotel zapewnia transport do starego miasta w okolicy - około 20 min wygodnym busem. Śniadania bardzo dobre, dużo owoców i różnych lokalnych przysmaków ale też można zjeść jajecznicę czy omleta świeżo zrobionego. Jedzenie w restauracjach zewnętrznych około 3 m od hotelu bardzo dobre i tanie.

W samym hotelu ceny są 3 razy takie jak w sklepach i restauracjach na zewnątrz. Domek ładny ale wymaga remontu - nie da się domknąć drzwi balkonowych, ściany wymagają odmalowania, a prysznic przepchania - czyli mnóstwo niedoróbek. Niestety idąc na śniadanie już są pozajmowane leżaki przy basenie i nad morzem, ale około 12 są już zwalniane. Nie polecam okresu letniego - sierpnia - mega gorąco i wilgotno. Woda w basenie i w morzu gorąca.

Well kept, clean and organised. Staff all very nice and helpful. The grounds were lovely and with the beach it was perfectly situated.

There were no private villas with swimming area within reasonable budget as we found in banyan tree and pilgrimage village. The hairdryer was very old and they didn’t have any others, no mini bar, the dining at hotel was average. Google translate is a must.

Boutique Hoi An is a gorgeous beachside oasis, a true gem. The staff are super friendly and caring and attentive. We loved Nhan, she was so lovely. The buffet breakfast was delicious with a variety of options. We had excellent massages at the Spa, staff were fabulous. The location is perfect..easy quick Grab or shuttle ride to town.. but perfect to just relax by the beach. The grounds/gardens are immaculate. We can’t wait to come back!

Calm and Relaxing

Een fantastisch hotel aan de zee met ook nog een geweldig zwembad. Kamers hebben een fantastisch uitzicht op de tuin & de zee. Heerlijke plek. Afhankelijk van de drukte ben je zo (met de Grab) in de oude stad van HoiAn. En dan is het heerlijk terug komen in de rust van dit hotel aan de zee.

The gym needs and upgrade, it's too small, hot and enough equipment. My husband would have liked Oat milk as an option at breakfast. Need a mini bar in room, with some drinks and snacks!

Die Unterkunftskategorie die wir zunächst gebucht haben hat uns absolut nicht gefallen - deshalb machten wir ein Upgrade. Jetzt war alles wesentlich besser, aber auch doppelt so teuer. Bereit haben wir es nicht. Wir hatten jetzt den Komfort und die Umgebung die uns gefällt. Personal ist freundlich aber im Gastronomiebereich auch unverbindlich- das kennen wir anders, Frühstück reichhaltig

Wie beschreibt das zunächst gebuchte Zimmer, Esswaren zur Straße gerichtet, morgens um 5.30 schrie ein Hahn, Einrichtung einfach - sind das dritte Jahr infolge in Vietnam unterwegs und haben viele Unterkünfte erlebt. Abendessen hatte eine geringe Auswahl.

Staff were super helpful. Breakfast was amazing, beautiful pool and garden area. Very convenient to have a shuttle bus to take you into the centre of Hoi An.

Sehr schönes ruhiges Hotel direkt am Strand mit bequemen Liegen und viel Platz drum herum. Alles sehr relaxend. Saubere schöne Zimmer und leckeres Frühstück Mit dem Shuttle kann man sehr gut ins schöne und quirlige Hoi An fahren und Ausflüge machen. Sehr gepflegte Gartenanlage

Uns hat alles sehr gut gefallen. Einzig der schöne Pool war viel zu warm ,fast Thermalbadtemperatur, und deshalb keine Abkühlung, aber man hat ja das schöne Meer direkt vor der Tür

It’s a bit tired and the beach is not great.

Beautiful property. A true sanctuary. Our villa was better than expected with so much room and a beautiful beach view private pool. A truely memorable experience. This particular villa would be great for a larger family or a family and grandparents etc as there is plenty of space and having your own pool made it a really easy holiday to relax into. We loved the food and staff were very attentive. The beach out the front doesn’t get particularly crowded which is pleasant.

The swimming pool water was too warm

The location was amazing, distant from the loud city and close to the sea with an amazing swimming pool. The rooms were spacious and the staff was very polite and helping.

The food was good, but it wasn't anything special though.

Just come back from a 14 night stay at the Boutique Hoi An in Vietnam. This hotel was an excellent choice for us. Situated about 15 minute drive (in traffic) from Hoi An old town. The hotel lays on a free shuttle bus to and from town throughout the day. After the hustle and bustle of town it was nice to go back to the peice and quiet of our hotel. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean with a very comfortable king sized bed. Large shower with good water pressure. In the morning breakfast is a buffet style with something for everyone. There is a cooking station where you could have your eggs feshly cooked to your liking. Beit scrambled, poached , fried or omelette with loads of different fillings. There is a fantastic pool area in beautifully kept gardens with plenty of sunbeds and towels for everyone. (no need to get up at the crack of dawn to put a towel on a bed). The beach is just a few steps further on from the pool where the sea is calm and inviting. What can I say about the staff? Hien, Nhan, Lieu and Thoai, to name a few cannot do enough for you. They were so welcoming, friendly and extremely helpful. Always willing to spend time with us for whatever we needed. And always with a smile. Booked trips for us to many of the local attractions, gave us plenty of advice on what to do and where to go. If you don't want to go into town to eat, there is an onsite restaurant and there are plenty of restaurants a few steps from the Hotel. Our favourite was the Moc Resteraunt, which is a small family run business situated about a hundred yards from the hotel to the left as you go out the front, serving fabulous tasty Vietnamese food cooked by the lovely Dung (pronounced Yoom). A meal for 2 including starter and drinks costing around £12. If you are looking for a quiet place to lay your head after a day seeing the MANY sites then look no further. I cannot recommend this Hotel and it's staff highly enough.

Schöne Anlage, schöner Pool und der Strandbereich vom Hotel ist ebenfalls sehr schön.

Neben dem Hotel verfallene Gebäude und auch am Strand Häfen und Boote in Sichtweite. Das Zimmer war genau neben der Hauptstraße - mit einer undichten Zimmertüre ein lautes Hupkonzert in der Früh. Die Klimaanlage war auch schlecht eingestellt, sodass wir beide krank geworden sind. Das Frühstück war zwar vielseitig aber die Qualität in vergleichbaren Hotels besser - für den Preis jedenfalls (das war aber der am wenigsten problematische Punkt)

The accomodation was absolutely stunning

No animation. Prices for laundry, food or drinks are ridiculous. Laundry in the hotel 7X more expensive than at the same laundry service a stonesthrow away. 20 m at the entrance of the hotel. Food was 3 x more expensive then the 3 restaurants across the street. Which were all amazing in taste. And as said a third of the price.

Very clean and well maintained. The breakfast was amazing with such verity. The best I’ve had anywhere.

Nous avons apprécié l'accueil à la réception, on nous a parlé en français chose très rare au Vietnam. Des rafraîchissements sont offerts dès votre arrivée et vos valises sont prises en charge. La chambre 211 est parfaite avec une excellente vue sur le jardin et la mer. Le balcon est très agréable pour s'y reposer et profiter de la quiétude du moment, un cendrier serait le bienvenu. Le lit est très grand et confortable, la salle de bain avec douche italienne est originale. Le personnel de chambre fait un excellent travail, moi qui suis maniaque je peux vous dire que la chambre est faite parfaitement. Le petit déjeuner à beaucoup de choix les fruits sont très juteux surtout les oranges et le fruit de la passion. Le café est bien préparé. Le jardin est magnifique avec ses bougainvilliers et ses immenses cocotiers, bravo au personnel pour l'entretien qui font tout manuellement. La piscine est tout simplement magnifique avec sa vue sur la mer de Chine les transats sont propres et les serviettes également. La plage est calme la mer est peu profonde, idéal pour les familles. Les deux bars font de très bon cocktails et vous en avez un offert à votre arrivée. La cerise sur le gâteau,vous avez différent Shuttle à heure fixe qui vous dépose en centre et ville et reviennent vous cherchez. Idéal pour des achats ou lorsque la bière a bien coulé. Vous pouvez y aller en mode amoureux comme en mode famille. N'hésitez pas !

Il serait judicieux de mettre des élastiques pour maintenir les matelas de transat. Sur la terrasse du petit déjeuner il serait bien de mettre un coin fumeur un peu éloigné afin que les fumeurs puissent profiter également de la terrasse sans gêner les non fumeurs

O hotel é excelente, pequeno/boutique e muito cuidado e com quartos muito confortáveis e grandes, no nosso caso deram-nos um upgrade para um quarto virado para a piscina excecional. as espreguiçadeiras tinham colchões muito bons e os chapéus eram de colmo e todos iguais o que dá uma vibe de bem estar e cuidado com o decor, pequeno almoço excelente spa excelente. Ao andar pela praia tanto para norte como para sul, chegamos até ao FSeasons ( paria muito suja e sem apoio) acreditem este é o que tem a melhor e praia e mais limpa

Não tem nada a ver com o Hotel, mas fica o reparo estão a fazer obras nas praias com pedras para proteger a costa da erosão causada pelo mar tanto para a direita como para a esquerda do areal, alguns hoteis estão sem acesso à praia e poderá ouvir barulhos de máquinas a trabalhar, mas acredito que é uma situação temporária e que tem de ser feita. Na zona do chuveiro lava pés existem umas pedras que deviam ter continuidade até ao empedrado central para quando se lave os pés não os torne a sujar a passar pela areia

Delicious breakfast, comfortable room with lovely view of the pool and towards the sea, the pool was immaculately clean but very warm due to the heat wave, thankful for the lovely beach loungers with large umbrellas to enjoy the view and the sea breeze, clean and clear waters of the sea out front. A tranquil oasis not too far from Hoi An.

We were never encouraged to dine in at the hotel for lunch or dinner...and it appeared very few people did. There was no atmosphere at those meal times to encourage people to dine there either. However there were plenty of wonderful family run restaurants along the beach and behind the hotel. No bicycles to use or rent. It would have been nice to have the use of one to explore the other beach areas and to get in and out of Hoi An. There is a shuttle that runs 3 times a day in and out of Hoi An but the first one wasn't until 9am which was a bit late to beat the heat of the day whilst we were there.

We stayed here for 10 days and have loved every minute. The hotel feels an oasis of peace and tranquility which we certainly needed. The hotel feels it’s designed in the old colonial style, is well maintained and very clean and tidy. We stayed in a Premium deluxe room (4 rooms in each block) facing the pool and sea. The beds were very comfortable and the room was a good size too. The staff here are incredibly friendly. Thank you to Hian who greeted us with such a warm welcome on arrival and explained so many things regarding our stay. We stayed here as part of our 40th wedding anniversary and the staff had very kindly decorated our room with red roses and left a lovely cake. Very thoughtful and much appreciated thank you. The bar staff and all restaurant staff particularly Tu, Len, Van Trung were always so polite and happy to chat with you to make sure everything was ok. The rooms were cleaned and bedding changed almost daily which was lovely. The gardens are well maintained and the team work incredibly hard here too. Sissi and the team keep the grounds lovely. The gardens are well maintained as is the pool, all very clean. We did have spa treatments here and we would recommend those. We just had bed and breakfast here, there’s so much choice everyday to suit all tastes and this set us up for the day! We loved the location of the hotel being right on the beach and away from the busyness of Hoi An. It’s easy enough to use the hotel shuttle bus to take you right into the centre, you are always glad to get back and unwind. We met several lovely people here who have returned between 5-7 times and stay for long periods- that says a lot about a hotel and we look forward to returning again next year too. Thank you for making our stay here so special.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja dla osób chcąc odpocząć od zgiełku- 15 minut taxi od starego miasta, tuż przy morzu z prywatną plaża, dostępnymi bezpłatnie leżakami. Basen infinity, z przepięknym widokiem. Przemiła i pomocna obsluga. Profesjonalne masaże, bardzo przyjemne i w dobrej cenie. Pokój przestronny, bardzo wygodny, w pełni wyposażony.

Nie ma takiej rzeczy która by mi się nie podobała.

Expensive pool bar Some staff would benefit from more training and improved English but this did not take away from enjoyment of the hotel.

A perfect holiday resort, 10 minutes away from the town (shuttle bus service provided). The staff and service was exceptional, the Spa facilities were fantastic and were used regularly (Mai and Lan do some wonderful massages). We would highly recommend this hotel where we have made some very special memories.
